      • Kim,Seong-soo : Possiblity of Low Salting Process in Gae-Woo Jeot(Salted and Fermented Gastrophoda) and Changes in Fatty Acid Composition during Fermntation 低鹽化 可能性 檢討 및 熱成중 脂肪酸 組成의 變化

        To establish the way of processing of Gae-Woo jeot which used abalone intestine that has not been systematically used compare to its characteristic taste and fame as main ingredient and to develop as a local tourist good, the change of constituents the quality of salted fish products suring Gae-Woo jeot fermentation were examined. The results are as follows. 1. In the organoleptic test, Gae-Woo jeot which fermented through 65 days were dominant and the group of 105 salkt concentration were better than that of 20%. It was the best of 10% salted products to add small abalone. Both law salted(10%) and high salted (20%) Gae-Woo jeot were similar in general constityents, nutrients and texture. 2. Compositions of highly unsaturated acid were farely high to 45.6% and 46.1% in small abalone added froup and top sheel added group respectively. during 3 months fermentation low decreasing rate of 3~4% was shown. EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid) was approximately 7~8% and DHA(docosahexaenoic acid) was extremely low to be less than 0.3%. 3. In the changes General composition and pH, pH was within range of 4~5.5, 9~12% in protein, 3~5% in total sugar, 0.5~1% in lipid and approximately 1% in ash. 4. Gae-Woo jeot can be made with 10% low salting method, and 10% group gets all the better for taste, small abalone adding is recommended. 5. When low salt fermented fish of 10% is processed, it is highly recommended to put sorbitol, ethyl alcohol, lactic acid or other humectant for better taste and longer storage and good quality food additives must be developed for tourist and presently applied mil ordering transportation must be sought.

      • 트레드밀 운동시 흡기근 테이핑이 폐활량에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 트레드밀 운동과 키네시오 테이핑의 효과에 따른 폐활량의 변화를 알아보기 위해 26명의 비흡연자가 참가하였으며 키네시오 테이핑을 적용하지 않은 그룹과 키네시오 테이핑을 적용한 두 그룹으로 무작위로 배정하고 각 군들을 주 3회 6주간의 트레드밀 훈련을 실시하였다. 실험 전과 후, 스파이로미터를 사용하여 키네시오 테이핑의 적용 따른 폐활량 변화 효과를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 키네시오 테이핑을 적용 그룹에서 적용하지 않은 그룹에 비해 FVC, FEV1에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 건강한 성인에서 키네시오 테이핑을 적용한 경우 키네시오 테이핑을 적용하지 않고 트레드밀 운동을 한 경우보다 폐활량의 향상에 효과적이라고 생각되어진다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the variation of vital capacity(VC) according to the effects of kinesio taping with treadmill exercise. Twenty-six non-smokers were participated in this research and these subjects were randomly assigned into two groups. To measure the VC variation effects of kinesio taping, spirometer was used. The collected data were analyzed statistically by using a paired Mauchly test and repeated measure ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; A group: treadmill with kinesio taping B group: treadmill without kinesio taping. Between A and B, there were significant differences. In the case of A group, there was 11.66% increase of VC, during 3 weeks experiment(p<.01). In the case of B group, there were significant differences, 3.35% increase of VC, during 3 weeks taping intervention(p<.01). After 6 weeks experiment, the improvement of VC shown a significant difference with intergroup (p<.05). From this result, it was revealed that treadmill exercise with kinesio taping was effective to improve VC to healthy adult than treadmill exercise without kinesio taping.

        The research on the efficacy of rare ginsenosides in comparison to that of major ginsenosides has not been performed systematìcally and is insufficient, Therefore, with based on the literature survey, the efficacy of the rare ginsenosides, such as Rg6, Rg4, Rk3, and Rh4, is reviewed, and the direction for further research is presented. Sìnce ginsenosides Rg6, Rg4, Rk3, and Rh4 show very diverse and strong activities in various disease models, such as antioxidant activity, anticancer activity, immunity enhancing activity, antì-microbial activity, etc., it can be strong potential candidates as new materials derived from natural materials for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics. and food industry. However, most research is limited to the in-vitro efficacy. Therefore, to systematically investigate the in-vivo effìcacy of individual ginsenosides is required for the application of the ingredients. To do that, it is essential to establish standardized mass production and iso-lation method for individual rare ginsenosides

