Purpose: We report a case of two-staged adjustment surgery in wall-eyed bilateral internuclear ophthalmoplegia (WEBINO) with severe bilateral lateral deviation after attack of cerebrovascular infarction. Case summary: A 67-year-old male patient diagnosed with acute intracranial hemorrhage was referred to department of ophthalmology due to severe diplopia that worsened during horizontal gaze of both eyes. On the alternate prism cover test, he had a severe exotropia of about 90 prism diopters (PD) at primary position, and -4 degrees of eye movement disorder were identified on both eyes. Brain magnetic resonance imaging showed a high-signal ischemic infarction on midbrain and pons. Nine months after the initial examination, we performed two-staged adjustment surgery of recession of lateral rectus muscle with resection of medial rectus muscle in both eyes. After 3 months of the two-staged adjustment surgery, he had an exotropia of about 2 PD at primary position on far alternate prism cover test and straight at primary position on near alternate prism cover test. Conclusions: We report a case of two-staged adjustment surgery in WEBINO with severe bilateral lateral deviation showed good results.

From the beginning of Body discourses, Eun heekyoung, Cheon eunyoung start and establish body discourse, they have founded it in Korea literary world. They suggest that the subject is body existence, existential subject. A conception for 'a body subject' of a writers compose narrative's base epistemology, also narration method and narrative method. 요통에 대한 근이완 자극요법의 치료효과에 관한 연구

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of muscle releasing stimulation technique on low back pain. Methods: This study was carried out on the 50 patients who had low back pain. We treated the patients with muscle releasing stimulation technique, and evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Range of Motion(R.O.M.) before and after the technique. We classified the patients according to sex and age, the motive of disease, the period of disease and the severity of disease. And we also campared each result of these conditions with the therapeutic result. Results: The period of disease is statistically related to the therapeutic result, but there was no significant function between sex and age, the motive of disease, the severity of disease and the therapeutic result. Low back pain was statistically improved by muscle releasing stimulation technique, and VAS was also statistically improved, especially ‘the acutest`, but it had no efficacy on ‘the chronic`. Conclusions: In the study, muscle releasing stimulation technique was effective on low back pain, especially ‘the acutest`, but not on ‘the chronic`.

