Objective : Angiogenesis is an essential process for metastasis of solid tumors and Psoriasis. Lots of Researches for anti-angiogenic effect to angiogenic factors have been carried out in the world. So this experiment was carried out for whether Lacca Sinica Exsiccata(LSE) extracts have an anti-angiogenic effect for angiogenic factors. Methods: To investigate the roles of the LSE extracts, we performed MIS assay, western blots using HaCaT cells and HepG2 cells. And then, HaCaT cells were treated with 10, 50, 100, 250, $500{\mu}g/ml$ LSE extracts. After 4hrs, HaCaT cells were theated with IGF-II protein for 1hr. HepG2 cells were treated with 1, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 ${\mu}g/ml$ LSE extracts. After 4hrs, HepG2 cells were theated with $CoCl_2$ for 24hrs Results: 1. In $50{\mu}g/ml$ and $100{\mu}g/ml$ density we confirmed the inhibition effect of LSE extracts to $HIF-1{\alpha}$ activation which was induced by IGF-II in HaCaT cells. 2. In $50{\mu}g/ml$ density we confirmed the inhibition effect of LSE extracts to $HIF-1{\alpha}$ activation which was induced by $CoCl_2$ in HepG2 cells. 3. In $25{\mu}g/ml$ density we confirmed the inhibition effect of LSE extracts to VEGF activation which was induced by $CoCl_2$ in HepG2 cells. Conclusion: The above-mentioned results proved that LSE extracts reduced $HIF-1{\alpha}$ protein level in the HaCaT cells and HepG2 cells. These results suggest that inhibition of HaCaT cell and HepG2 cell proliferation by LSE extracts contributes to the anti-angiogenic activities on the keratinocytes and hepatocellular carcinoma.

농촌 마을경관을 고려한 지역경관계획 수립 방안 연구 - 완도군 약산권역을 사례로 -

이 연구는 농촌마을의 경관계획을 실행하는데 있어 필요한 경관기초단위 도출을 목적으로 진행되었다. 지금까지 다양한 농촌공간의 경관단위 및 경관 요소에 관한 연구들이 진행되어 오고 있지만 실질적인 계획적 측면에서 농촌지역 경관계획을 수립하는데 농촌마을단위의 경관적 정체성을 반영하는데는 그 한계가 있었다. 우리나라 농촌지역의 경관에 관한 계획적 접근은 농업과 주거단위를 통합적으로 접근하는 농촌경관계획과 주거지를 대상으로 하는 마을경관계획으로 크게 구분할 수 있다. 본 연구는 농촌마을 종합개발사업의 한 부분으로 실행되고 있는 경관계획에 마을경관이 가지고 있는 경관 정체성을 반영하고 이를 통하여 마을경관이 가지고 있는 경관적 정체성을 확보하며, 나아가 농촌 경관계획이 보다 현실적 측면에서 실행될 수 있는 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상지역인 완도군 약산면을 자연적 특성에 기초하여 1:5000 지형도를 이용한 수계단위별 시각적 한계 분석을 실시하고, 분석 결과를 기초로 마을 경관의 가시영역 경계를 설정하였으며, 가시영역안의 경관이 하나의 정체성을 가지고 있는지를 농촌 어메니티자원 분류에 의한 경관자원요소들을 대상으로 현장조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 현장조사결과와 가시영역과의 경관적 정체성이 일치하는지에 대한 비교 분석을 통해 마을경관단위를 확정한 후 그 특성을 도출하였다. 현재 여러 지역에서 농촌마을 종합개발사업을 시행하고 있으며, 지역적 특성을 반영하기 위한 다양한 계획기법이 시도되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 농촌경관의 기초가 되는 마을경관의 정체성을 유지할 수 있는 계획기법을 제안하고자 하였으며, 향후 지역경관계획으로 발전하기 위한 기초연구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The aim of this study is to identify the spatial foundation units required to execute a rural village landscape plan. Though there have been various previous studies on spatial foundation units for rural space and landscape elements, they are limited in clarifying the landscape identity of a rural village unit in creating a feasible a rural village landscape plan. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the natural spatial features of a rural village and then establish a landscape identity for each space by exploring the landscape elements for each rural village unit set as the basic unit. Accordingly, the basic spatial unit was analyzed through a 1:5000 scale mapping by applying geomancy theory to the spatial landscape unit in a naturally generated rural village. The spatial limitations for a rural village landscape were set based on the analysis. Afterwards, a field study on the feasibility of whether or not setting a space as the basic unit for landscape could have a sense of identity as a single landscape unit for verification was processed, and the spatial limitations for the landscape were adjusted. Moreover, landscape elements were investigated by classifying landscape resources based on rural amenity resources which have been diversely researched in terms of the set spatial boundaries, and the sense of identity for each landscape foundation unit was looked into. While the numerous preceding studies focused on exploring the rural landscape value and findingout the sense of identity on landscape elements, it is high time for feasible and applicable studies in conducting region-specific landscape plans. In particular, similar outcomes from all landscape plans, even those with the same purpose established in various regions, is not a desirable outcome. Therefore, a basic framework is needed to discover the landscape identity generated by each plan in a rural area space. In this sense, this study is significant in that itcan be utilized to establish spatial identity of each region and landscape features of each rural village, and come up with realistic alternatives in landscape plans for each region by exploring the landscape identity in each specific space divided per watershed in a single zone.

