      • 뽕나무 接木에 있어서 台木의 크기가 활착에 미치는 影響

        뽕나무 採木에 있어서 台木의 크기에 따라 活着의 效果를 究明하기 위해 慶南地方의 奬勵品種인 水原桑四號, 一之瀨, 改良鼠返 三品種에 實驗한 結果 台木의 大中, 小의 活着率은 1. 中(7∼11㎜)이 가장 높았다. 2. 品種間의 活着率은 水原桑四號가 가장 높았다. This experinent was carried out to clear the effective size of a stock in grafting of mulberry tree. Suwonsang No.4, Gairyang-seoban, Ilchiroe, recommended varieties in Kyung-nam province, were used in this experiment. The results obtained in this experiment were as follows: 1. Medium stocks(7∼10㎜) showed the highest grafting ratio. 2. Suwonsang Mo.4 was the most effective variety in a grafting among mulberry varieties.

      • 大豆 多收穫에 關한 硏究 : 第Ⅴ報 移植 및 摘心 試驗 Ⅴ : Effect of transplanting and pinching on Soybean yield

        本 試驗은 大豆 多收穫재배의 一環으로 직파제배, 移植새배, 摘芯재배를 單作, 麥後作으로 實施하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1) 莖長은 직파재배구가 가장 길었고 이식구, 이식摘芯구 順으로 짧았으며 莖長은 이식 摘芯區가 가장 굵고 이식구, 직파구 順으로 가늘어 졌으며 이들이 倒伏을 招來하는 原因이 되었다. 2) 주경절수, 分枝數는 이식구가 가장 많았고 직파구 이식摘芯구 順으로 적었는제 이식摘芯구는 人爲的 摘芯에 기인된 덕이며 總分枝長은 處理中 가장 길었다. 3) 株當협수는 收量과의 高度의 상관(r=0.979)을 나타냈으며 이식摘芯구가 가장 많고 이식구, 적파구 順으로 적었다. 4) 收量은 주구간에는 有意差가 認定되지 않았으나 세구간에 있어서는 高度의 有意差가 認定되었으며 麥後作의 직파구에 比해 單作의 경우 이식구는 23%, 이식摘芯區는 32% 보였으며, 麥後作에 있어서는 이식구 29%, 이식摘芯區 43%의 增收效果를 가져왔다. This expermenit was carried out to increase the high yie1d of soybean comparison of cultures in direct sowing, transplanting and transplainting pinching system in case of single cropping culture and fo11owing barley culture, and the results are as foIlows, 1. Stem lengrh showed direct sowing culture was first. transplanting culture was second and transplanting-pinching culture and thickness of stem diameter was first on the transplanting-pinching, second on the transp1anting and third on the direct sowing, and the latter was suggested to be the cause of lodging. 2. Number of nodes of mainstem and number of branches per plant showed the transplanting was first, the direct sowimg was second and third the transplanting-pinching culture The reason why the number of nodes of mainstem and number of branches per plant were decreased in the transplanting-pinching culture caused from artificial pinch and totaI length of branches per plant in this culture was longer than any other cu1ture. 3. There were highly significant positive correlation (0.979) between number of pods per plant and yie1d, and number of pods per plant showed me transplanting-pinching culture was first, the transplantig culture was second and third the direct sowing cu1ture. 4 The yield showed no significant difference between single cropping and following barley culture, but high1y significant differecne were obtained among the direct sowing culture, the transplantng culture and the transplanting-pinching culture. The soybean yield was increased 23% in the transplantig culture and 32% in the transplanting-pinching culture of single cropping, and 29% m transplanting cu1ture and 43% in transp1anting-pinching culture of following barley compared to the direct sowing culture of following barley

        Increasing Business Service Interoperation through the WSDL Extension

        To support business services interoperation, the BSD (Business Service Document), which is an extension of the Web Service Description Language (WSDL) the web service specification of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) was designed. The WSDL presents comprehensive standards for the interoperability of software components and W3C delegates extensions of WSDL to the users for their own purposes and objectives. In this article, BSD Creator, which can generate well-formed and valid BSDs, was designed and implemented. Also, the BSD Operation Pilot System where service providers can publish BSD specification documents and service users can search for services, was implemented and presented. BSD Creator and the BSD Operation Pilot System, which are the outcomes of this study, were assessed for their quality and usefulness using ISO/IEC 9126. The outcomes of this paper will be the basis on which industry groups can construct a Business Services Interoperation System, and are expected to contribute to the revitalization of business service interoperation.       • 生長調節劑가 大豆의 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        本 硏究는 晋州産業大學校 田作 實習圃場에서 1994年 6月부터 10月까지 새알콩을 供試品種으로 하여 ethrel 1000ppm, NAA 20ppm, BA 100ppm액의 生長調節劑를 本葉 第8葉期, 開花始, 開花盛期의 處理時期를 달리하여 生育 및 收量을 調査하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1) 莖長은 無處理區에 비하여 本葉 第8葉期때 ethrel 處理區가 12cm의 가장 큰 短縮效果를 보였다. 2) 分枝數와 株莖節數는 處理效果를 볼 수 없었다. 3) 100粒重은 開花始 BA處理區가 24.2g으로 가장 무거웠다. 4) 結莖數는 開花始에 BA處理區에서 增加效果가 컸으며 ethrel이 다음으로 莢數가 많았다. 5) 種實重은 開花始에 處理한 區에서 增收效果가 가장 높게 나타내었으며 BA, ethrel, NAA 순으로 增收되었다. 6) 本 試驗에서 大豆收量 增大를 위해서는 開花始에 BA 100ppm를 葉面撤布 하는 것이 效果的으로 나타났으나 보다 效果的인 藥劑를 究明하기 위하여는 材料를 多樣하게 하여 2-3回에 걸친 年次試驗이 必要할 것으로 思料됨. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the growth regulating chemicals upon the growth and yield of soybean. The test variety was Seayal been, the growth regulating chemicals used for this test were Ethrel 1,00ppm, NAA 20ppm and BA 100ppm the treatment times were V8, the flowering stage and the ripening period. The test period was from June to October in 1994. The results obtained are as follows: Compared with the control plot, the plot chemical-treated at V8 showed the greatest shortening of stem length(12cm), numbers of branches and knots did not show any difference between the experimental plots and the control plot. 100 gain weight was heaviest in the plot treated with BA at the time of flowering(24.2g). The number of pods showed the greatest increase in the plot treated with BA at the time of R1, the Ethrel-treated plot showed the next greatest increase. The increase of 10a yield was largest in the plot treated at R1, and it was large in the order of BA, Ethrel and NAA. In conclusion, the most effective method of increasing the soybean yield will be the foliar application of BA 100ppm at the stage of flowering. To find out a more effective way, a multi-year test with more various kinds of chemicals is recommended.

        누리장나무 꽃의 배당체 성분

        Four phenylpropanoid glycosides and a monoterpene glycoside were isolated from the flower of Clerodendrum trichotomum. Structures of the isolated compounds were identified as acteoside (1), martynoside (2), leucosceptoside A (3), isoacteoside (4) and neohancoside A (5) by spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 1-4 were isolated from the flower of C. trichotomum for the first time. Compound 5 was first obtained from genus Clerodendrum as well as family Verbenaceae. The antioxidant activity of compounds 1-5 were evaluated by the DPPH free radical scavenging assay. Compounds 1-4 exhibited strong antioxidant activity.
