        Screening and Identification of Antigenic Proteins from the Hard Tick Dermacentor silvarum (Acari: Ixodidae)

        In order to explore tick proteins as potential targets for further developing vaccine against ticks, the total proteins of unfed female Dermacentor silvarum were screened with anti-D. silvarum serum produced from rabbits. The results of western blot showed that 3 antigenic proteins of about 100, 68, and 52 kDa were detected by polyclonal antibodies, which means that they probably have immunogenicity. Then, unfed female tick proteins were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and target proteins (100, 68, and 52 kDa) were cut and analyzed by LC-MS/MS, respectively. The comparative results of peptide sequences showed that they might be vitellogenin (Vg), heat shock protein 60 (Hsp60), and fructose-1, 6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA), respectively. These data will lay the foundation for the further validation of antigenic proteins to prevent infestation and diseases transmitted by D. silvarum.

      • Energy Saving Elevator Group Supervisory Control System with Idle Cage Assignment using Genetic Network Programming

        Elevator group supervisory control system (EGSCS) is designed for managing the elevator movement to transport passengers in buildings efficiently. So far, Genetic Network Programming which is a kind of evolutionary computation with a graph structure has been applied to such complex systems like EGSCS. On the other hand, in order to reduce the energy consumption in EGSCS, some studies have been done in our previous research, but when some cages become idle, the cages are supposed to go back to the first floor, which consumes much energy. In this paper, we use an Idle Cage Assignment Algorithm to dispatch the idle cages in a light traffic mode in order to reduce the energy consumption of EGSCS.

        Traceable Dynamic Public Auditing with Identity Privacy Preserving for Cloud Storage

        In cloud computing era, an increasing number of resource-constrained users outsource their data to cloud servers. Due to the untrustworthiness of cloud servers, it is important to ensure the integrity of outsourced data. However, most of existing solutions still have challenging issues needing to be addressed, such as the identity privacy protection of users, the traceability of users, the supporting of dynamic user operations, and the publicity of auditing. In order to tackle these issues simultaneously, in this paper, we propose a traceable dynamic public auditing scheme with identity privacy preserving for cloud storage. In the proposed scheme, a single user, including a group manager, is unable to know the signer's identity. Furthermore, our scheme realizes traceability based on a secret sharing mechanism and supports dynamic user operations. Based on the security and efficiency analysis, it is shown that our scheme is secure and efficient.

        Pyroelectric properties in three phases coexistence Pb[(Mn0.33Nb0.67)0.5(Mn0.33Sb0.67)0.5]0.08(ZrxTi1-x)0.92O3 lead ceramics

        The bulk dense Pb[(Mn0.33Nb0.67)0.5(Mn0.33Sb0.67)0.5]0.08(ZrxTi1-x)0.92O3 pyroelectric ceramics have been successfully prepared by the conventional solid method. The effect of three phases coexistence in the ceramics is studied. When x = 0.95 and 0.85 in the ceramics, the maximum pyroelectric coefficient peaks appear at 23 ℃ and 45 ℃, and the maximum values are 26.5 × 10-4 C/㎡ ℃ and 25.5 × 10-4 C/㎡ ℃, respectively. The maximum pyroelectric coefficient appears large while the peaks widths are small. When the two kinds of ceramic powders mixed with the mol ratio of 2:1, the pyroelectric coefficient of the ceramics is above 10.0 × 10-4 C/㎡ ℃ in a broad temperature range from 20 ℃ to 55 ℃. The possible physical mechanism of the temperature broadened phenomenon is briefly discussed.       • 清代中央法可覆核案件中的內部查核機制初探

