The data collected is spss win 20.0 program using statistical analysis. 본 연구는 여성 노인을 대상으로 하여 다양한 생활체육 중 유산소 운동과 밴드운동을 실시하여 여러 측면의 변화추이를 분석하고 이를 통하여 체육활동이 삶의 질 에 미치는 영향을 규명 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 용인시 종합복지관의 노인건강프로그램 참여한 만65세 이상 여성노인들에게 연구의 목적과 절차를 설명하고 연구 참여에 동의한 인원을 대상 60명중 운동 참여 횟수가 80% 이상인 57명을 대상으로 우울증 설문조사와노인체력검사(SFT), 신체적 기능측정, 한국형 노인건강수준(허약)평가도구, 일상생활동작능력평가(ADL)와 도구적일상생활능력(IADL), 노인체력검사(SFT)를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 분석하였고 연구가설의 검정을 위하여 이원변량분석(two-way ANOVA test)을 실시하였다.

        ‘소통’을 통한 체육수업 설계와 실행과정 안에서의 교사 경험 -수업컨설팅 참여를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to look for the experience from PE teachers' class design & practicing process from the perspective of 'communication', and to discover its meaning. For this purpose, this study inquired into PE teachers' experience through qualitative action research while carrying out the instruction consulting premising the communication between teachers. For selecting the research participants, this study classified 3 consultee teachers and another 3 consultant teachers using purposive sampling. While proceeding instruction consulting with practice for a total of 15 weeks, this study collected the data from in-depth interviews, class observation, papers & videos, and also analyzed the collected data through realm analysis, analysis of taxonomy, and classification of a contrast set. As the research result of case 1, it was found that the subject teachers experienced the invisible space between familiarity and awkwardness, mutual exchange of the "forced" feelings, role conflict and role coloring as the experience in the vestige of non-communication culture; in case 2, subjects were found to experience a companion of fluttering, giving and taking, and role more than itself as the experience in the elder's love for the young and love for elders. In addition, in case 3, the result showed that subject teachers experienced in the sympathy of "us", refined composure and looking for a meaning, and discovery of aesthetics of "together with us" through labor pains as the experience as to formation of "our culture" and win-win 본 연구는 체육교사의 수업 설계와 실행의 과정을 통해 겪게 되는 경험을 ‘소통’의 관점에서 탐색해보고, 그 의미를 발견하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 교사간 소통을 전제로 하는 수업컨설팅을 실행하면서 질적 실행 연구를 통해 체육교사들의 경험을 탐색하였다. 연구참여자는 유목적적 표집방법인 준거적 선택 방법으로 컨설턴티 교사 3명과 컨설턴트 교사 3명을 선정하였다. 총 15주에 걸쳐 수업컨설팅을 3단계로 실행하면서 심층면담, 수업관찰, 문서자료 및 동영상 자료를 수집하였고, 영역 분석, 분류체계 분석, 대조집합 분류를 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 사례 1에서는 비소통 문화의 잔재에 대한 경험으로 친숙과 어색, ‘억지로’의 상호 교환, 역할 갈등과 역할 채색을 경험하였고, 사례 2에서는 내리사랑과 치사랑의 경험으로 설레임의 동반자, 주기와 담기, 역할 그 이상의 역할을 경험하였다. 사례 3에서는 ‘우리 문화’의 형성과 상생에 대한 경험으로 ‘우리’의 공감, 세련된 여유와 의미 찾기, 산고를 통한 ‘우리 함께’의 미학 발견을 경험하였다.

        Regional Factors on the Self-rated Health of Wage Workers

        Purpose: This study attempted to identify regional disparities of self-rated health among Korean wage workers and to investigate the influencing factors on them. Methods: The study subjects were 25,069 workers in 16 regions who were extracted from the 2014 Korean Working Condition Survey (KWCS). A multilevel analysis was conducted by building hierarchical data at individual and regional level. Results: In this study, 'financial autonomy rate' and 'current smoking rate' were identified as regional factors influencing the workers' self-rated health. When the socio-demographic and occupational factors of the workers were controlled, 'current smoking rate', a health policy factor, explained the regional disparity of workers' health status. Conclusion: We found that the health status of workers can be affected by the health behavior level of the whole population in their residential area. In order to improve the health status of working population and to alleviate their regional health inequalities, it is necessary to strengthen macro and structural level interventions.

