        A1 7039合金의 피로 특성에 미치는 열처리의 영향

        Effect of heat treatment on the high cycle fatigue behavior of high strength aluminum alloy 7039 was examined by microcopy, mechanical and fatigue test. The elongated plateshaped grain by the effect of hot rolling and oxide or coarse super hardened particles, Cr compound(CrAl_7)were observed on the optical microscopy. The density of coarse inherent, θ phase(MgZn_2) was decreased as the time of artificial aging was increased. S1 specimen developed by holding at 480C for 2 hours, holding at room temperature for 72 hours and then aging at 120C for 24 hours was showed the most ex-cellent fatigue limit.

        지역별 제설 시나리오 응원체계 구축연구

        Because of abnormal weather, a heavy snow on the Northern latitudes occurs frequently. This has resulted in significant damage and recovery costs. In korea, it has been declared a special disaster area due to heavy snowfall in Gangneung and Pohang 2004, 2005 and 2011, so there was a revision of action instruction for the road snow removal. Although, in our current system, snow removing methodology, regional equipment holdings, and snow responsible interval, respectively, has been classified by the National Highway, near cities and provinces support system not yet prepared. Only, if snow removing is not possible within the region itself, which contained the contents of "support and assistance to military or nearby offices requests". In this thesis, we studied the disaster scenario development according to heavy snow and the response and support system to the features of each regional. For the scenario deduction, we preferentially collected day snowfall and disaster yearbook data to regionals, classified similar pattern and plotted GIS snow map. We also classified heavy snow disaster by region and type and we deduced five-step scenario. The five-step scenario is nationwide(1st-stage), the National Capital region(2nd-stage), the Chungcheong Provinces(3rd-stage), the Kangwon province(4th-stage) and the Chŏlla provinces(5th-stage). Therefore we build near provinces support system according to five-step scenario. 전 세계적으로 이상기후로 인한 고위도 북반부에 폭설이 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 폭설로 발생하는 피해액은 국내 자연재해 피해액 중 높은 실정이다. 자연재해가 다양하게 발생하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 2004년, 2005년, 2011년 강릉 및 포항 지역에서 폭설로 인한 특별재난지역으로 선포되며, 도로 제설업무 수행요령안(안)이 개정되었다. 제설방법론과 지역별 장비보유량 및 제설담당구간이 국도별로 분류가 되어있지만, 인근 시·군별 응원체계 구축은 분류가 되어있지 않은 상태이다. 다만, 자체 제설이 불가능할 경우 군부대 및 인근 사무소에 지원 및 협조 요청이라는 내용이 담겨있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 대설재난 발생시 대설재난 유형 시나리오를 개발하고, 시나리오별 지역특성을 고려한 대응체계 및 응원체계 구축하는 연구를 하였다. 시나리오 도출을 위해 지역별 일 강설데이터와 재해연보 데이터를 수집하고, 유사 과거사례를 비슷한 패턴으로 분류하여 재설 GIS지도를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 지역별 대설재난 유형별로 분석함으로써 5단계의 시나리오를 도출하여, 지역별 제설응원체계를 구축하였다. 5단계의 시나리오는 전국(1단계), 수도권·충청권(2단계), (3단계), 영동권·호남권(4단계), (5단계)로 유형으로 도출되었으며, 그에 따른 인근 시·군 제설 응원체계 구축을 제시하였다.

        Reliability Estimation in the Mixed Distribution of Exponential and Geometric Distributions

        The exponential and geometric distributions have been recognized as a useful model for survival model associated with reliability studies and life testing experiments. This paper deals with estimating reliability from a mixture of exponential and geometric distributions. First, the maximum likelihood estimation is used to estimate the reliability of mixed model when data are grouped and Type-1 censored. Second, the Bayesian estimation is used to estimate the reliability. Third, the plug-in estimation is used to estimate the reliability. Forth, the mean square error of maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) is obtained. Finally, Bayesian and plug-in estimators for MLE will be compared numerically in the terms of various mission times, parameter values in the sense of asymptotic relative efficiency through Monte Carlo simulation.

        Discriminant functions are based on samples which are assumed to be correctly classified. If some members of the original samples are incorrectly classified the utility of the discriminant function may not be seriously affected. The purpose of this paper are to show that these probabilities of misclassification is directly related to the shrinkage of the minimax solution in Bayesian method and the construction of a doubtful region.

        Comparative Studies of the Reliability Estimation for a Shared Load System with Weibull Lifetime Distribution

        The shared load system has been recognized as a useful model for reliability studies and life testing experiments. This paper deals with estimating reliability of shared load system with two Weibull lifetime distributions. The Weibull distribution has been recognized as a useful model for life testing experiments. First, the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) is used to estimate the reliability of the model when data are Type-I censored. Second, the Bayesian estimation is used to estimate the reliability under gamma prior. Third, the plug-in estimation is used to estimate the reliability. The Bayesian and plug-in estimation for MLE will be compared with numerically in the terms of various mission times, parameter values in the sense of asymptotic mean square error through Monte Carlo simulation.
