      • 제초제 2,4-D가 흰쥐 소장 점액질에 미치는 영향에 관한 조직화학적 연구

        제초제인 2,4-D가 십이지장샘, 십이지장, 회장 및 공장 술잔세포내 점액질에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여, 성숙한 흰쥐에 제초제 2,4-D 액제를 경구적으로 투여하며 중독시킨 후 3시간군, 6시간군, 12시간군, 24시간군, 48시간군, 72시간군, 96시간군 및 120시간군 별로 나누어 점액샘 및 술잔세포내 점액질 성상을 alcian blue pH 2.5 염색법, alcian blue pH 1.0 염색법, PAS 염색법, alcian blue pH 2PAS 염색법, alcian blue pH 1.0-PAS 염색법 및 aldehyde fuchsin pH 1.7-alcian blue pH 2.5 염색법으로 검색하여 관찰하였다. 십이지장샘내 중성점액질 양은 농약투여 후 12시간군부터 96시간군까지 현저한 감소를 보였으며, 감소된 중성점액질 양은 농약투여 후 120시간군에서 회복되었다. 농약투여 후 소장 술잔세포내 점액질 감량은 음모상부 및 은와저부 쪽에서 더 심하였고, 산성점액질의 감량이 중성점액질의 감량보다 매우 더 심하였고, 회복도 산성점액질보다는 중성점액질쪽에서 더 빨랐다. 장기별로는 십이지장 술잔세포가 제일 심한 영향을 받았고, 다음 공장 배상세포이었으나 회장에서는 현저하지 않았다. 소장에 있어서 산성점액질의 가장 현저한 감소는 십이지장에서 농약투여 추 12시간군, 24시간군 및 48시간군 또는 공장에서 농약투여 후 24시간군과 48시간군이었으며 현저한 감소는 십이지장에서 농약투여 추 3시간군과 6시간군, 공장에서 농약투여 후 12시간군 그리고 다소 현저한 감소는 회장에서 농약투여 후 12시간군, 24시간군, 48시간군 및 72시간군이었다. 감소된 산성점액질 양은 십이지장 및 공장에서 농약투여 후 72시간군 또는 회장에서 농약투여 후 96시간군에서 점차적으로 회복되는 경향을 나타내었다. 중성점액질 양의 감소는 십이지장에서만 농약투여 후 12시간군, 24시간군 및 48시간군에서 현저한 감소를 나타내었으나 공장 및 회장에서는 중성점액질의 감소가 현저하지 않았으며, 감소된 중성점액질 양은 농약 투여 후 십이지장 및 공장에서 72시간군 또는 회장에서 96시간군에서 점차 회복되는 경향을 나타내었다. 소장융모 및 은와내 강 sulfated mucin을 분비하는 술잔세포와 sialomucin을 분비하는 배상세포가 농약투여 후 다같이 그 염색성이 감희되었고, 전자가 후자보다 더 심한 영향을 받았으며 회복되는 경향도 늦었다. 특히 공장에서는 sialomucin을 분비하는 술잔세포가 농약투여 후 12시간군, 24시간군 및 48시간군에서 증가되는 경향을 나타내었다. This experiment was performed to observe the effect of herbicide, 2,4-D, on the production, secretion and histochemical properties of the mucosubstances of the duodenal glands and goblet cells in the small intestine. Healthy adult rats weighing about 250~300g were divided into two groups normal and experimental. Each animal of experimental groups was administrated 2,4-D (187.5mg/kg) orally and sacrificed in 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 hours after 2,4-D administration. The mucous glands and the goblet cells of the small intestine were stained with alcian blue(AB) PH 2.5, AB pH 1.0, periodic acid Schiff (PAS), AB pH 2.5-PAS, AB pH 1.0-PAS and aldehyde fuchsin AF pH 1.7-AB pH 2.5. The obtained results were as follows : Marked diminution of neutral mucosubstances in the duodenal glands was noted up from 12 hours to 96 hours, and recovered gradually from 120 hours after 2,4-D administration. Decrease of both acid and neutral mucosubstances was noted to be considerable in the goblet cells of the small intestine after 2,4-D administration, especially of the upper willi and the basal regions of the crypts, and add mucins became more markedly diminished than neutral ones, while neutral mucins more strikingly recovered than add ones. In comparison with organs, e goblet cells of duodenum seemed to be most strikinly affected, next those of the ileum, but those of jejunum not affected markedly. The most remarkable decrease of acid mucosubstances was observed in the duodenum 12, 24 and 48 hours, in the jejunum 24 and 48 hours. Remarkable decrease of those observed in the duodenum 3 and 6 hours, in the jejunum 12 hours. Slight decrease of those observed in the ileum 12, 24,m 48 and 72 hours after 2,4-D administration. the decreased amount of acid mucins tended to be gradually recovered in the duodenum and jejunum 72 hours, in the ileum 96 hours after 2,4-D administration. The amount of neutral mucins was markedly diminished only in the duodenum 12, 24 and 48 hours after the administration, but neutral mucins was not diminished in the jejunum and ileum. The decreased amount of neutral mucins tended to be gradually recovered in the duodenum and jejumin 72 hours and in the ileum 96 hours after the administration. Stainability of the goblet cells with strong sulfated mucins and with sialomucins both in the intestinal villi and crypts was generally decreased after the administration. However, the former was more markedly affected than the latter. The tendency of recover appeared to be slow, especially the goblet cells with sialomucins in the jejunum 12, 24 and 48 hours tended to be increased after the administration.

