        에탄올 및 사염화탄소의 긴 손상에 미치는 흰점박이꽃무지 추출물의 영향

        흰점박이꽃무지(Protaetia brevitarsis)는 간 질환의 치료를 위해 민간요법 뿐만 아니라 한방에서는 이용하는 전통약물로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 사염화탄소와 에탄올로 간 손산을 유도한 흰쥐에서 흰점박이꽃무지 추출물(PBE)의 영향을 조사하였다. 사염화탄소는 이물질대사효소(cytochrome P_450, cytochrome b$_{5}$, cytochrome b$_{5}$ reductase), TBARS, 혈청 AST와 ALT, 간 무게비에서 유의한 변화가 확인되는 간독성이 유발하였으며, 에탄올은 혈청 AST와 TBARS의 변화는 유도하지 않았으나 이물질대사효소, ALT, 체중 당 무게비가 유의한 변화를 나타내었다. PBE로 전 처리한 실험군은 이물질대사효소(cytochrome P_450, cytochrome b$_{5}$, cytochrome b$_{5}$, reductase), 혈청 TBARS, AST와 ALT, 간무게비에서 어떠한 유의적인 변화도 관찰되지 않았다. 이러한결과는 적어도 이 실험조건에서는 PBE가 사염호탄소 혹은 에탄올로 유도한 간 독성에 대하여 보호 또는 회복효과가 없다고 판단된다. Protaetia brevitarsis has been utilized as an ingredient of the description for the treatment of patients with chronic hepatic diseases in oriental medicine. This study was attempted to investigate whether Protaetia brevitarsis extract(PBE) protects or modulates the liver injuries induced by carbon tetrachloride or ethanol in Sprageue-Dawley rate. The liver injuries of rats induced by the treatment of carbon tetrachloride or ethanol were manifested by the observation of the significant changes in liver weight, serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activities, serum thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), and microsomal detocification enzymes(cytochrome P_450), cytochrome b$_{5}$, and cytochrome b$_{5}$ reductase).The effect of PBF on the liver damage induced by the chemicals was evaluated with the extent modulated in change of biochemical parameters above. Exposure to ethanol alone resulted a significant change in the ration of liver per body weight, ALT activity, and microsomal detoxification enzymes (cytochrome P_450, cytochrome b$_{5}$, and cytochrome b$_{5}$ reductase), but did not significantly changes in the levels of serum AST activity and TBARS. Pretreatment coith PBE did not modulate the alteration of the ratio of liver to body weigth, and the activities of serum aminotransferascs (AST. ALT), TBARS, and micro somal detoxification enzyme (cytochrome p_450, cytochrome b$_{5}$,and cytochrome b$_{5}$ reductase. These result suggested that PBE has not appreciable therapeutic effect on carbon tetrachloride or ethanol induced hepatotoxicity.