      • 관엽식물의 잎모양, 크기, 수형에 따른 시각적 인식이 뇌파변화 및 이미지 평가에 미치는 영향

        실내 환경내에서 관엽식물의 보다 효과적인 이용과 시각, 심리환경 스트레스 경감을 목적으로 관엽식물의 형태적 특성이 인간의 정신생리와 심리에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 잎모양이 다른 아로우카리아(Araucaria excelsa)와 벤자민고무나무(Ficus benjamina), 잎크기가 다른 네프로네피스(Nephrolephis exaltata)와 스킨답서스(Scindapsus aureas), 그리고 수형이 다른 관음죽(Rhapis humilis)과 아레카야자(Chrysalidocarpus lutescens)를 선정하여 각 식물당 남녀 24명 총 72명을 대상으로 뇌파(Computerized EEG)검사, 혈압, 맥박, 시각이미지 평가를 시행하였다. 각 식물에 따른 뇌파를 비교한 결과 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않아 관엽식물의 관상에서 잎의 모양, 크기 및 수형이 있는 상태에서 모두 유의한 감소를 보여 스트레스 감소 효과와 안정 효과를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 각 식물간에는 유의한 차이는 없었다. 이러한 사실은 기존 연구에서 보여준 결과인 식물의 녹색에 대한 정신생리적 반응과 녹(綠)면적에 의한 뇌파변화는 인정되었지만 식물종류에 따른 반응은 중요하게 작용하지 않는 것으로 보여진다. 관엽식물에 대한 이미지는 평가는 4개의 요인 심미성, 청량감, 안정성, 질감성 인자로 구성되었다. 각 인자에 대한 식물종류간에 차이를 조사한 결과 서로 다른 특성을 보였으나 4인자인 질감성 차원에서는 차이가 없었다 이는 의식적으로 인식되는 시각적 이미지 평가요소에서 제 1인자인 심미성과 제 2인자인 청량성이 더 중요하게 작용되는 것으로 판단되었다. 앞으로 보다 명확한 효과를 검정하기 위해 녹시율(綠視率)과 여러 식물 종류를 조합한 좀 더 세밀한 비교와 함께 시간흐름에 따른 뇌파비교를 동시에 조사 분석하는 것이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

        In this study, the sound absorption characteristics of foam aluminum which is an environment-friendly materials for buildings is elucidated and the effect of sound absorption coefficient is measured by applying to the existing gymnasium. This experiment reports that the sound absorption coefficients by various sealing are similar and in measuring the coefficient by thickness, it results in the best efficiency at the thickness 21mm of foam aluminum and mounting depth 50mm. In the simulation of room acoustics, the reverberation time of the existing gymnasium is decreased by about 0.6sec, and the definition(D50) is improved by about 10%

      • 위종양의 점액형에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        To investigate the relationship between mucin phenotypes and prognostic factors in gastric adenocarcinoma, immunohistochemical stainings against antibodies(Muc 5AC, Muc-6, Muc-2, CD10, HMG 45M1, and p53 were performed in 104 cases of adenocarcinomas of the stomach. The most frequently expressed mucin phenotype is mixed mucin phenotype, followed by gastric mucin phenotype and intestinal mucin phenotype. In terms of invasiveness and lymph node metastasis, gastric adenocarcinoma with mixed mucin phenotype seems to be more aggressive than those with gastric and intestinal mucin phenotypes. There is no significant difference in expression of p53 protein among three mucin phenotypes. These results suggest that mixed mucin phenotype is the most frequently expressed mucin phenotype in gastric adenocarcinomas and seems to be associated with aggressiveness.

      • 新梢頂端培養에 의한 대추나무(Zizyphus jujuba Miller)의 callus로부터 植物體 再分化

        Organogenesis from callus induced from shoot tip in vitro cultured was examined with using different strength of MS medium containing various concentration of different plant growth regulators alone and its combination in jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Miller). Callus induction was favorable in the treatment of concentration of 2,4-D 1.0, 0.3mg/1 adding on MS medium. Favorable shoot proliferation from callus subcultured on medium for shooting appeared in the treatment of 0.5mg/1 BAP alone adding on 1/2 MS medium. For rooting induction 1/2 MS medium supplemented with the combination of 0.5 or 1.5mg/1 IBA and 0.1, 1.0mg/1 BAP was most effective but 1/2 MS medium containing IBA alone had little effect.       • 패류의 동결에 관한 연구 : 1. 소라의 동결

        To obtain the basic data for utilizing topshell, the changes of quality as pH, drip, free water content, water holding capacity, texture and color difference in shelled and frozen products during storage was studied. It was noticed that the pH of all frozen products (-10℃ and -35℃) were not changed markedly. Thaw exudate(drip) and free water content were increased as the storing period prolonged. The content of thaw exudate was risen slightly while free water content for all frozen products was increased notably marked 2.5 times in comparison with raw ones after 3 months storage. The water holding capacity for all frozen products were fell down steadily, it showed down 10% level at final stage of storage on the base of raw materials. It was revealed that the hardness and toughness were leveled up until the time of 2 months storage and then decreased moderately. There was not a significant change in elasticities and the degree of cohesiveness droped for all frozen storing periods. The color differences, expressed as L value mere reduced, the values of a and b were not changed markedly while the values of ΔE was increased as the frozen peried was extended.