        CLT를 활용한 비선형 CA의 분석

        선형/가산 CA에서 끌개는 패턴인식, 패턴 분류 또는 연관기억장치 디자인, 질문처리기 등과 같은 분야에서 활용되고 있기 때문에 이를 어떻게 찾을 수 있는지는 주요한 연구 대상이 되어 왔다. 그러나 복잡한 현실을 모델링하고 그 해결방안을 모색하기 위해서는 비선형 CA의 도입이 불가피하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 RMT를 개선한 CLT를 도입하여 비선형 CA의 끌개와 도달불가능 상태를 효율적으로 찾는 방법을 제시한다. Method for finding the attractors is the important object to investigate in the linear/additive CA because it is a primary interest in applications like pattern recognition, pattern classification, design of associative memory and query processing etc. But the research has been so far mostly concentrated around linear/additive CA and it is not enough to modelize the complex real life problem. So nonlinear CA is demanded to devise effective models of the problem and solutions around CA model. In this paper we introduce CLT as an upgraded version of RMT and provide the process for finding the attractors and nonreachable states effectively through the CLT.

        혈당측정기 GLUCOCARD X-METER 평가

        Background : Point-of-care testing (POCT) glucometers are increasingly being used for making important therapeutic decisions and managing diabetes. We examined the analytical performance of GLUCOCARD X-METER (ARKRAY Global Business Inc., Japan) against three other glucometers and a reference laboratory method. Methods : We evaluated the analytical performance of GLUCOCARD X-METER in comparison with three other glucometers. Studies on precision, linearity, the analysis time, and effects of hematocrit and temperature were carried out and the results were compared with those of the laboratory reference method (hexokinase method by Hitachi 760, Hitachi Co., Japan). Results : GLUCOCARD X-METER showed a good linearity and within-run and total-run precision. Comparison between each glucometer and the Hitachi 7600 showed a good correlation. Although differences with the reference method were within an allowable range, all glucometers showed variable bias. Application of an insufficient amount of blood could produce some changes in test results. Changes in hematocrit were found to cause overestimation or underestimation of glucose values. For some test strips, the results were affected by prolonged exposure to room temperature or 4°C refrigerator. Conclusions : GLUCOCARD X-METER showed a good analytical performance in linearity, precision, and comparison. The effect of hematocrit, sample volume, and storage condition for test strips were noted and glucometers had variable deviations to both directions from laboratory reference values (<20%). The GLUCOCARD X-METER provided rapid and reliable measurements of blood glucose. It could be appropriate for monitoring blood glucose values in diabetic patients. (Korean J Lab Med 2008;28:8-15)

        Determination of Plasma Warfarin Concentrations in Korean Patients and Its Potential for Clinical Application

        Background : Warfarin is a widely used oral anticoagulant with broad within- and between-individual dose requirements. Warfarin concentrations can be monitored by assessing its pharmacologic effects on International Normalized Ratio (INR). However, this approach has not been applied in the routine clinical management of patients receiving warfarin therapy. We performed a plasma warfarin assay using high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLCMS/ MS) to determine if such an assay can be utilized in routine clinical practice. Methods : We included a total of 105 patients with atrial fibrillation, and who were receiving warfarin for more than 1 yr. The plasma concentrations of total warfarin and 7-hydroxywarfarin were determined by HPLC-MS/MS (Waters, UK). We assessed the association between warfarin dose, concentration, and INR as well as the effects of these factors on warfarin concentrations. Results : The mean maintenance dose of warfarin in 105 patients was 4.1±1.3 mg/day (range, 1.7-8.0 mg/day) and their mean plasma warfarin concentration was 1.3±0.5 mg/L. We defined a concentration range of 0.6-2.6 mg/L (corresponding to the 2.5th to 97.5th percentile range of the serum warfarin levels in the 74 patients showing INR within target range) as the therapeutic range for warfarin. The correlation of warfarin dose with warfarin concentration (r2=0.259, P<0.001) was higher than that with INR (r2=0.029, P=0.072). Conclusions : There was a significant correlation between warfarin dose and plasma warfarin concentrations in Korean patients with atrial fibrillation. Hence, plasma warfarin monitoring can help determine dose adjustments and improve our understanding of individual patient response to warfarin treatment.
