        도심 공원의 음 풍경 디자인을 위한 실험적 연구

        This study is an experimental study to introduce the soundscape design in urban parks Objective 4 urban parks were surveyed And four or three subdivision area in these parks were investigated the sound source frequently to be heard and the degree of satisfaction for visual and auditory atmosphere measuring the sound level in 5 minute subjective response to soundscape for each subdivision area were earned out using 7 scale S D method based on pair of adjectives In order to recognized the effect environment sound (bird Sing, sweet ecological music, and nature sounds)for enriching the present soundscape, this study analyzed the subjective response for soundscape before and after providing environmental sound Result of the evaluation of public perception and their sound were vaned at the each subdivision area, which represented the special characteristics of the urban parks The score for image of the places were always higher than those of the sounds, thus visual Image were affected more positively than auditory image The effect of the environmental sound usually resulted in improvement of the subjective cvaluation at cach subdivision area Factor analyzing of the 25 korean vocabulary for using S D method could be induced the appropriate three factors "impression", "calmness" and "delight" These factors can be used for soundscape design of sound sources and images to provide

        Fungus such as Candida albicans is a normal flora that is frequently found in the oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, vaginal mucosa in a normal person. However, candida can cause opportunistic infection in an immune compromised host. Candidiasis has broad spectrum of disease from mucocutaneous infection to invasive or disseminated infection. But, it is rarely reported that candida is associaed with gastrointestinal tract disease in a healthy adult. The case of gastric ulcer associated with candida particularly in a health adult is reported with relevant literature.

      • 초등학교 3학년 학생의 수학에 대한 인식 태도 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate a study on awareness attitudes of mathematics education in elementary school. This study was conducted with 152 W elementary school of Gwang Ju, 105 H elementary school of Gyeong Ju making up 257 in total. Mean, standard deviation, t-test were done to draw out the conclusions according to different study purposes. The findings of this study were as follows; First, the awareness attitudes of mathematics education was non-significant compared to those in the male-female group. Second, it can be said that the awareness attitude of Gwang Ju toward the elementary students was more positive compared to the Gyeong Ju elementary students. Third, it can be said that the awareness attitude of mathematics attend a lecture group toward the elementary students was more positive compared to the non-mathematics attend a lecture group. 본 연구는 초등학교 3학년 학생들의 수학에 대한 인식태도를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 광주광역시 W초등학교 3학년 152명과 경주시 H초등학교 3학년 105명이며, 연구결과를 알아보기 위하여 기술통계와 t검정을 하였으며 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 3학년 학생들의 수학에 대한 인식태도에서 남녀 간의 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그러므로 수학에 대한 자신감이나 흥미에서 남녀 간에 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 지역별로 대도시에 사는 초등학교 3학생들이 중소도시에 사는 초등학교 3학년 학생들보다 인지적 영역에서 차이가 있었으며, 더 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있었다. 셋째, 수학학원에 다니고 있거나 다닌 경험이 있는 초등학교 3학년 학생들이 학원에 다니지 않은 초등학교 3학년 학생들보다 수학에 대한 인지적 영역, 정의적 영역, 전체인식태도에서 더 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있었다.

      • C6 glia 세포에서 유도성 Nitric Oxide Synthase 유전자 발현조절에 관한 연구

        To investigate transcriptional regulation of iNOS gene by LPS and cytokines, the production of NO, expression of iNOS mRNA and protein, binding activity of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-kB), and promoter activity of iNOS gene were examined in rat C6 glial cells. LPS, interferon-gamma(IFN-γ), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) stimulated the production of NO, which was increased synergistically by co-treatment. By the treatment of LPS, iNOS mRNA expression was initiated at 1 h, markedly increased by 3 h, and decreased gradually afterward. iNOS mRNA expression was markedly enhanced by mixture of LPS, IFN-γ and TNF-α. iNOS protein synthesis was increased by the treatment of mixture LPS and cytokine mixture. Treatment of LPS stimulated NF-kB activation, and the activation reached to the maximum level at 30 min, and the treatment of mixture of LPS and cytokines increased the activation. To determine the effect of NF-kB binding activity on iNOS promoter activation, CAT assay was performed. iNOS promoter activity was increased by the treatment with LPS for 5.5 h, and further increased by the combined treatment with LPS and cytokines. These results suggest that NF-kB activation by LPS and cytokines may play a significant role in the induction of the iNOS gene.