Genetic 알고리즘을 이용한 풀 온도 제어 시스템의 지식베이스 최적화

자동제어는 그 대상이 근사적 수식화가 가능한 선형시스템에 주로 적용되고 있다. 제어대상에 대한 수학적 모델링이 명확하게 결정되지 않는 경우에는 사람이 직접 제 어하는 수동제어를 하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 수영장과 같이 거의 전적으로 숙력가의 경험에 의존하고 있는 수동제어를 자동제어가 가능하게 FLC(Fuzzy Logic Controller) 를 구축하고, 여기서 사용되는 지식을 가장 최적의 상태로 유지하기 위해 genetic 알고리즘을 사용하여 전문가로부터 얻어온 지식을 개선한다. 또한 규칙부와 소속함수 는 동시에 수정되도록 알고리즘을 설계하여 수동제어보다 제어 성능이 향상됨을 보인 다. Automatic control has been for the most part applied to linear systems where ti can be approximately formalized. In case that it is not definitely established the mathematical modelling to control objects, it requires manual control strategies which put under the human rule. In this paper, it constructs an FLC (Fuzzy Logic Controller) in order to turn a hand control into an automatic control in the domain of swimming pool that has been almost absolutely dependant on a skilled worker's experience. Genetic algorithms upgrade the knowledge which is acquired from human expert, using by FLC, so as to maintain knowledge in the very optimal way. It also designs an algorithm that modifies the rule base and the membership function at the same time, and ultimately will show that it can get better result than human controllers.

보제소독음가감방(普濟消毒飮加減方)의 소염작용(消炎作用)에 관한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

Objective : Erysipelas is an acute inflammation caused by pyogenic bacteria. This mainly involves the upper part of dermis. It begins as erythematous patches with tenderness, followed by fever, headache, chills and fatigue etc. It may results in edema, obstruction of lymphatics and sepsis. So this experiment is carried out for test whether the Bojeasodok-um subtracted Scrophulariae Radix, Lasiosphaera seu Calvatia, Isatidis Radix added indigo Naturalis, Lithospermi Radix have an anti-inflammatory effect and have suppression effect on immunocyte in the state of inflammation which induced by Erysipelas. Method : Experimental animals made use of 4-5 week-age(weight 20-25g) ICR(male) mouse. In the breeding farm, the lighting time was controlled from 7:00 am till 7:00 pm, the temperature was controlled So we concluded that BS is prospected as an anti-inflammatory agent to cure inflammation induced bywithin 18-23$23^{\circ}C$ and water and food were not limited.The freezing lyophilization powder which were extracted from Bojesodok-Um divided low dose group(200mg/kg-BSL) and high dose group(500mg/kg-BSH) and after melting in water, it was orally administered to the mouse. Compared with inflammation induced group which were induced by triggering-inflammation reagent Carageenan and Zymosan and normal contrast group, we measured the edema decrement effect,macrophage and spleen cell activation. Result : 1. BS has suppress inflammatory reaction induced by Carageenan. 2. BS has suppress increasing activation of abdominal cavity macrophage in the Carageenan and Zymosan induced inflammation. 3. BS has suppress increasing activation of spleen cell in the Carageenan and Zymosan induced inflammation. Based on the above result, BS was improved its suppression effect to the inflammatory reaction through the suppression of spleen cell and macrophage activation. So we concluded that BS is prospected as an anti-inflammatory agent to cure inflammation induced by Erysipelas.

