        퍼지알고리즘을 이용한 전기전자기기의 안전진단방법에 대한 연구

        최근 전기기기로 인한 화재발생이 급증함에 따라 기기에 대한 안전진단의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연 구는 지능형의 Fuzzy기술을 이용한 전기기기의 안전진단에 관한 것으로 기기의 사용전류특성, 누적사용시간, 열화특성 및 Arc특성 등의 복합적인 전기안전 요인을 검출하여 진단한다. 이들 안전요인을 실시간으로 추출하기 위하여 각종 Sensor회로, DSP(Digital Signal Processor) 신호처리회로, 무선통신회로 등으로 구성된 Board를 설계하였고, 추출된 4가지 진단정보를 이용하여, 기기의 안전정도를 퍼지수치 값으로 표시하기 위하여 각 정보마다 Gaussian function을 사용한 퍼지 알고리즘을 설계하고 DSP에 실장 하였다. 지능적인 퍼지알고리즘은 4가지의 진단정보를 입력받아 퍼지엔진으로 추론하고 해당기기의 종합적인 안전 상태를 사람의 감성에 익숙한 100단계의 아날로그 퍼지 값으로 출력한다. 본 연구에서 구현된 DSP 하드웨어와 퍼지 알고리즘을 융합한 보드의 실험을 통하여, 전기기기의 운전 중 실시간 안전 상태를 복합적으로 검출하고, 사람에게 친화적인 감성적 퍼지 값으로 진단결과를 출력하는 기능을 소형의 DSP Board에서 구현할 수 있음을 입증하였다. 향후 인공지능 전용 Micom이 출시된다면 지능을 바탕으로 보다 진보된 진단 시스템을 연구할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Recently, the necessity of safety diagnosis of electrical devices has been increasing as the fire caused by electric devices has increased rapidly. This study is concerned with the safety diagnosis of electric equipment using intelligent Fuzzy technology. It is used as a diagnostic input for the multiple electrical safety factors such as the use current, cumulative use time, deterioration and arc characteristics inherent to the equipment. In order to extract these information in real time, a device composed of various sensor circuits, DSP signal processing, and communication circuit is implemented. The fuzzy logic algorithm using the Gaussian function for each information is designed and compiled to be implemented on a small DSP board. The fuzzy logic receives the four diagnostic information, deduces it by the fuzzy engine, and outputs the overall safety status of the device as a 100-step analog fuzzy value familiar to human sensibility. By experiments of a device that combines hardware and fuzzy algorithm implemented in this study, it is verified that it can be implemented in a small DSP board with human-friendly fuzzy value, diagnosing real-time safety conditions during operation of electric equipment. In the future, we expect to be able to study more intelligent diagnostic systems based on artificial intelligent with AI dedicated Micom.

      • Nocardia brasiliensis 의 분리 및 생물학적 성장에 관하여

        The majority of Nocardial infections reported in North America are N. ?asteroides while those in Latin America are N. brasiliensis species. Infection with N. brasiliensis, to our knowledge, has not previously been reported in Korea. The auther isolated one strain of Nocardia brasiliensis from the abscess of right bottock of 23 month old female leukemic patient who was treated with methotrixate for five month at the Seoul National University Hospital. The morphological characteristics and bioIogical properties were similar with the R.E. Gordon's description. The results are summarized as follow: 1. After 5 days incubation on Sabouroud's gIucose agar, the acid fast character appeared partially. 2. Tyrosine, casein and urea were decomposed by 7 days incubation both at room temperature and at 37℃. 3. Sod, citrate and sod. Acetate were utilized at 22℃ and 37℃ after 28 days incubation while the sod. Benzoate utilization was negative. 4. The survival range of temperature was from 10℃ to 40℃. 5. Dulcitol, gala, glycerol, Iactose, maltose, mannitol, raffinose, rhamnose, sorbitol, trehalose and xylose fermentations ware not observed up to 28 days, while the fermentation of glucose and inositol were positive.

