        병원균 및 생물독소 탐지시스템을 위한 원자외선 LED 기술동향

        The humans are under attack involving the hazardous environment and pathogen/biotoxin aerosol that is realistic concerned. A portable, fast, reliable, and cheap Pathogen and Biotoxin Aerosol threat Detection(PBAD) trigger is an important technology for detect-to-protect and detect-to-treat system because the man-made biological terror is a fast and lethal infection. The ultraviolet C(UVC) wavelengths light source is key issue for PBAD that is sensitive because of strong fluorescence cross section from fluorescent amino acids in proteins such as tryptophan and tyrosine. The UVC-light emitting diode(LED) is emerging light source technology as alternative to laser or lamps as they offer several advantages. This paper discussed about the design consideration of UVC-LED for the PBAD system. The UVC-LED and PBAD technology, currently available or in development, are also discussed.

        수동형 FTIR 원격화학 탐지기를 이용한 SF<sub>6</sub> 오염운의 실시간 탐지

        Brightness temperature spectra acquired from FTIR(Fourier Transform Infrared)-SCADS (Standoff Chemical Agent Detection System) could be available for detection and identification of the chemical agents and pollutants from different background. IR spectrum range of 770 to 1350 $cm^{-1}$ is corresponding to "atmospheric window". A 2-dimensional(2D) brightness temperature spectrum was drawn from combining each data point through automatic continuous scanning of FTIR along with altitude and azimuth. At higher altitude, temperature of background was decreased but scattering effect of atmospheric gases was increased. Increase in temperature difference between background and blackbody in SCADS at higher temperature causes to increases in peak intensity of $SF_6$. This approach shows us a possibility that 2D visual information is acquired from scanning data with a single FTIR-SCADS.

        To produce a fine structure with uniform surface of barrier ribs in PDP, acid etching process has been used in manufacture process. It is necessary to understand the mechanism of etching, particularly on the interface of ceramic fillers and matrix glass. We investigated the effect of ceramic fillers (ZnO, $Al_2O_3$) on the microstructure of borate glass system to find an etching mechanism of barrier ribs. The barrier ribs was etched with several steps, dissolving a small amount of residual glass, taking out alumina fillers, and removing a cluster type of ZnO fillers and glass matrix.

        공정 변수에 따른 비정질 인듐갈륨징크옥사이드 산화물 반도체 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성 연구

        Thin-film transistors (TFTs) were fabricated using amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (a-IGZO) channels by rf-magnetron sputtering at room temperature. We have studied the effect of oxygen partial pressure on the threshold voltage($V_{th}$) of a-IGZO TFTs. Interestingly, the $V_{th}$ value of the oxide TFTs are slightly shifted in the positive direction due to increasing $O_2$ partial pressure from 0.007 to 0.009 mTorr. The device performance is significantly affected by varying $O_2$ ratio, which is closely related with oxygen vacancies provide the needed free carriers for electrical conduction.

        405 nm 광원을 이용한 생물입자탐지기의 에어로졸 분석성능

        This paper offer the characteristics for the detection and classification of biological and non-biological aerosol particles in the air by using laser-induced-fluorescence (LIF) based Bio-aerosol Detection System (BDS). The BDS is mainly consist of an optical chamber, in-outlet nozzle system, 405 nm diode laser, an avalanche photo detector (APD) for scattering signal and photomultiplier tubes (PMT) for fluorescence signals in two different wavelength range ; F1, 510-600 nm and F2, 435-470 nm. The detection characteristics, especially ratio of fluorescence signal intensity were examined using well-known components : polystylene latex (PSL), fluorescence PSL, $2{\mu}m$ of SiO2 micro sphere, dried yeast, NADH, ovalbumin, fungicide powder and standard dust. The results indicated that the 405 nm diode laser-based LIF instrument can be a useful bio-aerosol detection system for unexpected biological threaten alter in real-time to apply for dual-use technology in military and civilian fields.

        비정질 하프늄인듐징크옥사이드 산화물 반도체의 공정 파워에 따른 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성 연구

        The dependency of sputtering power on the electrical performances in amorphous HIZO-TFT (hafnium-indium-zinc-oxide thin film transistors) has been investigated. The HIZO channel layers were prepared by using radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method with different sputtering power at room temperature. TOF-SIMS (time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry) was performed to confirm doping of hafnium atom in IZO film. The field effect mobility (${\mu}FE$) increased and threshold voltage ($V_{th}$) shifted to negative direction with increasing sputtering power. This result can be attributed to the high energy particles knocking-out oxygen atoms. As a result, oxygen vacancies generated in HIZO channel layer with increasing sputtering power resulted in negative shift in Vth and increase in on-current.

      • Effects of nitrogen doping by dielectric barrier discharge method on ZnO thin film transistor using pulsed laser deposition

        The effect of nitrogen doping on Znic oxide (ZnO) thin film transistor has been studied in this work. The nitrogen doping was done by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) method during the ZnO deposition. After minimum annealing temperature of 300℃, both ZnO (without DBD) and ZnO:N(with DBD) TFTs show the transfer characteristics with the similar on-to-off current ratio (Ion/off), threshold voltage (V<SUB>th</SUB>), and subthreshold swing (S.S.) property values. However, the V<SUB>th</SUB> shift of ZnO:N TFT after bias temperature stress test is much less than that of ZnO TFT. This shows that nitrogen doping on ZnO improves the stability of ZnO:N TFT.

