        경기도내 유통 생즙 원료 농산물의 잔류농약 실태조사 및 위해성 평가

        본 연구는 2017년 1월부터 9월까지 생즙 원료 농산물 12품목 297건에 대한 잔류농약의 실태를 조사한 것이다. GC/ECD, GC/NPD, TOF/MS, LC/PDA, LC/FLD, LC/ MSMS를 이용하여 다종농약다성분 분석법으로 220종의 잔류농약을 분석하였고, 검사결과 14건(4.7%)에서 9종의 농약성분이 검출되었다. 검출된 농약은 클로로피리포스, 사이플루페나미드, 클로로탈로닐, 펜디메탈린, 아족시스트 로빈, 피리달릴, 이마잘릴, 플루디옥소닐, 프로사이미돈이 였으며, 검출된 농산물은 감귤, 당근, 사과, 셀러리, 치커리, 오렌지, 포도였다. 농약 검출량을 바탕으로 일일섭취 추정량(EDI)과 일일섭취허용량(ADI)을 이용하여 위해성평가를 하였으며, %ADI값의 범위는 0.0011~6.7087%로 안 전한 수준이었다. This study was conducted to monitor the current status of pesticide residues in a total of 297 agricultural products for raw juice from January 2017 to September 2017. Pesticide residues in samples were analyzed by multiresidue method for the determination of multiclass pesticide with an aim to detect 220 pesticides using GC/ECD, GC/NPD, TOF/MS, LC/PDA, LC/FLD, and LC/MS-MS. The analysis revealed the presence of nine pesticides in 14 samples. The detected pesticides were chlorpyrifos, cyflufenamid, chlorothalonil, pendimethalin, azoxystrobin, pyridalyl, imazalil, fludioxonil and procymidone. The kinds of detected crops were mandarin, carrot, apple, celery, chicory, orange and grape. Risk assessment evaluated human health exposure with the ratio of EDI (Estimated daily intake) to ADI (Acceptable daily intake) of pesticides detected and the range of %ADI (the ratio of EDI to ADI) values was 0.0011~6.7087% and safety level.

        Effects of Estrogen on the Transcriptional Activities of Catecholamine Biosynthesizing Enzymes in the Brain and Adrenal Gland of Ovariectomized Rats

        포유동물에서 뇌와 부신에서 합성·분비되는 카테콜아민(Catecholamine, CA)계 신경전달물질인 dopamine(DA), norepinephrine(NE), epinephrine(E)은 체내 각종 생리현상의 조절에 필수적이며, 생식과 관련된 기능으로는 시상하부와 뇌하수체 사이의 GnRH-gonadotropin 호르몬 축의 활성을 조절함 외에도 번식과 연관된 여러 행동양식을 조절함이 잘 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 카테콜아민 생합성 효소인 tyrosin Dopamine(DA), norepinephrine(NE), and epinephrine(E) belong to a class of neurotransmitters known as catecholamine (CA) which are synthesized and secreted by mammalian brain and adrenal medulla. CA regulate several behavior patterns connected with breeding, and regulate GnRH-gonadotropin hormone axis' vitality between hypothalamus-pituitary gland linking with reproduction freeze. The present study examined effects of sex steroid hormone on the transcriptional activities of CA biosynthesis enzymes, tyrosine hydroxylase(TH), dopamine -hydroxylase(DBH), and phenylethaolamine-N-methyl transferase(PNMT). Mature female rats were ovariectomized(OVX) and implanted with 17 -estradiol(E: 500 /ml) or sesame oil. Forty-eight hours after implantation all the animals were sacrificed. Total RNAs were extracted immediately and were applied to semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). The expression level of TH was appeared by hypothalamus > SNc> adrenal medulla orders in OVX+Oil group, and by SNc > hypothalamus) adrenal medulla orders in OVX+E group. Treatment with E significantly increased TH expression in SNc and adrenal medulla but in hypothalamus, the reduced TH expression was observed. The expression level of DBH was appeared by adrenal medulla > SNc > hypothalamus orders in OVX+Oil group and in OVX+E group. Administration of E significantly reduced DBH expression in SNc, and increased in adrenal medulla. Two cDNA products, large(PNMT1) and small(PMNTs) species of 110bp difference, were amplified in SNc and hypothalamus, but only PNMTs was observed in adenal medulla. The PNMTs expression level was in the order of adrenal medulla > hypothalamus > SNc in both OVX+Oil and OVX+E group. The PNMTs expression in SNc and adrenal medulla was significantly increased byE. The present report demonstrated that estrogen effects on transcriptional activities for CA biosynthethic enzymes were tissue specific in adrenal medulla as well as different region of brain. These results suggest that it might be crucial relationship between the type of estrogen receptor and CA enzyme gene expression.