After a long exploration and narrative work on body discourse and feminine discourse, Cheon Yeon-young shows a deep experimental spirit in terms of the influence of existing discourses and grand discourses and the correlation that has on the formation of ‘Ego’. The artist has come to the novels 『Ginger』, novel collections 『Myeongrang』, 『As you knows』, and closely explores the process of forming the self through family relations father-and-daughter relations mother- and-son relations and mother-and-daughterd relations and the language and human existence. She is dealing with the essential problem of Her work, which reveals the true nature of self and subject by looking into the child s family relationship, which begins with the relationship of the body, is an achievement that must be reevaluated in that she is always heading for a more fundamental problem while pioneering a new narrative field. This paper examines the aspects of the self, subject that the artist identifies with the works of the recent work collection 『As Mom Knows』, and the relationship between the ego formation and the language of the system. The male protagonist at the position of the father in the triangular structure of family desires seen in the collections of works 「As Mom Knows」, 「Glass Lip」, and 「Twenty-Three Eyes」 is still in the arms of maternal women. It shows that you are staying at the level of being a boy. This is what the artist perceives as the “Ego” of a man under the patriarchal system of this land and the meaning that the work represents. 저장기간과 저장방법에 따른 청치마상추와 적치마상추 중의 카로티노이드 성분과 안토시아닌 성분의 함량 변화를 관찰하고, 함량 변화에 따른 항산화 활성을 알아보기 위하여 본 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 실온에서 보관한 청치마상추의 경우 저장기간이 지남에 따라 총 카로티노이드의 함량이 현저하게 줄어드는 것을 볼 수 있었으나 냉장보관의 경우 수확 후 9일이 지난 시료에서도 함량의 유의적 변화가 관찰되지 않았다. 적치마상추 중의 안토시아닌 함량 변화에 있어서는 실온에서 보관한 경우와 냉장에서 보관한 경우 간의 유의적인 차이점이 관찰되지 않았으며 저장기간에 따른 차이점도 관찰되지 않았다. 따라서 청치마상추 중의 카로티노이드 성분은 실온에서보다 냉장보관에서 더 안정하다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 적치마상추 중의 안토시아닌 성분은 저장기간과 저장온도에 있어서 카로티노이드 성분보다 안정하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편 DPPH 라디칼과 ABTS 라디칼을 이용한 항산화 활성을 측정한 결과 ABTS 라디칼을 이용한 항산화 활성 방법이 총 카로티노이드의 함량에 비례하여 항산화 활성을 보였다. 또한 안토시아닌 추출물이 카로티노이드 추출물보다 높은 활성을 보였는데, 이러한 결과는 안토시아닌 성분의 항산화 활성이 카로티노이드 성분보다 높아서라기보다는 총 안토시아닌 함량이 총 카로티노이드 함량보다 약 5배 이상 높은 점과 비타민 C와 같은 상추에 함유되어 있는 다른 수용성 항산화 물질로 인한 것으로 추정하였다. Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) is an important dietary leafy vegetable that is primarily consumed as a fresh or salad material. It has a number of cultural varieties with green and/or red color. Carotenoids and anthocyanins are known to be responsible for these two colors, respectively. In this study, carotenoid and anthocyanin contents were determined to evaluate the stability of these functional pigments during storage at home. Analyses were carried out at the beginning, 3, 6, 9, and 12 days after harvest. In the course of storage at room temperature, total carotenoid levels rapidly decreased, and the decrease was found to be greatest during the first 3 days. Meanwhile, carotenoid level slightly changed within the first 9 days at 4°C after harvest. This result suggests that carotenoids in green lettuce are more stable when refrigerated than at room temperature. Meanwhile, total anthocyanin content in red lettuce did not significantly decrease during storage at room temperature and 4°C, which indicates that anthocyanins have higher stability during storage compared with carotenoids in green lettuce. Anthocyanin extract exhibited higher antioxidant activity than carotenoid extract based on 2,2-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging assay. Antioxidant activity of anthocyanin extract may also be estimated directly by the presence of another potent hydrophilic antioxidant compound, which is ascorbic acid in this extract. In addition, anthocyanin extract showed about a 5-fold higher amount of anthocyanins than carotenoids in the carotenoid extract. The high correlation between carotenoid content with ABTS radical scavenging activity indicates that ABTS assay is more suitable than 1,1-diphenyl- 2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging assay for detecting antioxidant capacity of carotenoid extract from lettuce.

In this study, in case of Lee Sang´s novel showing the stream of consciousness in which the relation male and female is dealt or the character of them is dispersed as a dual recognition sphere and the phenomenon which is symetrized is found settling as a common denominator, by finding out the cause and the aspect, I tried to approach the principle and essence enabling a psychological novel. This study is on the object of Lee Sang´s psychological novels focusing its the relation of male and female and by psycho-analylizing Phallus unconciousness its object is to argue of presenting poetics of Phallocentrism in modern novels. Phallus is a criteria to decide gender-difference and be a deciding standard in formation of identity. In the consequence of study, in four writer´s works by means of its distinctive unconciousness and consciousness, phallocentrism was revealing along with other aspect and consequence leading. <Nal-gae>,<Jijoohoisi>,<Jido´s Armsil> written by Lee Sang in Which have recurrence structures in common, first, Men-characters appear in common giving up phallus priviledge, strongless, non-realistic, which this study found out. A new type of man as anti-phallecentrism was an important design securing an uniqueness and avangarde in Lee, Sang´a works. Secondly but anti-phallocentrism stream in the sentences if writing is accordance with paradorical ending structure designed by the writer, in the end, is not fell down. The image of the wife is degraded from a beautiful flower to a burdensome lame, and from a lovely wife to a wicked wife. And as the husband ordered her to fall down the stairs, the wife comes to an ending, has a falling. The starting of this work shows the inversion of dual gender´s parts, which come to paradoxical ending-structure, where find its own way. Third, dreaming of flight fault with wife´s falling in the hope of compensation, the husband is showed uneasy, buy that is and unshaken revealation of phallecentrism. Therefore, through strongless man-charscter´Phallocentrism appears demolished, but as ´I´essentially belongs to different sphere of recognition, man-character has ´Phallocentrism´ dissected in reality. And in the paradigm for socio-cultural phallocentrism, that is not dissected, but is maintained in the phallocentric society and culture.
