Purpose: We report a case of two-staged adjustment surgery in wall-eyed bilateral internuclear ophthalmoplegia (WEBINO) with severe bilateral lateral deviation after attack of cerebrovascular infarction. Case summary: A 67-year-old male patient diagnosed with acute intracranial hemorrhage was referred to department of ophthalmology due to severe diplopia that worsened during horizontal gaze of both eyes. On the alternate prism cover test, he had a severe exotropia of about 90 prism diopters (PD) at primary position, and -4 degrees of eye movement disorder were identified on both eyes. Brain magnetic resonance imaging showed a high-signal ischemic infarction on midbrain and pons. Nine months after the initial examination, we performed two-staged adjustment surgery of recession of lateral rectus muscle with resection of medial rectus muscle in both eyes. After 3 months of the two-staged adjustment surgery, he had an exotropia of about 2 PD at primary position on far alternate prism cover test and straight at primary position on near alternate prism cover test. Conclusions: We report a case of two-staged adjustment surgery in WEBINO with severe bilateral lateral deviation showed good results.

She is dealing with the essential problem of Her work, which reveals the true nature of self and subject by looking into the child s family relationship, which begins with the relationship of the body, is an achievement that must be reevaluated in that she is always heading for a more fundamental problem while pioneering a new narrative field. This paper examines the aspects of the self, subject that the artist identifies with the works of the recent work collection 『As Mom Knows』, and the relationship between the ego formation and the language of the system. The male protagonist at the position of the father in the triangular structure of family desires seen in the collections of works 「As Mom Knows」, 「Glass Lip」, and 「Twenty-Three Eyes」 is still in the arms of maternal women. In this study, in case of Lee Sang´s novel showing the stream of consciousness in which the relation male and female is dealt or the character of them is dispersed as a dual recognition sphere and the phenomenon which is symetrized is found settling as a common denominator, by finding out the cause and the aspect, I tried to approach the principle and essence enabling a psychological novel. This study is on the object of Lee Sang´s psychological novels focusing its the relation of male and female and by psycho-analylizing Phallus unconciousness its object is to argue of presenting poetics of Phallocentrism in modern novels. Phallus is a criteria to decide gender-difference and be a deciding standard in formation of identity. In the consequence of study, in four writer´s works by means of its distinctive unconciousness and consciousness, phallocentrism was revealing along with other aspect and consequence leading. <Nal-gae>,<Jijoohoisi>,<Jido´s Armsil> written by Lee Sang in Which have recurrence structures in common, first, Men-characters appear in common giving up phallus priviledge, strongless, non-realistic, which this study found out. A new type of man as anti-phallecentrism was an important design securing an uniqueness and avangarde in Lee, Sang´a works. Secondly but anti-phallocentrism stream in the sentences if writing is accordance with paradorical ending structure designed by the writer, in the end, is not fell down. Through a three-dimensional modelling of human body, this study polygonally analyzed the effects of spine-strengthening exercises on improvement of standing posture asymmetry of teenagers suffering scoliosis. The subject of this study were teenage girls and were divided into "exercise group" and "comparison group". 7 teen-patients suffering scoliosis whose Cobb"s angle was more than 10° were selected for the exercise group while 8 teenagers with less than 10° of Cobb"s angle were chosen for the comparison group. Comparison and analysis of each group"s physique, asymmetry factors led to conclusions as follows. 1. After comparing the physique of the comparison group and the exercise group, it fumed out that the height, weight, body mass index and skeletal muscle mass were significantly improved at the time of measurement. 2. After comparing the improvement of the standing posture asymmetry in the comparison group and exercise group, it turned out that the latter showed significant decreases in interactions of Pelvic-Shoulder Coronal and the time of measurement for Pelvic-Head"s Traverse and Coronal. Moreover, there were signigicant decrease among groups for the time of measurement in Trunk List and T10-L1 in Trunk Angle. In the case of C7-710, although there were no noticeable difference for C7-T10, the angle changed symmetrically. Furthermore, for Spine Angle, there were notable decrease during the period of measurement. Therefore, based on the results of this study, systematic spine-strengthening exercises were effective to improve physique, standing posture asymmetry. Consequently, this study is considered to be used as an important basic data when issuing an exercise prescription for patients with scoliosis.

From the beginning of Body discourses, Eun heekyoung, Cheon eunyoung start and establish body discourse, they have founded it in Korea literary world. They suggest that the subject is body existence, existential subject. 한국인의 복지비용선호의 양가성

본 연구의 목적은 한국인의 복지선호와 세금선호에 상충적 태도갈등이 있는지, 그렇다면 그 특징과 원인은 무엇인지를 고찰하는 것이다. 2013년 한국복지패널조사 복지인식부가조사는 복지확대를 위한 증세에 대한 찬반의견을 여러 번 묻는데, 매우 유사한 두 질문에 대해 다르게 응답한 사람들이 전체 응답자의 약 38%로 결코 적지 않은 비중이다. 본 연구는 이러한 답변의 상충성이 태도갈등의 하위개념인 양가성, 이중성, 불일치성 중 어떤 종류인지를 확인하기 위해, 복지비용선호의 양가성 가설과 정부불신을 매개로 한 불일치성 가설을 제시하고 논증한다. 첫째, SIM모델(the similarity-intensity model)을 이용해 양가성을 측정한 뒤, 여성이고 저학력일수록 양가성을 가질 확률이 높고, 이념이 진보일수록 양가성을 가질 확률이 낮음을 확인했다. 둘째, 정부불신은 응답의 상충성과 유의미한 상관관계를 가지고 있지 않았기 때문에, 정부불신을 매개로 한 불일치성이 상충적 답변의 이유는 아님을 확인했다. This paper analyzes attitude conflict of public preferences on tax increase for welfare expansion in South Korea. The 8th Wave of Korea Welfare Panel Study in 2013 has two almost identically framed questions to ask citizens’ preferences on tax increase for welfare expansion. More than 38% of survey respondents display conflicting answers on these two similar questions. To figure out the cause of these conflicting responses, this paper presents and compares two hypotheses: ambivalence hypothesis and trust in government hypothesis. The empirical results display that women and less educated people tend to have ambivalent attitudes and the progressive tend to have consistency. Also trust in government is not correlated with conflicting answers.
