        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

        Finite element analysis of sheet metal forming process is generally carried out by the explicit and implicit time integration method. And membrane, shell and continuum element are applied to finite element analysis. Membrane analysis can not provides sufficient information for the process which involve considerable bending effects. Shell element allows the consideration of bending effects, but involves too much computational time. In order to estimate in sheet metal forming processes used Auto-Form software using static-implicit method and shell element. Result, by applying this to an industrial site the productivity improvement and cost reduction etc. effect able was predicted.

      • 體育의 藝術的 側面에 關한 硏究

        The scientific advances in physical education have not always been positive. One example is that scientific methodlogies have disregarded the embodied dimension of knowing which is the core of physical education. The values and meanings inherent in physical activity are realized in its artistic base. The purpose of this study is to justify the field of physical education in the intellectual community as art rather than science. The elements of the problem, in the process of this study, can be summed up in the following questions; 1. Does scientific knowledge itself constitute a full understanding of physical education? 2. What is the theoretical basis for the claim of physical education in the intellectual community as uniquely valuable? 3. What is the field which has regarded the human body as the knowing subject, physical activity as the process of knowing itself? 4. What is the theoretical basis for the claim of activities in physical education as not being artful? 5. what is the theoretical basis for the clain of activities in physical education as artful? A treatment of these inquiries follows; First, scientific knowledge doesn't constitute a full understanding of physical education. Although scientific methodologies have contributer remarkably to the expansion of knowledge in physical education as an academic discipline, they have disregarded the embodied dimension of knowing which is the core of physical education. Second, the values inherent in physical education can be found in the human potential for embodied knowing. And embodied knowing founded upon the epistemology of existential phenomenology as it's theoretical basis. Edmunt Husserl and Merleau-Ponty, existential phenomenologists, regarded the human body as the subject of knowing and physical activity as the process of knowing itself. Third, the field which has regarded the human body as the subject of knowing and physical activity as the process, is art. The subject and object in artful knowing become intergrated. However, body sensitivity which has been regarded as doxa, plays a central role in artful knowing. Fourth, the arguments which precludes sport from being an art have been summed up as follows: (1) Sport in general, is practical rather than aesthetic. (2) Sport may be aesthetic, but it is not artistic. A critical examination of these claims it made to highlight the converse. As a result, it is found that both claims may have logically valid points, but they are invalid in sport perfomer's experiences. These claims reveal, in themselves, the limits of logical analysis concerning subject matter such as play, sport and art. Fifth, the argument for sport as pontential art is reinforced by Metheny and Ellfelt(from a theoretical sphere) and Kleinman(from a methodological angle). It is also suggested that understanding sport can be realized by the embodied mode of knowing. The Eastern martial arts have been discussed as a prototypical movement artform. In such a holistic approach we can rediscover the artistic dimension of sport experience that has been overshadowed by the excessive goal-centeredness of contemporary sport, such as winning-at-all-cost.

        한·일 초등학교 과학 교과서 삽화 비교 연구

        This study was intended to survey and analyze the illustrations of the elementary science textbooks in the 7th revised education curriculum in Korea, and to compare the results with the illustration organization of the elementary science textbooks of Japan. The analysis criterion was composed of two categories, the kind of illustration and the role of illustration. The kind of illustration was divided into five subcategories such as photograph, picture, illustration, cartoon and diagram. The role of illustration was divided into four subcategories such as motive induction, guidance for learning, the supply of material, the presentation of results. According to the analyzing criterion, the frequencies of relevant subcategories of illustrations in science textbooks were checked and arranged and the resultant data were analyzed by grades. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. Korean science textbooks have about 3.29 illustrations per page whereas Japanese ones have 4.11. Compared with Korean science textbooks, Japanese ones have more illustrations. 2. From the analysis of the kinds of the illustrations by grade basis, it was found that the order of percentage of illustrations is photograph, cartoon and picture in both countrys' science textbooks. Korean ones are highly dependent on photograph. As a contrast Japanese ones have more ratio of cartoon and picture than Korean science textbooks. 3. The analysis of the roles of the illustrations by grade basis showed that the role of guidance for learning is major in both countrys' science textbooks. The role of guidance for learning is prominent in Japanese ones, but in Korean ones, the role of guidance for learning is a little higher than that of the supply of material.