      • 흰쥐의 뇌와 부신에서 카테콜아민 생합성 효소들의 유전자 발현에 미치는 Estrogen의 효과

        포유동물에서 뇌와 부신에서 합성.분비되는 카테콜아민(Catecholamine, CA)계 신경전달물질인 dopamine(DA), norepinephrine(NE), epinephrine(E)은 체내 각종 생리현상의 조절에 필수적이며, 생식과 관련지어서는 시상하부-뇌하수체 간 GnRH-gonadotropin 호르몬 축의 활성을 조절하는 기능 외에도 번식과 관련된 여러 행동양식을 조절함이 잘 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 CA 생합성 효소들인 tyrosine hydroxylase(TH), dopamine beta-hydroxylase(DBH), phenylethanolamine-N-methyltransferase(PNMT)의 유전자 발현에 미치는 sex steroid의 영향을 조사하였다. 성숙한 암컷 횐쥐(SD strain)의 난소를 제거하고 1주 경과 후 vehicle(sesame oil; OVX+Oil 실험군) 또는 estradiol 17(235ug/m1; OVX+E실험군)이 든 silastic capsule(길이 14mm; 내경 1.55mm; 외경 3.125mm)을 48 시간 동안 처리한 뒤 희생시켰다. 적출된 조직으로부터 RNA를 추출한 후 semi-quantitative RT-PCR을 시행하였다. (i) TH의 발현 정도는 OVX+Oil 군에서는 시상하부) substantia nigra(SNc)) 부신 순으로, OVX+E군에서는 SN글 부신) 시상하부 순으로 나타났다. TH 발현에 미치는 estradiol의 효과로 SNc과 부신에서는 유의한 증가를 보인데 비해 시상하부에서는 유의한 감소를 관찰하였다. (ii) DBH 발현 정도는 OVX+Oil군에서는 SNc> 부신> 시상 하부 순으로, OVX+E군에서는 부신> SNc> 시상하부 순이었다. DBH 발현에 미치는 estradiol의 효과로 SNc에서는 유의한 감소, 부신에서는 유의한 증가, 그리고 시상하부에서는 통계적 유의성은 없으나 감소하는 경향을 보였다. (iii) PNMT의 발현의 경우 SNc와 시상하부에서는 기보고된 바와 같이 alternative splicing에 의해 110bp 차이의 크고 작은 두 형태의 cDNA(PNMTI & PNMTs)가 증폭되었으나 부신에서는 작은 cDNA 만이 관찰되었다. PNMTs의 발현 정도는 OVX+Oil군과 OVX+E군에서 공히 부신> 시상하부> SNc 순이었고, PNMTI의 발현은 SNc가 시상하부 보다 다소 높은 경향이었으나 유의성은 없었다. PNMTs 발현에 미치는 estradiol의 효과로 SNc에서는 유의한 감소, 부신에서는 유의한 증가, 그리고 시상하부에서는 통계적 유의성은 없으나 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 CA 생합성 효소들의 유전자 발현의 조절에 미치는 estrogen 의 영향이 세포 기원이 neural crest cell인 부신 수질은 물론 뇌의 상이한 지역간에서도 조직특이적임을 관찰하였다. 이러한 결과는 각 조직에서의 estrogen 수용체 유형의 차이 혹은 작용 모드와 각 효소 유전자 발현 사이에 중요한 상관관계가 있음을 시사한다.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of cultural competences of Korean nurses and the satisfaction of nursing services from the perception of foreign patients living in Korea. Methods: 150 questionnaires were distributed to foreign patients residing in Korea with the experience of Korean medical services either outpatient or hospitalization. Out of the 150 surveys, 85 were collected and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation using the SPSS 21.0 program. Participants were recruited at Ewha Womans University and four other universities and at Itaewon, Hong-dae, and dormitories for foreigners. Results: The correlation of cultural competence of Korean nurses and the satisfaction of nursing services has shown to be statistically significant (r=.698, p<.000). It implies that in order for the participants to perceive high satisfaction of Korean nursing services requires high cultural competence of the Korean nurse. Conclusion: According to the study, results showed higher the Korean nurse’s cultural competence leads to high-perceived satisfaction of nursing services by the foreign patients. When communicating with foreign patients nurse’s face language barriers. Therefore in order improve nursing quality, a patient-centered tool that focuses on the individual characteristics of the foreign patient’s should be enhanced.

