        吳貞姬 소설에 나타난 環境의 修辭學

        This study explores the aspects of “the rhetoric of the environment” as the intersection of the rhetoric of using the environment to tell stories and the rhetoric of telling stories about the environment in Oh Jung-hee’s novels. The rhetoric of the environment is a strategy of constructing a narrative by representing the environment in a certain way through the environmental rhetoric. In “The Gray of the Morning(未明)”, the place that has been neglected by humans and the non-human ecosystem that is formed there function as the environmental rhetoric. This rhetoric of the environment illuminates the human body shaped by its material interaction with non-human ecosystems, and constitutes a narrative in which the character’s self and perception of the world are changed and her wounds are healed. In “Paroho(破虜湖)”, the place destroyed by humans and the history of non-humans that has accumulated there function as the environmental rhetoric. This rhetoric of the environment constitutes a narrative in which the character seeks a new language that can tell the self and the world, by representing the history of non-humans and showing how the character accepts the sign of non-humans, which humans cannot define. The rhetoric of the environment in Oh Jung-hee’s novels shows that literature is formed in an inseparable relationship with the environment, which is an active agent of meaning-making. 박경진, 2023, 오정희 소설에 나타난 환경의 수사학, 어문연구, 200 : 277~311 이 글에서는 오정희 소설에서 환경을 이용하여 이야기를 전달하는 수사학과 환경에 대한 이야기를 전달하는 수사학의 교차점으로서 ‘환경의 수사학’이 나타나는 양상을 살펴보았다. 환경의 수사학은 환경의 수사를 통해 환경을 특정한 방식으로 재현하면서 서사를 구성하는 전략이다. 「미명」에서는 인간에 의해 방치된 장소와 그곳에서 이루어지는 비인간의 생태계가 환경의 수사로 나타난다. 「미명」에서 환경의 수사학은 비인간의 생태계와 물질적으로 상호작용하며 형성되는 인간의 몸을 조명하며 인물의 자아와 세계에 대한 인식이 변화하고 그의 상처가 치유되는 서사를 구성한다. 「파로호」에서는 인간에 의해 파괴된 장소와 그곳에서 축적되는 비인간의 역사가 환경의 수사로 나타난다. 「파로호」에서 환경의 수사학은 비인간의 역사를 재현하며 인물이 인간이 규정할 수 없는 비인간의 기호를 수용하는 과정을 보여준다. 그럼으로써 인물이 자아와 세계에 대해 말할 수 있는 새로운 언어를 모색하는 서사를 구성한다. 환경의 수사학은 문학이 환경과 불가분한 관계에서 형성되고 환경이 능동적으로 의미를 만들어 내는 주체임을 보여준다

        신상품 컨셉도출을 위한 제품디자인 프로세스연구

        It is very difficult to adapt us to the fast and big change in our surroundings of the digital times. It also happens at the field of the design. So every designer who is living in the digital era has to adapt to the change in the surroundings. The beginning of the 19^th century, after the Industrial Revolution, the design language and the expression way called `the Applied Ornament` or `the Applied Art` have been appeared during the chaos of the times. And after the World War Ⅱ, many designer thought that the Functionalism is the absolute value in the industrial culture of the mass production called `The Fordism`. Up to that time, a lot of designers thought that they just do a design as a dependent value of the technology and production. So the design of this era had focused on how to contribute to the mass production. But from the ends of the 1980^th it happens new wave. It is change of the sense of values. People prefer mental happiness to physical pleasures. It means that people want to gain more happiness from the emotional feeling not an object itself. Viz, it is changing from an object itself to an action called `doing`. Design has to role to supply the value of `doing` and to concretize this value. From the middle of 1990^th, the strategy of design was changed from the Functionalism or the cost point of the product to the value of general life. Viz. design has to break from the conventional technical dependant concept or role. This change awakes Designer to make and select the factors for human and environment and awakes designer has an important role to create value and culture for the human and environment. According to this change design newly becomes a good tool to make the enterprise strategy also design can make various product development concept against the changing of customer values and market environment. Following is the design process using the `Town Watching` application program, which is using practically at product planning design

