Median raphe canal is an uncommon disease and represents a defect abnormality of the male genitalia. It occurs along the ventral median raphe from the glans penis to the anus. Histologically the canal is lined by stratified squamous epithelium which dose not communicate with the urethra. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice. Recently we observed a 25-year-old male patient who had had a median raphe canal located in the ventral aspect of penis. (Korean J Dermatol 2003;41(8) : 1097~1099)

Angiosarcoma is a rare and highly malignant vascular tumor of endothelial cell origin. Cutaneous angiosarcoma usually occurs on the scalp and face of the elderly person, frequently in the sixth and seventh decade. Unusually, we experienced a case of angiosarcoma of the scalp in a 12-year-old girl. The patient had a solitary, well-demarcated 0.7×0.7cm sized, non-tender, blue-violaceous to gray-black colored, crusted papule on the vertex for 2 months. She was treated by wide surgical excision only but no recurrence in the last eight years after excision.(Korean J Dermaton 2003;41(10) : 1398~1401)

The purpose of this study is to explore the relation between organizational culture and leadership of principal as change agent. Specifically, the objectives of this study could be summarized as follows: 1. To analysis and investigation of the various styles, principles, theories, concepts for sussessful principal's leadership. 2. To analysis and investigation of the various organizational culture's concepts, school organization and school culture's norms, assumptions and the innovation oriented culture & the stability oriented culture. 3. To analysis and investigation of Schein's culture model and Harrison & Handy's culture style. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. What are the conditions for effective leadership performance. 2. What are the necessity of adaptation for change, the leader's roles in learning culture, the relations of the leadership & ogarnizational culture. 3. What are the roles of principal as effective change agent.

The basic aim(goal) of education is to change. It is a task for today, ensuring a better future. The role of teacher who takes major part in education is very important to achieve the goal of education. It is organization effectiveness that teacher can be satisfied with their tasks and applied themselves to teaching with stability. There are very close relation between organization effectiveness and the principal's leadership. We have been carrying on the brisk studies about transformational leadership which a principal helps the teachers be motivated and enhance their devotion for teaching profession. The purpose of this study, the following problems were considered. For these analyses, the relevant data were gathered from 408 teachers who work at elementary, middle and high school. 1. Transformational leadership will have a positive influence on organization effectiveness. 2. The culture type of organization which is equal, individual, feminine and acceptable will have a positive influence on organization effectiveness. 3. There will be close relationship between the type of organization and the leadership.
외국적 항공사의 e-서비스 글로컬리제이션과 e-서비스 신뢰, 구매의도 및 추천의도 관계 분석

Glocalization, which refers to the adaptation of products or services to the local culture, has generated much interest in the airline e-commerce context given that airlines employ multi-national strategies for competitive advantages. Therefore, this study investigated the effects of foreign airline e-service glocalization on trust, and purchase and recommendation intention. Data were collected from online travelers using glocalized e-service of foreign airlines. A total of 320 overseas travelers were approached and 294 travelers were retained for the final analysis after the removal of 26 responses with missing data. The results showed that among the three dimensions of e-service glocalization, content glocalization and translation quality were positively related with trust and intentions, although cultural glocalization exhibited no relation. Furthermore, e-service trust of foreign airlines was positively related with purchase and recommendation intention. Communications and management strategies regarding the glocalization of e-service for foreign airlines are further discussed.
