$SnO_2$ (tin oxide) 박막은 물리적, 전기적 성질이 우수하여 첨단산업의 다양한 분야에서 널리 응용/개발되고 있다. 이의 응용대상은 다양한 센서, 윈드쉴드(windshield) 윈도우의 히팅 요소, 태양전지, flat panel diplay에서의 투명전극을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 대면적 기판에 대한 APCVD 공정개발을 위하여 실험용 2세대 크기의 유리기판에 $SnO_2$ 박막증착 실험을 수행하였다. 증착 온도가 증가함에 따라 증착 두께가 두꺼워지고 이에 따라 면저항은 감소, 투과도는 감소, 연무도 (haze)는 증가함을 확인하였다. 증착을 위한 전구체인 $SnCl_4$의 유량이 증가함에 따라 증착 두께 역시 증가하고 이에 따라 면저항은 감소한다. 그러나 투과도와 연무도는 $SnCl_4$ 유량의 영향을 거의 받지 않는다는 것을 확인하였다. Tin oxide thin-films have been widely applied in various fields of high-technology industries due to their excellent physical and electric properties. Those applications are found in various sensors, heating elements of windshield windows, solar cells, flat panel displays as tranparent electrodes. In this study, we conducted an experiment for the deposition of $SnO_2$ on glass of 2nd Gen. size for the effective development of large-scale backplanes. As deposition temperatures or flow rates of the $SnCl_4$ as a precursor changed, the thickness of tin oxide thin-films, their sheet resistances, transmittances, and hazes varied considerably.

『무이도가(武夷櫂歌)』와 『고산구곡가(高山九曲歌)』의 품격(品格) 연구

이 연구의 목적은 栗谷이 지은 「高山九曲歌」의 미적 특징을 파악하는 데 있다. 栗谷은 「高山九曲歌」를 지어 朱子의 「武夷櫂歌」에 견주었는데, 品格的인 측면에서 栗谷이 주자의 작품을 창조적으로 계승한 면을 밝히고자 했다. 「武夷櫂歌」는 ‘閑美淸適’의 품격을 지니고 있다. 이 品格은 자연경물을 매개하여 ‘興’에 촉발되어 機心을 잊고 無心의 세계에 드는 것으로, 곧 心氣平和를 느끼게 되는 것이라 할 수 있다. 「武夷櫂歌」는 봄날 이러한 세계를 노래하고 있다. 이와 달리 「高山九曲歌」는 ‘沖澹蕭散’의 품격을 지녔다. 이 품격은 人生에 대한 觀照를 통하여 주위의 변화에 따라 마음을 동요하지 않고 자신의 올곧은 志操를 지키는 孤獨하지만 眞率한 모습을 느끼게 된다. 이러한 면에서 栗谷은 「高山九曲歌」를 통해 ‘沖澹蕭散’의 품격을 드러내고 있는데, 이는 「武夷櫂歌」의 시세계를 창조적으로 계승한 것이라고 할 수 있다. This study aims to understand the esthetic characteristics of Go-sahn-gu-gok-ga[高山九曲歌] written by Yul-gok[栗谷] and Mue-do-ga by Ju-ja and to find the influences that Yul-gok inherited creatively from Ju-ja. Mue-do-ga contains the aesthetics of ‘han-mee-chung-juk’ caused by the ‘Hung[興]’ that gets rid of worldly desires and creates the world without any worldly desire the world with a peace of mind. Ju-ja describes the world in Spring in his Mue-do-ga. More than that, Go-sahn-gu-gok-ga creates the aesthetics of ‘choong-dam-so-sahn’ that lets us detached from any change of circumstances. The aesthetics leads us to the simplicity with loneliness. Yul-gok preceeds the aesthetics honestly by meditating upon human life. In this respect, it can be said Yul-gok's work inherits and develops creatively Ju-ja's Mue-do-ga.