        "三法司核擬" 중 都察院과 大理는寺는 刑部의 "簽商"과 刑部가 안건 처리시 律例館이 편찬한 "說帖"으로 개별안건의 심의와 과오를 수정하는데 활용하였다. 都察院이나 大理寺의 "簽商" 活動 중에는 형량의 경중에 대해 논의한 것을 많이 볼 수 있는데, 이는 상황에 대한 서로 다른 이해나 법률적 근거의 서로 다른 선택으로 표현되었다. 쟁점과 대립되게 표현되는 유형화 경향은 일상적인 안건에서 하나의 상황을 인정하면서 이상하게 의심을 경시하게 하여 어려운 안건을 처리할 때 자주 격렬한 비평이 발생하였다. 따라서 刑部를 감독하여 편견을 제거하고 더욱이 신중하게 판단하기 위해 覆核 의견의 심사를 통해 안건을 적절하게 해결하는 것이 목표이다. 律例館이 편찬한 "說帖"의 査核도 상황의 인정과 법률 적용을 중심으로 법률적 의의를 탐구하여 사례를 찾고 각종 법률에 의거하여 균형적으로 비교 검토하는 것이 특징이다. 안건내 효과중의 하나는 堂官이 "說帖"의 査核 意見대로 실행케 하는 것이고, 둘째는 律例館이 해당 司辦稿에 대해 직접 구체적이고 완결적으로 만들 수 있다. 외재적인 영향은 律例館 査核이 刑部意見에 부합한지를 통해 중앙이 영향력을 발휘하는 것을 차단하는데 있다. 두가지의 내부 査核機制는 잘 맞물려 있고 또 대비되어 있어 모두 覆核機關이 그 의견의 타당성을 추구할 뿐만 아니라 사법의 권위를 지키기 위해 노력하는 것을 잘 반영하고 있다. 大理寺나 都察院의 "簽商" 査核은 형부의 농단에 편중되거나 불합리한 것에 대해 비평과 질의를 하는데, 律例館 査核의 機制가 더욱 활발하게 운영되고, 더욱이 査核자가 사안을 능수능란하게 발휘하여, 개별 사안을 선례의 체계안에서 고려하는 장점을 강조하였다. 大理寺나 都察院 "簽商" 機制는 상비된 "三法司核擬"制度를 따르는데, "簽商"의 擧動이 많지 않지만, "說帖"은 청 중후기에 창설되어 장기적으로 형부 내부 사법 운영에서 활용되었다. 覆核 査核의 약점은 중앙 覆核 중 이미 있는 규칙 체계와 기존의 "照覆"이 타협하는 경향이 있어서, 지방에서 심의하는 문제를 쉽게 방임하므로 중앙 覆核은 地方에서 보고된 안건을 법률적으로 인정하지만 안건의 진상을 사실대로 밝힐 힘이 없는 맹점이 있다. During the joint trial by central departments, Dalisi or Duchayuan may send attached documents("Qianshang") to Xingbu(the Board of Punishment) officially exchanging their opinions. Meanwhile, officers from Lvliguan also may send attached documents("Shuotie") giving advisement inside Xingbu. The "Qianshang" and the "Shuotie" belongs to central law departments' self-checking mechanisms within case reviewing in Qing. These methods are used in order to discuss the suspected cases. The effect of "Qianshang" by Dalisi or Duchayuan is to criticize Xingbu's opinions. However, Xingbu may find a supporting legal basis for the expertise to weigh comparison from variety of cases. "Shuotie" by officers in Lvliguan also focuses on the application of law to maintain Xingbu's judicial authority. The goal of these internal checking mechanism are making appropriate judgement. Compared with "Qianshang", "Shuotie" checking are more flexible and more emphasison skills regarding the consideration of case precedent. The two Self-checking Mechanisms both have their weakness and blind area because of overturn cases' cost and unsuccessful fact finding.

        A new separation method for phenolic compounds from low-temperature coal tar with urea by complex formation

        A new reaction agent (urea) was used to efficiently separate the phenol and cresols from lowtemperaturecoal tar (model oil) through complexing. The effects of contact time, reaction temperature,and initial concentration were investigated. The phenols content of the upper layer was analyzed byusing gas chromatography. The separation mechanism was determined by analyzing the chemical bondof the complex for urea and m-cresol using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. Finally, urea can berecovered through reaction with diethyl ether, and the phenols removal efficiencies can remain constantafter three cycles.

        Multiple Mixed Modes: Single-Channel Blind Image Separation

        As one of the pivotal techniques of image restoration, single-channel blind source separation (SCBSS) iscapable of converting a visual-only image into multi-source images. However, image degradation often resultsfrom multiple mixing methods. Therefore, this paper introduces an innovative SCBSS algorithm to effectivelyseparate source images from a composite image in various mixed modes. The cornerstone of this approach is anovel triple generative adversarial network (TriGAN), designed based on dual learning principles. The TriGANredefines the discriminator's function to optimize the separation process. Extensive experiments havedemonstrated the algorithm's capability to distinctly separate source images from a composite image in diversemixed modes and to facilitate effective image restoration. The effectiveness of the proposed method isquantitatively supported by achieving an average peak signal-to-noise ratio exceeding 30 dB, and the averagestructural similarity index surpassing 0.95 across multiple datasets.

        Monitoring polarization and dielectric relaxation behaviors of BaTiO3/ PC composite films via transmittance measurement

        BaTiO3/polycarbonate (BT/PC) composite films with different concentration of BaTiO3 ferroelectric nanocrystals are prepared by a spin coating method. The polarization and dielectric relaxation behaviors of BT/PC composite films are characterized by the introduction of orientational order parameter (f) through in-situ transmission spectrum measurement. It's found that 15%BT/PC composite film has the largest orientation change with the f value of 10.5% and slow dielectric relaxation, almost 10% decay of f after 24 h. The optical band-gap of 15%BT/PC composite film decreases after poling indicates that the orientation of BaTiO3 ferroelectric nanocrystals aligns due to the effect of polarization, from 3.8 eV to 3.67 eV. From the XRD results, we consider that the preferential alignment orientation of BaTiO3 ferroelectric nanocrystals after poling is [001]. This suggests that in-situ transmittance measurement is a simple and effective way to evaluate the polarization and dielectric relaxation behaviors of ferroelectric nanocrystals/polymer systems.