        中国进出韩国企业的問題与对策

        As Chinese economy is making a rapid progress, Korea has become one of the most important investing countries for China. Because Korea's direct manufacturing labor costs have been increasing rapidly since later years in 1980's, and in South-east Asian countries they fall short of infrastructures, and more their costs are higher but China will be Korea's vast latent mark in the near future, and, China and Korea are located very closely and at the same time two countries have the same originated culture in common and Korea can use cheap labor costs of Korean-originated Chinese people, Korea increased amount of investment only in China. Although China is one of Korea's best investment countries, many Korean small-scaled enterprises failed in business and are clearing their debts because of improper descision-makings without investigation good enough and preparationms in advance. At present China is a member of WTO and China is supposedto open Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 and is making a plan for a great development project in western areas. So China is a notable country in the world right now. In addition business competitions between multi-national businesses are more and more severe. In order for Korean enterprises to be the survival of the fittest in China's market they must need careful investigations of Chinese investment environment and condense multiple informations in advance, they should earlier recognize risks and problems which will happen to find after their investigations so that they must prepare for proper and far-sighted investment programs.. It is requested for China and Korea to co-operate each other familiarly and to develop instructive economic trades as a partner under the basic principle of equality and mutual benefits. 随着中国经济飞速发展,中国大陆己成为韩国企业最重要的海外投资地。从1992年两国建立正式外交关系以来,韩国企业在华投资数额占其全部海外投资的比例从1992年的11.57%,猛升到1997年19.94%,后又降至2001年的11.74%,2004年又回升为38.02%。这些数据表明中国己成为韩国企业的最佳投资对象国之一,同时也说明了近年来韩国企业在中国投资面临一定的困境。 但是应看到,中国有丰富的自然资源和廉价的劳动力,而且中国己成为WTO的成员、2008年奥运会将在中国举行、中国基础设施逐步完善、中国西部的大开发等一系列因素,预示着中国将来对外商的巨大吸引力。为此,有必要潜心研究外商,尤其韩国企业扩大对华投资的可能性,以进一步发展两国的经济关系。本文将考察韩国企业对中国投资的现状,分析其中存在的问题和改善的有效方法,并探索其未来发展前景。 本文先在第一章介绍韩国对华投资的理论和概念,为后文的论述做一定的铺垫;接着第二章介绍中国利用外资的总体状况,包括外资的来源地、行业、地区分布,投资方式等情况;在此基础上,第三章介绍了韩国企业对华投资的状况,包括对华投资的发展历程,目前状况和投资特点等,并与其他国家和企业对华投资进行了比较分析;最后,第四章对韩国企业对华投资取得的成功经验,以及存在的问题进行了探讨,并针对问题给出了部分政策建议,同时也对韩国企业对华投资的前景进行了展望。

      • 상용 실시간 운영체제에서 EDF스케줄링 알고리즘 및 스택자원정책의 구현

        We implemented the EDF scheduling algorithm and the Stack Resource Policy to overcome the upper bound of processor utilization and to solve the priority inversion problem, respectively. The target for the implementation is a VME board based on MPC 860 which is family of PowerPC processor. RTEMS(Real-Time Executive for Multiprocessor Systems) which is a real-time OS developed OAR, is the basis of the implementation of EDF algorithm. The original RTEMS is based on fixed priority scheduling. Implementation shows better processor utilization than the rate monotonic scheduling algorithm. The implementation of stack resource policy is shown to solve the priority inversion problem by applying the well known PathFinder example.

        유경횡복직근피판을 이용한 즉시 유방재건술 후 방사선 치료의 결과

        Purpose: The safety of radiation therapy after breast reconstruction using transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneous (TRAM) flap is still being debated, and few studies exist on the outcome of irradiation after immediate TRAM breast reconstruction. Some authors presented satisfactory outcomes after adjuvant radiation therapy on reconstructed breast with pedicled TRAM flap, while others reported significant post radiation changes of the flap. Effect of radiation therapy on TRAM flap was evaluated to see whether adjuvant radiation therapy was tolerable. Methods: 1000 immediate TRAM breast reconstruction was done by a single surgeon from July, 2001 to December, 2009. Among them 105 patients required adjuvant radiation therapy because of advanced disease or locoregional recurrence. Fat necrosis, radiation fibrosis,mastectomy skin flap necrosis, need for secondary touch up procedures, patient satisfaction were evaluated. Results: The incidence of fat necrosis was 10.5% and significant radiation fibrosis occurred in only one patient. Delayed wound problem did not occur during or after irradiation. Secondary touch-up procedures were performed in 12.3%, the most common being fat graft (8.6%). Average patient satisfaction score was 8.62/10, which was not significantly different from the authors' previous report involving all the TRAM patients (8.50). Conclusion: Radiation therapy did not increase the complication rate significantly. Aesthetic result was affected but was tolerated in most cases. The fear of adjuvant radiation is not a negative factor in selecting immediate breast reconstruction with TRAM flap.
