Multi-objective optimization of cycloidal gear based on segmental modification of pressure angle

Yinghui Zhang,JinYong Huang,Weidong He 대한기계학회 2022 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.36 No.7

In order to get the optimal profile of cycloid gear after sectional modification, a multi-objective optimization design method is proposed that considers both the modification parameters and macro-parameters of the cycloid gear. An algorithm of meshing force, meshing efficiency and anti-gluing ability between the cycloid gear and the pin gear was derived, and the related independent parameters were extracted as optimization variables. Taking high efficiency, high strength and light weight as the objective, the mathematical models of doubleobjective and three-objective optimization were established, and the influence of key design variable on the objective function was analyzed, and NSGA-II multi-objective genetic algorithm was used to solve the Pareto optimal solution of the optimization mathematical model. Results show that the optimized parameters can significantly improve the meshing efficiency, reduce the volume and meet the design requirements of high strength, high efficiency and lightweight on the premise of ensuring the strength of cycloid gear surface.

Attribute-Based Data Sharing with Flexible and Direct Revocation in Cloud Computing

( Yinghui Zhang ),( Xiaofeng Chen ),( Jin Li ),( Hui Li ),( Fenghua Li ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2014 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.8 No.11

Attribute-based encryption (ABE) is a promising cryptographic primitive for implementing fine-grained data sharing in cloud computing. However, before ABE can be widely deployed in practical cloud storage systems, a challenging issue with regard to attributes and user revocation has to be addressed. To our knowledge, most of the existing ABE schemes fail to support flexible and direct revocation owing to the burdensome update of attribute secret keys and all the ciphertexts. Aiming at tackling the challenge above, we formalize the notion of ciphertext-policy ABE supporting flexible and direct revocation (FDR-CP-ABE), and present a concrete construction. The proposed scheme supports direct attribute and user revocation. To achieve this goal, we introduce an auxiliary function to determine the ciphertexts involved in revocation events, and then only update these involved ciphertexts by adopting the technique of broadcast encryption. Furthermore, our construction is proven secure in the standard model. Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that FDR-CP-ABE outperforms the previous revocation-related methods.

Traceable Dynamic Public Auditing with Identity Privacy Preserving for Cloud Storage

( Yinghui Zhang ),( Tiantian Zhang ),( Rui Guo ),( Shengmin Xu ),( Dong Zheng ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2019 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.13 No.11

In cloud computing era, an increasing number of resource-constrained users outsource their data to cloud servers. Due to the untrustworthiness of cloud servers, it is important to ensure the integrity of outsourced data. However, most of existing solutions still have challenging issues needing to be addressed, such as the identity privacy protection of users, the traceability of users, the supporting of dynamic user operations, and the publicity of auditing. In order to tackle these issues simultaneously, in this paper, we propose a traceable dynamic public auditing scheme with identity privacy preserving for cloud storage. In the proposed scheme, a single user, including a group manager, is unable to know the signer's identity. Furthermore, our scheme realizes traceability based on a secret sharing mechanism and supports dynamic user operations. Based on the security and efficiency analysis, it is shown that our scheme is secure and efficient.

Effect of proton irradiation on interfacial and electrical performance of N+Np+ InP/InGaAs hetero-junction

        Zhang Chen,Su Yongbo,Mei Bo,Yang Feng,Zhang Jialin,Yun Huanqing,Liu Bo,Sun Yi,Zhang Haiming,Jin Zhi,Zhong Yinghui 한국물리학회 2023 Current Applied Physics Vol.48 No.-

InP-based hetero-junction bipolar transistors (HBTs) are attractive for various millimeter-wave and terahertz electronics due to their ultrahigh frequency performance. Therefore, the study of their irradiation reliability is extremely urgent. In this work, 2 MeV proton irradiation experiment has been carried out on self-fabricated N+Np+ InP/InGaAs hetero-junction. The degradation mechanisms have systematically been studied after exposure to protons of 5 × 1013 H+/cm2. The voltage range of recombination current at low forward bias has been largely expanded from 0-0.2 V to 0–0.6 V. Furthermore, the interface states properties have been characterized by utilizing the frequency-dependent conductance technique, the interface states density (Dit) has increased from approximately 9.02 × 1012 cm-2 eV-1–1.99 × 1013 cm-2 eV-1 to 9.51 × 1012 cm-2 eV-1–2.00 × 1013 cm-2 eV-1 after irradiation. The study would be great significance for understanding the evolution of proton irradiation on relative devices.

