        고추씨 기름의 잔류농약 모니터링

        2022년 8월부터 12월까지 시중에서 유통되는 고추씨기름 4건과 고추맛기름 36건에 대한 잔류농약 실태를 조사 하였다. 총 40건의 시료에 대해 179종의 농약을 모니터링한 결과 39건에서 14종의 농약이 검출되었으며 검출범위는 0.01-2.16 mg/kg이었다. 고추씨기름에선 10종의 농약이 27회 검출되었고 검출범위는 0.02-2.16 mg/kg 이었으며 고추맛기름은 9종의 농약이 94회 검출되었고 검출범위는 0.01-0.80 mg/kg 이었다. 가장 빈번하게 검출된 농약은 tebuconazole, ethion, difenoconazole이었으며 중국산 원재료를 사용한 제품에서 ethion이 다수 검출되었다. 국내 미등록 농약인 ethion은 경기도에서 최근 10년간 검출된 적이 없는 농약성분으로, ethion이 검출시 중국산 제품으로 판단할수 있는 지표물질로 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 고추는 농약이 많이 사용되는 대표적인 농산물 중 하나로, 고추씨로 전이된 농약이 제거되지 않을 경우 고추씨기름에서 다양한 종류의 농약이 검출될 확률이 매우 높다. 따라서 고추씨기름의 안전성을 보장하기 위해선 지속적인 연구조사가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The status of residual pesticides was investigated in four pepper seed oil samples and 36 pepper-flavored oil samples oil distributed on the market from August to December 2022. A total of 179 pesticides were monitored in 40 samples, and 14 pesticides were detected in 39 of the samples, with a detection range of 0.01-2.16 mg/kg. In chili seed oil, 10 pesticides were detected 27 times with a range of 0.11-2.16 mg/kg, and in pepper-flavored oil, 9 pesticides were detected 94 times with a range of 0.01-0.80 mg/kg. The most frequently detected pesticides were tebuconazole, ethion, and difenoconazole, with ethion being detected in large concentrations in products using Chinese raw materials. Ethion, an unregistered pesticide in the Republic of Korea, has not been detected in the Gyeonggi-do area in the past 10 years. It is thought that the detection of ethion can be utilized as an indicator of products made in China. Peppers are a representative agricultural product for which many pesticides are used, and if the pesticides transferred to pepper seeds are not removed, the probability of detecting various types of pesticides in pepper seed oil is very high. Therefore, continuous research is needed to ensure the safety of pepper seed oil.

        율무와 율무겨 추출물의 항산화능 및 알코올분해효소 활성에 미치는 영향

        Water and ethanol extract of kernels and bran of Coix lacryma-jobi var. ma-yuen were prepared, and their antioxidant activities and effects on alcohol metabolizing enzyme activities were analyzed. Water extract of bran (BW) showed significantly higher phenolic contents, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging and 2,2’-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) radical scavenging activities. BW also greatly increased the alcohol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase activities. These results indicate that bran, which was a by-product generated during processing of C. lacryma-jobi var. ma-yuen, could be used to develop processed goods with several physiological activities. 율무와 율무겨의 물과 에탄올 추출물을 각각 제조하여 총 페놀 함량, 항산화능, 알코올분해효소 활성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 율무겨의 물 추출물이 다른 추출물에 비해 월등히 높은 페놀 함량을 보였다. 또한 DPPH 라디칼 소거능과 ABTS 라디칼 소거능으로 측정한 항산화능도 율무겨의 물 추출물이 가장 높았다. 율무겨의 물 추출물은 알코올 탈수소효소와 아세트알데히드 탈수소효소의 활성도 크게 향상시켰다. 이상의 결과는 율무 가공 후에 발생하는 율무겨의 물 추출물이 다양한 용도로 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

