      • 자동 문턱치 방법을 이용한 밀리미터파 영상의 은닉된 물체 영역 검출

        본 논문은 수동형 밀리미터파 영상 시스템을 이용하여 은닉된 물체의 영역을 검출에 관한 연구이다. 밀리미터파 영상은 악천후에도 영상 촬영이 가능하고 플라스틱, 종이, 나무, 옷, 머리카락 같은 특유한 물질들을 투과한다. 그리고 밀리미터파는 금속과 특수한 인공 구조물에 대한 반사율이 높기 때문에 은닉된 물체를 쉽게 검출할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 밀리미터파 영상에서 은닉된 물체 검출의 영상 분할을 자동 문턱치 방법으로 나타낸다. 본 논문에서는 8㎜ 파장을 수평과 수직 편광 방향으로 수신하는 두 채널에서 획득된 밀리미터파 영상을 Gonzalez와 Otsu 방법으로 영역 분할을 한다. 실험 결과는 Gonzalez과 Otsu 방법 모두 은닉된 물체 영역의 형태를 잘 분리하지만 Otsu 방법이 노이즈와 몸체 영역의 경계 부분이 안정적으로 영역 분할됨을 보인다. We address an image segmentation method to detect concealed objects captured by passive millimeter wave (MMW) imaging. Passive MMW imaging can create interpretable imagery on the objects concealed under clothing. Due to the penetrating property of the MMW imaging, the MMW imaging system is often employed for the security and defense system. In this paper, we develop automatic thresholding methods for the segmentation of concealed objects detected by PMMW imaging. The automatic thresholding method is useful for the image with bimodal distributions. We compare several thresholding methods for two MMW channel images which have 8 mm-horizontal and 8 mm-vertical polarization, respectively. The experimental results show that concealed weapon area is well segmented from the background body by the presented methods.

        에틸렌디아민을 이용하여 Solvothermal Synthesis로 Y₂O₃ : Eu^(3+) 나노 입자의 제조 Eu^(3+) Nanoparticles with the Solvothermal Synthesis using Ehtylenediamine

        에틸렌디아민을 용매로 하여 용매열합성으로 200℃에서 1-5시간 반응시킨 후 1,000℃에서 1,400℃로 2-4시간 동안 대기중에서 열처리 과정으로 Eu가 도핑 된 Y₂O₃ 나노 입자를 제조하였다. 1,000℃에서 2시간 동안 열처리한 결정의 X선 회절패턴은 보고 된 데이터(JCPDS 카드파일 41-1105, a=10.60418 Å)와 거의 일치하는 격자상수 a=10.6029 Å인 순수한 큐빅상의 Y₂O₃을 나타내었다. 제조된 형광체의 평균입자 크기는 대략 100 nm로 구형의 형태를 가진다. 열처리 온도가 증가함에 따라 형광체 입자의 크기가 감소하였으며, 또한 형광체의 발광 세기가 증가하였다. PL 스펙트럼 분석 결과, Eu의 농도가 3% 도핑 된 Y_(2-x)O₃:Eu^(3+)_(x) (x=0.06) 형광체는 250 nm파장에서 여기 스펙트럼을 나타내었고, 611 nm 파장에서 주발광 스펙트럼을 나타내었다. Eu doped Y₂O₃ nanoparticles were prepared with the solvothemal synthesis using ethylenediamine solvent at 200℃ for 1-5 h and then annealed in air at from 1,000℃ to 1,400 for 2 4 h. The X-ray diffraction pattern of the crystals annealed at 1,000℃ for 2 h could be indexed as pure cubic cell of Y₂O₃ with the lattice parameter a=10.6029 Å which is very close to the reported value (JCPDS Card File 41-1105, a=10.6041 Å). Average sizes of prepared phosphor particles had about 100 nm, size and spherical morphology. The phosphor panicle size decreased and the emission intensity increased as the annealing temperature increased. Through PL spectrum analysis, the 3% Eu doped Y_(2-x)O₃:Eu_(x)^(3+)(x=0.06) phosphor showed the excitation spectrum at 250 nm wavelength and the maximum emission spectrum appeared at 611nm wavelength.

