살모넬라 부재 계육 생산을 위한 위생관리

축산물은 사람의 주요 식품원으로서 중요하지만, 식중독균의 주요 매개체이기도 하다. FAO/WHO(2002) 보고에 따르면 유럽에서 발생하는 식중독의 약 26%가 닭고기 및 계란을 포함한 가금유래로서, 식중독 발생의 77.1%가 살모넬라 균이 원인으로 나타났으며, 특히, S. enteritidis가 1/3 이상을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 전세계적으로 살모넬라 오염 가금 생산물의 공중보건학적 위험을 해결하기 위한 제어 방안과 프로그램에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있으며, EU와 미국을 중심으로 살모넬라 제어를 위해 사육단계에서부터 도축 및 가공단계까지 전 과정에서의 살모넬라 제어 프로그램을 적용 확대해가고 있다. 식품 안전에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있는 현 시점에서 제시한 바와 같은 살모넬라 차단 방역 시스템 설계, 현장에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 수준의 가이드라인 개발 및 백신과 유기산, 경쟁적 배제제, 프로바이오틱스, 박테리오파아지 등과 같은 살모넬라 저해제의 적용을 포함한 살모넬라 부재 가금 및 안전 계육 생산기법의 개발이 필요하다. Because some zoonotic Salmonella can be transmitted to human through poultry products, threatening human public health, Salmonella infections in poultry are increasingly worldwide subject to control measures and programs. Given the fact that there are numerous opportunities for Salmonella to gain entry to extensive, integrated poultry operations including the hatching, handling, feeding, and processing facilities, the whole supply chain of poultry meat should be an object of Salmonella control programs as well as biosecurity of poultry farms. This article reviews Salmonella food poisoning caused by poultry source and critical need to control Salmonella in poultry productions, and describes practical strategies.

추천시스템 환경에서 인덱싱의 비효율성

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 단말의 이동성을 지원하기 위한 DCCP기반의 혼잡 제어 정책

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 단말들의 이동성에 따른 네트워크의 혼잡 상태를 제어 할 수 있는 적응적인 혼잡 제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 혼잡 제어 기법은 무선망의 특성상 발생할 수 있는 패킷 에러와 혼잡에 의한 패킷 손실을 구분하기 위해서 역 혼잡 회피 단계 및 혼잡 제어 시에 발생하는 비효율적인 대역폭 이용율을 최소화 할 수 있는 슬로우 스톱 단계를 기존의 혼잡 제어 정책에 새롭게 추가한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 혼잡 제어 정책은 제 3의 전송 계층 프로토콜이라고 불리우는 DCCP(Datagram Congestion Control Protocol)를 기반으로 설계되었고 리눅스 커널 상에서 구현하였다. 제안된 혼잡 제어 정책은 기존의 혼잡 제어 정책보다 적응성 있게 혼잡 상태를 제어하며, 실험 결과 무선에서 뿐만 아니라 유선에서도 우수한 대역폭 이용율을 보였다. In this paper, we propose a congestion control scheme to control the congestion due to the mobility of ubiquitous devices on ubiquitous computing environment. Especially, this congestion control scheme provides a reverse congestion avoidance state which can classify between packet error by features of wireless network and packet dropping by congestion. Also, it provides a slow stop state which can minimize bandwidth waste due to congestion control. The proposed congestion control scheme controls more adaptive than existing congestion control schemes. The proposed congestion control scheme is designed based on DCCP(Datagram Congestion Control Protocol) being proposed by IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) and implemented on the Linux kernel. In simulation results, the proposed congestion control scheme provides good bandwidth throughput in wireless network as well as in wired network.

패장약침(敗醬藥鍼)이 면역반응(免疫反應)에 미치는 영향

Objective : Experimental studies were done to research the clinical effects of Herba Patriniae(HP) aqua-acupuncture ($BL_{13},\;BL_{17},\;BL_{13}{\cdot}BL_{17}$ and free points) on the anti-allergic inflammatory response. Methods : We measured active systemic anaphylatic shock induced by compound 48/80 and microvascular permeability increased by acetic acid. And we measured total IgE and plasma WBC level, serum total protein, albumin, immunoglobulin and NO levels induced by egg albumin. Results : HP aqua-acupuncture pretreatments at all acupoints inhibited active systemic anaphylatic shock induced by compound 48/80 and microvascular permeability increased by acetic acid. Total IgE and plasma WBC level inhibited by HP aqua-acupuncture pretreatment at $BL_{13}\;BL_{17}$ and free points. However, HP aqua-acupuncture didn't effect serum total protein, albumin, immunoglobulin and NO levels. Conclusion : These results suggest that HP aqua-acupuncture may be beneficial in the regulation of type Ⅰ allergic reaction, but is further required immunological studies on the allergic reaction.