        가열증류법에 의한 식용유지의 잔류농약 분석법 개발

        Currently, no guidelines exist regarding the maximum residues of pesticides in edible oil which is a processed food commonly consumed in Korea. This lack of guidelines hinders the evaluation of the safety of edible oil in terms of pesticide contamination. In this study, an analysis method based on heat distillation and GC-MS/MS was established by optimizing the extraction and purification procedure for 68 pesticides. Important variables in the thermal distillation procedure included heating temperature and time, and we found the nitrogen flow rate as a mobile phase and the type of dissolving solvent were not considerably affected. The determination coefficient (R2 ) of the residual pesticide was 0.99 or higher, and the quantitative limit (LOQ) was 0.01-0.02 mg/L. The average recovery rate (n=5) was 66.1-120.0% and the relative standard deviation was lower than ±10% when 68 pesticides were spiked at concentrations of 0.01-0.02, 0.1, and 0.5 mg/L. In addition, the within-laboratory precision was less than ±11%, meeting the Korea Food and Drug Safety Evaluation Institute's Guidelines on Standard Procedures for Preparing Food Testing Methods (2016). Therefore, the test method developed in this study can be used as a test method for managing the safety of the residual pesticide concentration in edible oil. 현재, 국내에서는 가공식품인 식용유지에 대한 잔류농약 허용기준이 설정되어 있지 않아 잔류농약은 식용유 품질평 가의 사각지대라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 식용유지에서 가열증류법을 이용하여 68종의 농약을 대상으로 추출 및 정 제법을 최적화하여 GC-MS/MS 분석법을 확립하였다. 가열 증류법은 가열온도 및 시간의 영향을 받았으며 이동상의 역 할을 하는 질소의 유량과 용출용매의 종류에는 큰 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 잔류농약의 결정 계수(R2 )는 0.99 이상으로 나타났고, 정량한계(LOQ)는 0.01- 0.02 mg/L이었으며, 대두유를 이용하여 0.01, 0.02, 0.1, 0.5 mg/L 수준으로 회수율 실험 결과 평균 회수율(n=5)은 66.1- 120.0%이었고 상대표준편차는 ±10%이하로 나타났다. 또한 실험실내 일간정밀도는 11%이하로 조사되어, 식품의약품안 전평가원의 ‘식품등 시험법 마련 표준절차에 관한 가이드라 인(2016)’에 적합한 수준임을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에 서 개발한 시험법은 식용유지의 잔류농약 안전관리를 위한 시험법으로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

        경기서부지역 로컬푸드 잔류농약 실태조사

        경기 서부지역 로컬푸드 직매장에서 유통되고 있는 농산물 341건을 수거하여 잔류 농약 검사를 실시한 결과 30.8%인 105건에서 잔류농약이 검출되었다. 6건이 잔류허용기준을 초과하여 부적합률은 1.8%로 나타났으며 최근 3년간 평균 부적합률인 1.4%보다 다소 높게 나타났다. 조사대상 농산물 중 과일류와 채소류에서만 잔류농약이 검출된 것으로 나타났으며, 과일류는 34건 중 24건이 검출되어 70.6%, 채소류는 277건중 81건이 검출되어 29.2%의 검출률을 나타내었다. 검출된 농약은 acetamiprid 등 59종으로 총 208회 검출되었으며 검출범위는 0.01-2.38 mg/kg 이었다. 잔류농약이 검출된 105건의 농산물중 62건(59%)에서는 1종의 농약만 검출되었고 43건(41%)에서는 2종 이상의 농약성분이 검출되었다. 특히 복숭아에서는 14종의 농약이 동시에 검출되었으며 농약성분 중 dinotefuran이 21회로 가장 많이 검출되었다. 검출된 농약의 독성을 살펴본 결과 인축독성은 III급(보통독성)이 44회(21.2%), IV급(저독성)이 164회(78.8%) 검출되었고, 어독성은 I급 68회(32.7%), II급 14회(6.7%), III급 126회(60.6%) 검출된 것으로 나타났다. 5회 이상 검출된 다빈도 농약성분에 대한 노출량을 조사한 결과 위해지수는 2.8% 이하로 나타나 식이 섭취량에 따른 잔류농약의 위해도는 미미한 것으로 판단된다. In this study, we detected the presence of residual pesticides in 341 agricultural products collected from local food outlets in western Gyeonggi Province. Residual pesticides were detected in 105 (30.8%) samples. Six samples exceeded the legal limits for residual pesticides, resulting in a non-compliance rate of 1.8%, which was slightly higher than the average non-compliance rate of 1.4% in the last three years. Among the tested agricultural products, only fruits and vegetables were found to have pesticide residues, with 24 of 34 fruits (a detection rate of 70.6%) and 81 of 277 vegetables (a detection rate of 29.2%) testing positive. In total, 59 types of pesticides, including acetamiprid, which was detected 208 times, were detected and had a detection range of 0.01-2.38 mg/kg. Among the 105 agricultural products containing pesticide residues, a single pesticide was detected in 62 samples (59%) and two or more pesticides were detected in 43 samples (41%). In particular, 14 pesticides were detected in the same sample of peaches; dinotefuran was detected 21 times. Upon examining the toxicity of the detected pesticides, Class III pesticides (moderate toxicity) were detected 44 times (21.2%) and Class IV pesticides (low toxicity) were detected 164 times (78.8%). Class I, II, and III pesticides with fish toxicity were detected 68 (32.7%), 14 (6.7%), and 126 times (60.6%), respectively. Upon examining the exposure to high-frequency pesticide components detected five or more times, the hazard index was found to be ≤2.8%. Accordingly, the hazard of residual pesticides based on dietary intake was deemed insignificant.

