Method to Verify the Validity of Device in a Home Network

홈 네트워크 환경에서 디바이스는 동적으로 네트워크에 연결되고, IP 주소를 얻고, 자신의 기능을 알리고, 다른 디바이스의 존재 및 기능을 파악할 수 있다. 이런 과정 이후 디바이스는 서로 직접 통신을 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 디바이스들 사이에 대칭키를 이용하여 상호인증을 수행하는 디바이스의 안전한 검색방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이 방법은 홈서버를 사용하여 홈 네트워크 디바이스들에게 대칭키를 분배한다. 이 키를 사용하여 홈 디바이스들 사이의 상호인증이 수행되어 진다. 이 것은 미들웨어의 제어하에 두 디바이스가 안전하게 통신할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. With a home network, a device can dynamically join a home network obtain an IP address, convey its capabilities, and learn about the presence and capabilities of other devices. Devices can subsequently communicate with each other directly. Device discovery protocol defines how network services can be discovered on the network. In this paper, we propose the secure discovery method of devices that uses mutual authentication with symmetric key between devices. This method that we present distributes symmetric-key to home network devices by the home server. Using this key, mutual authentication is performed between home appliances. It enables any appliance under any middleware's control to securely communicate any other appliances.

In this paper, we proposed that the problem of controlling induction motor with magnetic saturation, is studied from an input-output feedback linearization with adaptive algorithm. is considered. An adaptive input-output feedback linearizing controller is considered under the assumption of known motor parameters and unknown load torque. In order to achieve the speed regulation with the consideration of improving power efficiency, rotor angular speed and flux amplitude tracking objectives are formulated. Simulation results are provided for illustration.

소프트 에러율에 대한 박막 트랜지스터형 정적 RAM의 신뢰성

We investigated accelerated soft error rate (ASER) in static random access memory (SRAM) cells of thin film transistor (TFT) type. The effects on ASER by cell density, buried nwell structure, operational voltage, and polysilicon-2 layer thickness were examined. The increase in the operational voltage, and the decrease in the density of SRAM cells, respectively, resulted in the decrease of ASER values. The SRAM chips with buried nwell showed lower ASER than those with normal well structure did. The ASER decreased as the test distance from alpha source to the sample increased from $7{\mu}m\;to\;15{\mu}m$. As the polysilicon-2 thickness increased up to $1000\;{\AA}$, the ASER decreased exponentially. In conclusion, the best condition for low soft error rate, which is essential to obtain highly reliable SRAM device, is to apply the buried nwell structure scheme and to fabricate thin film transistors with the thick polysilicon-2 layer

성, 학교, 가정폭력에 대한 실태와 정책 대응에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study that occurred the status of policy responses. to three major violent crimes such as sexual violence, school violence, domestic violence. In terms of the four aspects(legal system, perpetrators, victims of crime, and the criminal environment), the new policy alternatives are presented. These policy proposals, especially by reducing the uncertainty of the parties corresponding to the three major violent crime reduce crime, and ultimately, in reducing the anxiety of a crime of the people more than anything focused. The future suggestions for these three major violent crime can be divided into four categories. First, legal system should be reduced the uncertainty of the normal laws. Second, the policy for perpetrators of violent crime incidents for training of professionals and appropriate punishment for the perpetrators and Remedies are required. Third, the policy for victims of systematic support system for victims of crime to establish perpetrators and protect victims from retaliation, the device shall be provided. Finally, the policy of criminal environment introduced crime risk assessment system, and establish a system of mandatory cooperation between the municipality and the police is urgently required. 본 연구는 4대 사회악 중에서 성폭력, 학교폭력, 가정폭력이라는 3대 폭력범죄에 대해 그 발생 및 정책대응 실태를 알아보고, 이들 범죄에 대응하기 위한 정책대안을 법제도, 가해자, 피해자, 범죄환경이라는 4가지 측면에서 새로운 정책대안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히 이들 정책제언은 3대 폭력범죄 발생에 대응하는 관계자들의 불확실성을 줄임으로써 궁극적으로 범죄발생을 줄이고 무엇보다 국민들의 범죄불안감을 낮추는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이러한 3대 폭력범죄에 대한 향후 정책과제는 크게 4가지로 구분하여 설명 가능하다. 우선 법제도적 측면으로 법규정상의 불확실성을 감소시키고, 둘째, 가해자에 대한 정책적 측면에서 폭력범죄사건에 대한 전문가의 양성 및 활용, 그리고 적정한 처벌과 치료가 필요하며, 셋째, 피해자에 대한 정책적 측면으로 범죄피해자에 대한 체계적 지원체제의 마련과 가해자의 보복으로부터 피해자를 보호할 장치가 마련되어야 하며, 마지막으로 범죄환경적 측면으로 범죄위험성 평가제도의 도입 및 지자체와 경찰 간의 협력을 의무화할 수 있는 제도의 마련이 시급하다.