        물수건의 위생실태 및 안전성 연구

        The risks of sanitary indicative bacteria, heavy metals and chlorinated derivatives in 94 cases of sanitary wet towels used in food services(39 from sanitary wet towel treatment business, 55 from food services) were assessed in the present study. Lead was detected in the range of N.D.∼0.41 mg/kg (75 cases were not detected), N.D.∼0.25 mg/kg of arsenic (93 cases were not detected), N.D.∼0.01 mg/kg of cadmium (7 cases were lower than limit of quantitation; 87 cases were not detected), 0.003 mg/kg∼0.09 mg/kg of mercury. And chromium(VI) was not detected from all samples. The level of lead was the highest among the tested heavy metals, and the highest concentration of lead was 0.41 mg/kg. However, it was only 2.1% of legal limit(less than 20 mg/kg). The average moisture content of the samples was 61.9% (50.0%~77.0%) and it showed no relevance to the detection of bacterial counts. Escherichia coli was not detected. Bacterial counts were detected 43 cases and among them, 24 cases were exceeded the legal limit. It was verified that the packaging conditions of sanitary wet towel(whether it is packed by a piece or not and sealed or not) are critical factors to cause the germ contamination and cross contamination in the wet towels. The chlorinated derivatives (chlorites and chlorates) were detected in 17(19.3%) out of 88 cases. The results would be used as preliminary information to establish the programs of “Safety education for manufacturers and public policy of safety”.

        경기 북부 내 직거래 농산물의 잔류농약 실태조사 및 위해성 평가

        In this study, we investigated pesticide residues in 207 agricultural products distributed by direct trade in the northern area of Gyeonggi Province. A total of 94 general agricultural products and 113 eco-friendly agricultural products collected from local grocers and cooperative stores were analyzed by multiresidue method for 263 pesticides using GC (gas chromatography)/ECD (electron capture detector), GC/NPD (nitrogen phosphorus detector), GC-MS/MS (tandem mass spectrometry), LC (liquid chromatography)/PDA (photodiode array detector), LC/FLD (fluorescence detector), LCMS/MS. All samples showing pesticide residues were general agricultural products collected from local food stores. The pesticide residue levels of 14 samples (6.8%) were below the maximum residue limits (MRLs) and one of them (0.5%) exceeded the MRLs. Sixteen pesticides were detected from samples of the following produce items: spinach, young cabbage, perilla leaves, mallow, cucumber, chives and water dropwort. The safety of the detected pesticides was assessed by monitoring the daily intake estimate (EDI) and the daily intake allowance (ADI) based on the amount of pesticides detected. The ADI percentage range (the ratio of EDI to ADI) was 0.0134-61.6259% and there was no health risk connected with consuming agricultural products in which pesticide residues were detected.

        녹차음료에서의 카테킨 및 카페인 함량 조사

        The physiologically advantageous aspects of green tea have been identified recently and green tea has been a favorite drink of many people. Due to the increased awareness of green tea's positive effects on human health, the demand for foods containing green tea has increased. This has led to the development of diverse green tea-related beverages; thereby many companies in Korea have put a wide variety of manufactured green tea beverages on the market. However, the components within green tea beverages have not been examined in Korea yet. In this study, we investigated the contents of the physiologically functional materials found in green tea, such as catechin, catechin gallate, epicatechin, epicatechin gallate, epigallocatecin gallate, gallocatechin gallate and caffeine. Fifty-six green tea products purchased from the local grocery stores and cafes were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis. As a result, all tested products contained catechin and caffeine, although the amount of each component was largely different. The total amount of catechin derivatives in the manufactured green tea beverages purchased from cafes was 263.17 mg/L, while they were 61.99 mg/L in the beverages purchased from the local grocery stores. And, to the almost samples the amount of caffeine was proportional to the amount of catechin.

