        크론병 환자에서의 특발성 췌장염 1예

        Pancreatitis has been occasionally associated with Crohn`s disease (CD). A definite etiology of pancreatitis can be identified in most patients, but a very small proportion remain idiopathic. We report a case of idiopathic pancreatitis resolved along with the clinical improvement of CD in a 25-year-old man. He presented with abdominal pain and diarrhea for 8 years. Ileocolonoscopy and enteroclysis showed multiple, longitudinal ulcers and strictures at the ileojejunum. The laboratory findings showed elevated serum amylase (951 IU/L) and lipase (326 IU/L) without positive autoantibodies. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy, enhanced pancreatic CT, and MRCP showed no abnormalities at ampulla of Vater, pancrease, and pancreaticobiliary duct. With the treatment with antibiotics, 5-aminosalicylic acid, steroid, and azathioprine, as a whole, decreasing pattern and intermittent fine coordinated fluctuation of the levels of amylase and lipase along with the decrease of Crohn`s disease activity index (CDAI) and the CRP levels were observed. Then, three months after the start of the treatment, normalization of the pancreatic enzymes was observed, and there was recurrent elevation of pancreatic engyme during 12 months maintenance therapy. This report supports the concept of an association between idiopathic pancreatitis and CD, based on a significant and close relation between the levels of serum amylase and lipase, and CDAI.       • 감습재료에 대한 실험적 고찰

        수지에 카본입자 분산형, 수용액 양극산화법에 의한 Al_(2)O_(3)형 그리고 dipping 또는 플라즈마 중합에 의해 제조된 고분자 습도센서에 애해 연구하였다. 여기서는 이들의 제조와 특성 그리고 감습원리에 애해 기술하였으며, 특히 여러가지 단량체로부터 중합에 의해 제조된 고분자 물질의 감습특성이 조사되었다. 그것으로부터 감습특성은 주로 감습물질에 특별한 기능기의 함유여부와 그 기능기의 결합형태 감습막의 구조에 의해 좌우되는 것으로 보여진다. Following types of humidity sensors are studied: carbon-particle dispersion in resin, Al_(2)O_(3), type by aqueous anodization and polymer humidity sensor by either dipping or plasma polymerization technique. Humidity sensing principles, fabrications and characteristics are described. Especially, humidity sensing characteristics of polymer materials fabricated by plasma polymerization from various organic monomers are investigated. Based on this, it seems that humidity sensing characteristics mainly depend on the existence of special functional group, its bonding pattern and the structure of humidity sensing layer.

      • ADP에 의해서 활성화된 혈관평활근 세포의 증식에 관여하는 Integrin의 종류와 신호 전달 경로

        Background: Adenosine diphosphate(ADP), which is usually secreted from activated platelets activates integrin αvβ3. αvβ5, and α5β1 on human vascular smooth muscle cells. Integrins have an important role in the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells. ADP may stimulate the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle dells by the activation of integrins. Integrins mediating ADP-stimulate the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and signal transduction pathway of ADP stimulation were investigated in this study. Methods: MTT(3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay was used to evaluate ADP or ATP-stimulated proliferation of human aortic smooth muscle cells (HASMC). In some experiments, HASMC were incubated with U73122, an inhibitor of phospholipase C, or monoclonal antibodies (mAb) to integrins after ADP of ATP stimulation. Results: ADP and ATP increased the proliferation of HASMC in a dose-dependent manner. U73122 inhibited ADP or ATP stimulated proliferation of HASMC ADP-stimulated proliferation of HASMC was inhibited either by c7E3, a blocking mAb to integrin β3 or by LM609, a blocking mAb to integrin αvβ3(37% and 26% inhibition, respectively: p<0.05), but neither by P1F5, a blocking mAb to integrin αvβ5 nor by JBSS, a blocking mAb to integrin α5β1. Conclusion: These results indicate that ADP increases the proliferation of human vascular smooth muscle cells through phospholipase C pathway, and only integrin αvβ3 mediates ADP-stimulated proliferation of human vascular smooth muscle cells.

        지구환경의 영향에 의존하여 특정되어 가는 인간의 기질을 고찰하였고, 이러한 기질의 차이에 따라 동일한 제품 환경에 대하여도 서로 다른 감성을 느끼게 됨을 추론하였으며 체질론에 기초하여 체질에 기질이 가장 잘 반영되어있다고 유추할 수 있어서 각 체질에 적합한 제품·환경 설계를 위하여 과학적인 채질 분류와 모델을 제안하였다. A person’s temper is characterized by the influence of his(her) earth environment- Depending on the various tempers, different human sensibilities can be evoked from the same manufactured goods. Based on the hypothesis of habitude in which the temper is related intimately, we suggested a model of classifying habitudes In order to design a product which can be compatible with the habitude of its user.

      • 완전 전도로 절제 결과 평가를 위해 동율동시 투여한 Adenosine

        Background: Atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) is the most common form of supraventricular tachycardia. Radiofrequency cather ablation (RFCA) of the slow pathway can treat AVNRT. Slow pathway ablation is associated with a risk of complete AV block in rare cases. In difficult cases, electrophysiologist should check degrees of artrioventriculr node(AVN) damage during and after ablation. There are several methods of identifying high risk of slow pathway ablation and identifying degree of AVN damage, but sometimes there are not perfect. Adenosine is effective in AVNRT termination by influencing AVN conduction. Use of adenosine can identify change of AVN conduction properties Methods : Adenosine tests were studied in 24 patients (10 men, 14 woman:43.5± 16.6 years) with inducible sustained AVNRT. Adenosine 6㎎ and 12㎎ were injected before and after successful ablation of slow pathway during sinus rhythm. Results : With adenosine 6㎎ injection, AVNRT occurred in 13patients and A-H jump in 15 patients before ablation, whereas AVNRT occurred in no patient and A-H jump in 5 atients after ablation. Adenosine 6㎎ induced AV block beats were significantly increased from 0.4±1.5 to 4.0±4.0 beats by ablation (p<0.05). Adenosine 6㎎ induced longest RR interval was also significantly increased from 876±319 to 1575±852 msec by ablation (p<0.05). And then adenosine 12 ㎎ were injected before and after ablation of slow pathway in 21 patients. AVNTR occurred in 13 versus 0 patient, A-H jump occurred in 16 versus 9 patients. the longest RR interval was 1590±714 versus 4245±3492 msec(p<0.05). Conclusion : After successful RFCA of AVNRT, adenosine increases the number of AV block beats and the longest RR interval significantly. Administration of adenosine during and after ablation can identify severe AV nodal damage which was induced by ablation. Administration of adenosine during and after RFCA enables us to estimate amount of AV nodal damage and it give us information about when to stop the cather ablation. Adenosine can be useful to identify patients with impending heart block during and after ablation of slow pathway.
