        폐타이어 활용기술의 현대화

        현대 문명의 상징인 자동차 수가 매년 증가함에 따라 여기에서 발생되는 폐타이어의 수도 증가하고 있다. 이 폐타이어는 환경, 미관상 나쁜 이미지 및 매립에 의한 국토 면적 점유등으로 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 그래서 이 페타이어를 재활용함으로서 자원의 소모를 줄임과 동신에 부가가치를 높일수 있는데, 이 페타이어들은 원형상태, 및 가공한 상태로 사용되기도 하고 에너지원으로 유용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 페타이어를 재활용할 수 있는 방법들을 국내외적으로 조사하였다. 또 페타이어를 가공하여 사용하기 위한 전 처리로서 분말 분쇄기술에 대해 사례를 연구하였다. Waste tires are increased by increasing number of automobiles, which are the symbol of the mordern society. The waste tires create the environmental, visual hazard and landfill space problems. Recycling waste tires is the best way to solve the problems. The landfill space and the natural resources could by reserved by utilizing waste tires. The waste tires were utilized as whole tires, processed tires (crumb rubber) and energy. The plants for manufacturing crumb rubber also were investigated for their equipments and scales.

        The Republic of Korea (South) and the Peaples Republic of Korea (North) had agreed to exploit the North Korean rich natural resources starting from the year of 2006. Through this mutual agreement DPRK shall quarantee ROK's investment in the North Korean Mines and supply mineral products for the compasation of the financial investment supported by ROK. In the area of northern part of Korea, many kind of natural resources such as Magnesite, Iron, Gold & Silver, Copper, Lead & Zinc, and Coal are plentifully deposited. In the area of southern part of Korea, however, most kind of natural resources have been exhausted and so presently major minerals such as Gold & Silver, Copper, Lead & Zinc and Coal are being imported and relying on foreign countries in whole quantity of the requirement. On the other hand Northern Part of Korea is making very slow progress in mining and exploitation owing to the lack of investment even though there are rich deposits of natural resources. And in Southern Part of Korea, they have most advanced production facilities and technologies in the world in the fields of Mineral Floatation, Steel Manufacturing, Nonferrous Metal Smelting & Refining and those plants fabrications. A combination of Southern Technologies together with Financial Support and Northern rich natural resources & Labour Power will be a most hopeful, desirable and mutually required 'South-North economic Cooperation' as the mining industries are labour intensive.

        일부 직업인의 건강증진생활양식에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

        The current industrial health service is shifting to health improvement business with 1st primary prevention-focused service from secondary and tertiary prevention-focused business, and Oriental medicine can provide such primary prevention-focused service due to the characteristics of its science. In particular, the advanced concept of health improvement can match the science of health care of Oriental medicine. Notably, what is most important in health improvement is our lifestyle, This does not underestimate the socio-environmental factors, which have lessened their importance due to modernism. The approach of Oriental medicine weighs more individuals' lifestyle and health care through self-cultivation. This matches the new model of advanced health business. Oriental medicine is less systemized than Western medicine, but it can provide ample contents that enhance health. If we conceive health-improvement program based on the advantages provided by these two medical systems, this will influence workers to the benefit of their health. Also, health Program needs to define factors that determine individual lives, and to provide information and technologies essential to our lives. The Oriental medicine approach puts more stress on a subject's capabilities than it does on the effect his surrounding environment can have. This needs to be supported theoretically by not only defining the relations between an individual's health state and his lifestyle, but also identifying the degree to which an individual in the industrial work place practices health improvement lifestyle . This is the first step toward initiating health-improvement business . In order to do this, this researcher conducted a survey by taking random samplings from workers, and can draw the following conclusions from it. 1 The sampled group is categorized into', by sender, female 6.6%, and male 93.4%, with males dominant; by marriage status , unmarried 43.9% and married 55.6%, with both similar percentage, and, by age, below 30, 48.4%, between 30 and 39, 27.4%, between 40 and 49, 18.2%, and over 50, 6.0%. The group further is categorized into; by education, middle school or under 1.7%, high school 30.5%, and junior college or higher 65.8% with high school and higher dominant: and by income, below 1.7 million won 24.2%, below 2.4 million won 14.8%, and above 2.4 million 6.3% Still, the group by job is categorized into collegians with 23.9%, office worker with 10.3%, and professionals with 65.8% , and this group does not include workers engaged in production that are needed for this research, but mostly office workers . 2. The subjects selected for this survey show their degree of practicing health-improvement lifestyle at an average of 2.63, health management pattern at 2.64, and health-related awareness at 2.62 The sub-divisions of health-improvement lifestyle show social emotion (2.87), food (2.66). favorite food (2.59), and leisure activities (2.52), in this order for higher points. It further shows health awareness (2.47) and safety awareness (2.40), lower points than those in health management pattern . 3. In the area of using leisure time for health-improvement, males, older people, married, and people with higher income earn higher marks. And, in the area of food management, the older and married earn higher marks . In the area of favorite food management, females, lower-income bracket, and lower-educated show higher degree of practice , while in the area of social emotion management, the older. married, and higher-income bracket show higher marks. In addition, in the area of health awareness, the older, married, and people with higher-income show higher degree of practice. 4. To look at correlation by overall and divisional health-improvement practice degree , this researcher has analyzed the data using Person's correlation coefficient.         동제연소 전노슬래그의 생성에 관하여 -동제연소 전노슬래그로 부터 동의 회수(I)-

        As a basic study to recover the copper from the copper converter slag, the characterisitcs of converter slag was studied. The results obtained in this work are as follows. 1. The copper converter slag is composed of Cu, $Cu_2$S, $Fe_3$$O_4$, Fayalite and silicate. 2. It is supposed that magnetite in converter slag is oxidized to hematite at $720^{\circ}C$ and this phase is soluted to fayalite. 3. As the converter slag is added in the water solution, pH increased and the heavy metal ions in the water are adsorbed on the slag. 4. Work index of the converter slag cooled for the 10 hour and the 2 hour are 25~27 kWh/ton and 35 kWh/ton, respectively. 5. In the case of grinding test of converter slag, fayalite in converter slag is easily grinded than magnetite in converter slag.

