      • 미지 재래찰벼의 품종 특성 분석

        식물의 형태적 분석을 통하여 미지 재래찰벼의 일반적인 품종특성을 알아보고자 연구되었다. 본 실험에서 “재래찰(Jaeraechal)”로 명명된 미지 재래찰벼와 일반메벼인 동진, 찰벼인 신선찰벼를 포함한 3품종을 비교실험에 사용하였다. 미지 재래찰벼는 동진벼와 신선찰벼에 비하여 발아율, 초기생장(최아), 벼 키와 이삭당 낟알수가 우수한 반면에 등숙비율, 종자의 장폭비, 천립중은 좋지 못했다. 광화학적 양자수율인 Fv/Fm는 세 품종간의 뚜렷한 차이가 없었다. This study was carried out to investigate common characteristics of unknown-native glutinous rice by analyzing plant architectures. Three rice cultivars, Dongjinbybeo which is non-glutinous rice, Sinsunchalbyeo which is glutinous rice, and unknown-native glutinous rice named as 'Jaeraechal' for this experiment were used to clarify some rice characteristics. Plant characteristics of unknown-Jaeraechalbyeo were superior to the others, Donjinybeo and Sinsunchalbyeo in germination rate, radicle growth, plant height and grain number per panicle, but they were inferior to the these in ripened grain ratio, seed length to width ratio and 1000-grain weight. Photochemical quantum yield, Fv/Fm, was entirely not different among Jaeraechabyeo, Donginbyeo and Sinsunchalbyeo at maturity.

        The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of heat transfer or heat exchange under the vacuum pressure. The general heat transfer or heat exchange can be changed with the experimental environment. In this report, the exothermic calorie and endothermic calorie were measured under the vacuum chamber. These two kinds of calories show the evaporative and condensing sides, respectively, and these calories were measured by using the parameter with flow rate.

        Recently, the temporary facility site-layout planning in high-rise building construction, was made by expert's experience and intuition and controlled by mistake of enforcement. It was caused of exceed cost and delayed schedule. And the knowledge and information that was gained from performances temporary facility site-layout planning was not practical used to next planning, that is why similar problems were occurred in the project of similar condition. The purpose of this study is development of knowledge-based database for supporting of decision making in temporary facility site-layout process. Therefore, in this study, the process and influence factors for temporary facility site-layout were analyzed. And the method of knowledge making and accumulation were proposed by application of the three-dimension matrix concept.

      • 고창·장성지역 삼림식생에 대한 식물사회학적 연구

        The Forest vegetation on the Koch'ang, Changsoˇng area was analyzed on the basis of the phytosciological data, And depending on physiognomy, actual vegetation map was drawn in 1:25,000 scale. the surveyed area was classified into 11 plant communities of Pinus densiflora community, Quercus variabilis community, Quercus mongolica community, Quercus serrata community, Quercus dentata community, Quercus acutissima community, Carpinus coreana community, Pinus thunbergii community, Pinus rigida afforestation, Cryptomeria japonica afforestation and Chamaecyparis obtusa afforestation. Afforestation of Pinus rigida, Cryptomeria japonica and Chamaecyparis obtusa showed poor vegetaton profile due to human Interferences. Apparently, P. densiflora community and mixed vegetation of Q. sp., as mainly Q. variabilis were dominated in study area.

