        당화방법에 따른 유산균 발효천마의 품질특성

        천마의 불쾌취 개선을 위한 당화방법별 유산균 발효 결과는 3일 발효시 엿기름과 쌀누룩 이용 당화에서 총 산도가 각각 2.23, 2.33%이었으며, 생균수는 9.14 log cfu/mL와 9.27 log cfu/mL로 높았다. 발효기간이 길어짐에 따라 총 산도는 계속 높아져 3.35%까지 증가하였으나, 생균수는 3일 발효에서 가장 많았다. 아미노산 함량은 엿기름과 쌀누룩 이용 당화에서 높았고, 유리당 함량은 효소 이용 당화에서 높았으며, 그 중 glucose 함량이 가장 높았다. 천마 주성분인 gastrodin, p-HBA 등 주 성분 함량도 효소 이용 당화에서 가장 높았다. 이취성분인 p-cresol 함량이 엿기름 이용 당화에서 낮아 관능평가 결과에서도 엿기름을 이용하여 당화한 유산균 발효천마가 가장 좋은 기호도를 나타내었다. This study aimed to evaluate the quality characteristics of Gastrodia elata Blume fermented by lactic acid bacteria after saccharifying by 3 methods including enzyme, malt, and rice-nuruk. The lactic acid bacteria (LAB), Pediococcus inopinatus BK-3, isolated from kimchi could reduce the unpleasant taste and odor of Gastrodia elata Blume. The total acidity value of Gastrodia elata fermented by LAB on the malt and rice-nuruk extract solution for 3 days was 2.23% and 2.33%, respectively. After saccharification by malt and rice-nuruk extract solution for 3 days, the viable cell number of fermented Gastrodia elata was 9.14 log cfu/mL and 9.27 log cfu/mL, respectively. The total acidity values were increased above 3.35% by malt and rice-nuruk extract solution for 8 days. Thus, the viable cell number was the highest by malt and rice-nuruk extract solution fermentation for 3 days. The amino acid content of Gastrodia elata fermented by LAB after saccharification by malt extract solution was higher than that of other saccharifying methods. The free sugar content and p-hydroxybenzyl derivatives induced by the enzyme method were higher than those of other saccharifying methods. The overall acceptability was the highest at 4.2 point in Gastrodia elata fermented by malt extract solution.

        正祖의 도자인식과 18세기 후반 조선의 도자 생산

        양란 이후 사회가 안정되면서 경제가 부흥하고 문화가 흥성하게 되면서 조선 왕실의 도자제작소인 분원 역시 제도적으로 안정되었다. 시장경제의 발달과 함께 부의 축적이 이루어지면서 사치품의 소비가 늘어나는 상황에서 사번이 허용된 분원은 새로운 소비층의 취향을 반영한 아름답고 화려한 도자기를 제작하게 되었다. 이러한 현상에 대해서 정조는 검약을 강조하며 사치스런 자기의 생산을 금지하고자 하는 노력을 지속적으로 보여준다. 이는 같은 고급 기명인 유기의 사용을 억제하여 물가를 안정시키고자 한 것과도 일맥상통한다. 이 과정에서 북학파로 대표되는 문인들은 중국과 일본의 발전된 기술을 받아들여 조선의 요업기술을 발전시키고자 하였으나 요업의 발달을 위하여 선행되어야 할 사회경제의 안정에 대한 과도한 간섭은 큰 효과를 보지 못하였으며 이로 인하여 정조 사후에는 새로운 수요층의 취향을 반영하는 화려한 자기들이 폭발적으로 증가하게 된다. Stabilized after the invasions the economy and the culture of Joseon were revived. At the same time, Bunwon[分院]-the royal kiln was also institutionally stabilized. With the development of market economy, wealth is increasing the consumption of luxury goods, the potters of Bunwon, who allowed to product for their own profit, tried to fulfill esthetic tastes of the new customers. As a result, many delicate and beautiful porcelain were made. In the face of this phenomenon, King Jeong-jo tried to prohibit production of luxurious porcelain. This was a part of an effort to stabilize prices. In this situation scholars of Bukhak School[北學派] claimed to accept the ceramic technology of China and Japan to develop that of Joseon. But the economic control blunted the development of ceramic industry. Consequently, after Jeong-jo regin the production of luxurious porcelain which reflect the tastes of the new customers were explosive increases.

        마사지 시술 후 발생한 흉골골절 환자 증례보고

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety, injury mechanism, complication and adverse reactions associated with Chuna manual theraphy(CMT), to report one case of adverse reaction with Thai Massage(TM). Methods: A 76-year-old woman presented with chest pain and dorsalgia. The patient undertook a TM. The patient's chest pain didn't improve by Korean medecine. In MRI study, sternal fracture was diagnosed. Results and Conclusions : It is supposed that this patient suffered chest pain and dorsalgia due to a TM. From this case, we can understand the etiology of sternal fracture to some extent and consider the complication of Chuna manual theraphy through TM. In addition, This study raises the awareness of the possibility of a sternal fracture caused by a low-energy CMT technique.