      • 태권도 선수들의 영양지식, 식습관, 음식기호도 및 영양 섭취에 관한 연구

        This study surveyed and analyzed the nutritional knowledge, eating habits, food preferences and nutrition intakes, 48.5% of the athletes get nutrition information and most of them(61.1%) get such information from amateur, and they want to get information from a nutritionist or nutritioneipert. The lever of nutrition knowledge proved to be very low(the athletes on assessment test) and the athletes who have had access to nutrition information of players appeared to score slightly better than the others, 37.9% of the students tended to have breakfast in an irregular pattern. The athletes in choosing the most important mealtime element out of the choices of flavor of food. and athletes" eating habits as 45.7 of them answered that their parents are the mast important influence in developing their eating habits. The survey on food preference of the athletes discovered that most of the food. more than 80% of Taekwondo players liked very much. but the survey on preference of fish and vegetable category are low. When it comes to gender. noodles and instant noodles are significantly more(P<.05). An average male Taekwondo player had 1859kcal, 88 lof the recommended level. while the average female had 1788kcal, 85% of what is normally suggested. female athletes ate significantly more fat than males. however the average vitamin A intake of male athletes were substantially higher(P<.05). There was significant correlations between the level of athletes' basic nutrition knowledge and their Calcium (p<.01) and Vitamin B2 (p<.05)intake. In addition. the level of nutrition knowledge on calorie-providing foods was significantly correlated (p<.05) with Calcium. Kalium. and Vitamin C consumption respectively. Overall nutrition knowledge also had a significant correlation (p<.05) with Calcium intake.

        뇌졸중 노인을 돌보는 주간호제공자의 부담감과 예측요인 : 한방병원 입원 노인을 중심으로

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing burden in primary caregivers caring for an elderly person who has had a stroke. Method : A convenience sample of 124 primary caregivers of elderly people with a stroke admitted to an oriental medicine hospital participated in this study. Interviews were done with a standardized questionnaire including Caregiver Burden Scale (Chang, 1995). Result: Average burden score was 93.19, indicating a moderate to severe level of burden. Time-dependent burden had the highest score of the sub-domains. For general characteristics, the factors significantly influencing caregiver burden were gender and age of the elderly person, age and educational level of the caregiver, whether living together or not, and the presence of another caregiver. Multiple regression analyses demonstrated that level of ADL of the elderly person, relationship between the elderly person and the caregiver prior to the stroke, caregivers' relation to the elderly person and primary income were significant factors in explaining variance in overall burden. Conclusion : Recognition of high levels of caregiver burden and factors influencing burden will allow us to develop different nursing strategies to decrease caregiver burden in those caring for an elderly person with a stroke.

        서울시내 고등학교 위탁급식의 급식비와 투자비의 실태 및 위탁업체의 기대수준 비교 분석

        The purposes of this study were to a) find out the operational characteristics of the contract-managed highschool foodservice in Seoul, b) investigate the expected level of meal-price and facilities investment cost perceived by contract-managed highschool foodservice managers c) compare the present level and expected level of meal-price and facilities investment cost. From October 12 to November 13 in 2001, the questionnaires were mailed to 249 high schools which was managed by contract foodservice company with respondent rate 40.2%. Data were analyzed using SPSS Win(10.0) for descriptive analysis and one group paired t-test. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. The student enrollment of highschools run by contract-managed foodservice was 1,243 with 72.6% participation rate of school lunch program. The average meal-price was 2,138 won. The average annual period of school foodservice operation was 156.78 days per year. The average contracting period was about 3 years. 2. The average cost concerned in the facilities investment amounts 169,578,180 won at the initial investment and 25,204,092 won at the repairs and maintenance cost in the course of operation. 3. The present level of meal-price and facilities investment cost were respectively 2,136won/meal and 171,157,336.72 won. And expected level.of meal-price and amount of facilities investment cost were 2,418.75 won and 121,353,215.19 won. Comparing the present level with expected level of the meal-price and facilities investment cost, expected level of meal-price was significantly higher than the present level of meal-price(p<.001) and expected level of facilities investment cost was significantly lower than present level of facilities investment cost(p<.001).

      • 외부 긴장재에 의해 프리스트레스가 도입된 프리캐스트 콘크리트 상판의 극한하중

        프리캐스트 콘크리트 상판은 시공이 용이하기 때문에 교량 건설에 대한 적용이 늘고 있다. 프리캐스트 콘크리트 상판을 사용할 경우 횡방향 조인트에 인한 상판의 구조적 불연속 때문에 내부 긴장재를 이용하여 상판에 프리스트레스를 도입하기가 어렵다. 외부 긴장재를 사용할 경우 프리스트레스의 도입과 이후에 있을 상판의 보수 작업이 용이해 지기 때문에 외부 긴장재(external cable)를 이용하여 프리스트레스를 도입하는 방법이 실용적이다. 본 연구에서는 강재 거더에 정착을 시킨 외부 긴장재에 의해 프리스트레스가 도입된 세 개의 강합성교 시험체를 실험실에서 제작하여, 프리텐션과 포스트텐션의 두 가지 방법을 이용하여 시험체에 도입된 프리스트레스의 효과를 실험적으로 증명하였다. 외부 긴장재를 이용한 프리텐션과 포스트텐션의 효과를 하중 재하실험을 통하여 검증하였으며. 프리스트레스의 도입이 횡방향 조인트와 프리캐스트 상판의 극한강도에 미치는 영향도 검토하였다. Precast R.C. slabs are gaining an acceptance for the construction of bridge structures because of simplicity in their construction processes. One of the frequently encountered difficulties with precast slabs is an introducion of prestress. Deployment of internal tendons is not practical because of the existence of transverse joints between each precast slab. However, usage of the external tendons facilitates introduction of prestress on the precast slabs. Three steel-concrete composite bridge specimens, which are prestressed with the external cables, are constructed in the laboratory. Both pre-tension and post-tension methods are used to introduce prestress on the precast concrete slab. In this paper, prestressing methods using external cables are introduced and their effects in improving the ultimate loading capacity of the precast slabs and transverse joints are also reported.

