양방향으로 발진하는 일체형 Nd:YAG 고리레이저에서의 출력변조현상

본 논문에서는 일체형, Nd:YAG 고리 레이저에서 서로 반대방향으로 진행하는 두 모드의 비선형적인 상호작용에 의한 출력 불안정 현상을 조사하였다. 실험을 통하여 두 모드가 각각 단일 종모드로 발진함을 확인하였고, 레이저가 발진하는 임계치 부근의 낮은 펌핑수준을 유지하여 다중모드간의 경쟁이나 단방향 발진에 의한 출력 불안정이 아님을 확인하였다. 또한 잘 알려진 시스템 고유의 감쇄진동과 구별되는 현상임을 보였다. 두 모드간의 손실차가 클수록 이 출력의 변조주파수는 증가하고 변조폭이 줄어 들어 안정화 되며 단방향 발진이 일어난다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of body composition, eating habits and dietary intake in three Sasang constitutions. This survey was carried out using anthropometry, a questionnaire about eating habits, and 24-hour recall of dietary intake on 45 male and 29 female students of the fifth grade at C elementary school. The results are summarized as follows: A total of 44.6% of the subjects were Taeumin, 35.1% were Soyangin, and 20.3% were Soeumin. The average weight, WHR, Triceps, Rhrer index and BMI in the Taeumin group were significantly higher than those of the Soeumin and Soyangin groups. The body fat mass (kg) and abdominal fat (%) in the Taeumin group were significantly higher than those of the Soeumin and Soyangin groups. The soft body mass (%) in the Soeumin group was significantly higher than that of the Soeumi and Soyangin groups. The Taeumin’s energy expenditure in physical activities was little high than that of the Soyangin and Soeumin groups, but the Soyangin’s energy expenditure in physical activities per weight was a little higher than that of the Taeumin and Soeumin groups. The calorie and most of the nutrient intake were lower than those of Korean RDA. In the case of males, most nutrient intake, except for fiber, carotene and vitamin C were high in the Taeumin. For females, most nutrient intake, except for calcium and retinol were significantly higher in the Taeumin group. Conclusively, anthropometry characteristics, body composition, energy expenditure in physical activities, eating habits and dietary intake are different among the three Sasang constitutions. This study suggests the possibility of using Sasang consitutions as a basis for providing nutritional education and health guidelines.

과보호 성인 내담자의 상담모델 제안

본 연구는 과보호로 인하여 애착불안, 분리개별화 미발달, 그리고 자기감 손상의 부적 응을 겪고 있는 성인 내담자를 돕기 위한 상담 모델 개발하고자 수행되었다. 부모의 과 보호 양육은 자녀를 과의존 하도록 하여 사회화와 대인관계 등 성인으로서 독립적인 삶을 영위하는데 부정적 영향을 미친다. 본 연구를 통하여 연구자는 과보호 양육 및 그 영향에 대하여 살펴보고, 결과로서의 부적응 애착, 분리개별화, 자기감 손상을 살펴보고 자 한다. 또한 과보호 양육의 영향으로 인해 부적응을 겪는 내담자에게 적용 가능한 상 담 모델을 개발하고, 그 모델을 적용한 상담 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 부적응별 개입 전략을 탐색하고, 이 전략들을 본 사례의 내담자에게 적절 하도록 유연하게 적용하였다. 그 결과 내담자는 정서적 안정 및 독립성 획득의 만족감 을 표시하였다. 이로서 연구자는 과보호 성인 내담자를 대상으로 하는 상담 전략 및 모 델을 개발하여 실제로 성인 상담 현장에 활용 가능함을 보였고, 또한 연구 결과를 실제 사례에 적용한 성공 사례를 소개함으로써, 이론에 대한 사례 적용 가능성을 높이고자 하였다.

안양공공예술프로젝트를 통한 지역 문화진흥 및 문화콘텐츠 활성화 방안 : <안양공공예술프로젝트>를 중심으로

이 논문은 안양공공예술프로젝트를 통한 지역문화의 진흥 및 문화콘텐츠 활성화 방안을 모색할 것이다. 안양공공예술프로젝트의 활성화방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지자체의 지역 민간단체 설립과 후원이다. 둘째, 안양예술공원만의 작품 설치의 장소성을 넓혀야한다. 장소의 확장에 대한 고민이 필요하며, 만안구뿐만 아니라 동안구에도 작품과 홍보부스를 설치해 지역 간의 프로젝트에 대한 인식을 해소시켜야 한다.