        1998 - 2008 발생한 식품안전관련 사건·사고 분석

        This study was conducted the analysis of food safety incidents between January 1998 and October 2008 using media reports. Total number of food safety incident was 569 through the study period. The average of food safety incident per year and month was 51.7and 4.9, respectively. The top 10 food types involved in the lists of food safety incidents were as follows; marine products, meat and meat products, confectionaries, beverages, special nutritional food, teas, noodles, soy and bean paste sauces, and milk and milk products etc. The top 10 single foods also were as follows; ready-to eats, meat, confectionary, health support foods, steeping tea, infant formula, meat products, ginseng products, foods for body weight control etc. Of the total 569 incidents, 247 (43.4%) were related with chemical hazards involving pesticide, food additives etc, biological hazards were 126 (22.1%), and physical hazards were 97 (17.0%) incidents. In analysis stage in the food chain at which breakdown in food safety occurred, primary production were the most common stage with 364 (64%) incidents, and incidents at the manufacture handling and distribution stages were with 151 (26.5%), and 44 (7.7%), respectively. The results of this study can be used as a better data for risk analysis or food safety strategies.

        미생물학적 식품안전을 위한 기후변화 영향 식품 및 식중독 세균 우선순위 결정

        This study was performed to determine the ranking foods and related foodborne pathogens for the impact of climate change, e.g., increasing temperature, on microbiological food safety. To do this, we developed an impact-ranking model comprising an Excel spreadsheet by using Risk Ranger. Because of a lack of data, input values in this model were determined on the basis of an expert’s opinion. These values also were converted to normal distribution,and the developed model was simulated using @RISK. In conclusion, the 5 superior ranking foods and related foodborne pathogens for climate change impact were as follows: ready-to-eat foods (RTE) (Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella spp., and Escherichia coli O157:H7); bread and rice cakes (S. aureus and Bacillus cereus); meat and egg products (Salmonella spp., E. coli O157:H7, and S. aureus); tofu (bean curds) and jellies (B. cereus, E. coli O157:H7,and S. aureus); and fish products (S. aureus, Vibrio spp., and E. coli O157:H7). 본 연구는 기후변화와 관련하여 미생물학적 식품안전상쉽게 영향 받을 수 있는 식품과 관련 식중독세균을 결정하는데 이용할 수 있는 Risk Ranger를 활용한 Excel spreadsheet상의 모델을 개발하였고, 모델 입력값은 자료의 부족으로전문가 설문을 통해 결정하였으며, 확률분포모델과 @RISK를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 실제 국내 식품중 기후변화에 대한 민감할 것으로 예상되는 상위 5개 식품군과 이들식품과 관련된 주요 식중독 원인균을 결정하였다. 추정결과, 상위 5종 식품과 관련 식중독 세균으로는 즉석섭취식품류(RTE) (황색포도상구균, 살모넬라, 병원성대장균 O157:H7)가 가장 큰 영향을 받을 것으로 나타났으며, 다음이 떡류 및 빵류 (황색포도상구균, 바실러스 세레우스), 식육 및알가공품 (살모넬라, 병원성대장균 O157:H7, 황색포도상구균), 두부류 또는 묵류 (바실러스 세레우스, 병원성대장균O157:H7, 황색포도상구균)였으며, 마지막으로 어육가공품(황색포도상구균, 비브리오, 병원성대장균 O157:H7)의 순으로 나타났다.

        공공기관 경영 평가제도의 문제점 및 개선방안

        This paper examines the problems and ways to improve the management evaluation system of public institutions that evaluates the operation performance as the public's interest in public institutions increases. Many problems have been raised, such as the relationship between metered and non-metered indicators, the lack of validity in scoring non-metered indicators, and exogenous results in which differences in results are caused by external environmental factors. In the formula of the evaluation index, there is a possibility that there may be an agent problem, such as flexibility in profits, in setting targets such as a target index (deviation) index or a performance index compared to the target, and thus improvement is needed. To solve these problems, long-term performance should be considered in the characteristics of public institutions, and the characteristics of the institutions should be reflected in the indicators. For example, in the case of listed companies, different methods of evaluation are required because of the different stakeholders.
