      • Transcriptional activation of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α by HDAC4 and HDAC5 involves differential recruitment of p300 and FIH-1

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>The interplay between hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and histone deacetylase (HDACs) have been well studied; however, the mechanism of cross-talk is unclear. Here, we investigated the roles of HDAC4 and HDAC5 in the regulation of HIF-1α function and its associated mechanisms. HDAC4 and HDAC5 enhanced transactivation by HIF-1α without stabilizing HIF-1α. HDAC4 and HDAC5 physically associated with HIF-1α through the inhibitory domain (ID) that is the binding site for factor inhibiting HIF-1 (FIH-1). In the presence of these HDACs, binding of HIF-1α to FIH-1 decreased, whereas binding to p300 increased. There have existed communication problems between males and females because they have different communication styles. They also have different gender culture. It is important to accept differences between males and females in communication to avoid communication problems. Humanistic education comes from humanistic psychology which emphasizes the inner nature of person. Humanistic approach is learner-centered since learners' feelings and emotions are considered important. In the humanistic classroom, students like to work in pairs and groups to share their experiences and memories in a very comfortable atmosphere. In this paper, I researched the effects of humanistic education and how teachers can use various activities to motivate shy Korean students. It is highly recommended to use this method in the EFL classroom. (Howon University)

Therefore, this study investigate to survey the present and problems of professional dance education in art high-school to suggest the developing direction of professional dance education of art high-school days in the future. In the followi0ngs, this researcher is to make some kinds of suggestions about the points at issues of professional dance education and the perceived purposes of dance teacher and about its desirable development direction. 1) Because do not act underpart of dancing education properly early stage for positivity that is full text art in education of audience putting first connected with dancing of present art high school, is going to need correct R&D in full text course of study. 2) When get into the college in art high school according to the importance of early education, dancing competent person upbringing that refer in target of full text dancing education, must accomplish link so that can prosper more own major field of study. 3) Independence of dancing subject may have to consist quick on research and development about dancing teacher and student's interaction and development urea of dancing education. Most of human progress through ceaseless change of life as develop education to develop repeatedly brilliant development through ceaseless research analysis accomplish. As propel research that student affairs section teacher is intention enemy the future for phase of new dancing education escaping in existent idea as well as full text dancing and propose must try, take the place of conclusion.

      • 정신과 폐쇄 병동 환경 평가에 영향을 미치는 임상변인 : 치료의 질적 향성을 위한 예비적 연구 The Preliminary Study for Promoting the Quality of Psychiatric Inpatient Treatment

        Purpose: IS prelminary study was designed to assess the clinical variables influencing on the ward atmosphere in psychiatric closed ward and to promote the quality of psychiatric inpatient treatment. Method: 41 psychiatric inpatients were selected in Chung-ju hospital, Konkuk university. Ward Atmosphere Scale(W AS) was used to evaluate patients' perception of ward milieu. WAS score were compared among subgroups with respect to the clinical variables such as duration of admission, frequency of admission, and diagnosis. Results: Significantly, patients who have hospitalized for 1 month to 2 months reported lower score of WAS and patients who have hospitalized for longer than 2 months reported higher score of WAS. The relationship between educated levels and WAS score was not significant. First admitted patients reported significantly lower score of WAS. Bipolar patients reported significantly higher score of WAS and alcohol related patients reported significantly lower score of WAS. Conclusion: The 1st admitted patients, patients with alcohol problem and educated patients were had less satisfied with psychiatric closed ward. Thus, by considering these factors, more specified therapeutic approach and plan should be conducted.

      • 충남 일부지역 초등학생의 인두에 분포하는 세균 실태조사

        The distributed species and the kinds of variable microorganism in Pharynx were monitored to the elementary school child. Our purpose was to investigate the distribution of bacteria in Pharynx of child except for adults. Analysis performed the collected sample from 15 students in Chungnam area for 2 days from July 30 to July 31 in 2012. The isolated bacteria were identified by Gram stain and biochemical test using VITEKⅡsystems. The experiment on microorganism concentration of contact parts carried out and the average of total microorganism was measured. The elementary child's Pharynx were isolated and identified. The isolation rates were major distributied to Gram positive cocci, another Gram negative bacilli and Gram positive bacilli. respectively. The frequently isolated bacteria were G. adiacens. The Granulicatella adiacens is one of the fastidious Gram positive cocci previously described as nutritionally variant streptococci due to their requirement of L-cysteine, pyridoxal, or thiol compounds for growth. These bacteria have been identified as significant causative agents of endocarditis, opthalmic infections, and meningitis. Further systematic studies are necessary with an emphasis on species identification. Key Words : Microorganism, Elementary child, Pharynx and Larynx

      • 위장관의 원발성 B 세포 악성 림프종의 재분류와 bcl-2, cyclin D1, bcl-6 및 p53 발현의 의미

        Background and Objectives : In recent years, the REAL (Revised European American Lymphoma) classification provided a new category of MALT (mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue) lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma in B cell lymphomas. We have analyzed the expression of bcl-2, cyclin D1, bcl-6 and p53 and correlated with the subtypes and histologic grade of primary gastrointestinal B cell lymphoma. Also we investigated the usefulness of immunophenotypic features in diagnosis of low grade B cell lymphoma. Materials and Methods : Twenty-two cases of primary gastrointestinal B cell lymphoma were recategorized in low grade MALT lymphoma, low/high grade MALT lymphoma, high grade MALT lymphoma, and diffuse large cell lymphoma according to the morphological findings. We investigated the expression of bcl-2, cyclin D1, bcl-6 and p53 by immunohistochemical method. Results : The bcl-2 protein expression was higher in the low grade MALT lymphoma than in the high grade lymphoma. The cyclin D1 protein expression was negative in all cases. The expression of bcl-6 and p53 protein was negative in all low grade MALT lymphoma. Conclusion : The results suggest that we can differentiate the low grade lymphoma from the high grade lymphoma by immunohistochemical staining for bcl-2, bcl-6, and p53 protien.

        The Education of Multimedia in the kindergarten become more and more important to young children these days. However most educators didn't integrate multimedia activities to their other parts of the classroom. The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of multimedia education for young children and promote teacher's positive role. Accordingly, this study examined computer activity, software, use of internet and the factors the influence teacher to integrate computer technology into the teaching and learning process. The results of this study are as follows, 1) Multimedia should be understood by the concept of multimedia computer and interacting environment. 2) The important thing in computer activity is not controversy about computer effects but how we connect computer activity into children's life well. 3) Developmentally appropriate software is essential part of successful computer activities. 4) Developmentally appropriate internet program may serve as an interesting, creative platform in the acquisition of general skills. 5) External factors and intern릴 factors should be considered together for early multimedia education and integrate multimedia activity to children's environment.

        아래 부분이 물에 잠겨 회전하는 물체에 나타나는 fountain effect를 이론적으로 분석하고 실험 장치를 만들어 이를 확인하였다. We analyzed theoretically about the fountain effect which a rotating metal-sphere shows on water and comparing to the experimental results.