        We are proud that we have kept a unique and outstanding culture of our won. However, we learned a lot from china in the development of our culture. Espoolally Chinese character has played an important role in the process of shaping korean calture. Korean linguistst have maintained the exclusion of Chineses character strongly. But it is considered desirable that we enrich our languaye through the inclusion of Chinese character rather than the exclusio of it. The influence of Chinese character on the East Asian calture is no less important than that of Latin on the European culture. We need to notice the case that most culturally ofitable to us that we make use of the part of lot of chinese character absorbed already by us. From these points of riew, this paper investigated the cultural and educational influence of chinese character on our daily life indetails and inquired of some 1500 students of five colleges in this district about each opinion on the use of chinese character through questionaire.

        This research presents a modeling and a manufacturing method of screw flow meter. This paper introduces the efficient design and manufacturing method of screw type flow meter using reverse engineering and test technology. The methods introduced this paper utilize the reverse engineering that is increasing accuracy of modeling and manufacturing of reverse model. And then it can be used in performance test with hydraulic test equipment. Hence this can be used in the basic document for development of the quite accurate flowmeter.

        The mental seems to be distinct from the physical. However, as long as we acept the existence of causation between the mental and the physical, we cannot regard them as two discernible domains. Therefore it will be hard to explain the mental apart from the physical, if we see the domains with one sided perspective. Mind-body problem is to harmonize the mental distinguished from the physical. In other word the mind-body is the problem how to get the mental have causal roles in the physical world. The concept of psychophysical supervenience which has been so far regarded as an effective theory in philosophy of mind is not so satisfactory for explaining the relation between the mental and the physical.

      • ??C追跡子法에 依한 柑橘의 糖과 有機酸에 關한 硏究 : Effects of Foliar Application of ?? ??의 葉面處理效果

        柑橘(Citrus unshiu Marc.)의 糖, 有機酸 및 아미노酸에 대한 ??의 영향을 보기 위하여 KCI과 K₂SO₄溶液을 葉面處理하고 ?? 를 同化시킨 뒤 ??C로 標識된 同化産物의 徑時的 變化를 3週間 調査하였다. ?? 處理後 1週日間 果實에 轉流된 ??C 同化産物의 比放射能(cpm/㎖)은 ?? 處理區에서 더컸다. 果汁의 糖分劃 放射能은 그 水準과 變化樣相이 ?? 處理間에 差異가 없었지만, 有機酸分劃에 있어서는 ?? 處理後 2週日 以後에 有機酸分劃의 比放射能 減少量이 ?? 處理區에서 더 많았다. 有機酸分劃의 比放射能에 對한 糖分劃比放射能의 比率이 SO?? 處理區에서는 時間이 경과함에 따라 增加하는 경향이었으나 ?? 處理區는 급격히 減少했다. 따라서 ??가 ??보다 果汁의 甘味比를 증가시키는 것으로 생각되었다. 아미노산分劃의 比放射能은 ?? 處理區보다 ?? 處理區에서 더 많이 增加했다. The effects of spraying ?? solutions on sugar, organic acid and amino acid levels in citrus(C. unshiu Marc.) fruit juice were examined using the ?? method. Each ?? compound under investigation was measured during the three weeks after ??assimilation. The total carbon compound, which was measured as the specific activity (cpm/㎖) of ??, was transported more into the fruit juice within one week after ??assimilation with the SO treatment than with the ?? treatment. The ?? activity changes of the sugar fraction were very similar in both ?? and ?? treatments although the organic acid fraction was reduced more by ??. The specific activity ratio of the sugar fraction to organic acid was increased rapidly when treated with ??. This indicates that ?? plays a role in raising the ratio of sugar to organic acid. It was found that the ?? activity in the amino acid fraction was higher when ?? was applied.
