In this paper, we have developed a new Force-Display system using tendon-driven method. The proposed system is based on the HIR Lab Haptic library, which calculates the real position and renders the reflecting force data to device rapidly. The system is composed of device based tendon-driving method, high-speed controller and Haptic rendering library. The developed system will be used on constructing the dynamical virtual environment. To show the efficiency of our system, we designed simulation program which can display the moving force (attaching, grabbing, rotating) on two virtual point. As the result of the experiment, our proposed system shows much higher resolution than any others.

In this paper, meander-line planar monopole antenna with PCS, IMT-2000, WLAN bandwidth for SAR reduction is designed. Resonant frequency characteristics and SAR value optimized with various design parameters are analyzed and designed. Designed internal monopole antenna attached on the handset is simmulated. The 1 g and 10 g peak average SARs of internal monopole are 0.656 and 0.387 W/kg respectively. And internal monopole antenna and external monopole antenna attached on the handset are tested on 1 g and 10 g. As a result, internal monopole antenna's 1 g and 10 g peak average SAR are 0.686 and 0.356 W/kg. And external monopole antenna's results are 1.33, 0.812 W/kg, respectively.

Introduction: Clinostomum complanatum species are fiuke mainly found a bird`s throat or esophagus which eats freshwater fi sh. Rarely the fi uke is attachced on the throat of human who eat raw fi sh and causes the symptom such as pharyngitis. A few cases of Clinostonum complanatum in human have been reported in Korea. We describe a case of human infection with Clinostomum complanatum which was extracted from the larynx endoscopically. Case report: A 46-year-old female patient presented at our clinic with a 2day history of throat discomfort. Throat discomfort developed after a week from eating sliced raw gray mullet. Endoscopic fi nding revealed about 0. 5cm long, fi at and transparent movable fi uke with inner black lines was found on the mucosa of left arytenoid cartilage. The fi uke was endoscopically removed successfully. Histopathological examination of the specimen revealed a parasite known as Clinostomum Complanatum. Conclusion: Clinostomum is usually attached to the membrane of the throat in human and causes acute pharyngitis, or laryngitis called halzoun. Though C. Complanatum rapidly grows after human infection, most case are not serious. Thus endoscopic removal of parasite is the fi rst choice of treatment in human infection with Clinostomum. This case emphasize the importance that pharyx and laryx should be carefully examined especially in patient showing throat discomfort.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze clinical impact factors on the survival rate, and to acquire basic clinical data for the diagnosis of oral cancer, for a determination of the treatment plan with long-term survival in oral cancer patients. Materials and Methods: Through a retrospective review of the medical records, the factors for long-term survival rate were analyzed. Thirty-seven patients, among patient database with oral cancer treated in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Pusan National University Hospital within a period from March 1998 to March 2008, were selected within the study criteria and were followed-up for more than 5 years. The analyzed factors were gender, age, drinking, smoking, primary tumor site, type of cancer, TNM stage, recurrence of affected region, and metastasis of cervical lymph node. The 5-year survival rate on the impact factors was calculated statistically using the Kaplan-Meier method. Results: By classification of clinical TNM at the 1st visit, there were 11 (29.7%) cases for stage I, 11 (29.7%) cases for stage II, 3 (8.1%) cases for stage III, and 12 (32.5%) cases for stage IV. The 5-year survival rate of total oral cancer patients after the operation were 75.7%, pathological TNM stage related 5-year survival rate were as follows: stage I 90.0%, stage II 81.8%, stage III 100% and stage IV 45.5%; in which the survival rate difference by each stage was significantly observed. The recurrence of cervical lymph node was the significant impact factor for the survival rate, because only 30.0% the survival rate in recurrent cases existed. During the follow-up, there were 15 (40.5%) patients with confirmed recurrence, and the 5-year survival rate of these patients was decreased as 46.7%. Conclusion: The classification of clinical and pathological TNM stage, local recurrence after surgery, and metastasis of cervical lymph node after surgery were analyzed as the 3 most significant factors.

Endoscopie lithotripsy with sphincterotomy (EST) is the preferred therapy for common bile duct (CBD) stones and successful in more than 90% of cases. Retroduodenal perforation is a complication of EST and usually managed nonoperatively but sometimes require surgical repair or endoscopic stent placement. We report a case of a 70-year-old woman who presented with recurrent epigastric pain, accompanying dark urine and jaundice. At that time her blood test revealed as follow; white blood cell 9,220/μL, hemoglobin 12.9 g/dL, platelet 202,000/μL, total bilirubin 15.1 mg/dL, AST 128 IU/L, ALT 191 IU/L, and alkaline phosphatase 214 IU/L. Abdominal CT showed a 1 cm-sized extrahepatic bile duct stone with dilatation. The endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) confirmed moving CBD stone & some stenotie lesion of CBD. we performed endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD) after EST due to suspicious perforated lesion of CBD during procedure. Four days later, the 2nd ERCP reveled that the CBD stone was migrated to pancreas through the perforated lesion of intra-pancreatic portion of CBD. She was treated with endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage (ERBD) with self-expandable metal stent for stenotic CBD and prevention of bile leakage. The locations of migrated stone and biliary stent were confirmed with follow-up abdominal CT. The patient was improved and well-being until now, 3 months after discharge with ERBD and gall stone in pancreas parenchyma.

This study seeks to classify the skin types and determined the relation between the dietary habit and preference of foods targeting college women in Daegu and Gyeong-Buk Province. Skin types of the subjects were 31% of combination skin, 25% of dry skin and 22% of normal ? oily skin. College women mostly had two meals a day, and those who had less frequent meals developed more combination skin. Many of them did not exercise, and women with normal skin who did not exercise showed the lowest at 13.9%, supporting the significance (p〈.05). It was exposed that don't have breakfast and have irregular meal and don't have easy meal in all skin types. Instant foods was exposed that ingested the most in dry skin and the least in oily skin, supporting the significance(p〈.05) and fruit or vegetable ingested much in dry skin. It was exposed that considered atmosphere at meal and meal helps in health in all skin types, normal skin type considered balanced diets the most and supporting the significance(p〈.01) Food preference in all skin types showed the strongest in drinks and showed strong in greenish yellow vegetables, fruits, confectioneries, drinks, milk and dairy goods. On the other hand. it showed low in nuts and salted fishes. In sum, regular and balanced meals give the skin a healthy status. and intake of protein, vitamins and minerals has impact on the skin status. Thus. sufficient quality nutrition is crucial in staying a healthy skin.
