        The purpose of this study was to investigate coordination structure of infront kick in women soccer as a function of skill level. To succeed this purpose, four girls' high school students who had never experienced soccer before were selected as novices, and four girls' high school students who had played soccer for over three years as experts in this lab. To recognize the change of coordination structure according to practice, novices had practiced infront kick in soccer for two weeks. consequently they were taken films of kicking motion three times -before practice, after one week practice, after two weeks practice. However, experts were taken once. The experimental instruments for this study consisted of a video camera, reference frame. LED and APAS for digitizing. Angle to angle diagrams and phase plan portraits for qualitative analysis of coordination structure were gotten with LabVIEW 6i. The conclusions are as follow: firstly, novices' coordination structure had been changed since practice. Secondly, there were significantly different between coordination structures of experts and pre-practice novices. Lastly, there were similar between coordination structures of experts and post practice novices.

        5-Bromo-methypent-2-ene(??)를 출발물질로하여 farnesol인(2E, 6E)-3, 7, 11-trimethyldodeca-2, 6, 10-trien-1-ol(??)의 입체선택적 합성을 수행하였다. 5-Bomo-2-methylpent-2-ene (??)을 요오드화 시킨후, 5-lithio-2, 3-dihydrofuran과 반응시켜 5-(4-methyl-pent-3-enyl)-2, 3-dihydrofuran(??)을 얻었다. Dihydrofuran ??를 MeMgI와 Ni(0)-촉매 짝지음 반응시켜 (3E)-4, 8-dimethylnona-3, 7-dien-1-ol(??)을 72%의 수율로 얻었다. 알릴알코올 ??를 4단계를 거쳐 (5E)-6, 10-dimethylundeca-5, 9-dien-2-One(??)으로 변환시켰다. 화합물 ??을 벤젠 용매하에서 dimethylmethoxycarbonylmethylphosphonate와 반응시킨 다음, 에탄올 용매하에서 NaBH₄ 환원시켜서 (2E, 6E)-3, 7, 11-trimethyldodeca-2, 6, 10- trien- 1- ol(??)을 얻었다. Dihydrofuran 4와 MeMgI와의 Ni(0)-촉매 짝지음반웅이 본 연구의 farnsol(??)와 합성에서 중요 단계이다. Stereoselective synthesis of farnesol (2E, 6E) -3, 7, 11-trimethyldodeca-2, 6, 10-tiren-1-o1 (?) , was carried out using 5- bromo-2-methylpent-2-ene (??) as a starting material. After conversion of 5-bromo-2-methyl-pent-2-ene (2) to the corresponding iodide compound, 5-(4-methylpent-3-enyl)-2, 3-dihydrofuran(??) was obtained by alkylation of 5-lithio-2, 3-dihydrofuran with 5-iodo-2-methylpent-2-ene. Ni(0)-catalyzed coupling reaction of the dihydrofuran ?? with MeMgI was proceeded to give (3E)-4, 8-dimethylnona-3, 7-dien-1-ol(??) in 72% yield. The resultant homoallylic alcohol ?? was converted to the (5E)-6, 10-dimethylundeca-5, 9-dien-2-one (??) in 4 steps. Compound 8 was condensed with dimethylmethoxycarbnylmethylphosponate in benzene followed by NaBH₄reduction in EtOH to yield (2E, 6E)-3, 7, 11 -trimethyldodeca-2, 6, 10-trien-1-ol(??), Ni(0)-catalyzed coupling reaction of MeMgI with dihydrofuran ?? was a key step in this synthesis of farnesol(??).

        혈액 오염 환경 하에서 접착된 교정용 브라켓의 전단 강도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 매복된 치아를 교정력을 이용하여 견인할 때 견인의 대상이 되는 치아를 개창술로 노출시켜 브라켓을 부착하는 과정에서 혈액 오염이 일어날수 있는 상황을 실험실 환경에서 재현한 다음, 이와 같은 오염의 유무와 접착제의 종류가 브라켓의 전단 강도에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 시행하였다. 본 연구의 결과 글래스 아이오노머의 전단 강도는 레진에 비해 모든 조건에서 낮은 수치를 보였으나 혈액 오염이 없거나 광조사 직전 오염된 경우 임상적으로 교정적 정출술에 적절한 전단 강도를 나타내었다. 두 재료 모두 접착제 적용 전에 치면이 혈액에 오염되었을 경우 다른 조건에 비해 현저하게 낮은 전단 강도를 보였으나 광조사 직전에 혈액에 오염되었을 경우에는 오염되지 않은 대조군과 유의 한 차이가 없었다. 이상의 연구 결과, 개창술을 통해 브라켓을 부착할 경우 접착제 적용 직전 혈액 오염을 주의한다면 산부식 과정이 생략되어 술식이 비교적 간단하고 접착 파절 후 치면에 접착제가 남아 있지 않은 장점을 지닌 글래스 아이오노머 접착제의 사용을 추천할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was experienced in order to obtain the shear bond strength of orthodontic bracket adhesives under the blood contamination that can be occurred during the procedure of bracket bonding under window opening surgery. As a result of this study, shear bond strength of all glass ionomer groups were lower than resin cement groups. However, the strength of uncontaminated and post-contaminated group of glass ionomer was strong enough to perform an orthodontic forced eruption. This study revealed that during a window opening surgery, glass ionomer without etching procedure is avail-able in order to bond a bracket if surface of teeth is not pre-contaminated by blood before the adhesive application. Both simple procedure and less adhesives remnant after bonding failure could make light-cured glass ionomer cement the ultimate choice for bracket bonding.

