외국어로서의 러시아어 교육에서 문화 연구 -언어지역학과 언어문화학을 중심으로

Известно, что изучение языка является процессом соизучения языка и культуры. Именно знание языка и культуры в их взаимосвязи в огромной степени обеспечивает удачное общение между людьми. Диада ≪язык-культура≫ в обучении русскому языку как иностранному свойственна лингвострановедению и лингвокультуролоии. Первое разрабатывается в трудах Е.М. Верещагина и В.Г. Костомарова, Г.Д. Томахина, Ю.Е. Прохорова и т.п. и определяется как особая область лингвистики и лингводидактики. В основе лингвострановедения лежат фоновые знания, т.е. знания известные всем представителям данной языковой общности. Основной лингвострановедческой задачей является изучение языковых единиц, наиболее ярко отражающих национальные особенности культуры народа . носителя языка: безэквивалентная лексика (реалии), коннотативная лексика и фоновая лексика. Лингвокультурология разрабатывается в работах В.В. Воровьбева, В.А. Масловой, В.Н. Телии, Ю.С. Степанова, В.В. Красных и т.д. и является комплексной научной дисциплиной, возникшей на стыке лингвистики и культурологии, изучающей этот процесс как целостную структуру единиц в единстве их языкового и внеязыкового содержания при помощи системных методов и с ориентацией на современные приоритеты, отражающие новую систему ценностей. Для лингвокультурологии характерны концептуальные исследования. Концепт мыслится как культурно-ментально-языковое образование, своего рода сгусток культуры в сознании человека, то, в виде чего культура входит в ментальный мир человека, тот пучок представлений, понятий, знаний, ассоциаций, который сопровождает слово. Представленный в данной статье анализ показывает, что лингвострановедение и лингвокультурология обнаруживают сходные черты и различия, но занимают в обучении РКИ свою собственную позицию и имеют особый удельный вес.

아동·청소년의 우울증과 대인관계: D. W. Winnicott의 대상관계 이론 중심으로 영화 ‘다우더’ 분석

This study focused on the emotional and physical abuse and obsessive, over-protective and lax parenting environments as factors for children and adolescents' depression and interpersonal problems. The negative parenting environment can be a direct cause of negative impact on many areas, including emotional and psychological anxiety, depression, and interpersonal problems, among children and adolescents. The examples of this study were studied by illustrating the story of "Dawder," a film that shows depression in children and adolescents, interpersonal problems, and negative parenting conditions. Using the network method over time of Miles and Huberman (1994), the psychological characteristics of each character, Winnicitt's target relationship, and Wiggins' interpersonal tendency were analyzed through the analysis of the conversation contents by major scene of the case. As a result of the study, categories of psychological and behavioral characteristics and negative mental health aspects of parents' negative language and behavior were derived, This shows that the daughter is acting as a basis for emotional and physical abuse from her parents, low self-esteem, depression caused by her deficient personality and interpersonal problems. In other words, the parents' negative parenting environment and the target relationship were confirmed to have a profound effect on depression and interpersonal relationships among children and adolescents. Based on the results of the study, the three roles required by the counselor are presented, and the implications of this study are to emphasize the need for a correct recognition of the parent's care environment and the parent-child relationship. 본 연구는 아동·청소년의 우울증과 대인관계 문제의 요인으로 부모의 정서적·신체적 학대 및 강박적, 과보호와 방임적 양육환경에 주목하였다. 부모의 부정적인 양육환경은 아동·청소년에게 정서적·심리적인 불안과 우울증, 대인관계 문제 등 여러 영역에까지 연속적인 악영향을 미치는 직접적인 원인이 될 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구의 사례는 아동· 청소년기의 우울증과 대인관계 문제 및 부모의 부정적인 양육환경이 잘 드러나는 영화 ‘다우더’의 내용을 사례화 하여 연구하였다. 연구방법으로는 Miles 와 Huberman(1994)의 시간의 흐름에 따른 네트워크 방법을 활용하여 사례의 주요장면별 대화내용 분석을 통해 인물별 심리적 특성과 Winnicitt의 대상관계 및 Wiggins의 대인관계 성향을 분석하였다. 연구결과로서, 부모의 부정적인 언어와 행동으로 나타나는 심리적·행동적 특성과 부정적인 정신건강 측면의 범주가 도출되었고, 이는 딸에게 부모로부터의 정서적·신체적 학대와 낮은 자존감, 결핍된 인격으로 인한 우울증과 대인관계 문제의 준거틀로써 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 즉 부모의 부정적 양육환경과 대상관계는 아동·청소년의 우울증과 대인관계에 지대한 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 이에 연구결과를 바탕으로 상담자에게 요구되는 세 가지 역할에 대해 제시하였고 본 연구의 함의는 부모의 양육환경과 부모-자녀의 대상관계에 대한 올바른 인식의 필요성을 강조함에 있다.

5, 8-Quinolinedione derivatives의 항진균 작용과 합성

In order to evaluate the antifungal, antibacterial, anticancer effect of 5, 8-quinolinedione derivatives, we newly synthesized several 6-(N-arylamino)-7-chloro-5, 8-quinolinedione derivatives. 6, 7-Dichloro-5, 8-quinolinediones were prepared by treating 5-amino-8-hydroxyquinoline with KClO_3 in HCl, substitution of 6, 7-dichloro-5, 8-quinolinedione with aryl amines in ethanol gave a 6-(N-arylamino)-7chlore-5, 8-quinolinedionse with 80~90% yield. These derivatives were subjected to antibacterial and antifungal activity test, in vitro, against Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Candida albicans Local, Aspergillus niger KCTC 1231, Tricophyton mentagrophytes KCTC 6085. The MIC value was determined by the two-fold agar/streak dilution method. 6-(N-arylamino)-7-chloro-5, 8-quiolinedione derivatives showed good antifungal activities in vitro. These derivatives, R1-4 showed more potent antifungal activities than fluconazole, ketoconazole and griseofulvin.

Space and Power: A Comparative Study on the Discourses of Prison

The changes of prison facilities in the age of Enlightenment and Industrial Revolution, implies viewpoints architectural space as a representation of power. The aim of the study is to examine the structuralistic approach based on two authors of Michel Foucault and Robin Evans. Both texts are summarized and analyzed to make comparison. While Foucault concentrates upon the ideas relating to punishment which preceded and led to the prison being adopted, Evans regards the reality of punishment as it was executed in its architectural context. The study compares the fundamental difference between the two texts; the approach that each author takes with regard to the central issue of the history of penality. These two different interpretations dictate the framework of each discourse and has resulted a number of different notions of ideas. By comparing divergence and convergence of the texts, the study analyzes each authors methodology, theoretical position and notions of prison. Keywords are also extracted to articulate the study and each authors arguments as well.
