Hypokalemic periodic paralysis is a rare syndrome which may occur either in the familial form, with autosomal dominant inheritance, or sporadically. A 35 year old male with the complaints of palpitation, dyspnea, neck swelling and periodic paralysis of the extremities, accompanied by hyperthyroidism was reported. Paralysis usually occurred in the lower extremities two or three times monthly for a period of about two years. The fit lasted from one to four hours, in which no sensory or speech disturbances were noted. The respiratory, eyeball and swallowing movement were also normal. Family histroy was negative and no other significant pathological laboratory data were obtained including the normal serum potassium level. Antithyroid treatment resulted in a complete disappearance of the paralytic episodes with the improvement of the other clinical symptoms.

Esopkageal rupture is one of the rarest disease. Mackler described that esophageal rupture was differentiated from esophageal perforation, the perforation is produced by esophagoscopy, and continuous erosion, such as esophagitis,gastric reflux, hiatal hernia and malignant neoplasm of the esophagus, the rupture is occurred by severe vomiting, cough and strong positive pressure into the esophageal lumen. Since,at first Boerhaave reported the esophageal rupture due to severe vomiting in 1742, several case reports of esophageal rupture have been in the literatures. Authors reported a case of the esophageal rupture due to explosion of gasoline in 50 year old female. The rupture occurred a longitudinal rent on the left posterolateral aspect of lower one third of esophagus and accompanied wlth second degree burn on the entire face and neck. The treatment consists of immediate thoracotomy in order to drainage of pyothorax and gastrostomy for nutritional problem, but patient expired because of septicemia probably due to uncontrollable empyema of thorax on 45th admitted day.

Researches on the Artificial Intelligence has been explosively activated in various fields since the advent of AlphaGo. Particularly, researchers on the application of multi-layer neural network such as deep learning, and various machine learning algorithms are being focused actively. In this paper, we described a development of an artificial intelligence Janggi game based on reinforcement learning algorithm and MCTS (Monte Carlo Tree Search) algorithm with accumulated game data. The previous artificial intelligence games are mostly developed based on mini-max algorithm, which depends only on the results of the tree search algorithms. They cannot use of the real data from the games experts, nor cannot enhance the performance by learning. In this paper, we suggest our approach to overcome those limitations as follows. First, we collects Janggi expert’s game data, which can reflect abundant real game results. Second, we create a graph structure by using the game data, which can remove redundant movement. And third, we apply the reinforcement learning algorithm and MCTS algorithm to select the best next move. In addition, the learned graph is stored by object serialization method to provide continuity of the game. The experiment of this study is done with two different types as follows. First, our system is confronted with other AI based system that is currently being served on the internet. Second, our system confronted with some Janggi experts who have winning records of more than 50%. Experimental results show that the rate of our system is significantly higher.
