Forty-seven patients with abdominal and retroperitoneal injuries were examined by com-puted tomography(CT). We analyzed the results of 47 patients who were confirmed of abdominal injuries by operation clinical follow up and repeated raiologic examinations. 1. The type of trauma was blunt in 38 patients(81%) and penerating in 9 patients(19%) 2. There were 14 splenic 11 renal 9 hepatic 6 retroperitoneal 4 pancreatic and 3 alimentary tract injuries. 3. The patients who had been treated by conservative management were 23.4%(surgical treatment 76.6%) 4. The sex ratio was 4.9:1.0(male:female) 5. CT has major advantages over plain radiography radionuclide imaging and angiography in assessment of trauma-induced injuries.

Surface potential properties at the interface of pentacene thin films on gold (Au) and aluminum (Al) surfaces were investigated by using a near-field scanning microwave microprobe (NSMM). The surface potential formed across the pentacene film was observed by measuring the microwave reflection coefficient $S_{11}$ and compared with the result of a Kelvin-probe method. The obtained reflection coefficient ${\Delta}S_{11}$ of the pentacene thin films on Al was decreased as the pentacene film thickness increased due to the increased accumulation of negative space charges, while for Au ${\Delta}S_{11}$ was essentially constant.

As an alternative to solve the problem thus far made in the business to develop the recreation resource in rural and sea villages and the business relating to rural-tourism per department, this study is to propose that the development business of the recreation resource in rural and sea villages be made in a community based rural tourism plan. As part of a development business of recreation resources in rural and sea villages, the rural recreation village, in which residents are the subject of operation, is executed to improve a living environment in the entire village, increase an income, and form a clean environment by which residents and tourists can be harmonized. Moreover, the significance lies in working for an activation of a rural community region by each village's creating a diversity and a differentiation in the experience activity on a rural community which can give a satisfaction to visitors.
