        밀레니얼 세대 간호사의 간호근무환경, 직무 착근도, 직업존중감이 재직의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the nursing work environment, job embeddedness, and job esteem on the retention intention in the millennial generation nurses. The subjects of this study are nurses working in general hospitals with more than 300 beds. Among nurses born in the 1980s and early 2000s, 97 agreed to study. As a result of the study, there was a significant difference in academic background.(F=6.74, p=.002) In terms of final education, those with graduate or higher were higher than those with three-year graduation and four-year graduation Retention intention is the degree of job placement (r=.319, p=.001), job respect (r=.331, p=.001) had a positive relationship with the nursing working environment (r=-.252, p=.013) was negatively correlated. Factors affecting the retention intention is 12.9% explanatory skills as a result of the introduction of job embeddedness, nursing work environment, and job esteem. It is necessary to understand the characteristics of the generation in order to increase the retention intention as a millennial generation nurse.

        아우토겐 트레이닝이 스트레스반응에 미치는 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

        Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of autogenic training on stress responses through a systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods: A systematic search was conducted using eight core electronic databases (Embase, CENTRAL, Medline, CINAHL, PsycInfo, DBpia, KISS, and RISS). To estimate the effect size, a meta-analysis of the studies was performed using RevMan 5.3.5 program. Results: A total 21 studies out of 950 studies were included in the review, and 11 were included for meta-analysis. These studies showed that autogenic training decreased anxiety and depression, and increased the high frequency of heart rate variability. Calculations to understand the effect of autogenic training on anxiety, through a meta-analysis, observed a reduction effect of anxiety score by 1.37 points (n=85, SMD=-1.37: 95% CI -2.07 to -0.67), in the studies on short-term intervention targeting healthy adults. On the other hand, similar calculations to understand the effect of autogenic training on depression observed, a reduction effect on the depression score by 0.29 point (n=327, SMD=-0.29: 95% CI -0.50 to -0.07), in the studies on long term intervention targeting the patient group. Conclusion: Autogenic training is effective for adults’ stress management, and nurses will be able to effectively perform autogenic training programs for workers’ stress relief at the workplace.

        부모면담 교사교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구: 델파이조사를 활용하여

        본 논문은 유치원에서 교사들이 부모를 대상으로 이루어지는 부모면담에 대한 교사지원을 체계적으로 실행 할 수 있는 교사교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구이다. 이를 위해 유아교육전문가 21명을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하여 프로그램의 교육목표, 교육내용, 교육방법, 평가에 따른 적절성을 알아보았다. 그 결과 ‘유아에 대한 올바른 정보 제공방법을 안다.’, ‘부모면담에 대한자신감을 가진다.’를 포함한 12개의 교육목표와 ‘면담 내용에 따른 면담방법’, ‘부모특성에 따른 부모면담’을 포함한 15개의 교육내용, 3가지(강의, 워크샵, 시뮬레이션)의 교육방법과 ‘부모면담에 대한교사 효능감 평가’를 포함한 4개의 평가내용으로 구성된 부모면담 교사교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다. This paper is on a basic research for the development of a teacher Training program that systematically implements a teacher support for parents counselling in a kindergarten. To develop the program, Delphi method was used for 21 early childhood professionals in order to determine the propriety of program’s goals, contents, method, and evaluation. As a result, basic supportive data for the development of a parents counselling teacher Training program was generated consisting of 4 evaluation contents such as 12 goals including ‘knowing appropriate provision of information about child’ and ‘having confidence in parent counselling’, 15 contents including ‘counselling method according to contents of counselling’ and ‘parents counselling tailored to a parents’ characteristics’, 3 methods (lecture, workshop, and simulation), and evaluation of teacher efficacy on parents counselling.