        여학생의 젠더 실천을 통해 본 공학교육 공동체의 젠더

        본 연구는 H대 공과대학 여학생들의 초점집단면접 자료를 바탕으로 공대 여학생의 젠더 실천과 정체성 관리 작업을 분석하고, 이를 통해 오늘날 공학교육 공동체의 젠더 관계를 들여다보았다. 학습활동과 자치활동, 이성교제 등 다양한 상호작용에서 여학생들은 주어진 맥락에 따라 젠더 중립성을 주장하거나 여성(성)과 거리를 두는가 하면 전형적인 여성성을 수행하기도 하는, 상이한 패턴의 젠더 실천들을 병행하였고, 평판 관리를 위해 여성성을 전략적으로 활용하는 모습을 보이기도 했다. 이는 공동체에 존재하는 여성성에 대한 모순된 기대와 압력을 반증하는 것으로, 그로 인한 긴장이 가장 증폭되는 외모 꾸미기와 이성교제에서 여성성을 비/가시화하는 여학생들의 유연한 관리는 더욱 두드러졌다. 여성이자 공대생 되기를 시도하는 여학생들의 능동적인 젠더 실천들을 긍정적으로 조명하면서도, 본 연구는 그것이 공대-남성의 공고한 연결을 해체하는 데 기여하지는 못했다고 평가했다. 공학교육 공동체에서 지배적인 젠더 질서의 전환은 여전히 더디며 현재 한국사회의 젠더 담론 지형에서 그러한 시도가 더욱 지체될 수 있다는 것이 본 연구의 진단이다. 이러한 결론에 이어 전환의 시도를 자극할 수 있는 몇 가지 실천의 방향을 제안한다. The purpose of this study lies in diagnosing gender relations in engineering school today by analyzing gender practices and identity construction of women students in colleges of engineering. According to the results of analysis, women students simultaneously engaged in disparate gender practices including an emphasis on gender neutrality, distancing themselves from women/femininity, and doing typical femininity in accordance with the given context. This shows contradictory pressure on women that exists within the engineering educational community. Especially in dress or dating, women students manage their in/visibility of feminity more flexibly. While positively highlighting women students’ active and multifaceted gender practicing, the study points out that the transformation of the dominant gender order within colleges of engineering still remains slow and that claiming gender neutrality has delayed the process even further by interfering with the recognition of structural gender issues. Finally, we propose some ways of practices that stimulate transformational attempts for change of gender relations.

        손목자해로 응급실에 내원한 환자수와 기후인자와의 관련성

        연구목적 자살행동의 계절성은 잘 알려져 있는 현상이지만, 자해행동의 계절성은 알려진 바가 적다. 본 연구는 자해행동 중 하나인 손목자해행동이 계절성을 나타내는지를 확인하고, 기후인자와의 관련성을 파악하고자 했다. 방 법 자해행동의 계절성을 확인하기 위하여 2014. 12~2019. 5까지 일 병원 응급실에 손목자해행동으로 내원한 226명의 대상자의 월별 평균 내원 숫자가 월별로 차이를 나타내는지를 보았다. 손목자해행동과 기후인자와의 관련성을 확인하기 위하여 월 단위 시간변수와 기상청 데이터를 통해 획득한 월별 기후변수(기온, 일조량, 1개월 전 대기압)를 설명변수로 하고, 월 별로 손목자해행동으로 응급실에 내원한 횟수를 결과변수로 하여 일반화 가법모형을 이용한 다중 포아송 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결 과 손목자해행동으로 응급실에 내원한 대상자의 월 평균 숫자는 남자에서 유의한 월별 차이가 있었고, 9월에 가장 많았다(남자 : p=0.048, 여자 : p=0.21, 전체 : p=0.28). 다중 회귀분석 결과 손목자해로 응급실에 내원한 월 평균 환자의 숫자는 남자에서는 1달전 대기압과 기온의 교호작용과 관련이 있었고(p=0.010), 여자에서는 일조량과 양의 상관관계[p=0.044, β=4.70×10-3, 95% CI=(1.19×10-4, 9.27×10-3)]를 보였다. 결 론 손목자해행동은 남성에서 두드러진 계절성을 보이며, 이는 기후변수의 변화와 관련성이 있다. Objectives : Although the seasonality of suicide is a well-known phenomenon, little is reported about the seasonality of non-suicidal self-injury. The purpose of this study was to identify the seasonality of wristcutting behavior and to examine its relationship with meteorological factors. Methods : To identify the presence of seasonality, we investigated whether there was a difference in the average number of visits per month to an emergency room (ER) of an urban hospital for 226 patients with wrist-cutting behavior enrolled between December 2014 and May 2019. To ascertain significant meteorological factors, we used the multiple Poisson regression using generalized additive model with time, monthly temperature, monthly sunshine hour, and atmospheric pressure in the prior month as explanatory variables. Results : In males, the average number of monthly visits to the ER for wrist cutting behavior differed by month and was the highest in September (male : p=0.048, female : p=0.21, total : p=0.28). As a result of multiple regression analysis, the average number of patients admitted to the ER for wrist cutting behavior was related to the interaction between atmospheric pressure in the prior month and temperature in males (p=0.010), and showed a positive correlation with sunlight in females [p=0.044, β=4.70×10-3, 95% CI=(1.19×10-4, 9.27×10-3)]. Conclusions : Wrist cutting behavior shows seasonality in male, which is associated with changes in meteorological variables.