        주정 중독 흰쥐에서 총담관 결찰이 혈청 및 간의 α-D-및 β-D-Glucosidase 활성에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 간담도 질환시 음주의 해로움에 대한 생화학적 배경의 일단을 밝히고자 시행한 실험으로서 급성 및 만성 주정 중독을 시킨 흰쥐에게 총담관결찰로 담즙울체를 야기시켜 혈청과 간의 α-D-glucosidase와 β-D-glucosidase의 활성도를 측정한 것이다. 쥐간의 lysosomal α-D-glucosidase 활성도는 총담관만 결찰한 군보다 만성 주정 중독 후 총담관을 결찰한 군이 총담관 결찰 후 7일부터 14일까지 덜 현저한 증가를 나타내었다. 총담관을 결찰한 군과 만성 주정 중독 후 총담관을 결찰한 군에서 간의 lysosomal acid β-D-glucosidase 및 cytosolic broad specificity β-D-glucosidase 활성도를 비교했을 때는 양군간에 별 차이가 없었다. 총담관을 결찰하고 14일 경과한 군과 총담관 결찰 14일 후 급성 주정 중독을 시킨 군에서 간의 lysosomal α-D-glucosidase, lysosomal acid β-D-glucosidase 및 cytosolic broad specificity β-D-glucosidase의 활성도를 비교했을 때는 양군간에 별 차이가 없었다. 쥐 혈청의 lysosomal α-D-glucosidase와 broad specificity β-D-glucosidase 활성도를 총담관을 결찰한 군과 만성 주정 중독 후 총담관을 결찰한 군을 비교했을 때는 만성 주정 중독 후 총담관을 결찰한 군이 총담관만 결찰한 군보다 더 현저한 증가를 나타내었다. 그러나 총담관을 결찰하고 14일 경과한 군과 총담관 결찰 후 급성 주정 중독을 시킨 군에서 혈청의 이들 효소의 활성도를 비교했을 때는 broad specificity β-D-glucosidase만 총담관 결찰 후 14일 경과한 군보다 총담관결찰 14일 후 급성 주정 중독을 시킨 군이 그 활성도가 더 높았다. 이들 성적 중에서 혈청의 lysosomal α-D-glucosidase와 broad specificity β -D-glucosidase의 활성도가 총담관만 결찰했을 때 보다 만성 주정 중독 후 총담관을 결찰했을 때 더 증가되고 아울러 혈청의 broad specificity β-D-glucosidase 활성도가 총담관 결찰 14일 후 급성 주정 중독을 시켰을 때는 총담관만 결찰한 후 14일 경과했을 때보다 그 활성도가 높은 것은 만성 주정 중독 및 급성 주정 중독시 담즙울체가 야기되면 담즙울체만 있을 때보다 간손상이 증폭된다는 것을 나타낸 결과라 생각되며 이성적은 간손상의 증폭으로 간에서 이들 효소의 누출일 증가된 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 성적은 담즙울체로 간손상이 있을 때는 음주를 해서는 안된다는 것을 뒷받침하는 자료라 하겠다. The activities of the liver and serum α-D and β-D-glucosidase were studied for cholestasis induced by common bile duct ligation and chronic ethanol intoxication developed, or cholestasis after acute ethanol intoxication for manifestation of the biochemical background of alcohol intoxication in hepatobiliary disease. The groups that received common bile duct(CBD) ligation after being chronically intoxicated with ethanol showed a marked increase at the 7th and 14th day after the ligation in the liver lysosomal α-D-glucosidase activities. However, the activities showd a lower degree than groups of the CBD lgation. The groups that received CBD ligation after being chronically intoxicated with ethanol showed a slight increase after the ligation in the liver lysosomal acid β-D-glucosidase and cytosolic broad specificity β-D-glucosidase activities, and the same was seen in the groups of the CBD ligation. At the 1.5th and 24th hours after the acute intoxication with ethanol which was done after 14 days of the CBD ligation, the rats showed a considerable increase in the liver lysosomal α-D-glucosidase, lysosomal acid β-D-glucosidase and cytosolic broad speciticity β-D-glucosidase activities, and the same was seen in the group sacrificed on the 14th day after the CBD ligation. The groups that received CBD ligation after being chronically intoxicated with ethanol showed a marked increase after the ligation in the serum lysosomal α-D-glucosidase and broad specificity β-D-glucosidase activities. However, the activities showed a far higher degree than groups of the CBD ligation. For the groups of acute intoxication with ethanol done after 14 days of the CBD ligation, the serum broad specificity β-D-glucosidase activities increased markadly, but the activities showed a higher degree than the group with the 14th day after the CBD ligation. In summary, especially, when the acute and chronic ethanol intoxication with cholestasis occurred, the serum lysosomal α-D-glucosidase and broad specificity β-D-glucosidase are higher than in cholestasis because of increased liver cell damage, which causes the enzyme to leak into the blood in great quantity. Accordingly, these results will be the data supporting the alcoholic drink is enzymologically harmful in hepatobiliary disease.

        The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Semen Cuscutae on phenylephrine(PE) and KCI induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducer under 1.5 g loading tension. Contraction evoked by PE (ED_(50)) was relaxed significantly by Semen Cuscutae. The mean percent relaxing of PE induced contraction was 60.6% (p<0.01) after 300 ㎕/㎖ Semen Cuscutae, but the mean percent contraction of KCI induced contraction was 10.4% (p<0.05) after 300 ㎕/㎖ Semen Cuscutae. Vasorelaxation by Semen Cuscutae was significantly reduced after with and without endothelial cells. Pretreatment of aortic rings with L-NAME (100 μM), a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, indomethacin (3 μM), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase, methylene blue (10 μM), guanylyl cyclase inhibitor, propranolol (1 μM), a β-adrenoceptor antagonist, atropine (1 μM), a muscarinic receptor antagonist and diltiazem (10 μM), a Ca^(2+)-channel blocker was recovered the effect aorta. These results indicate that Semen Cuscutae can relax EP induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta and that this increasing contraction related to epithelium and various effect.

        두부 외상 환자의 고혈당과 예후와의 상관관계

        Severe head injury is associated with a stress response that includes hyperglycemia, which has been shown to worse outcome during cerebral ischemia. To better define the relationship between head injury and hyperglycemia, admission glucose level were analyzed in 150 head injured patients from January 1995 to December 1995. Our retrospective study demonstrated a higher glucose level in patients with low Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) score, especially at 3-5 GCS score, compared to those with high GCS scores. Also a higher glucose level was noted in patients with vegetative state and dead than in those with good recovery and moderate disability. Hyperglycemia(serum glucose level≥200mg%) was associated with decreased level of consciousness and a poor outcome. We conclude that admission hyperglycemia is a significant indicator of severity of injury(p<0.001), but not significant predictor outcome from head injury. After controlling for the influence of the GCS score, glucose levels do not have an independent effect on outcome.