This study was to determine whether iontophoresis application would produce analgesic effect for clinical practice. Physical therapist controls pain produced by various causes and plays a role improving functional disability. I studied varieties of pain theories, mechanisms and iontoporosis principles which need for physical therapist. These were summarized as follwings; 1 . In the case of chronic patients, it is helpful to adapt iontophoresis treatment as well as generalized treatments which goals for pain releasc. 2. lontophoresis treatment should be positively examined to control pains safely. efficienently without sideeffects. 3. lontoporesis treatment suggests the foundations that hormone or anaesthetics should be incluided in the range of medicines physical therapist can deal with.

웹 로그 분석을 이용한 추천에이전트의 개발

인터넷 사용이 증가하면서 웹 로그 파일의 활용가치가 크게 높아지고 있다. 웹 서버에 기록된 로그 데이타의 분석은 웹 페이지의 효율적인 구성, 인터페이스 설계, 고객의 구매패턴 파악 등 다양한 곳에 응용될 수 있으며, 온라인 전자상거래에서는 사용자로부터의 행동패턴을 분석하여 상품추천에 활용하고 있다. 대부분의 전자상거래에서 추천방식은 통계적 분석이나 단순한 방법을 사용하여 카테고리를 중심으로 수행하고 있는데, 이는 상품 각각에 대한 연관성을 찾기가 힘들고 사용자의 구매패턴을 정확하게 반영하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 카테고리 독립적으로, 상품들간의 적합한 연계성 추출을 위하여 순차패턴 탐사방법과 연관규칙을 모두 이용하여 보다 적절한 추천이 이루어질 수 있도록 하고, 또한 가중치를 적용하여 다양한 패턴들간의 연관도를 구체적으로 제공함으로써 추천의 효용성을 높일 수 있는 보다 효율적인 추천에이전트를 개발한다. In accordance with increase of internet use, the practical worth of web log files has been getting larger. The analysis of log data recorded in web server can be applied to effectual layout of web pages, interface design, and purchasing patterns of customers, etc., and in on-line electronic commerce, it puts analysis of behavior patterns from users to practical use for products recommendation. In most of electronic commerce sites, the recommendation ways have been made use of statistical analysis or simple process by category-oriented, but these can't represent diverse correlation among products and also hardly reflect users' purchasing patterns precisely. In this thesis, we develop more efficient recommendation agents, which get achieved more suitable recommendation using both sequential patterns and association rules to extract adequate relationship among products in category-independent, and also enhanced the utility of recommendation by providing the degree of relation among diverse patterns with weight concretely.

Induction of Apoptosis in Chicken Oviduct Cells by C2-Ceramide

The chicken oviduct is a dynamic organ that produces secretory proteins such as ovalbumin and its cells undergo cell proliferation and differentiation. There has been no study of the cellular mechanism involved in cell death in the chicken oviduct. Therefore, this study has focused on the study of apoptosis in primary oviduct cells. Because ceramide is known to activate apoptosis in tumor cells and is produced in the oviduct, we used an exogenous ceramide analog to induce cell death. The viability of ceramide-treated chicken oviduct cells decreased in a dose-dependent manner and apoptotic cells were detected by staining with annexin V. The expression of apoptosis-related genes was assessed by RT-PCR and bcl-2 mRNA was found to decrease after exposure to ceramide while Bcl-x mRNA increased 12 h post-treatment. In addition, caspase-3 was expressed strongly in the early stages of apoptosis,while caspase-1 and -9 transcripts increased at later times. We conclude that ceramide induces apoptosis in oviduct-derived primary cells via a caspase- and bcl-2-dependent pathway.

여성의 요실금에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study were to identify the characteristics of incontinence in adult women and to identify it's relating factors, physiology, evaluation and treatment related urinary incontinence. Urinary incontinence is a common health problem for adult women. And the symptoms of urinary incontinence are causes of discomfort, shame, loss of self-confidence and result in sufferers to withdraw from social life. But many do not report this problem until they have had the symptoms for a long time. So physical therapy protocol for assessment, treatments, educational programs should be implemented in primary care setting. In conclusion, this study revealed that self·care agency may be a important that it would be necessary to promote quality of life in urinary incontinence women.