      • 바터팽대부 선암의 β-catenin 표현

        Purpose : Carcinomas of the ampulla of Vater have either intestinal or pancreatobiliary type differentiation. The molecular pathogenesis of both histologic types of ampullary carcinoma are not yet well characterized. The role of β-catenin pathway is important in colorectal carcinogenesis and β-catenin protein expression is dysregulated in the early stage of the adenoma-carcinoma sequence. The aim of this study is to investigate the differences between dysregulated β-catenin expression in the carcinogenesis of two histologic types of carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater. Materials and Methods : We examined 24 cases of resected carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater. Serial sections of all carcinoma specimens were stained with antibodies to cytokeratins (CK7, CK20) and β-catenin. Normal expression of β-catenin was defined as exclusive membranous staining. Dysregulated expression of β-catenin was defined as cytoplasmic staining in more than 50% of tumor cells and/or nuclear staining. Results : Ten carcinomas (42%) were immunohistochemically intestinal type (CK7-, CK20+) and eleven carcinomas (46%) were pancreatobiliary type (CK+, CK20-). Three carcinomas were immunohistochmically other types (CK7+, CK20+ or CK7-, CK20-). Abnormal β-catenin was accumulated in nine cases (90%) of intestinal type. Among them, nuclear staining was noted in two cases with moderately and poorly differentiated histology respectively. In pancreatobiliary type, only one case (9%) with poorly differentiated histology showed abnormal β-catenin expression in tumor nuclei. Conclusion : Dysregulation of β-catenin expression may play critical role in the carcinogenesis of intestinal type, but not of pancreatobiliary type. Abnormal accumulation of β-catenin in tumor nuclei may be related to poorly differentiated histology in both types of ampullary carcinoma. 연구 목적: 바터팽대부에서 발생하는 선암의 대부분은 조직학적으로 장형과 췌담형으로 구성된다. 두 병변의 발암기전은 뚜렷하게 밝혀진 바는 없으나, 췌담형 선암은 췌담도 선암의 발암기전과 유사하고, 장형 선암은 장 선암의 발암기전과 유사하다고 추측한다. 대부분의 장 선암에서는 암 발생 초기에 세포 안에 β-catenin의 축적이 발생하며, 축적된 β-catenin이 전암 세포 또는 암 세포의 증식을 유발하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 대부분의 췌담도 선암의 발생 과정에서는 β-catenin 축적에 의한 세포 증식은 중요한 역할을 하지 않는다. 바터팽대부에서 발생하는 장형 선암과 췌담형 선암의 발암 과정의 유사점 또는 차이점을 규명하기 위하여, 장 선암의 발암 과정에서는 중요한 역할을 하지만 췌담도의 선암의 발암 과정에는 역할이 중요하지 않은 β-catenin의 축적으 면역조직화학 방법으로 비교하였다. 재료 및 방법: 충북대학교병원에서 외과적 수술로 절제한 바터팽대부에서 발생한 선암 24 예의 조직 slide를 현미경으로 관찰하고, 각 증례의 병변을 대표하는 조직의 paraffin 포매 block 한 개를 선택하여 박편을 제작하였다. 장형 선암과 췌담형 선암을 면역조직화학 방법으로 구분하기 위하여 각 박편에 통상적인 avidin-biotin immunoperoxidase 방법으로 cytokeratin 7과 cytokeratin 20 면역 염색을 하였으며, 발암기전의 차리를 알기 위하여 β-catenin 면역 염색을 하였다. β-catenin의 축적은 종양 세포의 50% 이상에서 세포질에 뚜렷하게 염색된 경우와 종양 세포의 핵에 염색된 경우를 양성으로 하였다. 결과: 10 예는 cytokeratin 7에 음성. cytokeratin 20에 양성이어서 장형 선암으로 분류하였다. 11 예는 cytokeratin 7에 양성. cytokeratin 20에 음성이어서 췌담형 선암으로 분류하였다. 3 예는 cytokeratin 7과 cytokeratin 20에 모두 양성 또는 모두 음성이엇 연구에서 제외하였다. 장형 선암은 9 예(90%)에서 β-catenin의 축적이 나타났다. 종양 세포 핵의 β-catenin 축적은 중등도 분화 암 3 예 중에서 1 예. 저등도 분화 암 1 예 중 1 예에서 관찰되었다. 고등도 분화 암에 동반된 선종 2 예에서도 종양 세포의 세포질에 β-catenin의 축적이 관찰되었다. 췌담형 선암은 11 예 중에서 1 예(9%)에서 β-catenin의 축적이 나타났으며 나머지 10 예는 세포막에만 염색되었다. β-catenin의 축적은 저등도 분화 암 1 예 중에서 1 예에 나타났으며 세포 핵에서 β-catenin의 축적이 나타났다. 결론: 바터팽대부에서 발생하는 장형 선종과 선암의 발암 과정에는 β-catenin의 축적이 중요한 역할을 하며, 장형 선암의 발암 과정은 장의 선종-선암 과정과 유사함을 시사하였다. 바터팽대부에서 발생하는 대부분의 췌담형 선암 세포에서는 β-catenin의 축적이 발생하지 않았으므로 췌담형 선암의 발암기전은 장형 선암의 발암기전과 다름을 시사하였다. 그러나 β-catenin의 종양 세포 핵 축적은 바터팽대부에서 발생하는 장형과 췌담형 선암의 악성화와 관계가 있었다.

