Mondor's disease has been regarded as an obliterative phlebitis usually affecting superficial vein of the chest wall. It is characteristic that the cord-like thrombosed vein which is red and tender at first changes into painless fibrous band. In the past, it was confused with lymphatic spread of carcinoma but it was confirmed that it was benign and related with the systemic diseases or cancer. The authors observed a 57-year-old female with Mondor's disease. 15 days ago, she notified the cord-like lesion on the right chest well, from right axillar fold to right iliac crest. 1. month later, the skin lesion much improved without special treatment.
Substituted Position Effect of CN Group in Dibenzofuran Derivatives Host in Blue TADF OLEDs

Three materials of electron transport type host, 1DBF-2CNCZ, 2DBF-2CNCZ and 4DBF-2CNCZ were synthesized and indicated for blue thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The three host materials were commonly introduced with a benzonitirle, a dicyanocarbazole, and a dibenzofuran units as the electron transport moieties, and had an isomeric molecular structure with different substitution positions of the dibenzofuran moiety. They showed high triplet energy above 3.0 eV by a twisted molecular structure and were applied to the mixed host system as the electron transport type hosts with a hole transport type mCBP host for blue TADF OLEDs. The blue TADF OLEDs fabricated with the 1DBF-2CNCZ host achieved high EQE over 20% and 31 h lifetime up to 75% of initial luminance at 500 cd/m2 at a mixed host composition of mCBP:1DBF-2CNCZ (25:75).
한국의 친환경농업 촉진을 위한 정책조건의 분석: 생산구조분석을 중심으로

Agricultural policies for promoting environment-friendly agriculture were analyzed. Effects of direct payment and policy to enlarge farm size (6ha) related with WTO agriculture negotiation were identified. The adequacy of the enlarging policy to environment-friendly agriculture and job creation effect of direct payment were examined based on the constant elasticity of substitution (CES) production function considering total factor productivity, increasing return to scale, and elasticity of substitution. As a result the total factor productivity of environment-friendly agriculture was higher but the elasticity of substitution was relatively lower than that of conventional agriculture, and enlarging farm size did not lead to the growth of profit. The labor demand of environment-friendly agriculture was 1.8 times higher than conventional agriculture. As a result this study concluded that the socially proper population of agriculture should be decided. That the adjustment of the enlarging farm size policy is not needed to interrupt the growth of environment-friendly agriculture. Lastly, that raising of direct payment rate is needed to support the conversion to environment-friendly agriculture. 이 논문은 농산물시장개방에 대한 대안으로 친환경농업촉진 정책조건을 분석하였다. 구조조정에 큰 영 향을 주는 규모화정책과 WTO허용보조금인 직불제를 대상으로 하였고 생산함수모형으로 친환경농업과 관행농업 생산구조를 경작규모에 따라 총요소생산성, 규모의 경제성, 인공자본의 대체탄력성을 분석하여 정책영향을 해석하였다. 또한 노동수요함수로 직불제요율에 따른 친환경농업 고용효과를 추정하였다. 분 석결과 친환경농업은 관행농업보다 전반적으로 총요소생산성이 높은데 인공자본의 대체는 상대적으로 용이하지 않고 규모 증가가 총요소생산성과 이윤율 증가로 이어지지 않았다. 규모화정책은 친환경농업에 부합하지 않는 측면이 있어 규모화면적 증가는 친환경농업 잠재성장을 저해할 가능성이 있다. 친환경농 업 고용효과는 1.8배 컸으며 직불제 고용효과를 분석한 결과 친환경농업이 면적의 20%, 직불금이 소득 20%를 지원할 때 친환경농업노동은 최대 454,816명으로 증가할 수 있었다. 시장개방에 적응하기 위 해서는 EU의 예를 볼 때 먼저 사회적 적정농업고용목표를 결정한 후 구조조정에 앞서 친환경농업전환을 지원할 필요가 있다. 때문에 친환경농업 성장을 저해할 수 있는 규모화정책을 재고할 필요가 있고 환경 가치에 근거한 생태기여직불을 다양화하여 전체적으로 직불요율을 높이고 고용효과를 현실화할 필요가 있다.

To investigate the genetic basis of phenotypic differences, sequence variations were analyzed in 8 inbred watermelon lines by re-sequencing. The number of sequence variations differed depending on the chromosome. Only 12.9% of SNPs were found within genes, whereas the rest were detected in promoter or intergenic regions. SNP density analysis showed that there was a highly variable region at the end of chromosome 6, which is similar to previously published findings. However, this region with high SNP density did not show much variation between the lines. In contrast, highly conserved regions with a size of 6.5-10 Mb were found in chromosomes 10 and 11. Pathway analysis suggested that the DIMBOA (a natural antibiotic)-glucoside degradation pathway was significantly different between the lines, indicating that the eight lines may have different levels of pathogen resistance. Among the carbohydrate-related genes, the alpha-galactosidase gene was the most variable among the lines. Information from this study will be helpful in understanding the watermelon breeding process at the molecular level. 수박의 형태적 변이의 유전적 원인을 분석해 보기 위해 8개계통에서 re-sequencing을 수행하였다. 유전적 변이의 수는염색체에 따라 다르게 나왔으며 발견된 SNP의 약 12.9%만이 유전자내에서 발견되었고 나머지는 프로모터나 유전자사이의 지역에서 발견되었다. SNP 밀도에 대한 분석 결과염색체 6번의 말단지역에 변이가 집중되어 있는 것을 알 수있었다. 또한 염색체 10과 11번에 잘 보존된 지역을 발견하였다. Pathway 분석을 통해 DIMBOA(일종의 항생제)-glucoside 분해 대사가 계통간 가장 차이나는 것으로 확인되었으며이는 각 계통의 병저항성에서 차이가날 가능성을 시사하는것이다. 당대사 관련 유전자 변이를 분석한 결과 alphagalactosidase 유전자에 가장 변이가 많은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구 결과는 육종을 분자수준에서 이해하는 데 도움을 줄 것으로 생각한다.

High efficiency green fluorescent organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) were advanced by applying a ternary sensitizing host based on exciplex. The sensitizing host was a mixture of a conventional exciplex and an extra host for controlling the non-radiative exciton decay. In the case of the thermally activated delayed fluorescent(TADF) type exciplex host of tris(4-carbazol-9-ylphenyl)amine (TCTA) and (3′-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-(1,1′-biphenyl)-3-yl)-9-carbazole (CzTrz), the (oxybis(2,1- phenylene))bis(diphenylphosphine oxide) (DPEPO) acted as the extra host to increase the distance of n-type ~ p-type in exciplex host and exciplex ~ exciplex hosts. This mixture increased the photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY) of the non-doped exciplex from 61.1% to 65.8% and green fluorophore doped exciplex from 60.1% to 69.2%. Additionally, the maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE) of the green fluorescent OLEDs was improved from 11.2% to 13.6% at a DPEPO content of 50%.
