The purpose of this study is to quantitatively evaluate the amount of carbon storage for trees in forest ecosystem to support the foundation for carbon neutrality implementation in Korea National Park. It targeted 22 national parks designated and managed as national parks in Korea, and conducted research on forest trees in the terrestrial ecosystem among various natural and ecological carbon sink. The survey and analysis method followed the IPCC guidelines and the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory in Korea. The amount of tree carbon storage in the forest ecosystem of Korea National Park was confirmed to be about 218,505 thousand CO<sub>2</sub>-ton and the amount of carbon storage per unit area was 570.8 CO<sub>2</sub>-ton per hectare. Compared to 299.7 CO<sub>2</sub>-ton per hectare, the average carbon storage per unit area of the entire Korean forest, it was found that about twice as much carbon was stored when assuming the same area. In other words, it means that the tree carbon storage function of the national park is about twice as high as that of the average tree carbon storage function of entire Korean forest. It has great implications in Korea National Park not only provides biodiversity promotion and exploration services as a national protected area, but also performs excellent functions as a carbon sink.

Real Time Kinematic GPS will allow a multitude of monitoring, navigation and engineering applications. Applications inclued real time deformation and movement monitoring and real time automated plant control. In a low dynamic environment, with a short baseline length, it is possible to position a roving receiver to an approximate accuracy of less than 5mm within a few seconds of thestart of the ambiguity. One Engineering application is the monitoring of the movement of cable suspension bridges. Such structures are capable of movements of up to a few meters under adverse wind conditions or heavy traffic loads. The use of relative OTF positioing at strategic points upon the bridge would allow close monitoring of the bridge's movements and calculate deformation and long-term deterioration factors for the bridge. Future bridge designs and traffic management schemes could also benefit from the monitoring system.

The purpose of this study is providing positive relevance between recognition of 6P's importance and consumer satisfaction in using foreign wholesale-warehouse. 6P includes Product, People, Presentation, Promotion, Place and Price. And also, this study makes it clear that the difference of each collective group between demographical characteristic and recognition of desire. Since, Chinese market is not a single market but a collective market by each separate market. To this purpose, this study using data of foreign wholesale-warehouse by making up a questionnaire to consumers who lives in Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin. Throughout analysis, it verifies relevance between purchase satisfaction and Presentation and Price factors. And also, there are some differences in collective group.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the association among nutrient intakes and health-related lifestyles with cardiovascular disease risk assessed by blood lipid profile according to Apolipoprotein E genotypes. Middle-aged industrial male workers who had completed their annual medical examination were recruited and data of 675 subjects who finished the nutrient survey were used in the analysis. Anthropometric parameters, dietary assessment (FFQ), health-related lifestyles and blood profiles were used for statistical analyses. Apo E genotype groups were classified into the following three genotypes: Apo E2 group (including E2/E2, E2/E3, E2/E4), Apo E3 group (including E3/E3), Apo E4 group (including E3/E4, E4/E4). The frequency of Apo E2, E3, and E4 allele were 13.3%, 75.0% and 11.7% respectively. There were no significant differences in the anthropometric parameters depending on different Apo E genotypes. Also, no significant differences in the nutrient intakes were found according to the genotype groups. The nutrient intakes of all subjects were similar to or higher than the level of KDRIs (Dietary Reference Intakes For Koreans) except for intakes of calcium (67.44% of KDRIs), vitamin A (73.83% of KDRIs) and vitamin B2 (78.02% of KDRIs). Also, there were no significant differences of health-related lifestyles according to Apo E genotype groups. As for the lipid profiles, Apo E4 group had significantly higher total and LDL-cholesterol concentrations than the Apo E2 group (p < 0.05). We confirmed that plasma total and LDL-cholesterol concentrations were greatly influenced by Apo E genotypes. However, nutrient intakes and health-related lifestyles were not associated with Apo E genotypes.

This study suggests the new ultraprecision finishing techniques for micro die and mold parts using magnetic field-assisted polishing. Conventional magnetic abrasives have several disadvantages, which are missing of abrasive particle and inequal mixture between magnetic particle and abrasive particle. Therefore, bonded magnetic abrasive particles are fabricated by several method. For example, plasma melting and direct bonding. Carbonyl iron powder is used as magnetic particle where silicon carbide and alumina are abrasive particles. Developed magnetic abrasives are analyzed using SEM. Feasibility of magnetic abrasive and polishing performance of this magnetic abrasive particles also have been investigated. After polishing surface roughness of workpiece is reduced from 85.4 nm Ra to 9 nm Ra.

On this study, using the new technique with GPS which is more effective than conventional method and has the capability to detect the range in the order of ppm, the measurement for monitoring the deformation of a dam structure which provides agricultural water as well as living water. With the selection of the test field, an embankment which had been damaged and therefore was restored by mortar, GPS measurement was carried out to investigate the stability of the structure when pondage has maintained specific quantity. Therefore, the measurements of baseline vectors in reference network was done total three times. As results of the experiments, the standard deviation showed maximum ±4.5mm. In addition, not only did the deformation elements analyzed through dividing as triangular networks and then observing by GPS static methods present. Δ=1E-04-9E~05, γ=2E-04-9E~05 but also the deformation direction was estimated with the method which analyzes the differences among the deformation elements, such as north, east and height (Δn, Δe, Δu) transformed into local coordinate system. Consequentially, it is concluded that the dam should be need to closely safe examination.
지상측량과 GPS 관측값을 이용한 결합 망 조정에 관한 연구

Monitoring networks for tectonic studies and for large scale structures often require the combination of terrestrial and GPS observations. The advantage of GPS is its high precision and almost universal applicability, e.g. the connection of stations within the deformation zone to remote, geologically stable areas. The terrestrial techniques are well established and sometimes more precise, and allow to include stations with restricted GPS visibility, i.e. stations at the wall of a dam or in a narrow valley which cannot be determined by GPS. Till now normally the terrestrial and GPS observations are treated separately, a combination is done on the base of adjusted coordinates with or without covariance information. In this paper, for a rigorous combined adjustment of terrestrial and GPS observations the datumfree-concept is proposed. This concept is exact from the mathematical model of adjustment, adequate from the physical model of the observations and extremly flexible from the computational view point.