        This paper is to evaluate practically the techniques and materials of repair for high strength concrete elements with fire damages as well as to investigate the structural behavior of beams according to pre- or post-repair after fire-damages. For this purpose, flexural specimens with high strength concrete were exposed to high temperatures by the ISO 834 specification. After natural cooling and post-fire-curing in a natural environment for 1 months, 6 specimens were loaded to failure after they were repaired with polymer cement mortar for 1 month curing.

        As a preliminary step to develop noble immunomodulatory lectins from Korean basidiomycetes, 32 species of wild mushrooms were collected and their lectin activities were screened using hemagglutination assay. As a result, cold-water extract of 21 species including Thelephora terrestris showed agglutination activities From T. terrestrisa, partially purified lectin fractions, cTTL_(50) and cTTL_(100), were prepared by extraction with cold phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.2), precipitation with ammonium sulfate and then dialysis Of these. cTTL_(100) was found to be a strong immunomodulating lectin in that it aggluinated BALB/c erythrocytes and sarcoma 180 tumor cells at the concentration of ≥1.95 ㎍/㎖ and ≥39 ㎍/㎖, respectively, and stimulated the peritoneal macrophages to spread at 200 ㎍/㎖.

      • 비병원성 야생효모, Apiotrichum sacrabaeorum WP49-1로부터 β-Glucosidase 생산

        콩에 함유되어 있는 식물성 여성 호르몬인 estrogen의 흡수를 증가시키기 위해 높은 활성의 β-glucosidase를 생산하는 비병원성 야생 효모의 선별과 β-glucosidase의 생산 조건을 조사하였다. 38종의 비병원성 야생효모 중 Apiotrichum scarabaeorum WP49-1의 무세포 추출물이 6.5 unit의 가장 높은 β-glucosidase 활성을 보였고 Zygosaccharomyces rouxii O-5-7도 5.9 Unit의 높은 활성을 보였다. 최종적으로 β-glucosidase 생성 효모 균주로 Apiotrichum scarabaeorum WP49-1 균주를 선별하였다. β-Glucosidase는 Apiotrichum scarabaeorum WP49-1을 yeast extract-peptone-dextrose 배지에 접종하여 30℃에서 72시간 배양했을 때 최대로 생성되었다. 선발 균주는 구형으로 출아에 의한 영양증식을 하였고 포자를 형성하지 않았다. 또한 비타민이 함유되어 있지 않은 배지에서도 생육하였고 5% 에탄올에 대하여 내성을 보였다

      • 트레드밀 운동시 흡기근 테이핑이 폐활량에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 트레드밀 운동과 키네시오 테이핑의 효과에 따른 폐활량의 변화를 알아보기 위해 26명의 비흡연자가 참가하였으며 키네시오 테이핑을 적용하지 않은 그룹과 키네시오 테이핑을 적용한 두 그룹으로 무작위로 배정하고 각 군들을 주 3회 6주간의 트레드밀 훈련을 실시하였다. 실험 전과 후, 스파이로미터를 사용하여 키네시오 테이핑의 적용 따른 폐활량 변화 효과를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 키네시오 테이핑을 적용 그룹에서 적용하지 않은 그룹에 비해 FVC, FEV1에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 건강한 성인에서 키네시오 테이핑을 적용한 경우 키네시오 테이핑을 적용하지 않고 트레드밀 운동을 한 경우보다 폐활량의 향상에 효과적이라고 생각되어진다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the variation of vital capacity(VC) according to the effects of kinesio taping with treadmill exercise. Twenty-six non-smokers were participated in this research and these subjects were randomly assigned into two groups. To measure the VC variation effects of kinesio taping, spirometer was used. The collected data were analyzed statistically by using a paired Mauchly test and repeated measure ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; A group: treadmill with kinesio taping B group: treadmill without kinesio taping. Between A and B, there were significant differences. In the case of A group, there was 11.66% increase of VC, during 3 weeks experiment(p<.01). In the case of B group, there were significant differences, 3.35% increase of VC, during 3 weeks taping intervention(p<.01). After 6 weeks experiment, the improvement of VC shown a significant difference with intergroup (p<.05). From this result, it was revealed that treadmill exercise with kinesio taping was effective to improve VC to healthy adult than treadmill exercise without kinesio taping.

      • Saccharomyces cerevisiae에서 Trichoderma Endoglucanase의 발현과 분비

        The endoglucanase gene, egl6, of Trichoderma sp. was connected with the yeast ADH1 promoter, and the resultant plasmid, pVT-C4, was introduced into three S. cerevisiae host strains (YNN27, 2805, and SEY2102). Among each 80 transformants, the cell growth and expression level of endoglucanase were compared in test-tube cultivation, and three respective transformants for each host cells showing the highest expression level and cell growth were selected. When three recombinant yeast cells were batchwise cultivated for 48 hr in flask, the total activities of endoglucanase expressed were about 1140 unit/1 with 2805/pVT-C4, 1020 unit/l with SEY2102/pVT-C4, and 590 unit/l with (YNN27/pVT-C4. Irrespective of host strain, about 80% of the expressed endoglucanase was detected in the extracellular medium. In addition, it was also found that the recombinant enzyme was secreted into the culture medium as two major forms of lightly and heavily glycosylated proteins.