Expression of FMD Virus-like particles in yeast Hansenula polymorpha and immunogenicity of combine with CpG and Alumimun adjuvant

        Jianhui Zhang,Jun Ge,Juyin Li,Jianqiang Li,Yong Zhang,Yinghui Shi,Jiaojiao Sun,Qiongjin Wang,Xiaobo Zhang,Xing-xu Zhao 대한수의학회 2023 Journal of Veterinary Science Vol.24 No.1

Background: Inactivated vaccines are limited in preventing foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) due to safety problems. Recombinant virus-like particles (VLPs) are an excellent candidate for a novel vaccine for preventing FMD, given that VLPs have similar immunogenicity as natural viruses and are replication- and infection-incompetent. Objectives: The 3C protease and P1 polyprotein of type O FMD virus (FDMV) was expressed in yeast Hansenula polymorpha to generate self-resembling VLPs, and the potential of recombinant VLPs as an FMD vaccine was evaluated. Methods: BALB/c mice were immunized with recombinant purified VLPs using CpG oligodeoxynucleotide and aluminum hydroxide gel as an adjuvant. Cytokines and lymphocytes from serum and spleen were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, enzyme-linked immunospot assay, and flow cytometry. Results: The VLPs of FMD were purified successfully from yeast protein with a diameter of approximately 25 nm. The immunization of mice showed that animals produced high levels of FMDV antibodies and a higher level of antibodies for a longer time. In addition, higher levels of interferon-γ and CD4+ T cells were observed in mice immunized with VLPs. Conclusions: The expression of VLPs of FMD in H. polymorpha provides a novel strategy for the generation of the FMDV vaccine.

Effects of Dietary L-carnosine and Alpha-lipoic Acid on Growth Performance, Blood Thyroid Hormones and Lipid Profiles in Finishing Pigs

        Yinghui Bao,Chunqi Gao,Wenbo Hao,Cheng Ji,Lihong Zhao,Jianyun Zhang,Tao Liu,Qiugang Ma 아세아·태평양축산학회 2015 Animal Bioscience Vol.28 No.10

The present study was conducted to determine the effects of L-carnosine (LC) and/or alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) supplementation on growth performance, blood thyroid hormones and lipid profiles in finishing pigs. A total of 40 (Landrace×Yorkshire) pigs with an initial body weight of 57.93±3.14 kg were randomly allocated to 4 experimental diets using a 2×2 factorial arrangement with 2 LC supplemental levels (0 or 0.1%) and 2 ALA supplemental levels (0 or 0.03%) in basal diets. The results showed that pigs fed LC-supplemented diets increased final live weight, average daily gain, and average daily feed intake compared to those of pigs fed without LC-supplemented diets (p<0.05). Dietary supplementation with ALA did not affect the growth performance and carcass traits of pigs (p>0.05). Additionally, LC supplementation increased serum triiodothyronine, thyroxine levels, and ALA supplementation increased serum triiodothyronine levels (p<0.05). Serum total cholesterol and triglycerides levels were significantly decreased in LC and ALA supplemented groups, respectively (p<0.05). Moreover, serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were lower in the ALAsupplemented groups than those of pigs fed without ALA-supplemented diets (p<0.05). However, no significant LC×ALA interaction effect on growth performance, blood thyroid hormones and lipid profiles was found. This study suggested that dietary supplementation of LC resulted in better growth performance compared to that of ALA supplementation. L-carnosine and/or ALA supplementation positively modified blood lipid profiles, which may have the potential to prevent cardiovascular diseases.

However, no significant $LC{\times}ALA$ interaction effect on growth performance, blood thyroid hormones and lipid profiles was found. This study suggested that dietary supplementation of LC resulted in better growth performance compared to that of ALA supplementation. L-carnosine and/or ALA supplementation positively modified blood lipid profiles, which may have the potential to prevent cardiovascular diseases.

