응급실 간호사의 감정노동, 전문직 자아개념, 자기 효능감, 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 응급실 간호사의 소진 정도를 파악하고 감정노동, 전문직 자아개념, 자기 효능감, 사회적 지지가 응급실 간호사의 소진에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 서울 8개 병원 응급실 간호사 130명에게 조사하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS Version 24.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 응급실 간호사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 전문직 자아개념(β=-.45, p<.001), 감정노동(β=.44, p<.001), 자기 효능감(β=-.14, p=.040) 순으로 나타났다. 이에 응급실 간호사의 소진 경감을 위해 감정관리 프로그램, 긍정적 자아개념 형성, 장기간 근무 할 수 있는 간호계의 정책적 방안과 사회적 지지체계구축 등의 중재 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다. Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emotional labor, professional self-concept, self-efficiency and social support on burnout of emergency room nurses by verifying the level of burnout of them. Through this, we will reduce the turnover and secure professional manpower and they will provide basic data on efficient manpower management. Methods: The subjects of this study were 130 emergency room nurses of eight hospitals in Seoul. The collected datas were analyzed by the SPSS Version 24.0 program using the percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson"s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Results: The level of emotional labor of emergency room nurses was higher than that of other nurses. Professional self-concept, self-efficiency and social support have a negative correlation with burnout and there is a positive correlation between professional self-concept, self-efficiency and social support. The major factors influencing burnout were professional self-concept, which was a significant negative influence factor, emotional labor was a significant positive influence and self-efficiency showed a significant negative influence factor. Conclusions: To reduce the burnout of emergency room nurses, an emotional management program, positive self-concept formation for emergency room nurses are needed. In addition, it is necessary to develop and apply a variety of intervention programs to build policy for long- term working nurse and social support systems.

Today, the stability control of the automotive electronic components and its new technology are being developed rapidly. Generally, the AVN system that can support various media such as DMB, MP3 and MPEG4 are powered by the battery of the car that has not been stabilized and the fluctuations in the battery input may result in poor quality of the sound and video output stream. To solve this problem, EMC test is conducted to the AVN system and the system is re-designed if the requirements in the EMC standard are not met. This paper presents SI(Signal Integrity) analysis techniques to secure reliability and stable functionality from fluctuating input from the battery. Some of the techniques of SI analysis include CE(Conducted Emission), RE(Radiated Emission), Cross-talk and SSN(Simultaneous Switching Noise), and these techniques are used to analyze operational characteristics to minimize the functional error by considering the CPU, DDR2 memory and its address.

Ejector is one of the most robust device of recirculating hydrogen discharged from a stack of fuel cell vehicle. In spite of the simplicity of its geometry the structure of turbulent supersonic flow in an ejector is more complex than expected. In this research CFD analysis was performed to simulate the real supersonic flow in ejectors. As a result, the mechanism of mixing process of two kinds of gas was clearly understood and the performance and efficiency of both single ejector and dual ejector were estimated as well.

The thermal performance is one of the most important factors in evaluating an automotive lamp, and is not easy for engineer to improve due to the diversified lamp designs. Achieving a better thermal performance in automotive lamps requires that every component consisting of the lamp such as reflector, bezel, lens, etc maintains its shapes and colors without any deforming or fading from the heat transfer of the bulb. It has been a courtesy that its thermal performance has been verified with experiments and CFD after the design is complete. However, the shortening automobile development period and the frequent changes in design corrupt the effectiveness of the test procedure in the thermal performance. In this study, nine factors of thermal performance were chosen and evaluated their effects on thermal performance. Among them, three main factors were studied to attain thermal performance using CFD. On the completion of this study, it is expected that the thermal performance of automotive lamps can be achieved before the stage of the thermal experiment and CFD.

A study to investigate the influence of the piston top face configuration on the combustion stability is presented using CFD analysis and single cylinder GDI engine. Initial configuration of the GDI piston was designed by CFD analysis and further parametric studies of the design factors on the piston top face were carried out through the single cylinder GDI engine test. It was found that both the geometries of the piston top face and the compression ratio have influences on the combustion stability. Of interest is that the design factors of the GDI piston to prevent mixture diffusion out of the piston bowl have important roles for the stable combustion at the stratified mixture condition. Also the relationship between spray impingement and flow pattern in a GDI piston bowl should be considered to design an optimal bowl configuration for stable stratified combustion.

Enhancing cooling performance of disc brake is a traditional remedy for lower braking performance. However, the relationship between cooling performance and braking performance has not been understood clearly. In this paper, a new method and procedure for estimating braking distance using CFD analysis with a consideration of change of friction coefficient is proposed. With the simulation results mathematical and logical explanation for the relationship between cooling performance and braking performance could be understood.Put Abstract here.

As more vehicles equipped with advanced electronic control system recently, more consider for the electromagnetic wave effect and safety are needed in the car. The unnecessary electromagnetic waves which are from the antenna, electricity and other electronic devices can cause direct problems to the automotive component's safety and performance. In this paper, we used the real car audio products to simulate PCB regarding the general PCB design. and we compared the RE(Radiated Emission) Test result (CISPR 25 standard of EMC relating automotive components) with Simulation Result. According to the EMC RE Test result, car audio board failed to CISPR 25 standard while the resonance occurred at 15 point and noise of every point is over compared to the standard regulation level (24㏈). Hence we got rid of the resonance point by getting Return Path, Via, Decap tuning and decreased impedance under 10 ohms. After we confirmed that EMC Test result improved a lot due to the power stabilization.