재가 치매노인에 대한 회상활동의 우울 감소 효과

노인은 다양한 형태의 상실을 경험하기 때문에 정신건강과 관련해 어려움을 겪는 경우가 많은데, 이 중에서 노년기에 특히 자주 나타나는 정신건강 증상은 우울이다. 우울은 사회적으로 교류를 적게 하는 노인에게서 많이 나타나는데, 재가 치매노인은 사회적으로 교류를 적게 하는 노인층에 속한다. 재가 치매노인은 사회적으로 고립되고 고독감을 느껴서 우울을 경험할 가능성이 크다. 또한 우울은 치매를 유발할 위험성이 있는 요인으로 보고되고 있다. 그러므로 재가 치매노인의 삶의 질을 증진시키고 치매가 더 악화되는 것을 예방하기 위해서, 재가 치매노인의 우울을 줄이는 데 관심을 가질 필요가 있다. 한편 그동안의 연구에서 회상활동은 과거를 회고하게 함으로써 재가 치매노인의 우울을 줄이는 데 효과가 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 대전광역시에서 살고 있는 재가 치매노인 34명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 할당하는 비동일 통제집단 설계를 활용해서, 회상활동이 재가 치매노인의 우울을 줄이는 데 효과가 있는지를 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 회상활동을 활용한 프로그램은 재가 치매노인의 우울을 줄이는 데 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이에 근거한 제언과 한계점을 제시하였다. Because the elderly experience a variety of losses, they tend to suffer from difficulties in mental health domains. Depression has remained a major mental health problem among old persons. Old persons with less social contacts are likely to experience more depression, and the residential elderly with dementia (RED) belong to those with less social contacts. Due to the high level of social exclusion and loneliness, the RED are highly likely to suffer from depression. And depression is known to be a probable determinant of dementia. Thus in order to enhance quality of life of the RED and prevent more deterioration of their dementia, reduction of their depressions deserves a special attention. On the other hand, according to previous studies, reminiscence activities are effective in reducing the depression experienced by the RED. Therefore by employing a non-equivalent control group design where the 34 RED in Daejeon Metropolitan City were assigned to control and experimental groups respectively, this study examined the effect of reminiscence activities on the reduction of their depression. The results of this study showed that reminiscence activities had a positive effect on the reduction of depression. On the basis of these results, this study presented some suggestions and limitations as well.

과학영재고등학생 어머니의 모성경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구: 분리개별화와 이중적 동일시를 중심으로

The role of mothers in Korean education system is very important and difficult. Mothers who have a gifted child(a typical example is a science high school student[abbr:SHSS]) have particular difficulties. Based on the researcher’ spersonal experience, this research studied experiences of nine SHSS’ mothers through preliminary studies and analyzed as narrative study methods through participation observation over two years and individual in–depth interviews. The research aims to find out difficulties of a SHSS’ mothers and influence of ‘separation–individualization’ and ‘double identification’ on those mothers’ experiences. In this study, double identification theory is verified by empirical cases. Also, the factors that contributed to the generation transfer are identified to prevent this transferring circle. Implications of the findings are discussed and Christian(pastoral) counseling strategies that can help both mothers and children to live a balanced life through the skillful coping and healthy mothering development are suggested. 한국적 상황에서 어머니의 역할은 매우 중요하고도 어려운 일이다. 특히 영재인 자 녀를 가진 어머니는 일반 자녀와는 다른 어려움을 갖는다. 그렇기 때문에 사춘기이 면서 영재인 과학고등학생의 어머니의 경험은 일반고등학생 어머니의 경험과는 차 이가 있고 의미를 가진다. 이 연구는 연구자의 경험을 바탕으로 9명의 과학고등학 생 어머니 경험을 예비연구와 2년이 넘는 기간의 참여관찰과 개인별 심층면담을 통해 내러티브 탐구로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 과학영재고등학생 어머니로서 겪는 어려움들은 무엇이고 모성경험에서 분리개별화와 이중적 동일시가 어떤 영향을 미 치는가를 알아보고자 한다. 이중적 동일시 이론을 경험적 사례를 가지고 검증하고, 그요인을파악하여, 세대전수단절을막을수있는방안을모색해보려고노력했 다. 이 연구의 목적은 과학고등학생의 어머니를 도울 수 있는 목회(기독)상담적 돌 봄 방안을 제안하여, 적절한 어려움 대처와 건강한 모성의 발달로 어머니와 자녀 모두균형있는삶을살아갈수있도록돕는것이다.

뷰티 크리에이터의 브랜드 개성이 브랜드 감정과 커뮤니케이션 효과에 미치는 영향

This study attempted to investigate correlations between brand personality, brand emotion, and communication effects perceived by users toward beauty creators. For this, a questionnaire was performed among 850 users who watched videos from beauty creators from May 1 to August 31, 2019. A total of 699 responses were used for final analysis, and the results found the following: first, brand personality had a positive influence on brand emotion (β=.379, p<0.001) and communication effects (β=.424, p<0.001). When considering brand personality and communication effects, brand emotion revealed a direct and positive influence. Therefore, a positive emotion toward the beauty creator generates high cognition and interest in their videos and establishes product trust, which in turn evolves into loyal customers, exceeding purchase behavior and word-of-mouth effects. Therefore, if beauty creators keep developing high-quality content while preparing diverse plans which can increase domestic and foreign access, such contents can be useful in preparing strategic elements in the domestic beauty industry by bringing about a revitalization of K-beauty. It appears that this data could be used in planning business management strategies, such as differentiation and competitiveness improvements.