        동제연소 전노슬래그로부터 동의 회수(II)

        In recovering copper from the copper converter slag, various separation methods, such as flotation, sieving and magnetic separation had been tried. The copper converter slag used in this study was prepared in two ways, i.e. 2 hour cooled and 10 hour cooled. From the flotation of copper slag, 45% Cu concentrate is obtained and the amount of copper recovery is about 93%. Before the flotation, copper in the slag could be also pre-recovered using sieving and separation. It is also found that as the content of copper in the concentrate increa-ses, that of arsenic increase, while zinc and iron contents decrease.

        본 논문은 가압펌프용 전동기에 대한 기동방법을 정류소자 (Soft starter)에 의한 기동전류 제어방식을 채택하고 있는 수도사업장에서 한전 수전에 의한 펌프모터 기동시에는 원활하게 운전이 가능하였으나 비상용 디젤발전기 부하운전에서 펌프모터를 기동하는데 실패함에 따라 상이한 전력공급계통으로부터 펌프모터 기동시 콘덴서의 특이현상과 고조파의 영향에 따른 모터 기동특성을 비교분석한 사례를 중심으로 연구되었다.

        On the process of research in the plan on oriental medical participation in the industrial health sponsored by BK21 project, we carried out the oriental medical health examination program for workers during former half-year We reached the conclusion as follows, 1. The oriental medical health examination program is contents and formalities that should be determined by present industrial health system, based on the oriental medical system and scholastic character, and included probability of the western and oriental medical cooperation. 2. The oriental medical health examination program can promote capability of individual health management and productive power of workers, and it is capable to manage on the self-conscious symptoms and macroschophically approach to their environment 3. The oriental medical health examination program that we have developed, is flow as questionare, understanding of working environment, information of result and later management. It is composed of three fields as follow , first, use of pulse diagnostic apparatus, understanding of the health promotion life style, and diagnosis of the oriental medical doctor, second, analysis of constitution, third, photographing for understanding of the musculoskeletal disorders, questionare for musculoskeletal self-conscious symptoms, and diagnosis of oriental medical doctor. 4. The oriental medical health examination program that we have developed, progressive from the view point of health, makes the oriental medical doctor's roll more important. It is the first trial at the western and oriental medical cooperation and characterized by excellence about musouloskeletal disorders. But it need to be improved in aspects of time and specialist on the health examination, diagnostic apparatus, control of examinant and later management. So we think that it needs research on the employment of health examination specialist, establishment of later management system, development of significantly diagnosable standard and assessable form on the health examination, and contents of health examination on the western and oriental medical cooperation.

      • 새만금 미세먼지 성분 특성 및 영향 연구

        2017년 전라북도의 PM2.5 배출량은 광역시를 제외하면 전국에서 가장 적지만 평균 농도는 높아 새만금 사업으로 인한 비산먼지가 영향을 미치고 있다는 의문이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2019년 10월부터 2020년 10월까지 새만금과 주변지역에서 PM2.5를 채취 · 분석하고 CALPUFF를 통해 새만금 내부개발 과정에서 발생하는 비산먼지가 주변 지역에 미치는 영향을 정량화하고자 하였다. 새만금의 PM2.5 평균농도는 19.9 μg/m³으로 동기간 전라북도 평균 19.8 μg/m³과 유사했다. 구성성분은 이온이 48.3%로 가장 높았고 토양 기원의 금속은 0.8%로 낮아 새만금 비산먼지의 영향은 적은 것으로 판단된다. 고농도 시기인 1월에서 3월의 새만금 PM2.5는 주변 측정소와 비슷하거나 낮은 농도였고 성분농도와 비율에서 특별한 경향은 없었다. 다만 군집분석을 통해 토양 성분으로 지점 간 유사성을 검토한 결과 부안이 새만금 토양성분과 약한 유사성(p-value 83%)을 보였고 정읍과 익산은 유사성이 없었다. CALPUFF로 인근 시군에 대한 기여율을 예측한 결과 새만금지역 5.7%, 부안읍 1.4%였고 그 외에는 0.1~0.8%로 영향이 미미했다. 공사 주변지점의 연평균 가중농도는 대부분 1.0 μg/m³ 이하였다. 다만 인접지점(이격거리 0.8 km)에서 연평균 가중농도 5.3μg/m³였으며 나지 영향이 90.8%로 높아 피해 최소화를 위해 초지로의 빠른 전환이 필요하다. 이상의 PM2.5 성분 분석결과와 모델링 예측결과를 볼 때 전북지역에 대한 새만금 비산먼지의 영향은 찾기 어려웠다.
