Trichlorfon (TCF)의 약욕 투여에 따른 뱀장어 체내 약물 잔류량 및 약물동태학 연구

This study performed a trichlorfon (TCF) residue and pharmacokinetic analysis with Japanese eels, Anguilla japonica, to obtain baseline data to establish the maximum residue level (MRL) of TCF in A. japonica. After dipping A. japonica in 30 ppm and 150 ppm of TCF at 28℃ and 18℃, drug residue in the body was analyzed with LC-MS/MS, and these results were further analyzed with the PK solver program to obtain the pharmacokinetic parameters of TCF in the serum, muscles, and liver. The maximum concentrations (C<sub>max</sub>) in the serum, muscles, and liver were 25.87-357.42, 129.91-1043.73, and 40.47-375.20, respectively, and the time to maximum concentration (T<sub>max</sub>) was 0.13-1.32h, 1.17-3.34h, and 0.14-5.40h, respectively. The terminal elimination half-life (T<sub>1/2</sub>) was 2.13-3.92h, 5.30-10.35h, and 0.65-13.81h, respectively. In the 30 mg/L concentration group, TCF was not detected in the serum of eels 96 hours after bathing, and was below the detection limit after 336 hours in muscle and liver. On the other hand, in the 150 mg/L concentration group, TCF was not detected in the serum of eels 336 hours after bathing, but was detected in muscle and liver at 336 hours. In conclusion, the results of this study would be useful in establishing the MRL of TCF in farmed A. japonica.
문화유산관광자의 특성과 유형 분류 -하회마을을 방문한 관광객을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of cultural heritage tourists who visited Haheo village. Haheo village was officially listed by UNESCO as one of the World Heritage Sites on 7 July 2008. The study was conducted comparative research on general behavioral characteristics between the first-time and repeat visitors as individual visitors in cultural heritage tourism. We classified a typology of cultural heritage tourists by the model of McKercher(2002) based on their experience sought and importance of cultural tourism in their decision to visit a destination. Based on a sample of 470 tourists visited to the village, the study identified five main clusters. The results showed that the sightseeing cultural tourists had became the largest group among the types of cultural heritage tourists. Specifically, the repeat visitors had became the largest group among the purposeful cultural tourists. It means that cultural heritage tourists expect their experience sought and importance of cultural things in cultural heritage tourism. Thus, cultures and histories played important roles in their decision to travel and while they tour.
뱀장어(Anguilla japonica)에서 Cytochrome P450 1 gene 클로닝 및 benzo[a]pyrene 노출에 따른 발현 분석

Cytochrome P450(CYP) gene is involved in the biotransformation of drugs and environmental pollutants. In this study, we analyzed the nucleotide sequence of the Anguilla japonica CYP1(AjCYP1) family gene and examined the relative expression of AjCYP1A, AjCYP1B and AjCYP1C1 in response to the exposure to environmental pollutants. After exposure to B[a]P 20mg/kg bw, the expression of AjCYP1 family gene increased over time. Among four tissues examined (liver, spleen, gill and kidney), AjCYP1 family gene was expressed significantly in the kidney. Compared with the control group, AjCYP1A was expressed about 5-fold at 48 hr, AjCYP1B about 6-fold at 24 hr, and AjCYP1C1 about 4-fold at 24 hr. However, after exposure to B[a]P 200mg/kg bw, AjCYP1A did not change in all tissues. On the other hand, AjCYP1B was expressed at about 4-fold at 24 hr in the spleen and 4-fold at 48 hr in the gill. Finally AjCYP1C1 was expressed 3.7-fold and 4.3-fold in the spleen and kidneys at 48 hr, respectively. Taken together, our results suggest that the expression of AjCYP1 gene in eel tissues might be used as a useful tool to assess the exposure to environmental pollutants in aquaculture system
OpenMP를 이용한 HEVC 디블록킹 필터의 병렬화 구현

본 논문에서는 OpenMP를 이용하여 HEVC 복호화기의 디블록킹 필터를 병렬화하는 것을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 HEVC 디블록킹 필터를 병렬화하기 위하여 슬라이스를 병렬 처리가 가능한 코어의 개수만큼의 영역으로 균등하게 분할 한 후 각 영역에 코어를 할당하였다. 각 영역에 할당된 코어들은 자신의 영역 내의 LCU에 대해서 순차 주사 순으로 필터링을 수행하는데, 먼저 영역 내의 모든 LCU에 대하여 수평방향으로 필터링을 수행한다. 이러한 수평방향 필터링이 완료된 후 동일한 영역에 대하여 다시 수직 방향으로 필터링을 수행한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 OpenMP를 이용한 HEVC 디블록킹필터 병렬화를 통하여 4-Core 환경에서 복호화기에서 디블록킹 필터링의 수행 시간을 약 2.51배 감소 시켰다.

본 논문은 저 복잡도 비디오 복호화기를 위한 디블록킹 필터를 제안한다. 휴대전화와 같은 모바일 장치에서 많이 사용되는 H.264/AVC Baseline 프로파일은 MPEG-4 Visual 보다 압축 성능은 두 배 이상 높지만, 1/4-픽셀 보간 필터, 적응적 엔트로피 모델 및 디블록킹 필터를 사용함에 따라 복호화기의 복잡도가 높다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 H.264/AVC의 부호화 성능은 유지하면서 복호화기의 복잡도를 감소시키기 위하여 저 복잡도 디블록킹 필터를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 저 복잡도 디블록킹 필터는 BS (Boundary Strength)값에 대해 CBP (Coded Block Pattern)값을 이용하여 계산함으로써, 기존의 방법보다 분기문의 수를 49% 감소시켰다. 또한, 인트라 매크로블록 경계에서 적용되는 강한 필터링 (Strong Filtering)에 대해 필터링의 적용 범위를 두 픽셀로 제한하였다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 저 복잡도 디블록킹 필터는 H.264/AVC Baseline 프로파일에 비해 BDBitrate를 -0.02% 감소 시켰고, 디블록킹 필터의 복잡도는 42%, 복호화기 전체의 복잡도는 8.96% 감소 시켰다. This paper presents deblocking filter for low-complexity video decoder. Baseline profile of the H.264/AVC used for mobile devices such as mobile phones has two times higher compression performance than the MPEG-4 Visual but it has a problem of serious complexity as using 1/4-pel interpolation filter, adaptive entropy model and deblocking filter. This paper presents low-complexity deblocking filter for decreasing complexity of decoder with preserving the coding efficiency of the H.264/AVC. In this paper, the proposed low-complexity deblocking filter decreased 49% of branch instruction than conventional approach as calculating value of BS by using the CBP. In addition, a range of filtering of strong filter applied in intra macroblock boundaries was limited to two pixels. According to the experimental results, the proposed low-complexity deblocking filter decreased -0.02% of the BDBitrate comparison with baseline profile of the H.264/AVC, decreased 42% of the complexity of deblocking filter, and decreased 8.96% of the complexity of decoder.
