        In the high level of information society, the core of accounting information system is its software. As expectation and worries about the importance of software leading to treatment of the original data and its quality become known, the structures and the features are a matter of primary concern. In this respect this study aims to examine the quality of ordinary software in order to investigate the packages of accounting software and its model by the literary materials and to analyze the main structure and the features of accounting software used commonly within the country. Software package is defined as a tool for carrying out the job in the intentionally specific applied area, and in order to carry out the specific job, software package carries out its job through interaction between computer system and its user. In conclusion, the proper investigation of commercial accounting package can be carried out in case that the software package itself must be practiced and the investigation of learning how to use the product with ease must be done. Moreover, environment in which the small companies use their computer must be improved gradually in consideration of the fact that DOS environment of PC system is changing into Windows environment, because the present accounting package is developed into the unified management systems performing the function of management information in order to supply promptly accounting information in the changing environment of management.

      • 청국장 발효에 적합한 미생물의 분리 및 특성

        장류발효 식품으로부터 protease 및 amylase 활성이 높은 균주를 중심으로 348 균주를 1차 분리하고, 그 분리균 중 2% skim milk가 함유된 LB평판배지(SM배지)화 2%corn starch가 함유된 LB평판배지(CM배지)에서 halo zone이 크고, 두 효소의 활성이 동시에 높은 SW-251균주를 최종 선별하였다. SW-251균주의 생육 온도 범위는 10∼60℃ 이었으며, 최적 생육온도는 35∼40℃ 이었다. 그리고 최적생육 pH는 6.5 부근이었으나 pH6.0 이하나 pH8.0 이상에서는 생육이 저하하였다. SW-251균주는 호기성의 간균 (0.8∼1.3x1.8∼2.5㎛)으로 운동성이 있으며, 그람양성 반응을 나타냈다. 10% 이하의 NaCl에 내성을 갖고있으며, starch 및 casein을 빠르게 분해하는 세균으로 Bacillus속의 특성을 갖고 있었다. Among 348 strains isolated from fermented soy foods, SW-251 strain has a potent protease and amylase activities on SM medium(LB agar plate supplemented with 2% skim milk), and CM medium(LB agar plate supplemented with 2% corm starch0, respectively. The optimal temperature and growth temperature range for cell growth were 35∼40℃ and 10∼60℃, respectively. The optimal pH was 6.5 and pH range of its growth was 6.0 and 8.0. The isolate was an aerobic bacterium (rod type, 0.8∼1.3 x 1.8∼2.5㎛), then there was its mobility, Gram staining and hydrolysis of starch and casein were positive reaction. Salt tolerance was below 10% NaCl. The strain was identified as a Bacillus sp. SW-251 with respect to morphological, cultural and physiological characteristics.

      • 개선된 Bridgman법으로 성장한 Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8+δ) 單結晶의 초전도성

        The Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8)+_(δ) single crystals are grown from the melt using a stoichiometric starting composition fer the cautions. The size and thickness of the Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8)+_(δ) crystals depends on the cooling rate. The lower the cooling rate, the bigger and thicker the Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8)+_(δ) crystals become. Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8)+_(δ) X-ray diffraction(XRD) measurements of the single crystals were carried out using the radiation source of Cu Kα . In these Patterns only the (0,0,2n) diffraction appeared. The result indicated that the cleared surface of the single crystal was of the a-b face, and that the single crystal had a single phase without any undergrowth with 7K and 85K phases. In addition, although the figure is not shown, XRD patterns from (006) to (00□) were observed in the range of 2θ=0 to 60 degrees. The characterization of as-grown single crystals have been analyzed by Laue X-ray backsdattering along the c-axis and X-ray precession experiments. The result of magnetic moment vs Tc in 10 Gauss for a crystals were measurements indicated that the samples have a superconducting transition temperature of 85K.

        The basic investigation on ZnS:P_rF_3 thin film electroluminescent devices was done, the phosphor(ZnS:P_rF_3) and the insulator(SiN_X:H) of which were deposited by electron beam evaporation and rf-plasma CVD, respectively. The red(650㎚) and blue(490㎚) light emission peaks were observed in the Electroluminescent spectrum. At the dopant concentration of 0.5mol%, the brightness of 90.6cd/㎡ was obtained under sinusoidal excitation of 1kHz.

