        텍스트마이닝을 활용한 호텔 서비스 로봇 시장동향 분석

        Purpose – In order to identify the market trend of hotel service robots, this study aims to conduct a big data analysis using text mining by dividing it into pre-COVID-19, COVID-19, and post-COVID-19 periods. In other words, we will identify the issues in the hotel service robot market trend and make meaningful suggestions through network analysis and the centrality results of key texts, key correlations by period, and a comparison of co-occurring keywords. Design/Methodology/Approach – Frequency analysis and sentiment analysis were performed using texts from the major portal sites Daum, Naver, and Google, and QAP correlation analysis was performed to confirm the structure of the network for each period, including before COVID-19, during COVID-19, and after COVID-19 related to service robots. Lastly, co-occurrence keyword analysis was performed to identify interrelated keywords. Findings – The results of the analysis are as follows. As a result of the frequency analysis, before COVID-19, it was presented in the order of service, Seoul, and artificial intelligence; during COVID-19, service, Seoul, and introduction; and after COVID-19, service, market, and business. In addition, the results of the power centrality analysis show a similar structure to the betweenness centrality results. Third, as a result of QAP correlation analysis, it was confirmed to be statistically significant, from a minimum of .838 to a maximum of .951. Research Implications – Based on the analysis results, hotel managers will need solutions for food service as well as investments and improvements in service and robots, and will need to find ways to provide more value to customers.

        소셜커머스 특성이 외식상품에 대한 소비자 신뢰와 만족에 미치는 영향 -소셜커머스 이용기간의 조절효과-

        In this study takes place in the course of the purchase of social commerce, social commerce site characteristics and configuration and identify the factors of trust and social commerce site characteristics and the impact of trust relationships, and factors affecting to understand. Frist, Among the Characteristics of Social Commerce, Price and Information of product&restaurant, Restaurant’s fame gave significant and positive(+) influence to all 2 sub-structural factors of Trust, Communication gave significant and positive(+) influence only to Social Commerce’s trust. but Scarcity and Convenience did not give any influence. Second, Trust gave significant and positive(+) influence to customer satisfaction. Third, this study verified statistical significance for the moderating role of Social Commerce utilization periods in regression analysis. As a result, Social Commerce utilization periods had a statistically significant moderated effects on Characteristics of Social Commerce, Trust and Customer satisfaction.

        호텔종사원이 지각하는 상사의 성격특성이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향: BIG 5 모델을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the personality traits of hotel firms on job satisfaction and turnover intention and to investigate improvement points. The subjects of this study were 210 employees of hotel company, As a result, personality traits were negatively related to turnover in affinity, sincerity, extroversion, and openness except for neuroticism. In the case of job satisfaction, except for neuroticism, affinity, sincerity, extroversion, and openness were statistically correlated. The results of this statistical analysis show that there is a close correlation between the variables of this study. Based on these findings, I hope that many future researches will be made that will affect job turnover and job satisfaction in addition to the character of the boss in the hotel business. Since hotel organization is a group of members with different characteristics, there is a need to grasp the characteristics of various employees first. This is because the personality traits of hotel workers can affect organizational variables. Also, the personality characteristics of the hotel company and the personality of the employees should be in harmony with each other so that the hotel will be maintained and managed well. The most effective way to achieve the ultimate goals and create added value is to strengthen the job satisfaction of the employees and to improve the satisfaction of the employees through the improvement of the unsatisfactory and decrease the turnover rate will be.