      • 자동측정망 데이터를 이용한 국내 항공기소음 실태 조사

        Currently domestic criteria for the aircraft noise is being adapted WECPNL(weighted equivalent continuous perceived noise level), while internationally preferred method is L_(dn) which is originated from L_(eq) and can evaluate even environmental noise. WECPNL used in domestic as a evaluation method is only for the aircraft noise. It is, therefore, not adequate for the evaluation of residents' injury, moreover, it is very difficult to measure the aircraft noise with WECPNL due to the complicated calculating procedures as long as automatic measuring system is not used This study aims to propose alternative evaluation method for the aircraft noise. To achieve this purpose, the data measured by automatic measuring system in 5 places among domestic airports from 1998 to 2002 were gathered and calculated with three evaluation method ; WECPNL, L_(eq) and L_(dn) and the results calculated from different methods were compared and analyzed. At the same time, it was investigated problems generated from the actual operating of the automatic measuring system and that remedy was presented.

        침엽수로부터 발생되는 방향성 테르펜의 배출속도 비교 연구

        In order to investigate the composition ratio and the emission rate of monoterpenes emitted from coniferous trees during summer, the enclosure chamber experiments were carried out for two tree species (Pinus densiflora and Pinus rigida). The major monoterpenes from the pine trees were α-pinene, β-pinene, myrcene and β-phellan-drene. There was no difference of the composition ratio between two sites for P. densiflora, but the difference was observed for P.rigida, Clearly, the ratio of β-pinene (26.1%) for P.rigida was higher than that of β-phellandrene (12%) at the Gumsung mountain site, but the ratio of β-phellandrene (22.2%) was higher than that of β-pinene (9.9%) at the Chiri mountain site. Particularly, the composition ratio of β-phellandrene was higher than that of β-pinene for P.densiflora, and the opposite trend was found for P.rigida at the Gumsung mountain site. The characteristics of the composition ratio between two species were similar at the Chiri mountain site. As a result of the emission rate measurements, it was observed that both sites did not show any significant β value (slope between emission rate and temperature) and ERs (Standard Emission rate at 30℃) difference. However, the β value and ERs at the Chiri mountain site were slightly greater than those of Gumsung mountain site for both pine species. P.densiflora(1.703 and 1.971㎍C/gdw/hr) showed the higher monoterpene ERs than those of P.rigida (0.572 and 0.698 ㎍C/gdw/hr) at both sites.

