        조직문화가 공무원의 적극행정 인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 조직공정성의 매개효과

        본 연구는 중앙행정기관 소속 국가공무원 247명을 대상으로 조직문화가 조직공정성을 매개하여 적극행정에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구방법은 조직 간 문화 차이를 Cameron & Quinn(1999)의 경쟁가치모형을 토대로 집단문화, 위계문화, 발전문화, 합리문화로 분류하여 조직문화, 조직공정성, 적극행정 세 변수의 관계를 위계적 회귀분석 방법을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 합리문화, 발전문화는 적극행정에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직공정성은 적극행정에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조직공정성의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 합리문화와 적극행정의 관계에서는 부분매개 효과를, 집단문화와 적극행정의 관계에서는 완전매개 효과를 확인하였다. 통제변수와 관련하여 연령이 높을수록 적극행정 인식이 유의하게 높았으며, 중앙행정기관 본부보다 소속기관에 근무하는 공무원의 적극행정 인식이 더 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 조직문화와 조직공정성, 적극행정의 관계에 대한 실증연구가 부족한 실정에서 이들 변수간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하고, 연령, 기관 특성 등이 적극행정 인식에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인하여 후속 연구의 필요성을 제기하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이와 더불어 실증분석 결과를 토대로 외부지향적 문화의 강화와 조직공정성 개선을 위한 내부홍보 및 교육 등의 정책적 대안을 제시하였다. This study analyzed the impact of organizational culture on active administration by mediating organizational fairness, targeting 247 state public officials. Organizational culture classifies into hierarchical culture, collective culture, rational culture, and development culture based on the competitive value model of Cameron & Quinn (1999), and hierarchical regression on the relationship between variables was conducted. As a result of the analysis is as follows. First, rational culture, and development culture, have a significant positive(+) effect on active administration. Second, organizational fairness has a significant positive effect on active administration. Third, as a result of test the mediating effect of organizational fairness, a partial mediating effect was confirmed in the relationship between rational culture and active administration, and a complete mediating effect was confirmed in the relationship between collective culture and active administration. Among the control variables, age and institutional characteristics significantly impact on active administration. This study contributes to literature in that it explored the relationship between the three variables of organizational culture, organizational fairness, and active administration. Future research direction was also discussed. In addition, based on empirical evidences, policy alternatives such as internal public relations and education were presented to strengthen external-oriented culture and organizational fairness.

        상호정보량과 그래프 뉴럴 네트워크 기반의 설명가능한 링크 예측

        최근에 그래프 뉴럴 네트워크는 노드 분류, 그래프 분류, 링크 예측 등의 그래프 마이닝/머신러닝에서 훌륭한 성능을 보였다. 많은 그래프 임베딩 기법들이 그래프에서의 노드 간의 유사도를 벡터 공간에서의 거리로 표현하고자 한다. 실제 그래프 구조의 데이터를 임베딩하여 심층학습을 하면 이웃 노드들로부터 전달되는 정보의 복잡한 상호작용과 많은 잠재적 요소들에 의해 정보가 얽히기 때문에 그래프 뉴럴 네트워크의 결과를 해석할 수가 없다. 이 문제를 개선하기 위해 본 논문은 그래프 뉴럴 네트워크의 좋은 링크 예측 성능과 링크에 대한 설명을 제시하는 상호정보량 기반의 방법을 제안한다. 상호정보량을 활용하여 두 노드 간의 유사도를 최대화하는 로컬 서브그래프를 찾고 노드 간의 연결에 대해 통계적으로 설명한다. 제안한 방법에서는 기존 그래프에서 링크 예측에 중요한 노드와 간선을 추출한 서브그래프를 다시 학습하여 링크 예측의 좋은 성능을 보인다. 동시에 상호정보량에 기반하여 링크 예측에 대한 설명을 제시한다. Recently, graph neural networks(GNNs) have shown good performance in many graph mining/machine learning tasks such as node classification, graph classification, and link prediction. Many graph embedding techniques attempt to represent the similarity of nodes in local subgraphs as the distance in vector space. Deep learning for real-world graph-structured data poses great challenges for the interpretation of the result, as the entangled information is induced by complex interactions of neighborhood nodes together with many latent factors. To overcome this difficulty, we propose a mutual information-based method to have a good performance on link prediction as well as to produce an interpretable subgraph for the link. Mutual information is used to find a subgraph that plays an important role in maximizing the similarity of two nodes and to give an explanation statistically. Our method effectively predicts the link by utilizing subgraphs based on the importance of the nodes and the edges for link prediction. At the same time, it gives a compact explanation for link prediction by mutual information.

