        본 연구는 노인의 가족관계가 문제음주를 매개로 하여 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 가족관계가 생활만족도에 미치는 효과를 보다 구체적으로 검증함으로써 실천적인 함의를 제시하고자 한다. 2017년 한국은 2000년 고령화 사회 진입 후 65세 이상의 노인 인구가 전체 인구의 14.3%로 17년만에 고령사회로 초고속 진입하였다(통계청, 2018). 고령화 사회에서 고령사회로 진입하는 데 24년이 걸린 일본과 비교하여도 유례없는 고령화 속도를 보이고 있다. 2026년 경에는 전체 인구의 20.8%로 초고령 사회에 도달할 것으로 전망된다(보건복지부, 2018). 고령화로 인한 노인 인구의 증가는 가장 큰 사회적 문제로 인식되고 있으며, 이와 관련하여 건강한 노후에 대한 관심이 그 어느 때보다 증대되고 있다(장신재, 2017).

        Design of a 2.4-GHz Fully Differential Zero-IF CMOS Receiver Employing a Novel Hybrid Balun for Wireless Sensor Network

        A novel compact model for a five-port transformer balun is proposed for the efficient circuit design of hybrid balun. Compared to the conventional model, the proposed model provides much faster computation time and more reasonable values for the extracted parameters. The hybrid balun, realized in 0.18 μm CMOS, achieves 2.8 dB higher gain and 1.9 dB lower noise figure than its passive counterpart only at a current consumption of 0.67 mA from 1.2 V supply. By employing the hybrid balun, a differential zero-IF receiver is designed in 0.18 μm CMOS for IEEE 802.15.4 ZigBee applications. It is composed of a differential cascode LNA, passive mixers, and active RC filters. Comparative investigations on the three receiver designs, each employing the hybrid balun, a simple transformer balun, and an ideal balun, clearly demonstrate the advantages of the hybrid balun in fully differential CMOS RF receivers.The simulated results of the receiver with the hybrid balun show 33 dB of conversion gain, 4.2 dB of noise figure with 20 kHz of 1/f noise corner frequency, and -17.5 dBm of IIP3 at a current consumption of 5 mA from 1.8 V supply.

        2.4 GHz 저전력 차동 직접 변환 CMOS RF 수신기를 위한 새로운 하이브리드 발룬 회로

        A low-power, low-noise, highly-linear hybrid balun circuit is proposed for 2.4-GHz fully differential CMOS direct conversion receivers. The hybrid balun is composed of a passive transformer and loss-compensating auxiliary amplifiers. Design issues regarding the optimal signal splitting and coupling between the transformer and compensating amplifiers are discussed. Implemented in 0.18 μm CMOS process, the 2.4 GHz hybrid balun achieves 2.8 dB higher gain and 1.9 dB lower noise figure than its passive counterpart and +23 dBm of IIP3 only at a current consumption of 0.67 mA from 1.2 V supply. It is also examined that the hybrid balun can remarkably lower the total noise figure of a 2.4 GHz fully differential RF receiver only at a cost of 0.82 mW additional power dissipation. 2.4 GHz 대역 완전차동 직접변환 수신기를 위한 저전력, 저잡음, 고선형성을 가지는 새로운 구조의 하이브리드 발룬(Hybrid Balun) 회로를 제안한다. 제안된 하이브리드 발룬은 수동형 트랜스포머(Passive Transformer)와 손실 보상용 보조 증폭기(Loss-compensating Auxiliary Amplifiers)로 구성된다. 트랜스포머와 보상용 증폭기 사이의 신호의 분리와 결합에 대한 설계 이슈들을 제시하였다. 0.18 μm 공정으로 제작된 하이브리드 발룬은 수동형 발룬에 비해 2.4 GHz 대역에서 이득은 2.8 dB 높고 잡음지수는 1.9 dB 낮으며, 측정된 IIP3는 +23 dBm 이다. 전체 전력소모는 1.2 V 전원 전압에서 0.67 mA로서 저전력으로 구현되었다. 하이브리드 발룬 기술을 적용하여 설계된 무선센서노드용 CMOS 직접변환 수신기는 수동형 발룬을 사용했을 때 비해 0.82 mW의 추가 전력소모만으로 전체 잡음 지수를 현저히 낮출 수 있음을 확인하였다.

