공공기관 자회사 구성원의 상호작용공정성과 고용안정감이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

Since the inauguration of Jae-in Moon government in 2017, pursuant to the policy of regularizing irregular jobs for public sector, subsidiaries of public organizations have been established as a way of converting fixed- term, dispatched, and contractual workers who previously had unstable employment in the public sector to be converted to regular workers. Accordingly, it is necessary to study the overall organizational fairness for con- verted regular workers. Workers who worked in the public sector before the implementation of the policy to regularize irregular jobs previously had large differences in wage systems and disparate treatments depending on the institution, despite performing similar job tasks, which created controversies. These problems remain even after the conversion to regular jobs. In particular, we studied how interaction fairness, which has recently been highlighted among the sub-factors related to organizational fairness, and job security, relate to and impact orga- nizational achievement such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the effects of interaction fairness and job security of members of subsidiaries of public organizations on their job satisfaction and organizational commitment. We sampled 327 subjects’ responses to questionnaires and analyzed them through structural equation modeling and verification with bootstrapping method. Results were that position stability, a sub-factor of interaction fairness and job se- curity, had a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction had a positive mediating effect between interaction fairness, position stability, and organizational commitment and had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. In contrast, situational control, a sub-factor of job security, did not signifi- cantly affect either job satisfaction or organizational commitment. These findings have made a theoretical contri- bution to the empirical analysis regarding employees of subsidiaries of public organizations, which is a subject that has not been studied so far. Based on this, we presented as a practical implication that there should be ap- propriate human resources management efforts to improve the quality of public service work for the members of subsidiaries of public organizations that have been established pursuant to the governmental policy.
미생물 위해평가를 위한 포장돈육 가공환경조건에 대한 확률통계학적 분석

The statistics probability approach for microbial risk assessment (MRA) has been recognized as an efficient method because this probability approach, which can be presented the diversity, variability, and uncertainty for the environmental factors of food processing, provide better realistic results than point estimate. This study was conducted to determine of probability statistics for the environmental factors of the pork-cutting processing i.e. the processing time, the pork meat temperature, and processing room temperature etc. As the input parameters for the MRA, triangular distribution and normal distribution were selected as an efficient probability distribution model, these distributions were analyzed by the simulation. The simulation results showed the processing time estimated 53 min as mean (5% - 22 min and 95% - 98 min), pork meat temperature estimated 4.83 oC as mean (5% - 2.25 oC and 95% - 7.12 oC, 48.78% exceed 5 oC), and processing room temperature estimated 17 oC as mean (5% - 10.92 oC and 95% - 22.56 oC, 71.178% exceed 15 oC).