        PLS 시행 전후 경기도 유통 농산물의 잔류농약 실태 비교 분석

        본 연구는 2019년 1월 1일부터 전체 농산물에 확대 적용된 농약 허용물질목록관리제도(PLS)가 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 2018년부터 2020년까지 경기도 유통 농산물 검사 자료 28,693건을 대상으로 잔류농약 실태를 조사하였다. 전체 검사 실적 대비 기준 초과 비율은 2018년 1.0%, 2019년 1.2%, 2020년 1.2%로 나타났고, 잔류농약 검출 비율은 2018년 12.9%, 2019년 25.1%, 2020년 37.3%로 증가하였다. 2019년 기준초과 114건 중 55건이 일률기준(0.01 mg/kg) 적용이었고, 2020년 기준초과 115건 중 66건이 일률기준 적용이었다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 비의도적 오염, 미등록 작물에 관행적 사용, 부정 농약에 대한 관리가 필요해 보인다. Fluquinconazole은 비의도적 오염이 원인이었고, diazinon, chlorothalonil, methabenzthiazuron은 미등록 작물에 관행적 사용이 원인이었다. Chinomethionat은 과거에 폐기된 농약 성분으로 밀수 농약 사용이 원인이었다. 본 연구 결과와 이후 모니터링 자료는 앞으로 제도 보완 및 현장 관리 강화를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In order to confirm the impact of the Positive List System (PLS) being applied to all agricultural products from January 1, 2019, we analyzed 28,693 points of inspection-related data on agricultural products distributed in Gyeonggi-do from 2018 to 2020. The ratio of cases exceeding the standard for the total inspection performance was 1.0% in 2018, 1.2% in 2019, and 1.2% in 2020. Out of the 114 cases exceeding the standard in 2019, 55 were applied on a Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) of 0.01 mg/kg, and out of the 115 cases exceeding the standard in 2020, 66 were applied on a MRL of 0.01 mg/kg. To improve this, it seems necessary to manage unintentional pollution, conventional use for unregistered crops, and illegal pesticides. Fluquinconazole detection resulted from unintentional contamination, and diazinon, chlorothalonil, and methabenzthiazuron detection resulted from conventional use in unregistered crops. Chinomethionat is a pesticide component that was discarded in the past and its current use has been attributed to the smuggling of pesticides. This study and future monitoring data can be used as reference data for system supplementation and on-site management reinforcement.

        Molecular Epidemiological Study of Measles Cases in Gyeonggi Province

        Measles is one of the highly contagious infectious diseases in which about 90% of the groups that have no immunity against measles are infected when exposed to the measles virus. Even after the Republic of Korea was certified as a ‘national measles eradication’ by the WHO in March 2014, two import-related outbreaks of measles occurred in 2014 and 2019. In this study, we analyzed epidemiological characteristics and genetic distribution of measles cases. Ninety-eight nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab samples that confirmed cases of measles in Gyeonggi province in 2019 were conducted genotyping assay and sequence analysis. Fifty cases were classified as group outbreak-related cases and Forty-eight cases were classified as sporadic cases. As a result of genetic analysis, these cases were classified into D8, B3, and A genotypes, and except for the A type which was known as the vaccine type, D8 and B3 types were identified as import-related measles viruses. As with these results, for the complete eradication of measles, not only a high-quality surveillance system but also molecular epidemiological analysis data must be supported. The results of this study are expected to be used as important data for establishing a quarantine system through the accumulation of measles virus genotyping data and case reports data in the future when measles occurs in South Korea.

        영양강화식품 중 무기질 함량 조사연구

        This study was done to analyze the contents of minerals and to investigate the ratio of measuredvalues to labeled values and to analyze the ratio of calcium to other minerals in 68 specimen with minerals - fortifiedcommercial beverages, noodles, cereals and grain products. Content of calcium, iron and zinc in samples after microwavedigestion was analyzed with an ICP-OES. The measured values of calcium were ranged 82.2~293.1% of thelabeled values in 38 samples composed calcium - fortified commercial beverages, noodles, cereals and grain products. The measured values of iron and zinc were ranged 83.3~301.0%, 90.1~314.1% of the labeled values in minerals - fortifiedcommercial beverages, noodles, cereals and grain products, 42, 24 samples. The Ca : Fe ratios were 90.55(50.55~220.64) in fruit & vegetable juice, 850.41 in fruit & vegetable beverage, 553.49 in blended beverage, 179.07(118.37~238.01) in soy milk, 204.39(41.64~397.52) in noodle, 296.97(121.64~868.88) in fried noodle, 30.89(15.69~62.05) in cereal and 7.73(0.22~49.92) in grain product. The Ca : P ratios were 1.44(0.96~1.98) in fruit & vegetablejuice, 1.92 in fruit & vegetable beverage, 1.66 in blended beverage, 4.23(2.25~7.72) in soy milk, 1.14(0.28~1.97) innoodle, 1.88(1.17~2.42) in fried noodle, 1.29(0.87~2.92) in cereal and 0.30(0.06~1.57) in grain product. The Ca : Mgratios were 1.85(0.87~5.04) in fruit & vegetable juice, 28.72 in fruit & vegetable beverage, 2.97 in blended beverage,5.27(2.93~9.36) in soy milk, 3.97(1.34~7.57) in noodle, 6.77(4.63~10.78) in fried noodle, 4.40(2.30~12.55) in cerealand 1.17(0.23~7.48) in grain product. These results suggest calcium contents and the ratio of calcium contents to otherminerals in calcium-fortified food products should be strictly controlled. Moreover, to avoid problems with Excessivenutrition, there must be initiatives for better understanding on food labelling and nutrition for fortified food.
