      • Human Chorionic Gonadotropin(HCG)에 의한 넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus의 배정효과

        넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)에서 호르몬 처리에 의한 효과적인 인공산란 연구의 일환으로 human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)에 의한 성숙 넙치에서의 spermatocrit법에 의한 배정(spermiation)효과를 연구하였다. 안정된 spermatocrit치를 위한 정액의 분획조건은 12,000rpm, 30분간의 원심분리가 적절하였으며 spermatocrit(Y)는 정자밀도(X)와는 Y=1.14X-10.04(r=0.91, P<0.0001, n=50)의 관계식을 나타내었다. 정자밀도는 21.5∼98.4×10??정자/㎕정액으로 12∼95%의 spermatocrit치에 해당하였다. 성숙넙치의 정액생산은 1,000IUHCG/㎏BW의 주사시 24시간후에 가장 높았고(7.46㎖/㎏BW), 낮은spermatocrit치(63%)와 낮은 정자밀도(67.4×10??정자/㎕정액)수준과 일치하여 정액점도는 매우 낮게 나타났다. 이와같은 낮은 정액점도는 HEG처리에 의한 정소의 수화(hydration)에 기인된 것으로 여타 lobular형 정소에서의 호르몬 처리시 결과와 일치하였다. 48시간후의 HCG처리군과 대조군간의 정액생산, spermatocrit치 및 정자밀도에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구결과 성숙넙치의 배정은 spermatocrit법에 의해 명확히 판별될 수 있으며 HCG는 본 종에서 배정을 효과적으로 촉진시킬 수 있음이 나타났다. For the evaluation of hormonal control of sperm in cultured fish a method to quantify the spermiation response of mature flatfish to hormonal therapy is described. Spermatocrit was determined after 30 min. in centrifuge condition of 12,000rpm. Sperm density was estimated by a standard hemacytometer method. However, sperm density can be predicted from spermatocrit since their relationship is linear as described by the regression equation, Y=1.14X-0.04(r=0.91, P<0.0001, n=50), where Y is spermatocrit and X is sperm density. Sperm density levels ranged from 21.5 to 98.4×10?? spermatozoa per ㎕ milt corresponding to spermatocrit values of 12 to 95%. Milt production by mature flatfish was highest(7.4ml per ㎏ body weight) at 24h after injection of 1,000IU of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) per ㎏ body weight and coincided with low spermatocrit(63%) and sperm density(67.4×10?? spermatozoa per ㎕ milt) levels. No significant differences was appeared in milt production, spermatocrit and sperm density between control and HCG-treated fish at 48h after HCG injection. These results demonstrate that spermiation in mature flatfish can be reliably evaluated by a spermatocrit method and that HCG is effctive in stimulating of spermiation in this species.

        염처리에 따른 벼 遊離 Proline 축적과 생육반응

        염처리에 따른 무기성분 흡수 및 Proline 축적등을 비교하여 수도의 내염성 품종육성의 기초자료를 얻고자 Annapurna를 대비품종으로 일반계 6품종, 통일계 5품종을 공시하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 초장, 건물중 및 고사율은 염처리시 감소하였으며, 시간이 경과될수록 감소율이 증가하였다. 2. K/Na비와 건물중 감소율 및 고엽율과는 부의 상관을 보였다. 3.proline 축적은 염농도가 증가함에 따라 증가하였으며 일반계품종들이 통일계품종들보다 축적량이 높았다. 4. Proline 함량과 건물중비율과는 정의 상관을 보였다. In other to find out the basic information on cultivation and breeding for salt tolerance in rice, these studies were conducted in treatment hydroponics added in NaCl using 6 Japonica type varieties and 5 Tongil type varieties compared to the salt tolerance variety, namely Annapurna. The following results were obtained. Plant height, ratio of dry weight and ratio of dead leaf were decreased with increasing periods of salt treatment. Negatively significant correlation was observed between Rario of K/Na were highly negative correlated with the rate of dead leaf and rate of dry weight. The accumulation of proline increased as the salt content higher. The content of proline was positively correlated with the ratio of dry weight after salt treatment.