        This study was carried out photolysis of Trace Volitile Organic Pollutants(BTEX) in the water. The experiment results were summarized as follows : 1. Benzene of removal efficiency were revealed 90% on illumination time of 20minute for bezene concentration range 0.01ppm-0.06ppm by 450W medium pressure mecury lamp of photon energy photolysis reaction, and were revealed 93% phomoxidaton on illumination time 30minute in 0.lppm of reactant benzene. Toluene of removal efficiency were revealed each 97.7%, 98.3%. 97.7%, 87.396 on illumination time of 20minute for toluene each of concentration 0.0lppm, 0.03ppm, 0.06ppm. 0.1ppm by 450W low pressure mecury lamp of photon energy photolysis reaction, and reactant toluene was disappeared on illumination time 30minute. 2. Ethylbenzene of removal efficiency get the better photolysis on the treatment contrast ethylbenzene with benzene and photolysis removal efficiency was above 90% in ethylbenzene concentration range 0.0lppm-0.lppm on illumination time l0minute. 3. Photolysis removal efficiency of m, p-Xylene were researched better result 93% on the about l0minute of illumination time m, p-Xylene concentration range 0.01ppm-0.06ppm, removal efficiency was 97% in higher concentration of 0.2ppm and illumination time 20minute. 4. Photolysis removal efficiency of o-Xylene were researched better result 95% on the about l0minute of illumination time m, p-Xylene concentration range 0.0lppm-0.lppm, and reactant o-Xylene was disappeared on illumination time about 20minute by 450W m d u m pressure mecury lamp.

        저항을 이용한 프로판-공기 혼합가스의 점화한계 개선에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 IEC형 불꽃점화 시험장치를 이용하여 저압 유도회로의 최소 점화한계를 프로판-공기 5.25 Vol.%의 혼합 가스에 대하여 실험적으로 구하였으며, 또한 유도회로의 인덕턴스 L에 안전소자로서 저항을 병렬접속하였을 경우 프로판-공기 5.25 Vol.%의 혼합 가스에 대한 점화한계 개선효과를 관찰하였다. 그 결과, 최소 점화한계는 전류의 크기에 따라 좌우되었다 또한, 전원으로부터 공급되는 에너지는 인덕턴스에 우선 축적되고. 그 초과분의 에너지가 폭발성 가스의 점화원으로 작용하였다. 점화한계 개선효과는 인덕턴스가 300 mH일 때, 최고 330%의 개선효과가 나타났으며 인덕턴스가 클수록 점화한계 개선효과가 크게 나타났다. 또한 병렬로 접속한 저항의 크기가 적을수록 점화한계 개선 효과가 크다. 본 연구결과는 본질안전 방폭형 전기기기의 연구개발을 위한 기본자료로 활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이들 기기의 방폭성능에 대한 시험자료로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. This paper describes the minimum ignition limits for propane-air 5.25 Vol.% mixture gases in low voltage inductive circiuts. The improved effects on the ignition limit are studied by parallel safety components(resistors) for propane-air 5.25 Vol.% mixture gas in low voltage inductive circuits. The experimental devices used in this test are the IEC type spark ignition test apparatus. The minimum ignition limits are controlled by the values of current in inductive circuit. Energy supplied from elect source is first accumulated at the inductance, it's extra energy is working as ignition source of the explosive gas. The improved effects on the ignition limit are respectively obtained as the maximum rising rate of 330% by composing parallel circuits between inductance and resistor as compared with disconnecting inductance with the safety components. The more values of inductance increase the higher improved effects of ignition limit rise. The less values of resistor the higher improved effects of ignition limit rise. It is considered that the result can be used for not only data for researches and development of intrinsically safe explosion-proof machines which are applied equipment and detectors used in dangerous areas but also for datum for its equipment tests.

      • 자궁경부종양에서 Cathepsin-D 표현의 의의

        Various clinical and histopathologic characteristics are currently used to obtain prognostic information about cervical carcinoma, but they do not predict the outcome for any individual patients. Thus, there is a need to identify additional tumor characteristics that are able to predict more accurately the outcome for an individual patient with cervical cancer. In this study, we explored the relationship between cathepsin-D expression and progression of the cervical neoplasia, the correlation between response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy and cathepsin-D expression, and we investigated if tumor cell cathepsin-D expression could serve as a prognostic factor in cervical carcinoma. Tumor tissues were obtained from 14 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 52 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix. Cathepsin-S expression was identified by immunohistochemical methods using monoclonal antibody cathepsin-D (BioGene). Positive cathepsin-D immunoreaction in greater than 30% of carcinoma cells was scored as high expression. High cathepsin-D expression was seen in 15 of 52 invasive cancer but was absent in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. It was shown that cathepsin-D expression was independent of the rumor grade, tumor size, lymph node involvement, depth of invasion, parametrial invasion, and response to chemotherapy. In disease free survival analysis by log-rank test, cathepsin-D expression was not significantly associated with survival. These results show that cathepsin-D expression is not a clinically useful adjunct to assessment of prognosis in invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix.