        태권도 지도자의 그릿과 직무몰입 그리고 주관적 안녕감의 구조적 관계

        이 연구는 태권도 지도자의 그릿과 직무몰입 그리고 주관적 안녕감의 구조적 관계를 검증하는 데 목적이 있었다. 연구 참여자는 태권도 지도자(관장 186명, 사범 125명) 311명(M=36.35세, SD=9.98)이었다. 자료는 그릿, 직무몰입 그리고 주관적 안녕감 검사지를 활용하여 설문조사를 진행했다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 상관분석 그리고 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 분석했다. 가설을 검증한 결과 첫째, 태권도 지도자의 그릿 하위요인 중 꾸준한 노력은 직무몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 H1-2를 지지한다. 둘째, 그릿의 하위요인 중 지속적인 관심은 주관적 안녕감의 하위요인인 부정적 정서에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 H2-3을 지지한다. 나아가 꾸준한 노력은 주관적 안녕감의 하위요인에 영향을미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 H2-4, H2-5, H2-6을 지지한다. 셋째, 직무몰입은 주관적 안녕감의 하위요인 중삶의 만족과 부정적 정서에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 H3-1, H3-2, H3-3을 지지한다. 태권도 지도자는 자신의 목표를 달성하기 위한 과정에서 꾸준한 노력이 병행된다면, 직무몰입과 삶의 만족이 향상될수 있을 것이다. 아울러 과도한 업무 환경에서 부정적 정서를 조절하는 효과를 볼 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to verify the structural relationship between grit, job commitment and subjective well-bing of Taekwondo instructor. Hypotheses were established and verified to achieve the purpose of the study. Participants in the study were 311(M=36.35, SD=9.98) taekwondo instructor(186 instructors and 125 masters). As for the data survey method was used using the grit scale, job commitment scale and subjective well-bing scale. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and structural equation models. As a result of verifying the hypothesis first, perseverance among the grit sub factor of taekwondo masters have a positive effect on job commitment, supporting hypothesis H1-2. second, among the sub factor of grit, consistency of interest has been shown to negative effect, which are sub factor of subjective well-bing, supporting hypothesis H2-2. for the more perseverance effort have been shown to affect sub factor of subjective well-bing supporting hypotheses H2-4, H2-5, H2-6. Third, among the sub factor of subjective well-bing job commitment has been shown to affect satisfaction of life and negative effect supporting hypotheses H3-1, H3-2, H3-3. Taekwondo instructor will be able to improrve job cmmitment and satisfaction of life if steady sports are made in the process of achieving their goals. in addition it will be possible to see the effect of controlling negative effect in an excessive work environment.

        호텔기업의 펀 경영이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

        This study is to analyze how to impact on organization effectiveness by fun management. In order to research, from August 15th to September 15th in 2012, questionaries were distributed to 150 working employees at five star hotels in Seoul Metropolitan Area, then used 145 for data analysis. research findings as follows; job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention were influenced by fun leadership and fun climate. on the other hand, fun event has no significant results on dependent variables. namely, in case of fun event, hotel should make an effort to have employees feel supported. The implication of this study is that hotel enterprises could be capable of gaining predominance in competition if they adopted fun management as a new management technique. especially, it is founded that a smile, a humor and a praise are important factors for employees to be loyal to hotel enterprises. additionally, investing human, material resources and various communications are required for fun climate.

        와인음주상황과 와인선택속성, 와인음주목적간의 경로분석

        This research was conducted in order to draw a conclusion on how wine selection according to occasion affects wine purchasing purposes and to achieve results, a substantial analysis using surveys based on attributes withdrawn from theoretical studying was conducted. The implications according to the conclusions of the above analysis were two; first, the vendors of wine must differentiate their sales techniques according to occasions of wine drinking. Up-selling to customers who visit on a special occasion rather than regular customers is of a higher importance. Contrastingly, to regular customers,inducing repeat visits through outstanding service in order to conduct efficient service and improve sales. The second is the conclusion that origins of wine,core qualities and labeling all have close connections with the overall quality of the wine and also affect socialization.

        보이스피싱 근절정책 선호에 관한 연구

        This study classified the general public’s voice phishing victim experience as ‘their own’ or ‘family and acquaintances’, and analyzed how their preference for voice phishing prevention policy changes accordingly. Here, the voice phishing prevention policy is used in real cases. It was divided into four categories: publicity of prevention methods, publicity of reporting and accident receiving agencies, airborne investigation and arrest with foreign agencies, and others, and the preference among various alternatives was analyzed with a multinomial logit model. Those who have experienced damage showed a statistically significantly higher preference for publicity of prevention methods using actual cases and cooperation with foreign organizations for investigation and arrest rather than publicity for organizations reporting and receiving accidents, which are the standard category. In the case of age, it had a statistically significant positive effect on the publicity of the prevention method using actual cases and on the cooperation investigation and arrest with foreign agencies. In the case of marriage, married with foreign agencies showed a low preference for cooperation and arrest. The results of this study show that the risk of voice phishing and criminal methods should be informed to the general public using actual cases, and since most of the criminals and organizations involved are overseas, In order to effectively eradicate voice phishing, it is necessary to strengthen partnerships and cooperation with foreign law enforcement agencies.