        홧병(火病)의 개념분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to supply the basic materials for the development of objective tools to measure 'Hwa-byung' and for the development of the theories and statements associated with 'Hwa-byung' by making clear the meaning and characteristics of 'Hwa-byung' and by analyzing the concept of 'Hwa-byung'. Method: The concept analysis of Hwa-byung was proceeded according to the concept analysis process of Walker and Avant(1995). Result: The conceptual characteristics of Hwa-byung resulted from the research are like these : (1) Injustice (2) Anger (3) Rumination (4) Anxiety. Therefore, we can describe Hwa-byung as the feeling repeatedly accumulated through the heavy mental pain, injustice, and anger and it is appeared with the physical and behavioral symptoms. Conclusion: Through this concept analysis, we propose as followings ; First, there's need of the objective tools which make it possible to assess Hwa-byung through the theory development and the statement associated with Hwa-byung. Second, there's need of interdisciplinary approach in the development of nursing intervention to coordinate the characteristics of Hwa-byung by understanding the total nature of Hwa-byung and finding the variables associated with Hwa-byung.

        최대전력점추적방법과 외부저항 제어 알고리즘을 이용한 미생물연료 전지의 전력생산 최대화

        A microbial fuel cell (MFC) and bioelectrochemical systems are novel bioprocesses which employ exoelectrogenic biofilm on electrode as a biocatalyst for electricity generation and various useful chemical production. Previous reports show that electrogenic biofilms of MFCs are time varying systems and dynamically interactive with the electrically conductive media (carbon paper as terminal electron acceptor). It has been reported that maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method can automatically control load by algorithm so that increase power generation and columbic efficiency. In this study, we developed logic based control strategy for external load resistance by using LabVIEW<SUP>TM</SUP> which increases the power production with using flat-plate MFCs and MPPT circuit board. The flat-plate MFCs inoculated with anaerobic digester sludge were stabilized with fixed external resistance from 1000 Ω to 100 Ω. Automatic load control with MPPT started load from 52 Ω during 120 hours of operation. MPPT control strategy increased approximately 2.7 times of power production and power density (1.95 mW and 13.02 mW/㎥) compared to the initial values before application of MPPT (0.72 mW and 4.79 mW/㎥).

        박해받는 자의 영성과 수행을 통한 치유

        Muslims underwent a spiritual crisis caused by the brutal conquest of Mongol invaders and their ruthless massacre. Eschatological perceptions of Muslims were well reflected in the wide spread of Shī’ī Muslims’ Mahdī movements. However, charismatic leaders and their enthusiastic followers of Mahdī movements often made severe conflicts with ruling classes. It was the mystical orders of Islam (ṭarīqa) and spiritual masters (ṣūfī shaykh) that led Muslims to restore their religious identity as well as their spiritual strength. Especially, the Naqshbandī order in the Timurid period provided a mystical vision of the world as well as spiritual meaning of Islamic faith, while strengthening its religious authority through the spiritual lineages traced back to the Prophet Muḥammad and his companions. These mystical orders offered new dynamics to overcome spiritual crises and even to enhance religious impacts of Islam.

        로봇 원격제어는 인간의 지능과 로봇의 정밀도 및 기계적 강도와의 결합을 통하여 위험하거나 잠재적인 위험이 존재하는 미탐사 지역에서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 현실감과 직관성 등이 부족한 인터페이스는 원격 오퍼레이팅에 어려움을 초래하는 경우가 많다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 활발하게 연구가 진행되고 있다. 예를 들면 모션 기반 제어, 비주얼 피드백 시스템, 촉각 또는 포스 피드백 및 기타 다양한 피드백 시스템 및 가상현실 기반 인터페이스 시스템 등이다. 본 논문에서는 보다 현실감 있는 원격 제어 인터페이스로 직관적인 오퍼레이팅을 실현하기 위해, 모션 기반 멀티 모달 피드백 원격 제어 시스템에 초점을 맞추어 최근 연구 동향을 파악하고 앞으로의 가능성을 논의 하였다. Robotic teleoperation has been studied to combine the intelligence of human and the precision and mechanical strength of robot, and thus teleoperation systems have performed where environments are dangerous, unstructured, and under-recognized. But the lack of reality and fidelity often makes a human operator has difficulties to control robots at the remote site. To solve this problem, various approaches have been investigated in previous researches, e.g. human gesture-based control, visual feedback system, tactile or force feedback and other various haptic systems. This paper describes a tendency among these efforts, especially focussed on the multimodal feedback method for motion-based teleoperation system to make highly adaptable system to the human operator in order to achieve more realistic teleoperation interface with high fidelity.