      • 청소년의 스마트폰 의존이 학교적응에 미치는 영향 : 직업결정의 조절효과

        본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 청소년의 스마트폰 의존과 학교적응 간의 관계에서 직업결정의 조절효과를 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 한국청소년패널조사 데이터를 활용하였으며, 이 중에서 중1패널 2,590명을 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 스마트폰 의존이 심할수록 학교적응의 수준은 높아졌다. 둘째, 스마트폰 의존과 청소년의 학교적응 간의 관계에 있어 직업결정이 조절효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 장래 직업결정이 높을수록 스마트폰 의존이 학교적응에 미치는 영향을 완화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로, 청소년의 학교적응과 같은 가족관계의 질을 향상시키기 위한 주요한 요인으로서 직업결정 등과 같은 진로지도, 장래 계획 등에 대한 점검,관리 및 체계화가 요구됨을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the moderating effect of job decisions on the relationship between smartphone dependence and school adaptation among Korean adolescents. For this purpose, data from the 2019 Korean Youth Panel Survey were used, and among them, 2,590 middle school panelists were used for the final analysis. The main analysis results of this study are as follows. First, as adolescents' smartphone dependence increased, the level of school adaptation increased. Second, it was found that occupational decision had a moderating effect on the relationship between smartphone dependence and adolescents' school adaptation. In other words, it was found that the higher the future career decision, the less the influence of smartphone dependence on school adaptation. Based on the results of the study, it was suggested that the examination, management and systematization of career guidance and future plans such as career decisions are required as major factors to improve the quality of family relationships such as school adjustment.

        Prehypertension and Left Ventricular Diastolic Dysfunction in Middle-Aged Koreans

        Background and Objectives: Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction is known to be a marker of myocardial damage, in particular myocardial fibrosis resulting from hypertension (HT). However, few studies have shown an association between the grade of diastolic dysfunction and blood pressure classification. We investigated the association between diastolic dysfunction and prehypertension (preHT) in apparently healthy adults who underwent routine health examinations. Subjects and Methods: The study sample included 4261 Koreans, 45 to 64 years of age with no previous history of HT, diabetes mellitus, malignancy, proven coronary artery disease, or valvular heart disease based on echocardiography, who underwent routine health examinations including echocardiography. The subjects were classified into three groups based on resting blood pressure: prehypertensive, hypertensive, and normotensive. Results: The prevalence of preHT in our study was 42.1%. After adjusting for age, gender, smoking status, alcohol consumption, fasting blood sugar, serum lipid profile, and body mass index, left ventricular diastolic dysfunction grades 1 and 2 were significantly more frequent in subjects with preHT (odds ratio [OR] 1.66 [95% confidence interval {CI} 1.40-1.96] and 1.37 [95% CI 0.95-1.97], respectively). When analyzed according to gender, the increased OR was especially notable in males. Conclusion: Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction appears to be significantly associated with preHT in Korean middle-aged males.

        The Prevalence of Marfan Syndrome in Korea

        The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of Marfan syndrome (MFS) in Korean adults. Data were collected from the National Health Insurance Service in Korea from 2006 through 2013. The data consisted of primary diagnoses related to MFS (Q87.4) diagnosed according to the 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems. The age-standardized prevalence of MFS in adults was calculated using the estimated Korean population in 2010 as a reference. Overall, the prevalence of MFS was 0.90 per 100,000 persons in 2006 and 2.27 in 2013. For males in 2013, the prevalence per 100,000 persons was 2.61 in overall and 4.32 in 15–19 years-old. For females in 2013, the prevalence per 100,000 persons was 1.92 in overall and 3.02 in 10–14 years-old. In conclusion, currently, the age-standardized overall prevalence of MFS was 2.27 persons per 100,000 persons. And the overall age-standardized prevalence of MFS increased between 2006 and 2013 especially in 15–19 years-old males and 10–14 years-old females.

        주권면제의 주체와 국제법협회협약초안(ILADC)

        There exists a doctrine of Sovereign or State Immunity in international law which has begun from the 19th century in European states practice. But realm of the state activity has been extended such as commercial trade which had been considered as a territory of individual's. So, with this trend, the theory of Sovereign Immunity has been changed a lot. Most of all, we should determine who are sovereigns and what constitute a sovereign by the new viewpoint. Though the purpose of the Article is to show that an international convention on Sovereign Immunity is both possible and desirable, the focus is to investigate the one of the key questions about Sovereign Immunity, that is, the subjects of it. The Article looks first to why the subjects of Sovereign Immunity is of importance under the emerging modern theory. It seeks next to identify the potential sources of conflict in defining the subjects of Sovereign Immunity. These sources are generated as the differences between states in ideology, political organization, economic organization and types of state trading organizations. Using these theoretical paradigms, the Article then examines how the ILADC and the other statutes or treaties, particularly the U.S. Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, U.K. State Immunity Ac. European Convention on State Immunity and U.N. International Law Commission Draft Convention are different. (1) Which is a separate legal person, corporate or otherwise, and (2) Which is an organ of a foreign state or political subdivision thereof, or a majority of whose shares or other ownership interest the ILADC as a instrument embodies various national solutions and responds effectively to the economic and political differences, in particular, its emphasis on 'form' over 'function' promotes predictability. Of course ILADC has some problems which are left unresolved, it is more useful as a model for an international convention on Sovereign Immunity.