This paper presents an ASER(Accelerated Soft Error Rate) integral model. The model is based on the facts that the generated EHP's(electron hole pairs) are diminished after some residual range of the incident alpha particle, where residual range is a function of the incident angle and the capping layer thickness over the semiconductor junction. The ASER is influenced by the flux of the alpha particles, the junction area ratio, the alpha particle incident angle when the critical charge is same as the collected charge, and the sizes of the alpha source and the chip. The model was examined with 8M static RAM samples. The measured ASER data showed good agreement with the calculated values using the model. The ASER decreased exponentially with respect to the operational voltage. As the capping layer thickness increases up to 16㎛, the ASER increases, and after that thickness, the ASER decreases. The ASER increased as the depth of BNW increased from 0㎛ to 4㎛. and then saturated. The ASER decreased as the node capacitance increased from 2fF to 5fF.

이 연구의 목적은 지난해 경찰청에서 주관하여 도입한 편의점 방범인증제의 정책효과성을 예비적으로 검토하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 편의점의 점주, 직원 및 편의점 이용 고객들을 대상으로 방범인증제 도입에 따른 효과성 인식과 관련하여 평가 전후로 시기를 구분하여 총2회에 걸친 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사의 내용은 앞에서 제시한 연구대상들에게 방범인증제 시행여부에 따른 인식의 차이 및 시행 전ㆍ후에 따른 범죄의 두려움 등의 변화를 중심으로 효과를 분석하였고, 이를 통하여 경찰의 편의점 방범인증제도의 효과적 활용방안 및 확대 실시방안에 대하여 논의하였다. 편의점 방범인증제 시행 전후에 대한 예비 효과성 분석의 결과 범죄피해에 대한 두려움, 동네환경에 대한 인식, 경찰활동에 대한 인식 모두에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 범죄피해에 대한 두려움의 경우에는 특히 폭력과 강도범죄의 두려움에 있어서 큰 감소율을 보이고 있으며, 이와 함께 절도 및 일반적 범죄의 두려움도 감소한 것으로 보인다. 또한 동네환경에 대해 애착심과 안전성이 증가하고, 무질서에 대한 인식은 감소되어 긍정적인 결과로 나타났다. 경찰의 순찰활동에 있어서도 주야간 순찰활동 모두 증가한 것과 같이 느끼는 등 긍정적인 영향을 보이고 있다. 하지만 이러한 결과는 일종의 풍선효과로도 볼 수 있어서 시행직전에 이루어진 평가는 일부 시민들과 점주 및 점원들의 기대효과가 반영된 결과라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 편의점 방범인증제와 관련된 지속적인 재평가가 요구되면 관련기관에서는 이에 대한 평가시기 및 평가방법에 대한 가이드라인을 작성하여 전국적으로 비교가능한 재평가 방법에 대하여 설계하여야 할 것이다. 또한 이제 막 평가가 진행된 사항에 대해 그 효과성을 엄밀하게 측정ㆍ제시하고 향후 과제에 대해 논의하는 것은 시간적ㆍ물리적으로 적지 않은 제약이 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 향후 사업의 계속성을 유지하고 사업초기 오류 등을 점검하여 향후 좀 더 좋은 정책대안이 도출될 수 있도록 하기 위해 본 연구가 진행되었다. 향후 본 연구가 편의점 평가인증제의 지속적인 정착을 위한 기초자료로서 활용될 것을 기대하고 있으며, 또한 경찰청의 기본적인 셉테드 전략 및 시행계획을 결정하는 데 유용한 참고서가 되어, 이후 확대 실시하는 방범인증제 평가에서는 보다 체계적인 계획수립을 통하여 시민의 안전과 행복이 증진되는 계기가 되었으면 한다. The purpose of this study is to consider effectiveness of policy that national police introduced convenience store security certification system last year. convenience store security certification system applying CPTED to measure the effects of crime prevention, was surveyed owners, clerk, customer at convenience store. This study, specifically, was conducted according th the survey subjects' changes that around implement convenience store security certification system crime prevention effects. Based on this, was discussed efficient use of convenience store security certification system. The results of analysis of the fear of crime, neighborhood, environmental awareness, awareness of police activity in both positive influence. More specifically, the fear of crime and violence, especially in the case of a large reduction in the intensity of the fear of crime and to show, along with the fear of theft and crime in general is likely to decrease. Also, love for the environment and safety of the neighborhood increases, and a reduction in awareness of the disorder positive results, respectively. All day and night patrols increased even feel such as showing a positive effect. However, these results are also available in some sort of balloon effect made just prior to the implementation and evaluation of some citizens storekeeper and clerk called reflection of the expectations can be effective. Therefore, a convenience store security related certification agencies in the ongoing re-evaluation is required, since such an assessment and evaluation guidelines for how to create a method for nationally comparable design should be re-evaluated.