가사의 활용과 활성화 방안

이 연구는 가사작품이 현대에 활용되는 모습과 활성화될 수 있는 방안에 대하여 기존 연구를 검토하여 나름의 의견을 개진한 것이다. 가사의 활용에 대한 연구들을 검토해보면, 문화콘텐츠로의 개발, 글쓰기교육, 한국어 교육, 한국 문화 교육, 문학치료 등에 가사를 활용하고 있다. 가사를 현재의 생활에 활용하거나 그 활성화의 경우도 쉽지 않은 상황에서 이러한 가사 문학이 현대에 활성화되고 그 전통이 미래에까지 이어지기 위해서는 전통이기 때문에 지켜야 된다는 당위성보다 그 속에서 현재의 우리에게 필요한 가치를 찾아 널리 공감을 얻어야 할 것이다. 그 한 방법이 바로 문화 콘텐츠로의 개발이다. 이 경우, 지역과 관련 있는 가사 작품만을 문화콘텐츠로 개발하기보다는 한 지역을 대상으로 기본 콘셉트를 잡아 문화콘텐츠로 개발하면서 그 일환으로 가사를 다루는 것이 바람직하다. 그런 면에서 ‘담양’의 경우는 현재 담양이 추구하는 가치와 전통으로 보아 자연과 인간의 교감, 자연과 (과학)문명, 전통과 현대의 공존, 예술과 놀이의 공존, 관람과 체험의 공존 등을 통해 몸과 마음을 힐링한다는 것을 기본 컨셉트로 하고 지역민들이 담양이라는 지역, 문화, 전통에 자긍심을 느끼면서 참여할 수 있는 기획이 필요하다. 또한 학문적으로 가사의 자료를 집적하고 그것에서 현재적 가치를 개발하는 작업을 꾸준히 하면서 실생활 속에서 손쉽게 가사 작품에 접근할 수 있게 하는 작업도 필요하다. 현재까지 교육 분야에서는 주로 글쓰기 교육, 창의력교육, 비판적 사고 교육 등에 가사 작품들을 활용하고 있는데, 교육에서도 문화콘텐츠와 관련된 에듀테인먼트로의 개발이 필요하며, 이러한 가사에 대한향유가 학교 교육에서 그치지 않고 그 이후에도 생활 속에서 지속될 수 있도록 하는 사회적 분위기 조성도 필요하다. 현대에 가사도 시조처럼 일정하게 그것을 향유하는 계층의 존재가 필요하니, 그것은 우리가 생활의 표현수단을 하나 더 갖는다는 점과 그것이 오랜 우리의 전통으로부터 나왔다는 자부심을 가질 수 있다는 점에 의의가 있다. Based on a review of the relevant research, this paper presents an approach to the current usage and possible revitalizing ways of using Korean gasa(lyrics). A review of the research on gasa suggests its use for the development of cultural content, teaching of writing, learning of Korean language and culture, and literature therapy. For the gasa tradition to succeed in today`s world, it is necessary to find and show its value for contemporary society, rather than insist that it is our duty to keep the tradition. One of the ways to see its value is to develop it as a part of cultural contents. It is recommended that regional Gasa not be used simply as a subject of cultural education, but to develop the region as a basic concept and formulate the regional gasa a part of the cultural contents. In consideration of the values and traditions of Damyang, healing of mind and body need to be set as a basic concept in the communication between nature and people, as well as in the coexistence of nature with science, the past with the present, art with entertainment, and observation with experience. This consideration also requires that the local people be infused with pride in the region and its culture and traditions. The continued collecting of gasa and finding its current value as well as making it easy for local people to access this literature are all necessary. Currently, gasa is used mostly in teaching writing, creativity, and critical thought. However, it is necessary to develop it as a part of edutainment relating to cultural contents and to create a climate to keep works of gasa in reality, rather than restricting them to the classroom. As in the case of sijo, gasa needs a certain class of people today. Gasa also provides a significant, additional way of expression stemming from our traditional culture.