엿밥의 조성 및 산유량과 유성분 조성에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to the evaluate nutritional value of corn taffy residue (CTR), a by-product from Korean traditional taffy, and to investigate the dietary effect of CTR on the yield and composition of milk from dairy cows. Relatively high concentrations of residual enzymes and sugars were found in CTR. Protein and fat concentrations were high, comparable to those of corn gluten meal. Inclusion of 1, 3, and 6% CTR in total mixed rations yielded more milk (p<0.05) than in the control group, and increased milk fat (p<0.05) in high-producing cows (approximately 30 kg). In low-producing cows, (approximately 20 kg), milk yield was increased by 1 and 6% CTR, and milk protein was enhanced by 3% CTR (p<0.05). Based on these results, utilization of CTR is recommended for production of high quality and economical animal products.

HMIPv6 에서 페이징을 위한 동적 멀티캐스트 기법

본 논문에서는 HMIPv6 에 적용이 가능한 핸드오프 확률 기반의 페이징 기법과 페이징 요구 메시지 전송을 위한 멀티캐스트 기법을 제안한다. 핸드오프 확률 기반의 페이징 기법은 모바일 호스트들의 이동 패턴에 기반하여 비정형화 된 페이징 영역을 설정하고 이를 기반으로 거리와 핸드오프 확률을 이용하여 멀티캐스트 트리를 구성한다.

유사 쉐이더 검색을 위한 무늬감 특성 추출

유사 쉐이더 검색이란 그래픽 디자이너가 원하는 쉐이더와 유사한 쉐이더를 검색하는 것으로 쉐이 더 생성 시 발생하는 시행착오와 시간 낭비를 크게 줄여준다. 본 논문에서는 유사 무늬감 쉐이더 검색을 수행하기 위한 무늬감 추출 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 쉐이더들의 특성을 분석하여 쉐이더의 무늬를 결정하는 주요 무늬감 노드를 추출한 후, 추출된 주요 무늬감 노드의 무늬감 특성을 이용하여 쉐이더의 유사 무늬감 검색을 수행하는 방법이다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법이 유사한 무늬를 갖는 쉐이더를 효과적으로 검색할 수 있음을 보인다.

개화기의 경기교육의 관한 고찰

본 연구는 개화기 경기지역(경기도 관내)의 근대학교의 성립과정과 각급 학교의 실상을 고찰해 봄으로서 한국근대교육사 정립에 일조 하려는데 목적을 두었다. 경기지역에 서구식 근대학교가 처음 설립된 것은 고종29(1892)년 기독교 선교사인 조원시목사의 부인 죤스(Mrs George Heber Jones)에 의해 설립된 인천사립영화여학당이 효시가 된다. 이후 경기도에는 정부와 기독교선교사 및 민족 선각자에 의해 상당수의 근대학교의 설립을 보이고 있다. 경기지역에 설립된 근대학교의 교육이념은 관료양성과 민족주의 정신 및 기독교정신과 민주주의 정신에 기반을 두고 설립주체에 따라 건학정신을 달리하였을 것으로 본다. 그러나 개화기 경기지역에 성립된 근대학교는 통감부의 교육조치에 의해 기존의 관ㆍ공립학교는 그 명칭이 개칭 또는 개편되고, 탄압을 견디지 못한 사립학교는 공립학교에 병합되거나 폐교되는 비운을 맞이하게 되며, 교육이념도 변질되어 공립학교는 친일교육과 동화주의 교육을 추진하는 식민지교육기관으로 전락하게 되었고, 민족사학은 교육구국운동에 진원지가 되었고, 기독교계 사학은 국가사회에 봉사할 수 있는 민족지도자 양성을 위한 교육기관으로 변모하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to inquire into the establishing process of modern schools and their real situations in Keonggi province during the civilizing ages in order to take triangular position in the history of Korean modern education. The western style modern school, Incheon Private Youngwha Women s School, was established for the first time in Keonggi province in the year of 1892, the 29th year of King Ko-jong by Mrs George Herber Jones, Minister Jowonsi s wife. Since that time lots of modern schools began to be established in Keonggi province by government, missionaries, and some national pioneers. It seems that the educational idea of those modern schools might be mainly to produce officials based on nationalism, christianity, and democracy, varying according to their establishing spirit. But those modern public schools were forced to change their school names by the imperial Japanese. Some private schools either became public schools, or were forced to close their school gate. Their educational ideas were forced to change also; public schools cannot but teach pro-Japanese education falling to one of the colonial educational institutes. Some private schools became centers for the save-the nation movement, others for educational institutes to produce national leaders for the development of Korean society.