        응급실 간호사의 감정노동, 전문직 자아개념, 자기 효능감, 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 응급실 간호사의 소진 정도를 파악하고 감정노동, 전문직 자아개념, 자기 효능감, 사회적 지지가 응급실 간호사의 소진에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 서울 8개 병원 응급실 간호사 130명에게 조사하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS Version 24.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 응급실 간호사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 전문직 자아개념(β=-.45, p<.001), 감정노동(β=.44, p<.001), 자기 효능감(β=-.14, p=.040) 순으로 나타났다. 이에 응급실 간호사의 소진 경감을 위해 감정관리 프로그램, 긍정적 자아개념 형성, 장기간 근무 할 수 있는 간호계의 정책적 방안과 사회적 지지체계구축 등의 중재 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다. Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emotional labor, professional self-concept, self-efficiency and social support on burnout of emergency room nurses by verifying the level of burnout of them. Through this, we will reduce the turnover and secure professional manpower and they will provide basic data on efficient manpower management. Methods: The subjects of this study were 130 emergency room nurses of eight hospitals in Seoul. The collected datas were analyzed by the SPSS Version 24.0 program using the percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson"s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Results: The level of emotional labor of emergency room nurses was higher than that of other nurses. Professional self-concept, self-efficiency and social support have a negative correlation with burnout and there is a positive correlation between professional self-concept, self-efficiency and social support. The major factors influencing burnout were professional self-concept, which was a significant negative influence factor, emotional labor was a significant positive influence and self-efficiency showed a significant negative influence factor. Conclusions: To reduce the burnout of emergency room nurses, an emotional management program, positive self-concept formation for emergency room nurses are needed. In addition, it is necessary to develop and apply a variety of intervention programs to build policy for long- term working nurse and social support systems.

      • 국내 환경분야 일자리 현황 분석

        본 연구는 국제적으로 표준화된 분류체계인 UN의 환경활동분류(CEA)를 이용해서 환경분야 일자리의 범위를 정의하고 다양한 국내 통계자료 및 추정 방법을 사용해서 국내 환경분야 일자리의 규모, 세부부문별 비중, 변화 추세 등을 추계하고, 시사점을 도출하였다. 환경분야 일자리의 변화를 확인한 결과, 첫째, 환경분야 일자리는 2005년 26만 명에서 2013년 약 52만 명으로, 이기간 동안 약 96.4% 증가하였고, 총취업자 대비 환경일자리의 비율은 2005년 1.2%에서 2013년 2.1%로 높아졌다. 둘째, 환경분야 일자리의 80% 정도가 환경전문업에서, 15% 정도가 공공부문에서, 5% 정도가 일반기업에서 창출되었다. 셋째, 전통적인 환경산업의 핵심 영역(대기, 폐수, 폐기물 관리)이 차지하는 비중은 2005년 63.4%에서 2013년 52.6%로 줄어들었다. 향후 좀 더 정밀한 분석을 위해서는 환경산업통계조사 등 기초통계에 대한 정비 및 개선, 자원관리지출계정 편제를 통한 자원관리 분야에 대한 정보의 축적, 일자리의 질적 측면에 대한 분석 방법의 개발 및 기초 자료의 축적 등이 필요하다. This study defines the scope of green jobs or jobs in the environmental sector by using an internationally standardized classification system(CEA), based on which the size, weights, and the changes in trend of domestic environmental jobs are estimated. Based on the UN’s Classification of Environmental Activities(CEA) and by using domestic statistical data and various estimation methods, this study examined the changes in Korea’s environmental jobs between 2005 and 2013. First, the number of environmental jobs grew by approximately 96.4% from 260,000 in 2005 to 520,000 in 2013. The percentage of environmental jobs out of total employment rose from 1.2% in 2005 to 2.1% in 2013. Second, approximately 80% of environmental jobs are created in the environmental business circles, followed by 15% in the public sector and 5% in general companies. Third, the share of the major sectors within the traditional environmental industry(air, waste water, and waste management) declined from 63.4% in 2005 to 52.6% in 2013. In order to perform more accurate analyses, improvements in basic statistics including the Report on the Environment Industry Survey, accumulation of information in the resource management field via the reorganization of resource management expenditure accounts, development of analysis methods to study the qualitative aspects of jobs, and accumulation of baseline data are necessary.

