Current development of residential district is supposed to follow urban planning law and construction law which are the basic laws regulating the use of land from the aspect of the standard of the planning and layout. The purpose of these basic laws is to regulate the architectonic acts on each lot in the frame of use area district. Planning Unit Development(PUD) Technique is a way out to overcome all the problems the former development technique of housing lot has in the U. S. A. and it is based on use area regulation and Subdivision Regulation. In this study, I have investigated the inducing device of PUD as a development of residential complex plan or system that includes existing redevelopment of bad residence concerning the position within the existing law system, the enforcement procedure, and the plan and design criteria that will be applied to PUD business district.
연료비 절감을 위한 선박용 연료유 균질기 개발에 관한 연구

In this study, we have conducted a work on homogenizer development which is operated by high shearing force generated by stator and rotor inside it. To investigate the performance for homogenization and atomization of homogenizer, Bunker-C (IFO 380 cSt) was used as a fuel for experiment. Pre-treatment of bunker-C was carried out with homogenizer developed in this study. Oil purifier was used to investigate effect of oil sludge reduction after pre-treatment. Experimental result showed that the amount of sludge of fuel oil after pre-treatment with homogenizer has decreased by 13 %. To confirm combustion efficiency, Bunker-C which have pre-treatment with homogenizer and purified after are burned in boiler system. The result showed that CO concentration in exhaust gas was decreased. These results mean that if the homogenizer which is developed in this study for marine fuel oil is applied on real vessels, oil costs and operating costs can be reduced. 본 연구에서는 고정자와 회전자에 의해 발생하는 전단력(Shearing force)을 이용한 선박용 연료유 균질기(Homogenizer) 개발에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 균질기의 균질화 및 미립화 정도에 대한 성능을 조사하기 위하여 IFO 380 cSt Bunker-C 시료에 전처리(Pre-treatment)를 시행하였다. 전처리한 시료의 슬러지(Sludge) 저감 효과를 확인하기 위하여 유청정기(Oil purifier)를 이용하였다. 실험결과 균질기로 전처리한 시료에서 슬러지양이 약 13 % 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 전처리 후 유청정한 시료를 실제 보일러 시스템에서 연소시켜 CO가 감소하는 연소특성 경향을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 개발된 선박용 연료유 균질기를 실선에 적용할 경우 연료비 및 운항비용 절감 효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다.
얼굴인식을 위한 특징 추출 및 정합 알고리즘에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 보안시스템에 적용할 수 있는 얼굴인식 알고리즘을 제안하였다 얼굴인식을 위해 기존에는 얼굴특징의 거리와 각도를 이용한데 반해, 제안한 방법에서는 명암영상을 직접적인 입력으로 사용하고, 기준영상과 입력영상의 두 염색체를 비교하여 적응도가 가장 좋은 개체를 선택하는 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하였고, 모의실험을 통해 성능을 검증하였다. In this paper, we proposed the face recognition algorithm which can be used for a security system. The distance and angle of the face features are used in the conventional method, but the proposed method used the genetic algorithm which selects image to best fit the input image in the database images. The performance of proposed algorithm is verified through the simulation. The results of proposed method show good performance.
Burkitt's Lymphoma Representing Periportal Infiltraing Mass on CT

Imaging findings of secondary hepatic lymphoma have been reported as variable, ranging from single or multiple small nodules to diffuse infiltrative tumor patterns. We hear present a rare case report concerning aggressive B cells, secondary Burkitt's lymphoma in non-AIDS demonstrating a surprising periportal lymphoma infiltration, without upper abdominal lymphadenopathy or splenomegaly on the sonography and CT scans. Clinically, the case was characterized by atypical and highly aggressive course, with the patient presenting an abruptly developed obstructive jaundice with rapidly deteriorating hepatic function that could be indicative of cholestatic hepatitis, which differs in its clinical manifestations from hepatic lymphoma without functional deterioration in respect of its non-tissue destructive growth pattern. We suggest that hepatic lymphoma can sometimes be consistent with periportal infiltrating homogeneous mass, with no lymphadenopathy or splenomegaly on the imaging examination, with a predictable aggressive clinical course of the disease and poor prognosis.

이 연구에서는 친환경 선박용 재료로 각광받는 탄소나노물질에 대하여 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 탄소나노물질의 합성을 위한 열원으로서는 대향류 메탄 화염을 이용하였다. 탄소나노물질 합성을 위한 촉매로서는 페로센을 사용하였다. 합성 특성을 파악하기 위한 주요 파라메타로는 대향류 메탄 화염에 수소의 혼합 비율과 샘플링 위치를 변화시켰다. 탄소나노물질의 성향은 SEM과 TEM 이미지를 이용하여 결정되었다. 실험 결과로서는 수소의 혼합 비율이 증가할수록 탄소나노물질의 생성이 잘 이루어졌다. 또한 대향류 메탄 확산화염 내 탄소나노튜브의 생성을 위한 적정 온도로는 1500 K 정도가 적당하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. In this study, experimental studies were performed for the carbon nanomaterial(CNM) which is catching on as a material for eco-ship. The opposed-flow methane flame was used as a heat source for synthesis of CNM. Ferrocene was used as a catalyst for the synthesis of CNM. These major parameters were $H_2$ mixing rate and sampling positions that synthesize CNMs in opposed-flow diffusion flames. The propensities of CNMs were experimentally determined using SEM and TEM images. The experimental result showed that the amount of CNTs was increased with increasing $H_2$ concentration. It can also be found that the optimal temperature in opposed-flow methane flame for synthesis of CNT was about 1500 K.