고봉 기대승의 문학 연구

이 연구는 고봉 기대승의 문학적 특징을 미학적 측면에서 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 고봉은 시를 읊조림에 ‘성정(性情)의 바름[正]’을 드러내야 한다고 생각했으며, 그에 기반하여 ‘인물기흥(因物起興)’의 자연스런 ‘흥취(興趣)’를 그대로 형상화하는 것이 옳지, 그 흥취에 어떤 의도를 갖다 붙이는 것을 배척했다. 후학들이 고봉의 문학에 대하여 ‘천연(天然)’, ‘웅심아건(雄深雅健) 일출어혼연(一出於渾然)’, ‘전중평아(典重平雅)’하다고 평했는데, 이러한 평은 고봉의 ‘성정의 바름’에 기반한 ‘인물기흥’적 시의식에 근거한다고 본다. 여기서는 고봉의 작품에 대한 후학들의 평을 품격 미학적으로 그 특징과 미감을 구체적으로 밝혀보았다. 품격은 작가의 정신적 측면이 언어표현적 측면과 어울려 드러내는 미감이다. 이상에서 살펴본 이들의 특징은 다음과 같다. ‘천연’은 ‘자연(自然)’과 같은 용어로 ‘자연’의 품격은 억지로 얻거나 남의 것을 모방해서 얻는 것이 아니라 생활 속에서 의도하지 않게 얻는 것으로 정리(情理)에 맞고 사리(事理)에 맞는 것이며, 이러한 경지는 억지로 해서 되는 것이 아니라, 수양을 통해 마음속에 덕이 쌓여 저절로 넘쳐 날 때 가능한 것이다. ‘웅심아건 일출어혼연’은 사공도의 ‘웅혼(雄渾)’, 율곡의 ‘격사청건(格詞淸健)’의 의미로 보이는데, 이 품격은 높은 곳에 올라 멀리서 피어오르는 구름을 보고 멀리서 세차게 불어오는 바람을 맞는 것 같은 ‘굳셈’을 특징으로 하면서, 그러한 자연 경관의 형상을 도학의 ‘체용(體用)’의 입장에서 바라본다. 그래서 그 형상 속에 내재한 묘리[環中]를 이해하는 데까지 나아가고자 하는 것이다. ‘전중평아’는 ‘전중(典重)’과 ‘평아(平雅)’의 내용을 포괄하는 것으로 이 둘은 비슷한 의미를 내포하고 있다. 우선 ‘전중’은 ‘법도에 맞고 질박한 것’을 의미하며, ‘평아’는 ‘평이하며 발라[正] 맑은[淡] 것’을 의미한다. 법도에 맞는다는 것은 ‘드러낸 정(情)에 과불급이 없다.’는 것이요, 질박하다는 것은 ‘꾸밈이 없는 것’이다. 평이하다는 것은 ‘언어 표현이 평이한 것’이요, ‘발라서 맑다는 것’은 드러낸 정이 ‘사악한 데로 흐르지 않은 것’이다. 곧 ‘전중평아’는 평이한 표현으로 질박함을 드러내되, 그 정서(情緖)에 사악함이 없고 과불급이 없는 것이다. This thesis studied features of Gobong(高峯) Gidaeseung(奇大升)`s literature from aesthetical aspect. Gobong thought that when one recite poem, one should express ``the honesty of Seongjeong(性情)`` and based on that he thought that to naturally form ``pleasure(興趣)`` of ``Inmulgiheung(因物起興)`` is correct and he rejected to apply any intention on the pleasure. Younger students commented on Gobong`s literature later on as ``Nature (Cheonyeon, 自然)``, ``Ungsimageon(雄深雅健)``, ``all derived from Honyen(一出於渾然)`` and ``Jeonjungpyeonga(典重平雅)``, and those comments are regarded to have a root in Gobong`s ``Inmulgiheung``-like perception of poem based on ``the honesty of Seongjeong(性情)``. In this thesis, the characteristics and aesthetic senses of younger student`s comments on Gobong`s literature has been studied throughly, especially through literary grace(品格) aesthetic way. Literary grace is an aesthetic sense which expressed through the harmony of writer`s mental aspect and language expressional aspect. The characteristics which mentioned above is like as follows. ``Cheonyeon(天然)`` is synonym of ``nature(自然)`` which cannot be obtained by force or imitating others` but unintentionally in one`s life, and it is fit to sense and logic which can be accomplished when virtue accumulated and flows in one`s mind. ``Ungsimageon, all derived from Honyen(渾然)`` seems to mean Sagongdo(司空圖)`s ``Unghon(雄渾)`` and Yulgok(栗谷)`s ``Gyeoksacheonggeon(格詞淸健)``, and this literary grace is characterised by ``firmness``, such as staring rising cloud on the high place and facing strong wind blew from far place, and at the same time considers such shape of landscape from ``Cheyong(體用)``. Further more, it is trying to understand the underlying profound and mysterious order of nature in the landscape. ``Jeonjungpyeonga(典重平雅)`` is a compound of ``Jeonjung(典重)`` and ``Pyeonga(平雅)``, which contains similar meaning. First, ``Jeonjung`` means ``a thing which fit to order and simple``, and ``Pyeonga`` means ``a thing which is plain, honest and clear``. Fit to order is ``no excess or deficiency in expressed affection``, and simple means ``unaffected``. Plain is that ``language expression is plain``, and ``honest and clear`` is that expressed affection ``hasn``t run to viciousness``. In other words, ``Jeonjungpyeonga`` is to express simplicity in plain words without viciousness and no exceeding or deficient affection.

The line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor has a high efficiency and an advantage in constant speed operation regardless of the effect of load variation. However, it is difficult to predict the performance of characteristics accurately, because of the unbalanced starting torque with the initial starting position of the rotor and the generation of a break torque. In this paper the dynamic characteristics of the line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor are described and compared with those of the squirrel-cage induction motor through the simulation to find the characteristics of the permanent magnets and the rotor bars in the line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor. Finally this paper gives the comparison between the simulation results and the experimental results.