      • 환경부문 헌법 개정을 위한 여론조사

        본 연구는 환경부문 헌법 개정안을 작성하는 과정에서 각계각층의 국민의견을 수렴하고 여론을 확인하기 위해 진행되었다. 전문가 자문과 시민 대상 사전조사를 거쳐 설문지를 작성하고 이를 이용해 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 결과를 도출하였다. 크게 세 부문으로 구분하여 제시하였으며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. о 환경현안에 대한 인식 우리나라 국민은 ‘우리나라의 환경질이 좋지 않다’(70.5%)고 느끼고 있으며, 20년 후의 가장 심각한 사회현안은 ‘환경문제’(69.4%)가 될 것으로 전망하였다. 환경피해의 근본원인은 ‘국민의식’(약 55.3%)과 ‘법ㆍ제도’(45.6%)에 있다고 생각하고 있다. о 개헌 내용과 국민 참여 방식에 대한 인식 우리나라 국민은 ‘환경보전과 경제발전 둘 다 중요하다’(59.8%)고 생각하며, 헌법 개정은 ‘설명회나 공청회 개최’(57.2%) 또는 ‘국민과 전문가 모두가 참여하는 공론화 위원회 검토’(50.9%) 등 국민의견수렴이 중요하다고 보고 있다. 또한 개헌과정에서 정치구조 뿐만 아니라 삶의 질 향상을 위한 고려도 필요하다고 인식하고 있다(90.0%). о 환경헌법 내용과 개헌 방향에 대한 인식 헌법의 환경관련 규정이 불충분하다고 느끼는 국민이 많으며(55.6%), 내용상으로 환경조항을 추가해야 한다고 생각하는 국민도 많았다(87.5%). 구체적으로는 환경권의 대상을 국민에서 사람으로 확대(70.0%)하고, 기존 국토와 자원 개발 조항에 지속가능성 개념을 포함하여야(84.4%) 한다고 생각하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to collect public opinions in the process of preparing amendment draft of the environmental constitution. The online survey questionnaire was conducted on the basis of deliberations and preliminary survey. Key features of environmental awareness will be introduced in the following three main divided categories: о Public awareness toward the environmental issues The result of online survey questionnaire is represented into the fact that Korean people believe ‘The current environmental status is not in good shape’ (70.5%), and anticipated that ‘Environmental problem would become a challenging social problem the most in 2 decades’ (69.4%). It is also represented that the driving cause of environmental problems lies in ‘national consciousness’ (55.3%), and ‘legal system’ (45.6%). о Public awareness toward constitutional amendment and its procedures It is represented that Korean publics believe ‘Environmental preservation should be accompanied with economic development’ (59.8%). In addition, ‘holding a briefing or public hearings’ (57.2%) or ‘reviewing the public opinion committee’ (50.9%) were chosen for the important procedures in the process of amendment. Korean publics also believe that political systems and influence of environmental status on quality of life should be taken into account in the process of amendment (90.0%). о Public awareness toward environmental constitution details and direction of amendment The majority of respondents believe that ‘the environment-related provision of the Constitution are insufficient’ (55.6%), and ‘the environmental clauses should be added’ (87.5%). In particular, they believe that the scope of environmental rights should be expanded from individuals to human beings (70.0%), and the concept of sustainable development should be integrated into the existing land and natural resources development and utilization provision (84.4%).

