The purpose of this study is to highlight the adolescent alcohol use disorder(AUD) during the transition from middle school to high school periods, and attempt to assess the socioeconomic context associated with adolescent AUD. In this study, we examined AUD in terms of binge drinking and problem drinking. From the original the data of 2012 Adolescent Online Behavior Survey, we recruited 5,928 respondents of middle to highschool students who reported to have alcohol experience. Sex is treated separately in our analysis. Result shows the upward trend of binge drinking and problem drinking by school year, for both gender. Male adolescent show higher prevalence in binge drinking compared to female adolescent. However, the female adolescent show slightly higher proportion in suffering problem drinking compared to their counterparts. In out study, adolescent``s paid-work experience is the main driver associated with binge drinking for both gender. As for the problem drinking, parental education, subjective economic status, the amount of adolescent``s pocket-money were associated with problem drinking. Especially for female adolescent, living arrangements, having depressive symptom, attitude toward suicide trial, and academic achievement is also found to be relevant with problem drinking behavior.

The object of this research checked the relationship of the family situation factors about the Daegu and Gyeongbuk teenager drinking and I examined the sex difference about that relationship. Especially the dangerous drinking and problem drinking rate and woman of which the problem drinking rate rises analyzed the dangerous drinking and cause in which the problem drinking rate is higher at the class switch than the man. it could know to be the common factor which a can be danger drink if the part-time job experience, the last academic background of their father and mother had man and woman altogether. the problem drinking factor was analyzed as a discriminative factor about the grade had man and woman altogether. I could know that when woman sees the man in the problem sound main cause, then the various factors are acting more much but the common factors is having an effect so that the problem sound week factors can be altogether overlapped with man and woman. as this result, male and female didn`t gave distinction of sex as generation homogeneity is same on both side. however, problem drinking and dangerous drinking increased much more when they were getting older.

To develop a clotrimazole-loaded solid suppository with poloxamer and propylene glycol, the melting points of various formulations composed of poloxamer 188 (P 188) and propylene glycol were investigated. The dissolution study of clotrimazole delivered by the suppository composed of P 188 and propylene glycol was performed. The mixtures composed of P 188 and propylene glycol were homogeneous. Propylene glycol affected the melting points of poloxamer mixtures. In particular, the mixture [P 188/propylene glycol (70/30%)] with the melting point of about 32°C was a solid form at room temperature and instantly melted at physiological temperature. Furthermore, propylene glycol affected greatly the dissolution rates of clotrimazole from the suppository. Dissolution mechanism analysis showed the dissolution of clotrimazole was proportional to the time. Our results indicated that the solid suppository with P 188 and propylene glycol would be a candidate of rectal dosage form for clotrimazole.

To develop and aceclofenac soft capsule, four preparations with various solubilizers were prepared and their dissolution test was carried out. Among four preparations tested, a preparation with ethanolamine was selected a formula of aceclofenac soft capsule (Clanza S^(™), since it showed the fastest dissolution rate. Bioequivalence of aceclofenac tablet, Airtal^(™)(Dae-Woong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and aceclofenac soft capsule, Clanza S^(™)(Korea United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA. Fourteen normal male volunteers (age 20-25 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After oral administration of one tablet or capsule containing 100 ㎎ of aceclofenac, blood ws taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of aceclofenac in plasma wa determined with an HPLC method under UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters (C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) between Airtal tablet and Clanza soft capsule were 2.89%, 0.18% and 43.0%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.250(e.g.log(0.81) - log(1.23) and log(0.89) - log(1.14)) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively. Thus, the criteria of the KDFA guidelines for the equivalence was satisfied, indicating that Clanza S^(™) soft capsule is bioequivalent to Airtal^(™) tablet.