      • 학교체육과 지역사회체육의 연계실태와 실천방안

        This study was formed the basis of propelling for being closely connecting between School PE(Physical Education) and Local Society Exercise for regarding the cooperation possibility depending on the actual situation. From this, it is helpful for evaluating the total understanding of the present condition form School PE and Local Society Exercise and grasping the realities concretely. To gain the above result, the subject of study is on 48 agencies among 50 agencies that include 30 elementary and middle schools, 15 government offices, 5 YMCA offices. After investigating the plan of providing physical activity program except result PE class and the connecting program with School PE and its activation, it comes to the conclusion below this. There is the period of possible time for propelling the cooperating model at School and Local Society PE which is special activity class after school, club activity class, discretional activity class and the vacation, weekends. And also there are many participating agencies that are school, local society, public sports center and community, the youth group, local autonomous entity PE post, prfessional physical association and community, city and countries Education Office and the sports-lover's group etc. So far, the connecting program is operated at 24 agencies which are 3 elementary school(30%), 5 middle school(50%), 4 high school(40%)m 7 government office(70%), 5 YMCA office(80%). As the reason of non-operating it, the first is the lack of the charger, spare time and considering teacher's advantage when time is arranged at the teacher and leader's part. The second is the falling behind facility and the lack of place and appliance for practicing. The third is the insufficient of connecting program at program part and increasingly number of students who are individual participating at the side of local society physical agency at school. The forth is the lack of finances for running at economy part and overpaying of using fee. The fifth is the lack of the activity time at the elementary school and putting first in importance the exam for university enterance at middle and high school. The sixth is the parents and principals and school committee have little understanding of the physical educating in common at recognition part. The seventh is the cooperating company's preparation is not enough and incomplete relation each other. Looking into the opinion for activating plan of connecting program which is classified into common contents, the result is presented the same reaction both of them that the professional leader arrangement is needed at teacher and leader's part. At the facility expansion and open program part is required for a various program. In the case of school at economy condition part, more cheaper than expenses for facilities is needed and also the renovation of the education system And at the recognition part, the positive attitude of school is needed. At the safety part, the solution of safety problem for responsibility is needed. At the administration part, the support for professional agency and the change of systemic role for connecting agency.

        Langerhans cell histiocytosis

        Langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH) appears to arise from Langerhans cell and comprises a spectrum of clinical disease previously described in the literature by a variety of eponyms including histiocytosis X, eosinophilic granuloma, Hand-Christian disease, and Letterer Siwe syndrome. This rare disorder occurs in all groups, predominently affecting children & young adults. LCH has a wide spectrum of clinical features. The differentiation of several forms of this disease is primarily a clinical and not a histologic one. The radiographic characteristics include the appearance of solitary "intraosseous" lesios, the multipicity of "alveolar bone" lesions, the bone lesions, periosteal new bone formation, and slight root resorption. Prognosis of a single bone lesion, is known to be excellent. In contrast, disseminated disease has seen associated with a chronic course, a high rate of morbidity and late consequences, and possible mortality. Treatment of LCH remains problematic. Treatment of multisystem disease, where organ function is being compromised has generally been with high-dose systemic corticosteroids or multiple chemotherapy.

        The CsSTE50 Adaptor Protein in Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Cascades Is Essential for Pepper Anthracnose Disease of Colletotrichum scovillei

        Anthracnose, caused by the ascomycete fungus Colletotrichum scovillei, is a destructive disease in pepper. The fungus germinates and develops an infection structure called an appressorium on the plant surface. Several signaling cascades, including cAMP-mediated signaling and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascades, are involved in fungal development and pathogenicity in plant pathogenic fungi, but this has not been well studied in the fruit-infecting fungus C. scovillei. Ste50 is an adaptor protein interacting with multiple upstream components to activate the MAPK cascades. Here, we characterized the CsSTE50 gene of C. scovillei, a homolog of Magnaporthe oryzae MST50 that functions in MAPK cascades, by gene knockout. The knockout mutant ΔCsste50 had pleiotropic phenotypes in development and pathogenicity. Compared with the wild-type, the mutants grew faster and produced more conidia on regular agar but were more sensitive to osmotic stress. On artificial and plant surfaces, the conidia of the mutant showed significantly reduced germination and failed to form appressoria. The mutant was completely non-pathogenic on pepper fruits with or without wounds, indicating that pre-penetration and invasive growth were both defective in the mutant. Our results show that the adaptor protein CsSTE50 plays a role in vegetative growth, conidiation, germination, appressorium formation, and pathogenicity in C. scovillei.