      • TTT경화도표에 의한 에폭시 시스템의 경화반응 메카니즘과 반응속도에 대한 연구

        Arbitrary cure temperatures were selected by using TGA (thermogravimetric analysis) for a uncured mixture of epoxy resins and anhydrides with accelerators. The TTT (time-temperature-transformation) cure diagram, including the iso-T_(g) contours, the vitrification curve, and the full cure line, was determinated by using a one-to-one relationship among the temperature of glass transition (T_(g)), the residual enthalpy (ΔHr), and the conversion ratio (α) which were obtained by using DSC (differential scanning calorimetry). And then an optimum cure cycle was considered within the region of the glass transition temperature, T_(g)∞, of a fully cured epoxy system. In order to accelerate cure reactions of an epoxy/anhydride system within the selected cure condition, a tertiary amine was used. TGA, DSC, and FT-IR(Fourier Transform-Infrared) were used to examine the effects of accelerators against epoxy resins and anhydride hardeners and to investigate cure reactions for an accelerators-added epoxy/anhydride system. Based on experimental results, the mechanisms of cure reaction were proposed, hereby the kinetics of cure reaction were calculated.

      • 한국인의 신장중 카드뮴, 아연 및 동함량에 관한 조사연구

        For the purpose of presenting the basic datas for establishment of preventive measures and diagnosis of renal damage due to accumulation of heavy metals, the authors investigated the contents, distribution and concentration ratio between cadmium, zinc and copper in human kidney tissues of 59 autopsy cases with the personal characteristics. The obtained results were as follows; 1. The mean contents of cadmium, zinc and copper in kidney were 23.56 ㎍/g, 41.28㎍/g, and 3.19㎍/g, respectively. 2. The contents of copper in kidney by age group were relatively constant, but cadmium and zinc contents had increasing tendency with the age. 3. The distribution of cadmium contents in kidney showed log-normal distribution type and the type of copper and zinc were normal distribution type. 4. The average concentration ratio of Cd/Zn was 56.82, and there was increasing tendency with the age. 5. The total body burdens of cadmium were 15.6-18.9 mg in male and 13.1-15.7 mg in female, respectively.

      • 身體充實指數의 內容妥堂性에 관한 考察

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the content validity of the Rohrer index, which had been used as an indicator of nutrition or health status of a student and to find an alternative index if the content validity of the Rohrer index is not justified. From the literature review, it was believed that the Rohrer index developed in 1908 with the criterion from the Age-weight-height table developed in was an indicator of somatotype or nutrition status not physical fitness or health status. And the index was not practical and meaningful because of many problems like the complicated procedures to find the criteria and the validity of the criteria. Nowadays, many exercise physiologists have insisted that an index of obesity, especially percent body fat, is a scientific indicator of nutrition and physical fitness even health status. As a conclusion, the Rohrer index is not an appropriate index of nutrtion or health status of a student. And percent body fat measured by skinfold thickness and a regression equation is suggested as a substitute index if nutrition or health status of a student should be checked annually by anthropometric measuring.

        The purpose of this study was to determined the effects of flow rates on breakthrough in charcoal tubes. Firstly the charcoal tubes were contaminated with CS2, and then the effects of them were examinated by using the principle of Gas Adsorption Kinetics. The results obtained were as follows. 1) As the flow rates were increased, k'-values were increased, τ-values were decreased, and k'-values were constant as 3.527±0.558. 2) 10% breakthrough times of 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2LPM were 149, 90 and 34 min, respectively. 3) As the probability of breakthrough were increased, the effects of sampling flow rate against the breakthrough time were proportionally increased.

        Contemporary architecture as a text holds two attitudes corresponding to structuralism and post-structuralism. The former is the text of structuralism explained as its internal relations, in other words its structure. This attitude underlines internal structural analysis of its text that intercepts all the relations to its receptionists. The latter is the text of post-structuralism that emphasizes its receptionists and its contexts. What this attitude retains is the fact that an interpretation of an architectural text is an instance of event. Because the event is characterized by openings, possibilities and indeterminacies, its meaning is temporal and sliding. Therefore, this paper proposes the architectural text as the dialectic of both attitudes in terms of Paul Ricoeur's interpretation theory, "the live metaphor". The text as "the live metaphor" implies the "threefold mimesis" that indicates prefiguration(mimesisⅠ), configuration(mimesisⅡ), refiguration(mimesisⅢ). Therefore, this paper attempts to interpret an architectural texts as "the threefold mimesis" to suggest a positive direction for contemporary architecture to pursue.