      • 초등학교 과학과 에너지영역의 STS 내용 변천

        This research compared and analyzed the content ratio of the STS (Science-Technology-Society) Education and subjects and types of learning activities to determine the characteristics of STS education in science classes of elementary schools. In the 5th curriculum, the STS-related content on energy section took up 6.6% , in the 6th curriculum, compared with that of the 5th, the STS content ratio on the energy section increased 7.9% and the STS content on the energy section in the 7th curriculum showed an increased 20.8% proportion. Comparing the main subjects of the STS in the energy section for the science class according to curriculum in the 5th, they obviously have influenced technological development, energy, the development of space studies, and sociology of science, in that order. In the 6th curriculum. compared with that of the 5th, the energy section decreased and the sociology of science increased much. There were no significant changes in other subjects. In the 7th, the STS elements were distributed evenly but the extent of the STS main subjects reduced compared to that of the 6th. The STS education activities represented in science textbooks of elementary schools were mainly executed through discussion, research activities, and actual activities. Other activities such as role-playing, simulation tests, problem solving and decision making, data analysis, research design, case studies, etc. were hardly made.

      • 남성화를 보이는 여성에서 발견된 난소의 Steroid Cell Tumor 1예

        Steroid cell tumor is a rare ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor which accounts for 0.1% of all ovarian tumors. Until now, only 4 cases have been reported in domestic literatures. Steroid cell tumor often secrets testosterone and presents virilization in adult women or precocious puberty in children. Treatment is often performed by surgical removal, adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation, but completely accepted treatment was not existed. We experienced a case of steroid cell tumor, which was manifested by typical virilization in a 43-year old patient, who was previously performed hysterectomy and unilateral oophorectomy. So, we present with a brief review of the literatures.

      • 협동학습을 활용한 초등학교 인성교육의 활성화 : 도덕과 교육을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study have two as follows; One is to examine the theoretical backgrounds and some effects of cooperative learning and the other is to prove the usefulness of cooperative learning in moral teaching and to provide an effective model of moral teaching in order to develop three aspects of morality. Cooperative learning is the instructional use of small groups so that students work together to maximize their own and each other's learning. Within cooperative activities individuals seek outcomes that are beneficial to themselves and beneficial to all other group members. Cooperative efforts result in participants striving for mutual benefit so that all group members gain from each other's efforts, recognizing that all group members share a common fate, knowing that one's performance is mutually caused for achievement. It is founded that cooperative learning is one of effective instructional processes to develop student's character. It gives students regular practice in developing important social and moral competencies, such as the ability to take perspective, work as a part of a tem, and appreciate others, at the same time that they are learning academic materials. Cooperative learning also contributes to the development of cohesive and caring classroom community by breaking down inter-personal distrust and over-competition and integrating every student into the small social structure of the cooperative group. We proposed the integrated model of moral teaching that could be helpful to build moral knowing, moral feeling, moral acting of students.

      • 입자상 오염물질의 대기환경기준에 관한 연구

        We provide various fundamental statistics for PM-10 based on air quality monitoring data('96-'98) operated by the Ministry of Environment. The purposes of this paper are to examine the distribution of PM-10 level computed on the basis of a reference method adapted by USEPA and to review national ambient air quality standards for particulate matter in Korea. When we calcualted the 3-year('96-'98) average of the annual mean PM-10 concentrations at 24 monitoring sites. 21 sites were not met 50㎍/m(annual PM-10 standard in USA). Especially. Duckchon-dong and Shinpyung-dong sites at Pusan were recorded the highest concentration. Also, when we considered the 3-year average of the 99^(th) percentile values, 14 sites including Ssangmun-dong at Seoul and Duckchon-dong at Pusan among 23 were classified non-attainment area exceeding 150㎍/m(24-hour PM-10 standard in USA). We suggest that the air quality standards for PM-10 and PM2.5 in Korea must be actually regulated based on scientific review and the public health.