      • Singular Distributed Parameter System Iterative Learning Control with Forgetting Factor with Time- Delay

        Yinjun Zhang,Yinghui Li,Jianhuan Su 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.9 No.7

In this paper, an iterative learning control topic for a kind of singular distributed parameter system with forgetting with time-delay which initial value can vary in a little space has been discussed. And a high level algorithm is extended and proven, using Green formula and Gronwall inequality, that it is suitable for the given system. Convergence of the proposed approach is analyzed and the uniform boundedness of tracking error is obtained in this paper. Numerical simulation is presented for a parabolic partial differential equations solved using ILC based on Eular difference format. At present, the application research of ILC method to the singular distributed parameter system with forgetting factor with time-delay is less. So this paper expands the scope of research for singular system and iterative learning control. Numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Temperature dependent development of black soldier fly, Hermetia illucens (L.) (Diptera: Stratiomyidae) from Yangtze River Delta region of China

        Wang Yinghui,Zhang Yanan,Wang Jiangfeng,Kang Chengtao,Hu Gengwang,Guo Yi,Chen Jie,Yang Lijun,Wang Yu 한국응용곤충학회 2023 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.26 No.4

The black soldier fly, Hermetia illucens (L.) (Diptera: Stratiomyidae), isomnivorous andwidely distributed in the world. Black soldier flies usually colonize corpse at a relatively late stage and have a longer developmental time compared to other flies. It can serve as a good supplementary indicator for estimating a longer minimum postmortem interval (PMI min ) in forensic investigations. In this paper, the development of H. illucens was investigated at six constant temperatures between 19 and 34 ◦ C. Under temperatures of 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, and 34 ◦ C, the mean developmental time from eggs to adults was 90.96, 58.29, 54.61, 42.33, 32.33 and 34.52 days, respectively. Developmental time and accumulated degree days results were used to construct thermal sum mation model and isomorphen diagram. The calculated values of lower developmental thresholds and thermal summation constant estimated by a linear model were 11.88 ◦ C and 650.89 degree days, respectively. Through a nonlinear model, the upper lethal developmental threshold temperature, intrinsic optimum temperature and lower developmental thresholds were estimated to be 35.18, 20.50 and 13.17 ◦ C, respectively. A growth curve, an equation and isomegalen diagram based on them show the relationship between developmental time and larval body length. The larval body length increased with increased developmental time and eventually pla teaued, revealing an S-shape growth curve. These results provide important basic developmental data for H. illucens, which can be used to estimate the PMI min .

Intrapuparial development and age estimation of Sarcophaga peregrina (Diptera: Sarcophagidae) for postmortem interval estimation

        Li Liangliang,Zhang Yanan,Chen Yang,Guo Yi,Wang Yinghui,Hu Gengwang,Kang Chengtao,Jiangfeng Wang,Wang Yu 한국응용곤충학회 2023 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.26 No.2

Sarcophaga peregrina Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 (Diptera: Sarcophagidae) is a widely distributed species in the Palearctic, Oriental and Australian regions. Numerous studies and case reports have confirmed the value of this species in forensic investigations, but methods for estimating the age of the intrapuparial period of this species are lacking. In this study, S. peregrina pupae were sampled at 16 ◦ C, 19 ◦ C, 22 ◦ C, 25 ◦ C, 28 ◦ C, 31 ◦ C, and 34 ◦ C. Morphological changes within the puparium were observed under a stereomicroscope. The results of the study showed that S. peregrina could complete its intrapuparial development at each of the seven tested constant temperatures. As the temperature increased, the average minimum duration of the intrapuparial period of S. peregrina decreased from 706.7 ± 28.1 h at 16 ◦ C to 170.7 ± 4.6 h at 34 ◦ C. The intrapuparial morphological changes of S. peregrina can be divided into 12 sub-stages. While some structures such as the compound eyes, mouthparts, antennae, thorax, legs, wings, and abdomen can be used individually to estimate intrapuparial age, we observed all these structures with local magnification photographs and classified the developmental process of these structures into 6–11 stages. The time range for the appearance of each sub-stage or structure was recorded in detail. The results of this study provide important basic data for estimating the minimum postmortem interval using the intrapuparial morphology of S. peregrina.