        올리브유의 잔류농약 모니터링 및 노출량 조사

        A total of 100 commercially available olive oil products were analyzed for 179 pesticide residues using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC/MS/MS). The olive oil samples were mixed with organic solvents, centrifuged and frozen to remove fat, and pesticide residues were analyzed using the "quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe" (QuEChERS) method. The determination coefficient (R<sup>2</sup>) of the analysis method used in this study was ≥0.998. The detection limit of the method ranged 0.004-0.006 mg/kg and its quantitative limit ranged 0.012-0.017 mg/kg. The recovery rate (n=5) measured at the level ranging 0.01-0.02, 0.1, and 0.5 mg/kg ranged 66.8-119.5%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was determined to be ≤5.7%, confirming that this method was suitable for the "Guidelines for Standard Procedures for Preparing Food Test Methods". The results showed that a total of 151 pesticides (including difenoconazole, deltamethrin, oxyfluorfen, kresoxim-methyl, phosmet, pyrimethanil, tebuconazole, and trifloxystrobin) were detected in 64 of the 100 olive oil products. The detection range of these pesticide residues was 0.01-0.30 mg/kg. The percentage acceptable daily intake (%ADI) of the pesticides calculated using ADI and estimated daily intake (EDI) was 0.0001-0.1346, indicating that the detected pesticides were present at safe levels. This study provides basic data for securing the safety of olive oil products by monitoring pesticide residues in commercially available oilve oil products. Collectively, the analysis method used in this study can be used as a method to analyze residual pesticides in edible oils.

        Post modern - Feminism 의 문화현상과 패션

        The bisexuality, deconstructivity, and diversity that are great characteristics on the comtemporary fashion are showed in the fashion collections. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the influence of these characteristics made by the post modern-feminism fashion through the cultural pattern analysis. The post modern-feminism was analyzed by dividing the cultural pattern into 1) the deconstructivity of androcentrism, 2) the rejection of main current fashion, 3) the coexistence of double-sided value, and 4) the open-minded thought of gender. 1) In the deconstructivity of androcentrism - This characteristic was presented in the costume design that breaks the basic form of the line, color, and quality of the material showing in men`s clothes. 2) By rejecting main current fashion - Subculture style appeared in main current fashion, the boundary of main and anti-main current fashion was vagued, and the phenomena that the identity of subgroup was weakened were showed. 3) In the coexistence of double-sided value - This characteristic was presented in the cross-dressing fashion that cut away women`s slender part and men`s rough part. 4) In the open-minded thought of gender - This tendency was reached an extreme from excessive exposure to design which gives the sexual stimulus. This paper is expected to be helpful to understand the contemporary fashion by treating the cultural category associated with post-modern feminism in relation to contemporary fashion and to establish the direction of 21 century fashion.

        표고버섯 함유 어묵의 물성 특성

        기능성 고품질 어묵의 개발을 위하여 항암성 및 혈압강하능을 가지고 잇는 표고버섯(Lentinus edodes)을 각각 0, 5, 10, 15 및 20% 첨가한 튀김 어묵을 제조한 다음 색도 변화 및 절곡검사, 물성 특성, 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. 어묵의 색도는 표고버섯의 함유량이 증가할수록 L값은 감소하는 경향, a값은 증가하는 경향, b값도 대체로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한, 어묵의 유연성을 나타내는 절곡검사의 결과로는 모든 시료에서 AA로 측정되어 표고버섯의 첨가에 관계없이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 표고버섯 첨가 어묵의 물성측정 결과에서, 20%의 표고버섯을 함유한 어묵에서 강도, 경도, 탄성, 껌성 및 파쇄성이 가장 높게 관찰되었고 관능검사의 결과로는 어묵의 색도와 향기 부문에서는 표고버섯의 특유의 향이 강하므로 5% 첨가군에서 선호도가 높았으며, 맛과 조직감, 전체적인 선호도의 경우에서는 10%의 표고버섯이 첨가된 경우가 가장 높았다. 이상의 결과와 같이 표고버섯을 함유한 고품질 어묵의 제조 가능성을 확인하였다. The effects of shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes) on texture properties of surimi gel were investigated. Surimi gels containing 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20% (w/w) of shiitake mushroom were prepared, and then color, rheological properties, and sensory evaluation were analyzed. Increasing the amount of mushroom in the fish paste tended to decrease the lightness in Hunter color value, but to increase the redness and yellowness. All test samples with 3 mm thickness had good flexibility and did not break even after 4 times folds. The sample containing 20% mushroom showed the highest values in strength, hardness, gumminess and brittleness. In sensory evaluation, the higher amounts of mushroom obtained favorite score in color and flavor, and 10% mushroom sample had the best score in overall acceptance. These results suggest that shiitake mushroom can be applied to fish paste for the purpose of high quality.