      • Sputter-texttured Mo 박막이 CoCrTa/Cr 자기기록매체의 자기적 성질에 미치는 영향

        The effect of Mo underlayer on the magnetic properties of CoCrTa/Cr films deposited on glass substrates were investigated. The coercivity increased and the coercivity squareness decreased by introducing Mo underlayer. The coercivity increase was attributed to the increase of in-plane c-axis orientation and magnetic isolation of Co grains deposited on Cr/Mo underlayer. The decrease of coercivity squarenesses seemed to be caused by the increase of magnetic isolation. The increase of magnetic isolation of Co grains was attributed to the diffusion of Mo atoms into Brain boundaries of Co films and the physical isolation of Co grains. The coerciyity of CoCrTa/Cr/Mo showed maximum values at Mo thickness of 400Å. The appearance of the maximum coercivity at that thickness was attributed to the development of strong Co(10□ Θ) and Co(10□ 1) preferred orientation.

      • 오매(Fructus Mume)의 항산화물질의 분리 및 특성연구

        천연물로부터 새로운 항산화제를 개발하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 한방에서 사용되는 한약재 중의 하나인 오매(烏梅)의 물 추출물과 메탄을 추출물 및 순차 분획물에 대해 팜유, 우지와 돈지를 기질로하여 유지저아시험, Rancumat method, 전자공여작용 등으로 항산화성을 확인한 결과, EtOAc 분획물에서 강한 항산화 활성을 나타내어 column chromatography, thin layer chromatography를 통하여 활성성분에 관한 연구를 시도하였다. 1. 오매 용매분획물 중 EtOAc 분획물(400 ppm)은 유지저장실험(60℃)에서, 팜유, 우지와 돈지에 모두 우수한 효과를 나타내었으며, 특히 우지에서 높은 활성을 나타내었고, BHA(200 ppm)와 α-tocopherol(200 ppm)보다 활성이 높았다. 2. 오매 EtOAc 분획물(400 ppm)은 Rancimat method에서는 팜유, 우지와 돈지에 비교적 우수한 효과를 나타내었으며, 우지에서 AI가 4.39로 상당히 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 3. 오매의 용매분획물 중 EtOAc 분획물이 DPPH라디칼에 대한 강한 소거활성을 나타내었으며, 그 활성은 EtOAc 분획물의 농도에 의존하여 증가하였고, SC_(50)은 21.2μg/ml이었다. 4. 오매 EtOAc 분획물에서 분리한 8개 획분 중 E4에서 SC_(50)이 16.7μg/ml으로 높은 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성을 나타내었으며, 원인 물질은 여러 가지 스펙트럼 측정 결과 수종 물질이 혼합물인 것으로 밝혀져, 보다 순수한 형태로의 분리 후 정확한 동정의 시도가 요구되었다. Fructus Mume is the roasted hits of Prunus mwme and has been used as tradibonal Chmese medicine. The anboxidatwe effect of the extract from Fructus Mume was measured using different methodsn such as, electron donating abdihes(EDA), Rancimat and oven tests. The methanol extract obtained from the Fructus Mume was solvent-fractionated with ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water, respectively. The ethyl acetate fraction showed the highest antioxidative activity among them. To identify the compounds with antioxidative activity, the isolates from thm layer chromatography were studied further. This study demonstrates that Fructus Mume might be useful for the prevention or treatment of disorders associated with oxidative damage.

      • Centrosomal Protein192(Cep192) is Essential for Formation of Spindle Assembly and Microtubule during Porcine Oocyte Maturation

        In mammalian oocyte, acentriolar MTOC(Microtubule organizing center) surrounded by pericentriolar material (PCM) serve as the core structure of the centrosome. Acentriolar MTOC acts like a functional centriole in mouse oocyte. However, the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood in mammalian germ cell. Here we show that Cep192, an evolutionarily conserved protein, is required for generation of a functional MTOC organizing spindle assembly in porcine oocyte. We found that Cep192 is recruited to the proximal acentriolar MTOC in metaphase I stage during porcine in vitro maturation. In particularly, Cep192 is expressed well in proximal regions of spindle at Anaphase I. Using injection of dsRNA against Cep192, Cep192 mRNA and proteins was decreased and depletion of Cep192 caused porcine oocyte maturation and impair spindle assembly in porcine oocyte. We also find that two cell cycle related kinase, polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1) and aurora kinase A (AURKA) are involved in the porcine oocyte maturation, indicating the common roles of cell cycle kinases in mammalian oocytes. Taken together, Cep192 is one of essential factor for the acentriolar spindle formations in porcine oocyte and indicating the conservation of roles of Cep192 in spindle assembly in mammalian meiotic cell division.