      • 골격근 근형질세망의 ATPase활성도에 대한 Vanillylnonanamide의 영향

        To investigate the effect of vanillylnonanamide(VN) on the ATPase activity of the sarcoplasmic reticulum(SR) of the skeletal muscle, we prepared the SR vesicles from the back muscle of the rabbit, and measured ATPase activity. The results as follows: Ca-ATPase activity was about 50% in the total ATPase activity of skeletal muscular SR. In the reaction mixture with calcium, 100μM VN increased ATPase activity to 20%, and 100 nM and 10 μM thapsigargin(THP) inhibited the ATPase activity to 50% and 60%, respectively. And 100 μM VN plus 100 nM or 10 μM THP more inhibited ATPase activity than THP alone did it. However, without calcium, 100μM VN did not affect ATPase activity, and 10 μM THP inhibited it to 41%, but VN plus THP inhibited it to 31%. The above results show that VN in the reaction mixture with or without calcium has the different action to ATPase activity when it is used alone or together with Ca-ATPase inhibitor THP. This suggests that VN might increase or decrease the skeletal SR Ca-ATPase activity through affecting the lipid membrane around the Ca-ATPase.

      • 일차배양된 설치류 호흡기 상피세포로부터의 점액소 분비에 대한 수종 약물의 영향

        1. PKC activator인 PMA는 일차배양 HTSE세포로부터의 뮤신분비를 0.1μM 농도에서 30%, 1μM 농도에서 80% 가량 증가시켰다. 2. 식물 유래 성분으로, flavonoid의 일종인 TFR은 일치배양 HTSE 세포로부터의 뮤신분비를 10μM 농도에서 50%, 100μM 농도에서 80% 가량 증가시켰다. 3. 양이온성 폴리펩티드인 PLL 및 PLA는 일차 배양 HTSE 세포로부터의 뮤신분비를 0.01 - 10μM 농도에서 용량의존적으로 감소시켰다. 4. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과들은 새로운 거담제 및 점액용해제나 단백분해 효소제가 아닌 호흡기 류신의 생성/분비를 조절해 줄 수 있는 신개념의 약물을 개발함에 있어 극히 일부분이나마 단서를 제공하고 있다고 하루 수 있을 것이다. In the present study, we tried to investigate whether phorbol myristate acetate(PMA), trihydroxymethoxy-flavanone rutinoside(TFR) and cationic polypeptides significantly affect mucin release(secretion) from cultured hamster tracheal surface epithelial cells. Confluent primary hamster tracheal surface epithelial (HTSE) cells were metabolically radiolabeled with 3H-glucosamine for 24 hr and chased for 30 min in the presence of each agent to assess the effect on 3H-mucin release. The results were as follows : (1) Both PMA and TFR significantly increased mucin release from cultured HTSE cells ; (2) Cationic polypeptides including po1y-L-lysine(PLL, mw 7,500) and poly-L-arginine(PLA, mw 10,800) significantly inhibited mucin release from cultured HTSE cells, in a dose-dependent manner. This finding suggests us that PMA and TFR be further studied for the possible use as mild expectorants and cationic polypeptides might function as a regulator for hyper-secretion of mucus, both by direct acting on airway mucin-secreting cells, during the treatment of chronic airway diseases.