      • 환경부문 개헌의 법적 효과에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 환경헌법 개정에 따른 법적 효과를 사전적으로 도출·제시하기 위한 목적으로, 2018년도에 보고된 ‘대통령 개헌안’, ‘국회 헌법개정특별위원회 자문위원회 조문시안’, 그리고 ‘2018 KEI 환경헌법포럼 개헌안’의 환경조항을 비교·검토하여 바람직한 환경헌법 개정방향을 도출하고, 주요국 헌법의 환경조항을 검토하였다. 환경헌법 개정방향은 크게 ‘헌법 총강’, ‘헌법 전문’, ‘헌법 환경권’으로 구분하여 제시하였으며, 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. ○ 헌법 총강 「헌법」상 기본원리로서의 환경국가원리를 헌법 총강에 수용할 것을 제안하였다. 이에 따른 법적 효과로는 헌법적 차원에서 사회통합이 강화되고, ‘객관화’된 가치로서의 환경보호가 가능해지며, 재판에 의한 환경보호 구현이 실현될 수 있다는 점 등을 제시하였다. ○ 헌법 전문(前文) 생태적으로 지속가능한 발전의 원칙을 헌법 전문에 도입할 것을 제안하였다. 이에 따른 법적 효과로는 헌법 총강의 환경국가원리와 해석상 연계되어 모든 국가기관을 헌법적으로 구속하고, 미래세대의 환경권을 침해하는 정책의 시행이 어려워진다는 점 등을 제시하였다. ○ 헌법 환경권 조항 환경권의 법률유보조항을 삭제하여 독자성과 구체성을 확보할 것을 제안하였다. 이에 따른 법적 효과로는 환경권 ‘행사’의 실효성 확보를 위한 환경집단소송·대표소송·시민소송 등 도입과 원고적격 확대 등의 입법의무가 도출되고 결과적으로 환경권의 개별적·독자적 권리성이 강화될 수 있음을 제시하였다. This study was conducted to derive and present the legal effects of the amendment of the environmental constitution in a proactive manner in order to provide guidelines for desired environmental constitutional amendment by comparing with the Presidential Constitutional Amendment Bill, the proposal of Constitutional Reform Advice Committee, and the proposal of Forum on the Environmental Constitution of 2018. The desired revision of the environmental constitution is proposed into ‘General Provisions of Constitution’, ‘Preamble of Constitution’, and ‘Environmental Rights Clause’. The results of research were as follows. ○ General Provisions of Constitution The study suggested that the Principle of Environmental State should be included in the constitutional amendment. The aforementioned constitutional amendment leaves a legal footprint that will strengthen the social integration to the constitutional level, allow environmental protection to become an ‘objective’ value, and implement the environmental protection on the basis of trial. ○ Preamble of Constitution The study suggested that the principle of ecologically sustainable development should be incorporated into the preamble of constitution. The legal effects of this measure can be described to the fact that it will make all national institutions to be legally binding in accordance with the Principle of Environmental State and stand against implementation of policy that may violate the future generation’s environmental rights. ○ Environmental Rights Clause The study suggested that legal-reservation clause of environmental rights should be deleted to secure identity and specificity of the environmental rights. The legal effects of this measure can be described to the fact that it will ensure the environmental rights to be exerted with reference to the introduction of environmental class action and expansion of standing to sue and strengthening of environmental rights as an individual and independent right.

        간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 셀프리더십, 역할갈등, 간호근무환경이 간호서비스 질에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aims to examine the relationships between the self-leadership, role conflict, nursing work environment, and quality of nursing service in comprehensive nursing care service wards and identify the factors that affect the quality of nursing service. Methods: The data were collected from 158 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care service wards from three general hospitals with 200 beds or more in Seoul, Korea. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis of enter method using SPSS/WIN ver 22.0 program. Results: The factors of quality of nursing services were self-leadership (β=.44, p<.001), nursing work environment (β=.17, p=.014), and the work experience in comprehensive nursing care service wards (β=-.15, p=.035) explaining 32% of the total variance. Conclusions: The results indicated that self-leadership, work experience in the comprehensive nursing care service wards, and nursing work environment affect the quality of nursing services of nurses in the comprehensive nursing care service wards. It is necessary to make efforts for seeking various intervention strategies and improving nursing work environment.
