칼코지나이드 소재는 주기율표 6족의 칼코젠 원소로 구성되는 이원계 이상의 화합물 반도체 이자 반금속으로 분류되는 소재이다. 칼코지나이드 소재는 상변화 특성 및 광변전환 특성으로 광 및 전기 메모리, 의료기기 및 광소자 등에 사용되고 있다. 최근 빠른 스위칭 특성 및 용액증착법으로 재료개발이 가능해짐에 따라 차세대 원천소재로 평가되어 전세계적으로 급격한 연구가 이루어지고 있으며 고유가로 인한 신재생에너지 등으로 활용분야가 확대되고 있다. 본 고에서는 칼코지나이드 소재의 핵심기술 및 특성, 주요기관의 최근 칼코지나이드 소재개발 동향, 연구개발 동향 및 발전전망에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.
AHP기법을 이용한 원격교육기관 유형별 평가체계에 관한 연구

Lately, many on-line education institutions are installed / operating in various types with the environmental support of information technology. These institutions are operating educational programs to meet needs of learners by needs of educational market under the goal called "Learner(Demander) Oriented Educations". Since, but, national policies and related researches don't include scientific/ integrated/ learner oriented evaluation systems about on-line educational institutions, it's difficult to set a guideline to improve competitive power of industry and nation. So this research developed the evaluation systems for on-line educational institutions and decide each weights of detailed evaluation criteria reflected needs of learners using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) which is a MADM(Multi-attribute Decision Making). Consequently, this research typologyzed on-line educational institutions to three types - cyber university, on-line training enterprise, private educational web sites - and developed the evaluation systems reflected the characteristics of each on-line educational institutions.

Magnetic susceptibilities of neodymium dopped yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd: YAG) were measured by Faraday method over a temperature range of 100K to 350K. Nd:YAG showed the characteristics of paramagnetism as expected. Obtained Nd-dopant concentration of this samples 1.8±0.2 at% by comparing experimental results to the Curie law. Molar diamagnetic susceptibility of YAG is found to be-(14±4)×10^(-5) cgs from the data.

In this paper, we present the R&D status of ETRI's Trusted Reality (TR) project and its core technologies. ETRI's TR project focuses on the next-generation paradigm of smart phones, ETRI-TR Smart Glasses, which aims to provide the same features as those of smart phones without the involvement of any handheld device. Furthermore, they are characterized by additional features enabled by trustworthy VR/AR/MR/XR, such as privacy masking/unmasking, distributed structure of thin-client computing/networking among TR-Glasses, TR-LocalEdge, and TR-RemoteEdge, with novel see-through eyes-direct communication between IoT real/virtual objects and human eyes. Based on these core technologies of the ETRI's TR project, the human-held ETRI-TR Smart Glasses is expected to aid in the realization of XR vision with particularly more XR's safe_privacy on social life in the near future.

In this paper, we introduce the definition and concept of trusted reality (TR) technology, which is a new paradigm that is required as human communication methods change into "see-thru communication." The trends related to a TR-see-direct interface, TR-privacy, a TR-physical/cyber object/service connection, and TR-open platform technology as core technologies for realizing TR are also introduced. In addition, we present a new ICT stream that can be used to build a new ICT ecosystem for the post-smartphone era.