        Sports scene is characterized by large amount of global motion due to pan and zoom of camera motion, and includes many small objects moving independently. Some short period of sports games is thrilling to televiewers, and important to producers. At the same time that kinds of scenes exhibit exceptionally dynamic motions and it is very difficult to analyze the motions with conventional algorithms. In this thesis, several algorithms are proposed for global motion analysis on these dynamic scenes. It is shown that proposed algorithms worked well for motion compensation and panorama synthesis. When cascading the inter frame motions, accumulated errors are unavoidable. In order to minimize these errors, interpolation method of motion vectors is introduced. Affined transform or perspective projection transform is regarded as a square matrix, which can be factorized into small amount of motion vectors. To solve factorization problem, we preposed the adaptation of Newton Raphson method into vector and matrix form, which is also computationally efficient. Combining multi frame motion estimation and the corresponding interpolation in hierarchical manner enhancement algorithm of motion parameters is proposed, which is suitable for motion compensation and panorama synthesis. The proposed algorithms are suitable for special effect rendering for broadcast system, video indexing, tracking in complex scenes, and other fields requiring global motion estimation.

        英祖代 次對의 傾向과 性格

        King Yongjo tried his best to remedy the adverse situation caused by the nobles' factional fights by utilizing Ch'adae. This study intends to make clear the meaning and nature of the political system under his rule. With the strengthening of functions of Pibyonsa since the Korea-Japan War of 1592-1598, Ingyon, a joint meeting of the king, state ministers, high officials of Pibyonsa, and officials of Samsa, was created. In the latter part of King Sukjong's reign, the joint conference did not function well because of king's bad health and mishap of state ministers; most of the meetings were held only on a set date. Thus, a new type of conference termed Ch'adae, in which the king met Pibyonsa officials face to face on a set date, appeared and became general since the King Yongjo's reign. Ch'adae was originally meant by a meeting held on a set date, but the meaning that it was held six times a month was added. Specific circumstances led to postponement or advancement of the set date, and even allowed irregular meetings. Experiencing crown prince's regency, Ch'adae was considered a meeting held several times a month as well as a meeting held on a set date. The total number of Ch'adae held during the King Yongjo's period amounted to 2,127, and 55.6 percent of the scheduled meetings were actually held. These figures showed that Ch'adae meetings were held more frequently than before and the meetings became important in politics at that time. During the early period of King Yongjo's reign, Ch'adae experienced lack of enthusiasm because of political unrest. Then, King Yongjo took up a positive attitude toward Ch'adae. As his policy of impartiality among political factions took root, the number of Ch'adae meetings increased to more than two times a month after the tenth year of his rule. During the period between 25^(th) year and 38^(th) year of his reign, which was the era of crown prince's regency, Ch'adae was not activated. As King Yongjo exercised power again, however, it was reactivated to a great extent. The strengthening of his authority thanks to his policy of impartiality and the support of in-laws and distinguished clans for his policy made the reactivation of Ch'adae meetings. While Ch'adae strengthened King Yongjo's power, it weakened state ministers' position and status. As King Yongjo took leadership of politics and exercised absolute authority, the power of Samsa's power also greatly declined. King Yongjo required Samsa officials to attend Ch'adae meetings, but his policy of impartiality lowered the status of the Office of the Overseer of Government Officials. When head of the Office did not attend Ch'adae meetings, he was often punished or forced out of office. King Yongjo's dissatisfaction with the Office prevented head of the Office from attending Ch'adae meetings. As Ch'adae became the main arena of political discussion during the Yongjo's period, it took on a new aspect in nature. King Yongjo attached importance to Ch'adae as much as Kyongyon (royal lecture). He utilized Ch'adae as the main arena for political discussion and Kyongyon as the arena for learning. He also tried to manage civil affairs in Ch'adae meetings. In other words, he used Ch'adae to win the hearts of the helpless people and to achieve reformation of the country. His efforts to gain public opinion were demonstrated by his dispatch of high-ranking officials to eight provinces of the country and his discussion of pending issues with them, In sum, during the King Yongjo's period, Ch'adae was an apparatus for the king, who tried to strengthen his power through the policy of impartiality, to assume the rein of government.
