This study has the means to establish and propose of structure of leadership at the views of Human Education. In Human Education leadership has three facts - Guidance, resources, and supervision - this study suggest each concept as specifically. This study expect to contribute to administrator of ministry of education, province educational officials and school administration, especially to teacher as a class. Also this study contribute to educational leadership of educational administration in academy. If there be a post study for assesment of educational administrator by use of objective·validity·reliance questionnaires, this study will respect to contribute to practices of school educational leadership and academic development.