        외식상품 구매자의 소셜커머스 특성 및 고객만족도 간의 영향관계: 희소성(시간 및 상품수량 압박) 조절효과 중심으로

        This study aimed at moderating effects of scarcity on time pressure and the pressure of products sold. A survey was conducted on 408 Customers who have purchased and tried out food products in social commerce and 317 samples were finally used for the data analysis. Using SPSS 21.0 statistics program the frequency analysis, reliability and factor analysis were conducted along with multiple regression analysis, Frequency analysis, reliability analysis and t-test. According to the results of this study show three significant findings. First, the social commerce characteristic factors have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Secondly, the relationship between social commerce characteristics and customer satisfaction varies according to the time pressure factors that can be perceived. Third, the difference according to the product quantity pressure factor has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction in the group with relatively less perceptions of product quantity pressure

        고도근시 열공망막박리 공막돌륭술의 해부학적 성공의 예후인자

        목적: 고도근시 열공망막박리 환자의 공막돌륭술에서 해부학적 성공에 영향을 주는 인자를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 2009년 1월부터 2013년 10월 사이 안축장 26.0 mm 이상 혹은 -6.0디옵터 이하의 고도근시 환자들 중 열공망막박리로 공막돌륭술을 시행한 환자의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 백내장과 유리체절제술을 포함한 안내 수술 병력이 있는 환자는 대상에서 제외하였다. 해부학적 성공과 나이, 성별, 술 전 최대교정시력, 안축장, 큰열공 유무, 마제형 열공의 유무, 열공의 개수, 중심와 침범 여부 및 망막박리범위와의 연관성을 조사하였다. 결과: 80명 80안이 포함되었다. 평균 나이는 32.3 ± 13.4세, 평균 안축장 길이는 26.753 ± 0.961 mm였다. 총 69안(86.3%)에서 일차수술 후 성공적으로 유착되었다. 단일변수 로지스틱 회귀분석에서 나이(p=0.011), 큰 열공의 존재(p=0.002)와 마제형 열공(p=0.044)의 존재가 해부학적 성공과 관련이 있었으며 다변수 로지스틱 회귀분석에서 나이만이 해부학적 성공에 영향을 미치는 단일 인자였다 (odds ratio=1.086, 95% confidence interval=1.022-1.154, p=0.004). 결론: 고도근시 열공망막박리에서 공막돌륭술을 시행할 경우 나이가 어릴수록 일차수술 후 해부학적 재유착률이 높은 경향을 보였다. 고도근시 열공망막박리에서 나이가 어린 경우는 공막돌륭술을 우선적으로 고려할 수 있다. <대한안과학회지 2016;57(10):1586-1591> Purpose: To assess the prognostic factors associated with anatomical success of scleral buckle (SB) for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) in high myopia patients. Methods: The medical records of RRD in highly myopic eyes treated with SB from January 2009 to December 2013 were reviewed retrospectively. Cases with history of intraocular surgery including phacoemulsification and vitrectomy were excluded. Correlations between anatomical success and the parameters of age, sex, preoperative visual acuity, axial length, presence of large tear, presence of horseshoe tear, the number of tears, involved fovea, and extent of detachment were analyzed. Results: This study included 80 eyes of 80 patients. Average age and axial length were 32.3 ± 13.4 and 26.753 ± 0.961 mm, respectively. Sixty-nine eyes (86.3%) were reattached following primary surgery. Univariate analysis revealed that age (p = 0.011), presence of large tear (p = 0.002), and presence of horseshoe tear (p = 0.044) were correlated with anatomical success after SB. Based on multivariate logistic regression analysis, age was the sole independent prognostic factor (odds ratio = 1.086, 95% confidence interval = 1.022~1.154, p = 0.004). Conclusions: A younger age is associated with a higher rate of primary anatomical success of SB for RRD in highly myopic eyes. In young, highly myopic patients with RRD, SB should be considered as the primary procedure. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2016;57(10):1586-1591
