신체조성이 G-Test 결과에 미치는 영향: 체계적 검토와 메타분석

The purpose of this study is to prove the reliability and validity of the relationship between the body composition of air force pilots and prospective pilots and the G-test using meta-analysis. A search was conducted using MeSH, and search terms such as G-LOC (G-force induced Loss Of Consciousness), G-tolerance, G-force, G-test, and body composition were combined, and comprehensive terms were used to prevent omission of each experimental study. The year of publication of the study was limited to between 2010 and 2022, and seven studies were finally selected. The average effect size was 0.10, showing a small effect size, and the effect size by body composition was 0.14 and 0.13 for weight and muscle mass, respectively, and a small effect size of 0.32 for BMI was also observed. In addition, height was -0.04 and body fat rate was -0.01, which had no effect. As a result, it was found that the G-test of air force pilots and reserve pilots had a significant effect on muscle mass compared to the control group, so anaerobic training that can increase muscle mass for the purpose of enhancing G resistance of air force pilots and reserve pilots is expected to play a major role.
함 탑재 캐비닛 냉각시스템 최적 설계 방안에 관한 연구

Despite various reforms to encourage innovative and challenging R&D efforts in Defense Science and Technology, there has not yet been an innovative scheme for the weapon system development, the last stage of such R&D, due to limitations incurred by State Contract Statute. Even though sincere performance acknowledgement in case of fail to technological goal become possible by Defense Science and Technology Promotion Act, it only applies to limited cases, and regulations exist only for fail to technological goal, whereas there is no reward and incentive scheme for those cases of exceeding such goal. In addition, existing Incentive Contract schemes are only intended to save the cost, which burdens on both the company in charge of R&D and Government, consequently, they hardly have been used. Thus, in this study, Incentive Capability concept is proposed to induce and reward the company to take challenging efforts for exceeding technological performance goal, and subsequent detailed application plan is studied and proposed overarching entire phases of weapon system development program including proposal evaluation and source selection, contract method and incentive criteria. So far, despite the fact that weapon system development is important subject of innovation as the final stage of Defense Science and Technology, there has been persistent limitation due to its nature of procurement activity. In this context, this study has great significance in developing and proposing the detailed scheme promoting challenging efforts in Defense Science and Technology from the perspective of procurement activity for the first time. 도전적이고 혁신적인 국방과학기술 R&D를 위해 다양한 제도개선이 이루어지고 있으나, 실제 체계를 개발하는 마지막 단계인 무기체계 연구개발에 대해서는 국가계약법령 등에 따른 제약으로 아직까지 혁신적인 제도가 부재한 실정이다. 국방과학기술 혁신 촉진법에 따라 기술적 목표 미달시 성실수행 인정이 가능한 협약방식이 가능해졌으나, 일부 사업만 해당하고 여전히 목표 미달에 대한 규제만 존재하고, 도전적으로 기술적 목표를 넘어서는 유인과 보상제도는 부재하다. 또한, 기존 유인부계약제도는 연구개발 주관업체와 정부에 모두 부담이 되는 원가 절감만을 목적으로 하고 있어 활성화 되지 못해 오고 있는실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 무기체계 연구개발 단계에서 주관 업체로 하여금 기술적 성능 목표를 넘어서는 도전적인 노력을 유인하고 이에 대한 보상을 위한 유인성능 개념을 제안하고, 이를 토대로 제안서 평가 및 업체 선정, 계약방법 및 인센티브 지급 등 연구개발 사업 전 단계별로 구체적인 적용방안을 연구, 제시하였다. 그 동안 국방과학기술의 최종 단계로써 R&D 혁신의 중요한 대상임에도 무기체계 연구개발은 조달영역으로써의 한계가존재하였는데, 본 연구를 통해 최초로 국가 조달관점에서 도전적인 국방과학기술진흥을 도모할 수 있는 제도를 최초로 구체화 연구, 제시한데 큰 의의가 있다.

In this pilot study, we investigated the effect of spatone, a naturally occurring mineral water supplement, on endurance capacity and inflammatory cytokines in wrestlers undergoing a rapid weight control program. Nine amateur university wrestlers participated and were randomly divided into placebo- and spatone-treated groups. The study used a crossover design, including a 4-week washout period. The rapid weight control program was focused on body weight loss, while maintaining their athletic performance (muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance). The initial body weight was 87.19 ± 2.45 kg in the spatone-treated group and 86.60 ± 3.01 kg in the placebo group. After the rapid weight control program, the body weight decreased to 83.56 ± 2.71 kg (4.21% decrease) in the spatone-treated group and 82.95 ± 2.97 kg (4.16% decrease) in the placebo group. However, there were no significant differences in body weight or body composition between placebo- and spatone-treated groups. Endurance capacity improved significantly in terms of VO2max and lactate accumulation after spatone supplement. The interleukin (IL)-10, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha, and IL-6 concentrations were not altered with spatone treatment or placebo in the rapid weight-loss condition; however, a positive relationship (R = 0.643, P = .023) was observed between the change in IL-6 and VO2max. Thus, our results are consistent with prior studies in that spatone supplementation could protect against iron loss induced by intense training, considering that spatone affects the modulation of inflammatory cytokines and exercise capacity. These preliminary results serve to facilitate the planning for the nutritional application of spatone with their exercise program for wrestlers.

일반적으로 실외 무선 측위를 위해서는 고 정밀의 위치정보를 제공할 수 있는 GPS (Global Positioning System) 방식이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) 환경에서의 센서 노드는 크기와 비용, 전력에 제한을 가지고 있기 때문에 노드에 GPS 칩을 모두 탑재 시킬 수 없다. 특히 실내 환경에서는 GPS 신호의 손실이 크게 일어나기 때문에 블루투스 비콘과 같은 저전력, 저 복잡도 특성을 지닌 장치를 활용한 고 정밀의 위치 정보를 제 공할 수 있는 기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 블루투스 비콘을 활용한 실내 위치 측위 및 네비게이션 시스템을 제안하였으며, 실제 데이터베이스 구축 및 실험을 통해 성능을 평가하였다.