        Enterococcus faecalis 추출물이 임파구의 IL-2, IL-4, TGF-β1분비에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        In order to examine the immunoresponse of host cells to Enterococcus faecalis, this in vitro study monitored the production of Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-4 (IL-4) and Transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in human lymphocytes. Lymphocytes were activated with PHA in the presence or abscence of sonicated extracts of E. Faecalis (SEF) and further incubated for 72 hours. The level of each cytokine was measured by ELISA. Data were analyzed with Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test (P < 0.05). PHA-activated group did exhibit higher level of IL-2 and IL-4 than untreated control group. The levels of expression of both cytokines were significantly decreased following the treatment of high (25㎍/㎖) and medium concentration (12.5㎍/㎖) of SEF (P > 0.05) than those of PHA activated group. But low concentration (5㎍/㎖) of SEF showed th similar level of IL-2 and IL-4 production as those of PHA activated group. TGF-β1 was unaffected by SEF treatment. These results suggested that E. faecalis may suppress IL-2 and IL-4 production by lymphocytes and this could be one of possible factors why E. faecalis are found frequently in the teeth with failed endodontic treatment. 근관치료의 실패원인 중 중요한 세균으로 알려진 Enterococcus faecalis는 최근에 중요성이 더해지며 많은 연구들이 진행중이다. 여러가지 기전들이 보고되고 있으나 면역반응에 관한 연구는 거의 알려져 있지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 Enterococcus faecalis의 초음파 분쇄 추출물을 성인의 말초혈액으로부터 얻은 임파구에 적용시켜서 여기서 분비되는 interleukin-2, interleukin-4, transforming growth fater-β1의 농도를 Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)로 측정하여 비교, 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. E. faecalis를 적절한 조건에서 배양한 뒤 초음파 분쇄를 하여 추출물을 얻어냈다. 임파구는 건강한 성인의 말초혈액에서 추출하여 분리하였다. 임파구를 적절한 농도의 mitogen (Phytohemagglutinin: PHA)으로 자극시킨 뒤에 다양한 농도의 E. faecalis 초음파 추출물을 적용시키고 72시간 동안 배양하였다 ELISA를 이용하여 IL-2, IL-4,TGF-β1 의 농도를 측정하였다. 실험결과는 Kruskal-Wallis test, Man-Whitney rank sum test (p < 0.05)를 사용하여 통계처리 하였다. 실험결과 PHA로 처리한 군은 아무것도 처리하지 않은 군에 비해서 IL-2, IL-4의 수치가 유의성 있게 높았다 (p < 0.05). PHA로 처리한 군중에서 고농도와 중농도의 sonic extract of E. faecalis (SEF)로 처리한 군은 그렇지 않은 군에 비해서 IL-2 IL-4의 농도가 유의성 있게 낮았다 (p < 0.05). PHA로 처리한 군중에서 저농도의 SEF로 처리한 군은 그렇지 않은 군과 비교하여 유의할 만한 차이를 보이지 않았다.TGF-β1의 농도는 모든 군에서 유의할 만한 차이를 보이지 않았다 (p > 0.05). 따라서, E. faecalis의 추출물은 임파구의 IL-2, IL-4의 분비능력을 저하시킨다고 할 수 있다.

        마이크로파 용융삽입법을 이용한 생분해성 나노복합체의 제조

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of application of microwave energy for the fabrication of polymer/clay nanocomposite. APES/Clay nanocomposites were prepared at 130℃ for 30min with various content of clay by melt-intercalation method under classical and microwave heating source. APES/Clay samples were characterized by the means of X-ray diffractometry(XRD), thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA), and rheometric dynamic analysis(RDA). It was found that intercalated or exfoliated state was obtained in the samples according to the condition of organic modification, clay content, and heating source.

        연속측정방법을 이용한 도심권 대기질 내 저농도 황화합물의 관측에 대한 연구

        In this study, the concentrations of major reduced sulfur compounds (H₂S, CH₃SH, DMS, and DMDS) were determined from ambient air in a monitoring station located in the mid-eastern area of Seoul. Measurements of sulfur species were conducted by the combination of on-line air sampling, thermal desorption, and capillary GC/PFPD analysis. A total number of 143 hourly samples were collected in the two time periods set between June and July 2003. The mean concentrations of four sulfur species measured in the whole study period were found on the order: DMS (535±183H) > H₂S (47±10) > DMDS (35±22) > CH₃SH (6.19±29.4 pptv). The results of this study show that the concentrations of DMS at the study area are generally higher than those reported previously in the oceanic environments, while those of other sulfur species are not easy to compare with due to the lack of data. The H₂S concentrations were generally higher during the daytime than the nighttime, whereas those of others generally exhibited a reversed diurnal pattern. The overall results of our study suggest that the distribution of major reduced S compounds should be controlled by diverse processes in the urban area.