        방염작업복용 재활용 아라미드/면 혼방 직물의 역학 특성 및 쾌적성

        As the use of high-performance and highly functional industrial fibers has rapidly increased, the amount of the resulting fiber waste has also risen. The purpose of this study was to develop methods for recycling aramid/cotton-blend fabric and characterize its use in flame retardant work clothes. For this purpose, we investigated its properties through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and performed a comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of the fabric with a KES-FB system. The recycled fabric retained the properties of both the cotton and aramid fibers. When compared with pure aramid fabric, the recycled aramid/cotton-blend fabric was more flexible, had a higher Qmax and thermal conductance, and a similar level of water vapor permeability. These results indicate that the recycled aramid/cotton fabric is comfortable to wear. This study also established a database that can be referenced for the utilization of recycled, aramid/cotton-blend fabrics in flame retardant work clothes.

        Antagonic Effects of Dexamethasone on FK506-induced Antitumor Effects in Hep3B Cells

        FK506 is a widespread immunosuppressive drug after liver transplantion in patients with advanced-stage hepatocellular carcinoma. Dexamethasone is frequently used as co-treatment in cytotoxic cancer therapy, e.g. to prevent nausea, to protect normal tissue or for other reasons. Our aim was to investigate antitumor effects of FK506 in Hep3B cells, one of differentiated human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines and inhibitory effects of dexamethsone on FK506-induced antitumor effects. Cell injury was evaluated by biochemical assays as cell viability, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)and reactive oxygen species (ROS) in Hep3B cells. Intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca^(2+)]i) and the level of activation of the c-Jun-N-terminal kinase (JNK) and the Bax protein in cultured Hep3B cells was measured. Exposure of 0.1 μM FK506 to Hep3B cells led to cell death accompanied by a decrease in cell viability and an increase in LDH, ROS and [Ca^(2+)]i. FK506 induced an increase in activity of Bax and JNK protein but inhibited the activity of Bcl-2 protein. Treatment of dexamethsone, per se, had no effects on cell viability, LDH and ROS. However, co-treatment of FK506 and dexamethasone diminished the FK506-induced LDH release, ROS generation and JNK activation. These results demonstrate that FK506 has antitumor effect in Hep3B cells but the combination of FK506 and dexamethasone antagonizes the FK506-induced antitumor effects.

        Comparison of gene expression profiles in drug-withdrawn rats

        The aim of the present study was to compare gene expression profiles in animals treated with abusable drugs. Wistar rats were treated with saline, morphine, chloral hydrate, or pentobarbital twice daily for 14 days. To induce neurotoxicity, a group of rats was treated with kainic acid. 24 hr after withdrawal, and a genome-wide DNA microarray analysis was conducted with the striata. A total of 57 gene expression patterns were altered in the three test groups; 35 of the 157 genes were selected when compared with the kainic acid treated group. Twenty-two of the 24 genes were functionally described in the gene library, and many were involved in long-term potentiation (LTP) and cell adhesion. The results were confirmed by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction analysis. Taken together, the selected genes may subserve identification of physical dependence biomarkers and contribute to determining the molecular mechanisms underlying physical dependence.

        Effect of Acute High-intensive Swimming Exercise on Blood Electrolytes and Metabolites

        Magnesium (Mg2+) is an essential co-factor for over 325 physiological and biochemical processes so that plays a central role of neuronal activity, cardiac excitability, neuromuscular transmission, muscular contraction,vasomotor tone, and blood pressure significantly related to physical performance. However, only limited information on blood ionized Mg2+ (iMg2+) regarding to physical exercise is available and the data from blood total Mg2+ detection are inconsistent. This present study investigated the changes of blood iMg2+ correlated with metabolic demands during acute high-intensive exhaustive physical exercise in rats. After exhausted swimming (3-4 hours), blood pH, glucose,HCO3-, oxygen and ionized Ca2+ (iCa2+) were significantly decreased, whereas lactate, carbon dioxide, iMg2+, ionized Na+ and ionized K+ were significantly increased. During the exhausted swimming, the changes in iMg2+ showed a significant negative correlation with changes in pH, glucose, HCO3- and iCa2+, however a significant negative correlation with changes in lactate and anionic gap. It is concluded that the acute high-intensive exhaustive physical exercise could produced hypermagnesemia, an increase in blood iMg2+ via stimulation of iMg2+ efflux following increase in intracellular iMg2+ from muscle induced by metabolic and respiratory acidosis.
